After a power surge fried our AC unit Be Cool AC & Heating took care of the replacement! They are Very knowledgeable! Always prompt in responding! Great staff, crew, and company in general. I highly recommend!

Great customer service, punctual and consistent communication which is a rather rare find these days when it comes to contractors. They showed up when they said they would and communicated when they were in route with a photo of the technician to make sure my family and I knew who would be coming to our house. Their pricing was also fair and came in hundreds of dollars lower than their competitors who had also quoted the job.

Oswaldo and his crew did a great job installing our new furnace. They were very professional, arrived on time and got right to work, and they cleaned up nicely when the job was finished. I was using the furnace for the first time this season. It got pretty cold last night. I was getting an error message on my thermostat. I contacted Be cool and they came out the same day. 9/24 The service from be cool air conditioning was awesome, from start to finish. After arriving for a service visit and discussing with Beau The options available I decided to have a new air conditioner Installed. The crew with Oswaldo arrived On time. They quickly got to work removing the old AC. The crew was very professional and very careful not to damage anything. They took all of the old AC parts away with them when they left. Oswaldo did an awesome job.Follow up, Ryder was wonderful today on the final check of the install for the AC. Very good at answering questions and giving information really appreciate his positive attitude1/25Bee Cool stepped in to help me with duct replacements for my attic. They were on time, had great attitudes and did quality work. The clean up was completed before they left my house, including the haul off of the old ducts. They took pictures to show me the work they did. They also verified that work from another company had been completed. Ryder and Amber are delightful to work with. Technician Ken did an outstanding service work for us. He was on time, understood what I needed for this check up. Ken provided a couple of recommendations that will extend the life of the a/c units. He also crawled in to the attic to add bleach to a drain line to avoid mildew. I highly recommend Be Cool and Ken.

I had both my AC units inspected today and had a really good experience. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He showed me why my units were not performing optimally and recommended adding parts that my original installer should have done. I ended up opting in for the annual maintenance plan and installing starter relays on the outdoor units to help with the power spike whenever the units start. Very impressed with how thorough the annual check up is! This was my first annual after having all new equipment installed last summer. Rider checked the outside unit, the furnace in the attic and then chemically washed the outside unit. He kept me informed of his work and reported issues that he noticed. This company always goes above and beyond and I always recommend them to friends snd neighbors!

September 2024. My A/C stopped working yesterday— it went from 75 to 83 in an hour and then to 86 in 30 minutes. I called Be Cool and they sent Rider Rodriguez out. He found that there had been some wind damage from the derecho in May. I had noticed that the outside u it had been overly loud after the Derecho. To make a long story shorter, Rider fixed the problem very quickly and within a short time, I had a cool house. I would highly recommend them. Their VIP program is a good deal. Rider has been professional and efficient when he has serviced my A/C.

It was time for an entirely new AC Unit and we called around to multiple companies for quotes to compare pricing. Beau came out with so much honesty and integrity that we decided to choose Be Cool to install our new unit. Rider came to work on our two trane units today. He’s without a doubt the best A/C techs I have ever had to work on any of my units in the past. His professionalism and work ethic is spot on. Amber, from their office is also great in updating me on the appointment time and if there’s any delay. I like working with Br Cool.I called Be Cool for my AC which was not blowing cool air. Beau came in the next day, he was punctual, and he readily assessed the problem. My old AC system has given up. Definitely needing a new AC system- with this Texas heat. He introduced us to Daikin, which also has excellent 12 year warranty. He also was able to have his guys install the next day (Friday). He made it happen that Friday, since I have guests for that weekend. Excellent service, from Beau, to his staff, Amber, and so with the workers.I had used Be Cool in 2022, so I know to call them for this AC issue.Beau also came back today to check my new system.As always, thank you for excellent service Beau, Amber, and crew.

The tech, Rider, was very professional and took the time to go over any issues, lose wire and high amps on a fan capacitor. I liked that he took pictures and showed before and after of his changes. We upgraded to the VIP program and he was able to clean the coils also. I would recommend Be Cool AC.

