I highly recommend Air Pro AC & Heating! My wife called me this afternoon and said our upstairs a/c was not blowing cold. I did a google search when I got home and found one of our neighbors had recommended them. I called them and they sent us a tech the same evening. Adrian showed up and was very courteous and professional. He explained everything throughly and kept us in the loop the entire time. We really appreciate his professionalism and for coming late after hours. The family is cool and happy, and we are very thankful!

My ceiling after four years of installation of new system. Every year same problem. Every maintenance they said it was fixed. First company to check said way too expensive to fix to contact original installation company.Finally someone called me back about this issue and said they don’t have any recorded phone calls. 🤷‍♂️. Customer service at its finest. Still haven’t heard from a manager. Just the person I spoke to said they would send a “senior tech”. I have explained this issue to all my maintenance techs and with their office personnel. Just getting the runaround. Trash company. Per their “Jr tech”. The bent copper line on the new unit is great.Today I received a call from someone higher up in the company and informed me when they have someone available with proper experience they would like to check it out. 🤞After a week after charging me 200$ to diagnose they messed up install I have still haven’t heard from anyone about repairs. The tech noted the system cooled.Will update soon with visual inspections from reputable companies. My advice is to run from this company. Nothing is their fault and they will never have record of your ongoing issues.December 2024. I have paid a reputable company to reinstall and level both units with proper pan that accommodates unit. They addressed leaking copper lines and transferred warranty to Lennox. Between fixing their errors and ceiling damage I’m out another 5K. Do not use them. I have never heard back from them on any issues yet they have seen the problems.

Horrible , Horrible, Horrible!!!! Do not go with them !!! I normally do not write reviews , but they just have terrible business . My A/C stopped working upstairs . I found this company on internet so they have some bad reviews and some good ones so I decided to try my luck .Technical came in and said our thermostat was not working so ether we can buy it from them which is $490 or we can purchase at lows or Home Depot for up to $100 and install it yourself . So obviously my husband went and purchased it from the store and I paid $159 service fee for this company for diagnostics. My husband installed new thermostat and A/C still did not work . So my husband called his friend and got recommendations for a good A/C company . Technician came in and said it is nothing to do with thermostat and he found Trane condenser with bad capacitor for fan motor. Installed new 7.5 mfd capacitor and fan started running. We paid $200 . So of course we got upset that thisair pro Ac& heating wanted $750 for part which was not even broken . And I cannot bring thermostat back to store because we cut the wire and installed it . We had to purchase something what we did not need, and on the top of all I have to buy the paint to refix the wall which we just recently hired somebody to paint because new thermostat is different shape that our old one ! My husband wrote a bad review for this company. And I was trying to reach them to dispute service fee. Because I did not receive the service . Their technician was unprofessional at his work . I spent $260 which I did not need to spent . I called them on Thursday last week and asked to return me my money back $159 service fee because I did not receive services, the diagnostic was incorrect and I had to purchase something what I did not need . The lady on the phone told me they are going to call me back , they did not call back on Thursday or Friday. So I just called them again and the guy on the phone told me because my husband left them bad reviews they are not giving us our money back !!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM . They are going to charge you for something which is not broken just to get out of you hundreds of dollars. Then will not give you your money back for their mistake!!!!

Made an appointment with air pro to come out for a consult and estimate for full home generator. Instead of showing up at the date/time they committed to, they call me to tell Me I had to commit to buying the generator from them or they wouldnt come out at all. They had an entire week to call and communicate this to me but they waited until the appointment time.Apparently these guys are so busy they dont have bandwidth for customer service . Thank you Air pro, for helping make my decision a little easier. You literally just blew an easy sale/install

I was referred to this company by a coworker. They are very responsive in their follow ups and making appointments. Arrived on time. They do excellent work. They are also honest which is amazing nowadays to see. Steve Martinez helped me get older AC up and running and I really appreciate his work ethic. The team are so personable. I plan to have them install a new system which will probably be sometime this year. Honestly Im just blown away by their awesome service!

After noticing that my allergies were getting worse inside the house, I scheduled an air duct cleaning. The team arrived on time, cleaned every vent meticulously, and even showed me the before and after photos of the ducts. The difference in air quality is noticeable, and I feel like the house is cleaner overall.

AirPro installed our General without complete hooking up and allowing for our solar system. We have waited three weeks and continual responses that the supplier hasnt supplied the parts needed. Each week we are promised to be completed. They have not yet been truthful, shameful to say the least

$3K is their magic number. All of my HVAC units have been under warranty. Every quote I get is free parts, but $3K in labor. It took me 2 repairs to catch on. Had them repair a commercial unit and the same parts keep breaking, been nickel and dimed by them for over a year now. When I sent them to my house it was the same story - Id run away fast from this company.

