Sam Ferreri and the Team are awesome. After ending a 6 month contract with another area realtor with few showings and no offers, we signed on with Sam to list our home. After meeting with Sam and Alex we made a couple of cosmetic changes and posted the listing. We had a signed contract in 14 days! Sam was always available to talk with us personally at any time through the process. Michelle guided us through the listing paperwork, negotiating process and final contract. Alex is great with design decor. Beautiful listing photographs. Ryan kept us up to date weekly on viewings and showing appointments. They are truly a team!

Sam went out of his way to come by our home recently and assess our home, even though we will not be listing for about 6-8 months. We used them to buy a home. It was a horrible experience. The realtor we had constantly called off or canceled appointments stating she had personal matters. We missed 5 total set time showings on homes because she would call and say i cannot make it. She also wanted us to do research on the property before she would even set a time to view it with us. Upon the first meeting she even stated she mainly only deals with contractors or developers\house flippers and rarely deals with people looking to buy one home at a time. We saw about 8 homes (wanted to view 16 but by the time the agent got around to setting appointments the others were already under contract) and put bids on a total of 4 homes. The first 3 we lost out on because our agent never got our bid in on time, because the agent was late in doing EVERYTHING. One showing we sat and waited 45 minutes before she showed up. This is not counting the times we sat and waited and she called to cancel. Finally we escalated all of this to Kassandra the head agent as Sam was never there. Kassandra passed it off as if their personal matters were far more important than dealing with people who need to find a home. I do understand that some personal matters are very very important and take priority. However, why not get another agent to show us. Especially once we see the agent again and stated she was on vacation but had previously said it was a personal family issue. Finally, after winning a bid on the home we wanted we had an inspection done. Numerous issues were found and we wanted to counter bid based on the multiple thousands of dollars it would take to repair them. The agent stated they had no idea how to do that and it would take them time to look this information up and it would be a while before they could submit that. Finally they finished and the seller accepted. We stated CLEARLY to Kassandra that we did NOT want that agent at our closing with the title company. She assured us she would handle it personally. While at the title company we waited ONE HOUR THIRTY-FIVE minutes for her to show up and behold, it was our horrible realtor not Kassandra. This agent couldnt even find the keys or the garage door openers for the property that they had been given. Our title paper work was wrong because our realtor had decided to put in there we were paying all closing costs which was not the case, they also forgot to deduct the value of the settlement offer from the inspection. It was a nightmare. Thank goodness the title company was honest and listened to us while we explained everything. I would never use these people again ever. They still have the gall to send us their fliers and pamphlets and contact us about using them again. NEVER!!!In response - you should know your business and know your employees, you have had other female employees there besides Kassandra. Also, during health issues, you should not use your business and or allow your employees to neglect your clients. Lastly - not everyone in the home buying experience ends up on the deed or mortgage. If your ability to deflect was used to appreciate your customers you would be doing a lot better.

My fiancee listed her home with this Real Estate firm. I helped her get the house staged and it was staged very well.The firm provided poor advice regarding the list price. There were many showing during the 6 month period and 0 phone calls or feedback from our listing agent. In fact, all of the showing were setup by buyers agents.I have dealt with real estate agents before and would mark this experience as the worst Ive ever seen. Additionally, when an e-mail was sent to the firm about how dissatisfied we were, the response from Pearland Sam was a very rude e-mail that included Im sorry you made a bad investment.I hope others will read this review and look elsewhere for an agent.

I got approved the first week of April to lease a home from this ReMax location. It is now May and I am still unable to move in because they keep telling me the repairs of the home are not done yet, when they promised to be done to move in writhin a week from the day I applied. Ive spoken to the manager and the agent in charge. They promised to give me a prompt response and not to give in the deposit just yet and it been weeks. I turned in my home believing their promises of moving in The end April. Their agents dont respond back to my calls and Ive left several messages included visited the site. I am not sure if they are just discriminating and refusing to rent to me in particular. I expect them to keep up with their integrity and lease out the property as promised. If an issue is not resolved this week, I will escalate this further.
