I am happy to share my experience with Ms Watkins as my realtor. I found her online and I was very skeptical at the beginning but she was so warm and friendly and I felt really comfortable with her. She was very professional and obviously has a lot of experience. She demonstrated extensive knowledge of the market. She worked diligently to find me the right property, which I love, and she walked with me all the way to successful closing. Shes very relatable and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend her.

Building a dream home can be a stressful experience. But from the very beginning, our agent Ann Watkins took charge and made a challenging , complex process much easier. Ann was motivated, energetic, and knowledgeable, and walked with us through the entire building process right up to the completion of our home. I was very Pleased with the Watkins group realty. They sold my moms house in a short period of time and got her the best price for it. Also they came out to let us know what we needed to do to get her hose sold. I appreciated that and my mom was happy.

I utilized apartment specials in December when relocating. Communication with Michael Chittwood was excellent until it came time to review the rebate; he completely disappeared. Despite my efforts to request assistance from other agents, I have yet to receive any contact regarding the matter. This lack of response is concerning and feels fraudulent. I urgently request that someone address this matter with me as soon as possible.