Review for Air Pro and Robert Monroe. Our generator is 3 years old and the warranty is 5 years. When we bought it we did not sign up for any maintenance program, however Air Pro has been doing the maintenance it in past years. During the storm on July 9, the generator stop working after one day of operation. The technician form Air Pro came by and said that there was a problem with the gaskets and that it was not covered by the GENERAC warranty. The generator was working when he left but was not connecting to the transfer switch. The next Monday the generator failed the exercise and splashed all the oil that the technician added in just 5 minutesAfter a month we are still waiting the estimate from Air pro to fix that. I reviewed the warranty document and it says the gaskets are under warranty. Air Pro is just neglecting us because we did not sign up for their maintenance deal. I know now that they are not in their list of authorize dealers but they are in the obligation to help us fix the liking oil problem with GENERAC. Obviously now after a month with all the GENERAC generators failing in Texas, we are not being helped by any other shop. It is very suspicious that Air Pro provide receipts in the name of Robert Monroe but not under Air Pro name. Do not use them, buy and use a GENERAC authorize dealer, or buy another brand of generators with authorize dealers.We also saw that the reviews for the AC repairs done by AirPro suck, so STAY AWAY FROM THEM. We are thinking of reporting this to the TV news in English and Spanish so people will know. This generator was $14,000 dollars and a bunch of headaches.These people simply do not stand behind their products or the workmanship. no guarantee. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.Houston, Tx 77042

I first used Airpro 15 years ago when they installed and subsequently serviced my HVAC units. Their service was quite good until about 2 years ago. Service definitely took a down turn when I called to replace a thermostat which they installed and warranted for life (see photo). Their response was since I do not have a service contract they would charge me for installation and hardware. It was clear they were only concerned with making more money on a service contract (providing poor service) instead of standing by their previous work. They special order thermostats with their lifetime warrantee and phone number preprinted on it yet still so not stand by their work. Terrible.

Wish I could leave zero stars. They came out 4 times, each time leaving saying everything was fixed with my AC. 4 trips later, the compressor is still short cycling and shutting off every 30 seconds without the fan even running. The entire system is less than 8 years old. They charged me every time when they came back out to “fix” what they missed on the prior trip, except once, and that’s because they left my system completely offline with a wire unplugged after leaving one of the trips. I should’ve stopped calling them after the 3rd time. The 4th time they said I needed a plumber to clear my condensation drains lines. Plumber came today and the issue persists

Weve been using Airpro for many years and they have always provided top notch service. Most recently, we had to replace our downstairs unit and from start finish it was a good experience.Bobby was fantastic and walked us through all our options and was super helpful throughout the whole process. Daniel and his crew did the install and did a wonderful job. John and Mike also great to work with. Want to mention that everyone is just so friendly and courteous and honestly a joy to work with.

After Harvey, they installed a new Central air system, coils leaked a couple of years later cost me additional $2,500 for labor. Then they installed another separate air handling unit for me, a year later they blew the compressor out during a “ maintenance” visit, another $4,000 in. This spring, I Woke up to a leaking ceiling and after three visits, they figured out they didn’t install the pan properly. The leaks damaged my walls and ceiling. So when it was on my dollar they were prompt! Now it’s their turn and they have been refusing to call me back for weeks after saying they would look into it.

Air Pro installed my air-conditioning about 12 years ago and it worked great all the time. Lately the compressor was heard cutting in and out when near the end of a cycle. My lines are quite long and that might have stressed the valves on the compressor. Working fine for now, replaced the fan capacitor and tested the system. Still works well and hope that it keeps up for another few years.

Watch out, they will gouge you. Double the price of others. Even the cost of the service call is double others. They installed our new hvac system 4 years ago. Parts are covered under warranty, wanted close to $2500 for part replacement. Run, don’t walk away.