Due to hurricane I was without air for 9 days. Be Cool came out gave quote too owner and had installed same day. The three guys that came out was very respectful and completed installation quickly.

We are extremely pleased with our service from Beau and his son Beau Jr. Our scheduled time was between 12-2 pm and he showed up early at 11:30 am which was very nice. He and his son did a thorough check of our AC system, and fixed the problem which was that our heater was not blowing any warm air. He was so professional and a great technician that he diagnosed the issue and gave us a suggestion that will fix the problem that we have with our current system. I have never had company that cared so much as to check all points to diagnose the problem. He and his son spent over an hour at my house to fix the problem. Yet, at the end he gave us a discount to save us money on this service call, and gave us a really great maintenance plan that we can use with their company in the future …now that’s great customer service and genuine “we care” type of customer service. Most other companies don’t care as much and will just charge an arm and a leg to rake you up the you know what, Beau didn’t do that he kept checking everything and asked us a lot of questions to properly diagnose the problem with our AC/ heating unit. We are very pleased with the service which we have received from Be Cool A/C & Heating. During the past year they have provided us with various types of service, from major component replacement to regular service calls at our home. The response has been quick and work has been excellent. We have no complaints.The customer service reps and the dispatchers keep you informed on the schedule for your work and notifications when the service crew is headed to your location. I like their practice of contacting the customer over the next day or two after the work to make sure that the system is performing as it should.I personally like the owner, Beau Brown. Not only is Beau the owner of the business but he also makes service calls to customer homes. He understands the business and knows what is needed. A few months ago….I had a screwed up job by another company. Beau and Anthony came out to put it right, which they did easily and they ran a 5th wire on my Nest thermostat. Very professional, and quick and funny. It was an absolute pleasure working with them.9/3/21. I had a Generac Generator installed yesterday by the Generator Supercenter in Tomball. The generator guys kicked some wires in the attic and they were wires to my upstairs AC. I didnt know until late last night... went to shower. It was hot up there... After troubleshooting for an hour, I got on the phone with tech support for an hour... couldnt get it to work. Called my AC Beau (Be Cool AC and heating) and now I have AC. Very fast response time. I called on a Wednesday morning because my blower was making a loud rattling noise in the attic and a tech was scheduled to come out the following day however i received a call about 2 hours later informing me that a tech would be available to come out same day. Took about an hour to replace the blower wheel that was causing the noise and everything was back to normal.

We had the most exceptional service experience recently with an emergency AC need. We had been out of AC in Houston 100+ degree weather for 48 hours. I contacted “Be Cool AC and Heating” around 1700 hours on a Friday and spoke to one of their reps (who was extremely cordial and attentive over the phone) He immediately took my info and schedule me for an early morning spot the next day (Saturday at 0800) with a two hour window. However, by 0800 hours on the dot, AC Technician “Rider” was in my driveway and ready to work. He was very personable, bilingual and easy going in his approach to the problem and in the way he explained everything he was seeing. There was definitely no upselling and absolutely no shady tactics that I could sense….he also detailed VERY REASONABLE FEES the company had…in addition he also explained the VIP program of his company and needless to say…we are now VIP customers of “Be Cool AC and Heating” and looking forward doing business with them. Everyone at Be Cool Ac have always gone above and beyond to help me. My AC was not cooling properly and Beau came out on a Saturday to check everything and found it was low on Freon. He repaired the problem and made sure it was cooling properly before leaving my house. Beau also called back to make sure it was continuing to cool. Note: Last year, had them install a high efficient hospital grade filter system with UV. No more dusting of furniture and house items every week. It has eliminated the vast majority of dust.Very skilled, polite, neat and on time. The office called before their scheduled time. Their crew texted me when they were on the way. Man, what can I say about these guys other than AMAZING!!! My A/C went out on Thursday. I called them toward the end of the day and they agreed to come out the next day. My appointment window was 1:00 to 3:00, and Beau showed up right at 1:00 (how often does that ever happen?). Thankfully he had the part I needed in his van, so he was able to fix my issue then and there and I was up and running within 30 minutes. I would 10/10 recommend this company to my friends!

