I write this review with respect; I know very well the challenges of owning a business.My AC malfunctioned during a power surge last week, coinciding with a heat advisory. The urgency of the situation prompted me to seek immediate assistance. I was relieved to receive a prompt response, and Abram was able to come out quickly.He quickly identified the problem and gave me a price, which was a bit overwhelming. While he was at my home I did my research on my phone and called my dad, who knows about ACs, when I started asking questions about the details of the price. Abram got impatient as if I was inconveniencing him. Everywhere I looked the price was half the price of what he was quoting me.He asked for me to pay for the full amount in advance ( not best practice) , and I did. He was not going to be able to fix it unitil he could locate the part the next day. The receipt had no breakdown of costs. I called around and shopped the prices of three other companies, all in the same range. I am convinced he tried to take advantage of me during a difficult time, nearly charging me three times the average price. For this, I would not recommend it unless you get a few other opinions that prove his price to be within the average price range.Always get an itemized receipt that explains all charges.Never pay someone in full.Look up the parts yourself and shop around the price.The bright side is that he gave me a refund, which I most certainly deserved.