I have pretty bad health conditions and my dad paid for a whole new central AC in the house (like 23 grand or something) before I moved back with them. The humidity in the house is off the charts and the temperature in my room is 10-20 degrees hotter than any other room. They come out to look and nothing changes....not to mention not doing the work my dad had signed on for and being like oops we installed the wrong one when he was paying them. Every article online is saying its probably too small of an HVAC unit and I honestly wouldnt be surprised with how shady they were when they realized they had installed the wrong order and assured him it was okay and would function like the person who inspected the house had said it would.....honestly not sure why they didnt stop and he more careful initially

Incredibly thorough and technically advanced data gathering. Photos accompanied explanations of machine components and performance levels. Very impressed. My AC unit broke down, and my wife is handicapped and is on equipment that includes air and other things. So it was extremely important to get my unit fixed or replaced. They sent someone out right away to evaluate my old equipment and give me good pricing for a new unit. The gentleman went back to the shop and installed a window AC for our bedroom where my wife is so she would not have to suffer the heat. They quickly installed a brand new system within 24 hours and I am very happy with it.John F

The service provided by the technician (Bobby) was phenomenal; he was in and out quickly, thoroughly explained the problem and was very pleasant to chat with. The company itself is EXTREMELY overpriced however so I would only recommend them if youre in dire need and cant find anyone else who can help (I paid over $750 for Labor that took less than 30 minutes)

Patrick Wren was our Comfort Specialist and Mullinix installed a new 3ton American Standard HVAC system in our home. The install team (Danny and Benito) were professional and did a great job. They explained everything at the end and left our house clean after the install.The next day we had the system inspected by their quality control officer. The office was good at notifying us of his arrival and he helped me setup the automated settings on the new thermostat that I did not know were available with the thermostat we selected. I was very pleased with their service and it is day two, and the system is working well.

They did quality work, independently checked the work and made sure we were well versed with the system. One of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. My thermostat had been powering off. I requested an appointment on Sunday and Sunday afternoon Jeannette called me to schedule an appointment the next day. Received a courtesy call to say the driver was 30 minutes out so I could meet him at my home. John has been to my home before for service calls and regular maintenance on my AC unit. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He takes a lot of pride in his work and represents Airpro well. Im so glad I chose Airpro to install my AC unit. My issue with air pro is the customer service and the equipment looked damaged. Before they got the job they were lighting fast with their responses but now that i have spent over 13 thousand dollars for a new Lennox hvac system installed they could care less about me because they already have their money. I told them Im not happy with the way the outside unit looks and they still havent taken care of the problem. The day after the installation I noticed on the outside unit that a bunch of the coils were smudge together. It looks like a baseball hit it or something. I sent the sales person photos of it and told him i wasnt happy and that I didnt spend over 13k for something to look damage. He told me he would send the photos to upper management and they would get back with me. Five days went by and I heard nothing so I text him again and I told him I have been patiently waiting for someone to get back to me and I guess its time to feel out the review on them and that i regret hiring them for the job. Less then hour later Gary the general manager of air pro called me and apologized for no one getting back with me and he would take care of it and said all the right things to make me wait on feeling out the review. Its now 14 days since Gary the general manager called me and told me he would take care of the problem and its almost three weeks since they installed the new system and nothing has been resolved.

Ac pro’s service was fast when I needed some one out to check my ac. The following day they were scheduled to be there early in the morning to change out a motor , I was with out ac most of the day , which the internal of my house hit 94* when the tech showed up about 530 in the evening ,7 hours later. The repair was quick got me back up and running… price wise I feel like I got bent over , a thousand dollars to replace a 150$ motor I prob won’t use this company again unless it’s an emergency and I can’t get anyone else out

They charge a fee to come, that’s fine I understand and agree however, I have three units at my house while the tech was there I asked to make sure that he checked all of them to be certain there were no other problems which makes sense right? The person on the phone proceeded to tell me there will be an additional charge for each just to check??? Wasn’t the first charge for that specific reason paid up front? Severely overpriced. Extremely. Repair supposed to be under warranty. So they say parts are covered but not labor.This is for a small split unit cooling two small rooms.Inspection visit was about $150. They added a fuel surcharge that covered enough fuel for hundreds of miles. Their office is about a mile away.They said the compressor motor was probably damaged by electrical surge and recommended a $400 surge protector be installed. Ok go ahead.They ordered a replacement compressor motor under warranty. Waited nearly two months for it. When examined, the original motor bearings were seizing which caused the fuse to blow and not damaged by any electrical surge.They missed the burned fuse on circuit board. I spotted and identified the burned fuse which they admit they missed and they have to order a new board.So far their invoices are far in excess of $1000 and the want nearly another $400 to install the circuit board.This is ALL UNDER WARRANTY. A NEW split system installed would be cheaper than their repair charges ALL UNDER WARRANTY.On the original system install, they did not correctly connect the condensation drain line so sheet rock got water damaged every time it was turned on. They eventually came back and fixed that.I recommend avoiding them. They are greedy.