We had an excellent experience with Be Cool A/C & Heating. Beau Brown and his crew are friendly and very knowledgeable, particularly in comparison to other A/C & heating firms weve used over the years. We had a complete A/C and furnace installation done by them, including replacing the old metal ductwork in our attic. They were very efficient and answered all the questions we had. They also registered with the manufacturer the warranties for all the units which were installed so that we didnt have to do so ourselves. Were very much enjoying the new system they installed for us.

Always great service, always on time, so nice to have a program for regular maintenance where I don’t have to remember to set up checks because they reach out to me, highly recommend.

We had Be Cool come out and do an annual check on our a/c units a few months ago. Yesterday, one of the units was not working, called this morning and they came out right away. They always come to our rescue! They were referred to me by my sister when my AC wasnt blowing as cool as it should. They came out the same day as my call. The problem was just freon! They added Freon and were on their way....no sales pitch, no added on problems! Recently my AC unit stopped around Midnight. I left a message via their website around 8am, they were at my house before 9:30 am! He fixed the AC before knocking on the door!!! Beau from Be Cool came to our home within 2 hours of us calling in our problem. Our furnace and A/C would try to come on but the blower wouldnt engage. Beau and another technician diagnosed the issue quickly and gave us a very reasonable quote. We noticed our downstairs air wasnt cooling as well as usual. We called Be Cool and explained the situation. Bo and a repairman came & checked out our unit. The coils had a leak, a big leak. That afternoon they replaced the coils and checked the freon. We appreciate how quickly they responded to our call during these hot Texas days!

Noticed icing on the AC line late Sunday night which forced us to turn off the unit for the night (thankfully its February and its not really needed). Attempted to turn everything on in the morning to get the heater going to no avail. I was left with the impression that it might just be the capacitor, but that wouldnt explain the icing so I decided it would be money well spent to have someone come out and check the system, and Im sure glad I did, and am even more glad I called Be Cool!Made the call around 8:30AM and Beau was at my house at 10 to look at everything. Turns out the board in the heater had blown, which came as no surprise when I found out the heater was the original with the house from 94 (what was surprising was it was the original since the AC was changed in 16). Before leaving to follow-up at the office on the options available to me, Beau was able to get the system working in a temporary manner to ensure i could have heat/cooling until the fix was in place, which was very important considering the little ones I have.At this point it was for me to review the options of whether to put a bandaid in the existing system knowing Id have to address it down the road in the near future, or put in a new system to have peace of mind (as well obtain the actual SEER rating the AC is supposed to be running at). I had the formal options and pricing before lunch and made my decision shortly thereafter to get a new heater installed. It worked out that the work could take place that same day and a crew was here at 2PM to start the work and were driving off at 3:30 having fully installed and ran through the function tests with me to ensure everything was working.So in summary, couldnt have been happier having gone with Be Cool and will absolutely go to them for any future HVAC service, maintenance, or installation needs. They are:-a local small business-on time and quick as mentioned above-the pricing was more than fair and affordable in my opinion (as someone with a family to support and having been forced to drop a bit of cash a few weeks on some plumbing repairs, this was a big factor to me)-professional and courteousDefinitely recommended!!

Inside fan blower motor went out on a Saturday landlord could not get his guy out on the weekend called Be Cool out of the Copperfield neighborhood newsletter. Beau showed up within an hour on Sunday when we called, diagnosed the issue, and tried to get us up and running with a new capacitor as the motor was unavailable until Monday. Even though my landlord called his guy on Monday to replace the fan motor Beau still refunded the cost of the capacitor that he left on Sunday. Its no wonder he gets a lot of good reviews. I will be sending this to our church directory and let them know that if they ever need air conditioning Be Cool is the place to go

Be Cool AC & Heating installed a new thermostat, a new main unit, proper plenum, corrected existing/incorrect duct work, installed new vent and new duct work and removed all of the old equipment in the attic. Have been a raving fan of Be Cool since they did our complete HVAC install a few years ago. They service our system twice a year and I wouldnt be without them in Houston!

