We have had Quincy Compressors for quite a long time and each time we need service, your people wont even answer the phone, wont respond to multiple calls. Spoke to others who owned Quincys and same issue.....BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Quincy Compressor, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with their services. From the moment I attempted to get in touch with their customer support, it became abundantly clear that they have serious communication issues.First and foremost, it was a Herculean task to even reach a live person at Quincy Compressor. Their phone lines were always busy, and my numerous attempts to get through were met with endless waiting on hold. It was incredibly frustrating to invest so much time and effort just to speak with someone who could address my concerns.But my frustration didn’t end there. When I finally managed to schedule a service call, the technicians sent by Quincy Compressor displayed an astonishing lack of knowledge and expertise. It was evident that they had no idea what they were doing. Their incompetence was alarming and left me questioning the quality of their training and hiring practices.Instead of providing effective solutions, the technicians seemed clueless and unable to diagnose the issue correctly. This not only wasted my valuable time but also resulted in additional costs as the problem persisted and required further attention from competent professionals.Overall, my experience with Quincy Compressor has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their unresponsive customer service and inept technicians have left me feeling frustrated, dissatisfied, and regretful of ever having chosen their products. I strongly caution others against entrusting their compressor needs to Quincy Compressor, as their lack of professionalism and expertise will only lead to headaches and wasted resources.
The technician was nice enough. But $325 for a 30 minute service call to tell me that a 3 year old $2400 Quincy compressed air dryer is not worth fixing is ridiculous. I wont be buying anything from Quincy again.
This location is terrible. They dont know their own products. I unfortunately have tried to get the correct parts for almost a year from them. They sent wrong part after wrong part.
Their NO BULL Extended Warranty is NOTHING BUT BULL! Waited 3 weeks for them to charge me to send someone out to say the motor is NOT covered by the warranty.