Needed the pumps removed from our split units as one was broken and we had trouble with lines on the other ones stopping up. The company that installed the units wanted $800 to remove one pump and attach a pvc pipe.(We didn’t even need pumps but relied on them to install what we needed).Called Air Pros and they sent out David Jordan the same day. He removed all 3 pumps and installed new PVC pipe on all three for less than what the other company quoted for one pump. David is an excellent technician. He took his time answering all our questions. We will now use Air Pro for all our AC needs.

Stay away! Once they have your money they do not care one bit. From the get go it’s been a total mess. It’s now been a month and because they didn’t install the new unit correctly our house still won’t cool off. We have two pets and it gets incredibly hot during the day. Gary told us because we have some cool air we are not a priority. We can feel cold air and condensation dripping from the unit in the attic. They installed the unit with tape and plaster, it’s propped up with a brick shoved under holding it all up and installed wrong size plenum according to the Lennox manual. They don’t care about making it right. Watch out. Their service agreement guarantees 100% satisfaction but don’t believe that for a second.

John came out to inspect our HVAC system after we moved in to the house, he made adjustments to the baffles and explained how everything worked after completing the inspection. He took the time to explain the warranty transfer and helped us connect the WiFi thermostat. He is a true professional and I’ll be asking for him again when I call.

I have used Airpro once again to replace an AC system. The experience was exceptional from the first meeting to the quality check. The pricing was fair and the work was performed quickly. The technicians was on time and done with the entire installation in less than 6 hours. I have been using Airpro for over 30 years now and whether it is routine semi-annual service, repairs or whole system replacement, they never disappointed. I highly recommend them for AC, heating and electrical work (including generator installation).I have been using Airpro Air Conditioning & Heating every since they opened. They have done all of my maintenance and replace both of my systems over the last 25 years. They have always been professional and efficient. They performed a repair for our emergency heat on our heat pump. It was a busy time during the Polar vortex. Although they arrived late in the evening they did not postpone and David completed the work professionally and quickly. Their service charge is more than others however so is their knowledge and professionalism! You get what you pay for! There are many more other companies to chose from, please do yourself a favor and shop other places. Multiple water damage after the installation of one of their units, multiple inspection visits,excuses, calls, delays and months to get repairs taken care of, the first “repair” was painting over it and the second time their Sheetrock people damage our brand new floors and denied it as well and didn’t take responsibility for any of it. Do not recommend.

This company is a rip off they say they pride themselves on quality but all they care about is your money. The diagnostics fee is pretty high 139.95 plus they add on a fuel charge 20.00, I live less than 10 minutes away. Most companies will take off the diagnostics fee if you get the repair done by them but not this company. Youll pay for the diagnostics fee, plus the fuel charge, plus whatever repair is needed.

Air pro came out to quote a whole house generator back in early May. I clearly stated that the generator needed to be installed on the far side of my garage. They increased the price in order to accommodate the cost of the additional distance from the main panel of my home. I understood this increase and agreed to a total price of $11,000. They sent a final contract and my home was placed in their queue. The contract clearly stated that my generator would be installed on the far side of the garage.As we all know generators are on back order. I talked to them several times over the last four months. And they let me know that while generators were slow to be delivered, I was in the queue.I have no issue with the delay in delivery, I had no issue paying more for the location I requested. However, the issue was when they came to set the generator a week ago. When they delivered the generator they called and asked for half payment, which I paid via credit card over the phone. I thought everything was going smooth. Delayed, but smooth. However, one hour after I paid the half payment, they called to tell me that the price needed to be increased by $3,670! I thought it was a joke. It wasn’t. I talked to the sales person and eventually the general manager. The GM understood it was their error and admitted to messing up the quote, but was unwilling to meet the commitment. He stated that he was going to talk to his sub-contractor to try and reduce the price increase. I informed him that I was not going to pay more than what we agreed to back in May. He assured me that he wanted to find a way to work it out and he would get back to me. That was a week ago and I have heard nothing. Buyer beware. Do not do business with Air Pro. They do not meet their commitments and try to strong arm you the day of the install. Luckily, I was able to get my payment refunded.

My unit went out on Memorial weekend and I contacted R.M. Mullinex . I was extremely impressed with how quickly they responded. I had Pat come out that evening to quote me and my unit was installed the next day . I was afraid that we were going to be out of air until after Memorial weekend . I was wrong they came through! I had an AC service done by AirPro twice a few months ago. First was for an outside fan replacement which died and the second one was for an air flow controller replacement. Mario did the first job and Cody did the second one. Both were very professional. They explained the situation well as to what cause the failure in my AC system and on how to remedy it. They were able to answer my questions and concerns as well. Regarding their pricing, it was competitive and they seem to use quality parts. I recommend getting the annual maintenance agreement. It includes 2 tune ups, discount on services and waived fees for priority or emergency service calls. I had referred them to my friends because of their good service. Overall Im satisfied with their professionalism and quality work.Updates: I had services done today by Travis for a Zone board replacement and heating system safety inspection. He was very professional and very helpful with my concerns. The added service was done the same day.