I sent a request for an appointment through Rheems dealer locator. Beau called me within 30 minutes and he was able to come to my house within an hour! This was not a critical situation, I simply wanted a preventative maintenance check on my system after getting a report from John Moore that smelled like complete BS and an attempt to rip me off. I was right about John Moore, nothing wrong with our system at all! The cost of the inspection, a very thorough one in which Beau explained everything he was doing and how the AC was designed and worked, only cost me $49. Highly recommend BE COOL AC!

Quick response when I called about my AC blowing warm air, and had me back to cool within 2 hours of my call. My AC was going out and Beau Brown and his team from Be Cool AC & Heating installed a new Rheem 16 SEER Complete System at my house. I called on Friday afternoon and talked to Beau. He came by Saturday morning to look at my small attic space to make sure the system would fit. Beau had his team at my house early Monday morning removing the old system and installing the new one. They completed the job just after 1 PM. The system works great and I could not be more satisfied with the job they did. Like most homeowners, we wanted to do our homework to help us understand and figure out the problem of why our A/C blower motor was going out every year. Up until 4/7/2020 we were covered under home warranty and had been dealing with A/C companies home warranty would choose to send out. This only led to multiple companies coming out and several $75 trip charges only to be told they didn’t want to help us because parts were too expensive or that the issues were unknown due to how many previous companies touched the wiring on the furnace. Home warranty dropped us as we must have had too many issues and they saw this coming- good timing on their part. Well 4/11/2020 of course our A/C quit working. We new it was probably the blower motor but had no idea why once again. We decided to pick a day for a/c diagnoses and estimates from companies we chose from the Hearthstone Newsletter since we were no longer covered under Home Warranty. We heard from 4 different companies. 3 out of the 4 actually followed through with the delivery of their quotes. Looking back, we should have just trusted our Nextdoor reviews and gone straight with BE COOL from the get go! Listen to your neighbors- they know good business! Beau with BE COOL was the last that came out to our house, he told us exactly what was going on and why right off the bat! We were very impressed as it took other companies hours. This was a no brainer to us. Beau’s knowledge surpassed all the other technicians we had met with. Turns out we needed 2-16” returns for a 5 ton system and we were lacking a media filter. Our a/c was a dirty mess and had been pieced over the years- we knew it was time for an entire new one. We approved Beau’s quote. BE COOL’s quote beat the other companies by hundreds, one even thousands! BE COOL showed up the next morning right on time like they said they would. He was considerate to text us as to not wake our child with the doorbell to let us know they were on the way and also had arrived. BE COOL’s crew was very respectful of our personal space and entered our home wearing masks and shoe guards. A canvas carpeting was laid out to keep all debris off our floors. While installing, the crew found a huge hole where our return air was open to the attic! Not only did they repair this attic opening, they installed a brand new 5 ton Rheem System, replaced all our ducts, installed the EcoBee5 thermostat for us and to top that off recommended we install a power surge protector to cover the entire house. Hell YES! Most of our ducts had holes, were crushed laying on top of each other, or not connected at all. WE ASK OURSELVES NOW, HOW HAVE WE LIVED LIKE THIS FOR 4 YEARS?! BE COOL went above and beyond for us! What a difference it has made in our home! And we can not thank BE COOL enough! They did a fantastic job, very professional and polite. It has been a few days now and guess who calls to check up on us to make sure all is running smoothly and answered any questions we may have had. You bet! BE COOL! Financing was available and this was the route we chose. Suzanne walked us through the entire process from scheduling, financing, and follow up. She has been there every step of the way.
