They do such a great job on their homes too! The ladies in the office are rockstars! They have excellent customer service and are always available. I also really like that they are accredited by the BBB. If you need to get out of your home fast, they will make you a fair offer...as-is. Easy to do business with!

We dealt with Camila with the sale of our moms house after she passed away. Camila was gracious, knowledgeable, accessible to answer questions and concerns. Due to medical issues it was best to sell my house. It was in overall good shape but needed some things handled. I could either take out a loan and try to get top dollar or I could take a fair offer and move on. They were quick to respond and they handled everything. My dad had an accident in his attic with the AC and it flooded one of the bedrooms. I knew Dwayne through church and baseball so we contacted him and he came out and looked at the home and made my dad an offer. The process has been smooth and no problems whatsoever. We needed some time to move out my dads personal belongings and Gulf State was very accommodating. They even offered to help move out if it was necessary! I highly recommend Gulf State Homebuyers!

Camila was great! She always responded back Immediately. The turn around from the first day I met her to close was less than a month! They are on top of their game, quick, knowledgeable, professional and friendly!

Purchased a home back in 2018 from them due to flooding from Harvey. WORST DECISION WE EVER HAVE MADE. They had foundation work done to the home. Since buying the home I had to have foundation redone by a reputable company which they do not use. Then had to have close to 10k of plumbing replace. They sold me a home with broken lines under the home. Now Im fixing to replace the other side due to more broken lines. Gave them asking price as well. BUYERS RUN!!!!

The Company as a Whole I can not review , However the representative that we reached to is a complete joke... Very distracted did not show much interest had to practically beg for him to come out to assess my property then when he shows up sounds very insecure and unpromising he swears up-and-down that they will reach us to following day with some numbers and pretty much got ghosted.... He ignores my phone calls and text I really hate to think that this aacompany is the way that they do business. The Reps name is Dewyne White No Good..... Im very disappointed......