Our air conditioning system went out on a hot Houston summer day and our regular service company said they *might* be able to fit us in the following afternoon. I called six companies that advertised 24-hour emergency service and only AirPro called me back. They said somebody would be out in about two hours and they showed up early! The friendly, efficient technician quickly fixed the problem and we slept in cool comfort. There was a reasonable charge for the emergency call but we were happy to pay it. Were very satisfied with AirPro!

Unfortunately, I had quite bad experience with AirPro since they installed my AC 1.5 years ago. I have been trying to get their support last few months. They were not returning calls and when I finally got to speak with a manager, he was rude and even raising his voice. I had to ask him to lower his voice. He promised to call me back with resolution, and 6 weeks (or even more) after, there was no call. I called again Friday and the nice lady scheduled John to come today. He was the most helpful person ever. Looked at everything, corrected what needed to be corrected, did maintenance (as I was told they will contact me for 2x a year for maintenance, but never did). He also found something else that needs to be improved, and acted on it at that time by calling the office and having them schedule his visit within 3 day from now to fix that. John was also very helpful in explaining all, as I am not the expert. He saved the face of Air Pro and I hope he gets recognized for this. Thank you John for being professional, fast and kind!

Prompt and courteous service. I called on a weekend and they agreed to an after hours appointment right away. I had the issue somewhat under control so I scheduled it for Monday morning. Shaun, my technician was right on time and did all of the work quickly and more importantly correctly. I had him do an inspection of my AC unit which I purchased from another company in 2008. He came back with no issues, and explained all of the points of his inspection and then emailed me the results as well. He did not try and sell me anything that I didnt need. I called Air Pro out to give me a quote to replace my Lennox HVAC system that had gone out since they were a Lennox certified repair company. Our unit was 7 years old. I was unaware that our unit was still under a 10 year warranty that we got when we registered the original unit.You would think a Lennox certified company would had mentioned this possibility to me when they can to look at the system. They did not and continued to sell me an entirely new two-state Lennox unit for full price.The night after the install, my neighbors asked me if we had our units repaired under warranty. Once we heard this, we searched our email and found the warranty work that said the unit was warrantied until January 2025.I immediately called Air Pro and spoke to a manager. He told me there was nothing he could do because the unit had already been replaced and old unit disposed of. He then said he would reach out to Lennox to see what our options were and get back to me. I never heard back even after several attempts back to them.I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 star because the new unit is working much better than our old unit. We did have an issue at first in that the installation team did not turn on the second stage for the unit, but a follow up visit did resolve that issue.

Frustrating. Inconsistent.Gary the manager is a liar. He challenged me to a fist fight in their parking lot. The connection to the plenum was all duct tape, plaster and propped up with a single brick wedged under the duct. Their work was sloppy and of poor quality. Danny, our technician, was amazing. He had our AC unit up and running within 15 minutes of his arrival. We had been without AC in Houston for 6 days in 100 degree weather. Our, home warranty company, America Home Shield, referred us to a company, J & J Mechanical, to do the repair. Unfortunately, they were not reliable. They (J &J) never called to schedule the original service appointment then rescheduled the appointment 4 days later without giving us notification. Our experience couldn’t have been better. Of course, like many, we had a warranty when we purchased our home and after two years, our a/c went out at the beginning of August. We have two small children, one with a heart condition, who was recovering from her most recent open heart surgery. There was no way we could stay in our home until it was fixed. After two weeks of the getting the run around with the recommended a/c company, Military Air and HWA, I decided to be done with both of them. I was so mad that we hadn’t made progress of getting our a/c replaced that I did a quick google search. Air Pro had the most reviews and the highest reviews so I took the chance that they had to be better than the previous company.I made a call on Tuesday afternoon at 4:30 and explained our situation and they had someone out to give us a quote within 30 minutes. Whileit took days to get absolutely nowhere, Air Pro came to the rescue and by the next morning they were installing a new a/c and heating unit for us. Not only did they install a new system, they sent multiple guys to help get the job done that day so we could bring our girls back home. At one point we had six guys all helping each other out.While I know there are plenty of horror stories of home warranty companies and I know we were paying out of pocket for a new system, we could not be happier in switching companies. They did a great job and I’m so confident in the work they produced. After one of the 2 15 year old ac/heat pump systems died in our 3500 sq ft house, I decided to replace them both with a single high efficiency unit with multiple zones. I got several bids and Mullinix was the second lowest. The first company I went with was unable to get delivery on the unit I was looking for and after waiting over a month, I canceled and went with Mullinix who were able to deliver the same week. The system is working perfectly and the installation looks great. The only issue is that I had asked them to route the ductwork to allow a section of the attic to be used for storage and although they allowed sufficient length in the duct to do so, they did not strap the duct out of the way and they did not clean up the sheet rock dust where they installed the thermostats, probably because they worked from 9 in the morning until 1 am getting the installation done due to its size and complexity.IMPORTANT UPDATE!!! 11 months after installation, one zone went bad and problem diagnosed as bad air flow sensor and the technician locked all zones open until a replacement became available which he estimated would take 1 to 2 weeks. 3 weeks later still no sensor but we noticed the system was running constantly and called the technician back out. He said the evaporator coil had a slow leak, known problem with that model, and it would be replaced under warranty. Six weeks later the coil came in (sensor still on back order) and technician replaced the coil... and handed me a bill for $1956.00 for vacuuming the system and replacing the Freon which was not covered under warranty... I am highly unimpressed with them at the moment.

