The worst place I have ever rented from! They have never had a full explanation to as of why repairs were never met. I had rented with them for a year and they gave me nothing but problems. Since the move in day we tried communicating with them on getting damages fixed, which never were resolved. To the fridge leaking water, the dishwasher never working , sinks clogged to the toilets all being broke. We also spent a month with no a/c during a hot part of the year before they had it repaired. They are not compliant and do not respect their tenants at all. They refuse to be communicative with their tenants till there is no choice.

Was a very happy tenant in a residence managed by Josie Lin Remax United for over two and one-half years. Our patio home was damaged by Harvey. After repeated contact with Remax United over almost 6 months the necessary water damaged repairs were never completed. The excuse given was they were waiting for the insurance company to approve the cost. The unsafe health conditions caused by the lack of repairs finally forced us to move out. We were very disappointed to be put in a situation which caused us to incur unplanned moving expenses on top of having to find a new place to live. Many of the landlord/owners they represent live in the far east. This was our case. I would not ever lease a property managed by Remax United since they have very little control over the property condition and repairs.

I would never buy from you or your agents for the shear fact that you are being decietful about where your properties are listed. All of your properties we looked at are listed as being in Riverstone (a more desirable location) when they are actually NOT IN RIVERSTONE. You should be ashamed of yourselfs but Im sure you dont feel bad taking advantage of poor people who dont know any better beciuse you just want to take their money. Youre horrendous.

They are being very helpful from the day one! They help my to find the right house and help me to get the best deals that even better than I thought I can get. Thanks Angie and Josie!!

Very unprofessional. Try to scare you with unlawful papers of move out notices...Due too Thier clients & themselves/land owners neglect. Only I interested in money $$$$

I give David Nguyen no stars he is so unfair if you dont want to buy a over priced house from him I have went through all the proper channels to report him
