In regards to Myrls Country’s review.Karen Martin has been the best realtor! I have know her for about 5 years now. She helped me buy my house. As a first time buyer, she helped me navigate the process. She went above and beyond, in my opinion. I recently put that house up for rent and Karen has been helping me. I want to address a recent review she received from Myrls Country. The guy (Brian Faulk) tried to rent my home. He negotiated, which is fine. I lowered the price during the negotiation. He contacted Karen at the beginning of November and was being extremely hasty. He halfway filled out the application. When he did, he randomly wrote an amount that was not agreed on. (Trying to be sneaky??) He tried to move in within the next day. He wanted to pay a month after his move in date and not pay for the extra few weeks, as if that’s how it works? Adjusting the rate for the month is a thing, my guy. He then ghosted Karen and popped back up with a demand to move in the next day. I did not want this guy as a renter. I rent other properties and he seemed off. Karen told him no and he decided to be a child and write a nasty review. (Did that make you feel good, Mr. Faulk? Grow up.) I just felt like I needed to clear the air for Karen. People see these reviews. Karen is the sweetest person and would give anyone the clothes off her back if they needed. She is an amazing realtor and a great friend.

Karen Martin has to be the worst realtor on the planet. She acts like a child. I filled out an application. Negotiated price and asked to send me another pic of the back of the property. She ignored me. Then i follow up 2 weeks later to close the deal and she has amnesia. Tells me shes needs another application and was playing games i guess. World Wide Realty and this women have lost my business. Waisted my time for 3 weeks. We spoke all day today and the last thing she said was, THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO. WE NEED TO START OVER AND WE CAN DO IT AFTER THANKSGIVING. Buyer Beware. I do not reommend this company until the find a new screen process for there realitors.

I highly recommend Katelyn Bly if you’re looking to find your new home! She went above and beyond to help me and my wife find our new home.. we went to look at several homes and then she suggested one she had looked into and I’m glad she did.We are so happy in our new home! Can’t thank her enough for all she did. Katelyn Bly thank you so much! You’re the best, we wish you many more success.

I have used Karen Martin with World Wide Realty for several years now. She has always gone above and beyond to take care of anything and everything I have needed. She is the most caring and kind person and I am very fortunate to have her as my realtor.

Katelyn B. is very unprofessional. I was working with her on a rental property for about 3 weeks. I drove down from MS to HTX to sign a lease and receive keys on 10/29. Once arrived in HTX, I attempted to call her and text her, just to find out I was blocked. I reached out to the Property Owner and they were waiting to “receive” my information from her. As of Today, the Property Owner nor I has successfully got in touch with Katelyn or anybody that works for this company.

Katelyn Bly was great to work with! She was very responsive and great at helping us plan to tour properties we were interested in. She made the whole process a lot easier!

Phillip Richardson of World Wide Realty is literally the most knowledgeable Realtor I’ve met. The expertise that he brings is invaluable, and I would honestly recommend him to anyone that’s looking to buy, sell, rent, invest or build.

Do NOT use World Wide Realty! Dishonest and completely unethical. The realtor Keith Hoering promised me half the realtor’s commission upon closing and then did not follow through. Since I had everything in writing of course TREC sided with me and fined him but he should have lost his license. He was an awful realtor but since he promised me money back I could not refuse the offer, lesson learned.

When I called and visited several real estate agents to ask for assistance with a school project, they all said they would get back to me. However, when I walked into Mr. Bills office, he was gracious and offered to assist me with everything I needed. Despite his busy schedule, he took the time to help me because,If youre looking to work with someone that cares, I recommend him for your real estates need

After getting the chance to work with Luke on a transaction, I can firmly say he is a consummate real estate professional. Not only is he a skilled and knowledgeable agent, but he also capably guides transactions to completion. I highly recommend working with Luke if you ever have the opportunity to do so!

Very good realty company. I dont know what these other comments are about the company being bad. I had the smoothest transition with this company selling my home and purchasing a new one all at the same time. They were able to make it very headache free for me. Not only that, my realtor went to bat for me on many occasions when we had to get tough on the builder of my new home. I didnt have to lift a finger. I told my agent my concerns and they were addressed and taken care of. It was like a magic realtor genie popped out of a bottle, and BAM! There she was granting my every realty wish. If you are questioning whether or not you should go with one of these companies agents or not, then take it from me, these agents are spot on. They will work their butts off for you! Their not after your money. They are after the relationship between you and them and superior customer service that they provide through servant-ship. I dont write reviews on Google. I typically just read them and go off of what others have written when I am looking into a company. However, with this one the experience was too good not to write one about them. This 3.9 stars needs to be bumped all the way up to the highest 5 that it can receive.

I would give 0 stars. Broker Joe Zhou is very dishonest. After tell me the owner is ok with moving fo with my application to get me to agree to pay application fee. He then was very rude to my current property management and hung up when they were inquiring on my application. I was very upfront and was lead to believe the owner was ok with moving forward with the application. Why take my money if he was not going to move forward. Its hard times and every dollar counts. People should not play with people money and lives.

Friendly broker, always supportive. I was the listing agent for a rental home Dec 2020, the 1st applications (two applicants) were unfortunately rejected by the owner due to the applicant rental history TXR-2214 which was obtained via email by the applicants rental management office friendly & professionally, the owner had tried his best twice to qualify the applicants at the owners interest. Processing an application doesnt equal to the owners approval, application fee was used for running credit & other processing work. one non-refundable application fee $50 was refunded via Paypal to the applicant. At no circumstance, people will or should play $50 application fee for nothing, hope the best for the applicants.

Cindy McCraw is a great realtor. She is real and fair when conducting business. She doesn’t sugar coat things and will tell you honestly what your options are and she shows great detail to every process whether is searching for a house or closing! Her main goal is to put peopl in homes they will love without putting them in a financial crisis! Thank you Cindy! Will be using you in the future as well!

Excellent service and great personal that are working hard to see to our real-estate needs. Major real-estate companies should take note, called their offices for three days with the lack of any enthusiasm or wanting to show homes for sale.

Drove hours to my viewing. Then upon arriving I found out it was cancelled and I didnt receive notifications. Since my first talk with DAN THE REALATOR he has broken all appointments over the phone, and in person, missed the viewing, prone to not tell the truth, and is very unresponsive.

Bill the broker rocks. I have my license here and it is the best brokerage to hang your shingle. You MUST be extremely independent though because they dont hold your hand.

If I could give zero stars for this company I would. Do not do business with this company. Agents stay far far away from them. The owners son is so incredibly rude, disrespectful, and most of all unprofessional!!! Will never do business with them ever again!