So, my AC wasnt working, Cody Kettler Came to our home. He explained everything to me, he began working immediately. He worked late into the evening trying to get it going, but he couldnt. 11/01/2023 update: I have a labor and parts warranty on my HVAC system and pay for the annual service program with Airpro. Now the Furnace isnt lighting, just diagnosed as a bad gas valve in the furnace. Tech verified that all parts and labor covered by warranty but will cost me $457.00 to replace for paperwork and shipping charges talk about opportunism and acting in bad faith. Airpro wants me to pay their admin costs for warranty labor reimbursement and a made up shipping charge (No shipping is required, reportedly the warehouse has the part in stock). This has been really disappointing since the on-site staff who service and repair the HVAC systems are typically really good and the gentleman who diagnosed the issue was outstanding.Initial review from 2020:The salesman, Zack, was professional and very knowledgeable. He got me set up with the right system for our needs. The AirPro price was also the most competitive price I received after obtain quotes from other HVAC contractors.The installation team was available the same week I decided to purchase and were very professional and well presented. The team (Mason, Jaime, and Anthony) completed the removal of the old HVAC system and installation of the new one in one day as promised.

The repair cost seem high for just 2.5 hours of work and he add some $99 trip charge that was not made aware to me until he got to my home. When my house couldnt cool down I needed to find someone fast. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly and then Gerald showed up. He was amazing. He fixed the primary problem quickly and got us all squared away. I pointed out another concern and he was able to honestly discuss solutions without me feeling pressured; he just offered solutions and spoke about the pros and cons of each. Weve had a very long and painful experience trying to get our AC repaired and went through 3 different contractors over a month with no AC. Finally a friend recommended AirPro to us and they came out. Both technicians were very competent and helped us identify the real problem in the system and went the extra step to figure out if the system was designed right in the first place. I spent several long phone calls with John as he walked me through all of the technical challenges and troubleshooting. Then Carlos install crew came and made the changes/repairs required. They worked quickly and their work looks impeccable. WOW!! I called the after hours number last night just to leave a message for someone to give me a call today to talk about replacing my inoperative 23 year old system. Had them come out on a Saturday because my unit blower motor was going out, they stated they had a larger fee to come out on a Saturday and I agreed since i needed it to be fixed. They came out and diagnosed it and Fan Blower Motor was replaced by a universal unit by MARS part#10459. Part online goes for no more than $150 but they insisted on charging me $700 for the unit. For being in the distribution industry I felt that was a bit high but I paid since the work was done. I called today and spoke with the manager Gary and if I could give zero star on his customer service I would. Instead of explaining the value or on why that charge was so high all he said our price is booked in as is. If you look at the invoice the part cost and labor is not separated so you dont know how much youre paying for their service. To be clear I wasnt looking for a half off price or anything like that, I understand companies are here to make profit but when you mark up a piece 70 points and not explain clearly and not provide proper customer service thats where I draw the line. Would not recommend this company in any future instances.

What a delightful experience! I called AirPro this morning to fix a heater in one of my rental properties that wouldnt come on. Needless to say, it was cold and the family had no heat. My Husband Gary and I have been customers of AirPro since 2013, when the existing A/C unit started to become on its last leg, and was needing to be serviced every couple of months.In late July 2015, the unit needed service, but, was really at the point to where the cost of repairing it was going to exceed replacing it with a brand new unit - in a short time - especially with the rest of a hot, Texas Summer to get through.Much to our chagrin, because of cost, we went ahead and bought our new American Standard unit and installed by AirPro. With the exception of two defective coils, the new unit has worked perfectly, and has been wonderful to have.Fast forward to September 2017...Although we were extremely lucky to have made it through Hurricane Harvey, without any problems or a drop of water in our home, two weeks later, our next door neighbors townhouse roof caught on fire, due to negligent workers making repairs on their roof, and the fire spread to our home. In fact, our home received the brunt of the damage - in Fire, Smoke, and Water.While doing the tear out of the sheetrock and getting rid of the items that were not salvageable, it was discovered that we had black mold in one of the areas our duct work was, but, Ramon also came out and did a free estimate on how badly damaged our system was in total. Luckily, the outside compressor just needed a good cleaning from the smoke & soot, but, unfortunately, our entire ducting system needed to be replaced. Ramon drew up.plans to rework the new ducting to achieve maximum airflow, while also making it more energy efficient.The following day, he had a great crew of Guys working at our home, and, although they ran into a couple of problems, they were done in two days, and the A/C works the best it ever has! Unfortunately, were still not back in our home yet, but, were looking forward to enjoying our A/C & Heat, once we are.AirPro is awesome, they do great, quality work, and for a decent price. They are also very prompt - they arrive within the time window given, if not before. The Crew is also very respectful of the fact they are in someone elses home, and do their very best to not make any type of mess at all. I would certainly recommend to anyone!

Bought annual service plan. Scheduled “first call” service guaranteed between 8:00am - 8:30am last Friday and took morning off work. Called at 8:40am to see where they were and tech still hadn’t left shop and would be at least 45 more minutes before he arrived. Rescheduled “first call” service for following Tuesday (today). It’s 8:45 and when I called to see where they were I was told it would be another 45 minutes before tech arrived. Cancelled service plan for partial refund. 2 mornings wasted. Would not recommend.

The company agreed right away that they can fix our problem at a great rate! However when they showed up to the job site they first stated they cannot provided the service they just said they could for sure perform, as we are a time sensitive company when components are down this was a HUGE hit for us. Not to mention they were EXTREMELY rude after we were asking them why they cannot do the service. Even called the customer support line and got hung up on within 3 minutes of the call. We record all of our calls and we said NOTHING that would have warranted this hostile attitude. EDITWell seems like these guys were right . It was the evaporator. I wrote this negative review thinking they were trying to get over on me. There quote did come in higher than some other competitors though. But hey Im man enough to admit when Im wrong.Initial Review---------------------------I wish I could give a negative star. My service technician , Shawn went to check out my Unit that was not cooling any more. He informed me that the system did not have any refrigerant in it, because it had all leaked out of the bad evaporator that I had . He quoted me a price of 3640 to fix the unit . I was also charged $80.00 for the inspection which was completely wrong. The next company I called .. came out and looked at my system for free and diagnosed the real problem .. It was an expansion valve that was put in incorrectly and blocking the refrigerant. He fixed the problem and installed a sight glass for 650. There was never a leak in my system I doubt AirPro never even hooked up a gauge to check the pressure. I will also be writing a great review on the company that fixed my system , I want my 80 bucks back and Im tempted to to file a dispute on my credit card for false services. At least when you pay 80 bucks you deserve an accurate assessment . Do not go with this company , they will just cost you time and money . .Edited Review---------------------------There was a leak on the system and these guys found it . Not sure if i got hustled or not by the other AC guy ! Seems like the leak is a very slow one . 5 lbs loss over a year.

I had another company attempt to install a mini split but they were unsuccessful in getting the unit to work after two weeks. I called AirPro in the morning and they had their tech Chris Gonzalez arrived shortly after lunch. Chris was very professional, got to work and figured out the problem, made the necessary repairs and got the unit working. Update 7-9-19. They were able to fix the problem of water remaining in the pan. I must commend them for coming back and figuring out the problem.Update: 6-18-19 after 4 techs & installers coming out twice, they finally figured out why water was building up in the drip pan. Evidently the coils have grease on them when brand new that need to cleaned off with coil cleaner. So far today no water build up. Let’s keep our fingers crossed. They were trying to tell me my drain pipe was stopped up snd that I needed to contact s plumber. My old unit was draining fine when the coils would freeze up. Thank god I didn’t waster $300 on an unnecessary service call to a plumber.Update: 6-17-19 the drain pan is full of water & the system automately shut off. I think they need to install some sort of pump to get this water out because it’s not draining on its own. They always respond but I would like system to work. I will update more as events occur.Update: 6-15-19 they came out to fix the draining problem but all they did was place the unit on two blocks of wood. Pan is still filling with water. This IS NOT SATISFACTORY ! What do I do when the wood rots from sitting in water? Why can’t they get the system to drain properly? Not happy at all with this install.Update: 6-10-19. I have deleted my earlier review. Will update as soon as they get my brand new unit working properly.

I recommend you price shop for more reasonable vendors who warranty their service. I missed this in my due diligence exercise.

Chris was wonderful! Cindy in the office was so helpful! Of course our AC unit stopped working at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon when the temp outside was over 100 degrees. Cindy scheduled Chris to come to our home Sat. morning. Chris took the time he needed to look at all the possibilities and figure out which component was not working. He kept us informed of his decision making process, ordered the broken part, provided a temporary fix to keep us cool through the weekend, and replaced the malfunctioning part on Monday, all at a very reasonable cost. If I could leave more stars I would. I have never been so grateful and impressed with the service I got from John and Bob at Airpro. My wife and I are expecting any time now and this last week when the hard cold snap came our heater decided to die. Through a referral we set an appointment with Airpro and they came right out the next day (would have been same day but nobody was home to let them in early enough). John was very informative and talked me through everything he was doing. He also made a bunch of suggestions on how to improve airflow through the house. In no time he diagnosed the problem and had the right part in his truck to fix the issue. By the time my wife got home from her errands, we had heat again! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Highly unprofessional. I signed up for a year of service and maintenance and only thing was done was replacement of air filters. I also had an ac unit that needed repair and the technician said it was all fixed. The very next day I had to call another company to come out because AirPro told me it would be 2 weeks to get another technician out. The new company stated he sees there was an attempt at a fix for a leak but the work was inadequate. I sent over documentation of repairs done by another company as proof that I had to pay someone else to fix the issue. Now I get a call from a collection agency demanding payment. I called AirPro and the billing person Jennifer was very rude and combative in trying to resolve this issue. Very unprofessional! Insinuating that I was a liar. What professional company treats their clients this way? I have no problems paying my bills for work that had been done but I will not pay or be forced to pay for services that were not performed or performed as promised.

Before the work began we knew what was taking place from the beginning to end. I saw this company advertisement on tv and decided to check it’s customer reviews. The solid score of 4.5 or higher compelled me to call for a free estimate of a new HVAC system. When Allen came he was very professional about explaining how my system layout works. He gave me the pricing on American Standard systems which are beyond my budget. I ordered there service because my freon pipe was Frozen outside. Its can be from a old filter or a low on freon. They guy thats came over was really nice .He checked the system and told me that the system is in perfect condition, but Short on freon. So I paid him $89 for service fee + $95 to add freon.A month later , the pipe freeze again. So I called the company to tell them its happening again. Now they want to charge me again $89.95 for service fee and just to check if there is a freon leak extra $120! Plus to fix the leak and add freon again. COSTLY !I have a business myself and this is not a good business. Why the first guy add freon IF he know that there is might be a leak?! If the first time he will check the system right we will not be in this situation.Its the same problem so why I need to pay $89 just to have someone look at the system, and then to check is there is leaking extra $120. And sooo goes on..I called a different company and they said that is there is a leak and I will fix it through them they will NOT charge me the service fee. ITS ALREADY BETTER SERVICE!!!

I called AirPro at 7 am and my air conditioning was fixed by 10 am. This is great service considering its July in Texas and prime air conditioning breaking weather. The technician was friendly and professional. I would recommend AirPro to anyone and will use them again in the future.

Was told by my usual A/C repair company that I needed a new system so I called Air Pro as one of the companies to give me a second opinion - boy am I glad I did! The Air Pro technician (Burnett) asked what the basis of the dire diagnosis was and then began his own investigation. He said things just werent adding up to him and he was right. Turned out all I needed was a new blower motor capacitor (the thing was completely dead). Needless to say I was ecstatic to pay the $265 repair bill rather than a $7,000 new system bill. Air Pro just got themselves a new customer. P.S. The technician also took time to tell me about all the standard processes the owner has put in place to ensure that the service level is the same between all of their technicians - and talked about the extensive training they go to each year to ensure they know how best to install and maintain the American Standard products they sell.

AirPro installed an American Standard evaporator coil for a longtime customer and personal friend as we were not able to provide the service. Their prices are inline with the competition but the quality of equipment and work is ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH! If you are looking for service or equipment replacement and care about quality and longevity of your investment give AirPro and their professional team a chance to earn your business.
