Everyone that has come to my house has been amazing. For my most recent service Al did a great job laying out all my options, explaining everything and again, no pressure with next steps.

Cool care is the best hvac company I’ve worked with. Locally owned and operated, and provide terrific customer service/ experience. Just installed a new system. Al and Will were excellent. Have been using Cool Care for 6 years for general maintenance and new installs, and I will not ever change unless Chris retires or sells his company. Skip the rest and work with the best. Ive been using Cool Care and their biannual maintenance service for several years. I appreciate their proactive approach to addressing potential issues and also their quick response when my AC has stopped working in the past. Today, Andrew and Al performed my fall maintenance and identified several potential failure issues with my two furnaces (which are close to 25 years old). After thoroughly explaining to me my options and associated costs, I decided it was time to replace the furnaces. Their replacement is scheduled for next week. I commend Al and Andrew for their professionalism and courtesy.

Great company with great people! Always offer suggestions and recommendations but never make you feel pressured. When my AC went out, they worked with me to try and keep it working but due to it being so old, a new system was needed. Very affordable and great installation team. Their maintenance program has been great!

Just had our first annual maintenance done on the three A/C systems. Will was extremely nice and did a thorough job. He got the systems running at 100% and left everything clean and neat! Cool Care is very responsive, reliable and they have a great office staff!!

Alizar is a fantastic technician. Very knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining everything. We had a tree fall through our roof in the hurricane this past summer, but did not know there had been damage to a vent pipe. Alizar detected the leak, found the damaged pipe, and saved us from what could have been a dangerous situation when we turned the heat on. Very grateful! (And check your heating system vent pipes if you ever have severe roof damage!)

Cool Care providing outstanding service in doing a full replacement of my outdated HVAC unit. To start, in their free estimate of the property, they were by far the most diligent and knowledgeable of what exactly my home needed, from unit size and new ducting, down to grill replacements in certain rooms.Cool Care helped get us the right price and financing for our needs, and we’re extremely communicative throughout the process. On the day of our installation, the whole team were extremely diligent and respectful. Even after they had finished and left on a Friday evening, and we realized there was a slight issue, Cool Care came right back out and rectified the issue. Backstory: I had intentions of replacing my unit, before summer hit (trying to get in front of it). My ac coincidentally went out the next day. 11am meeting on Thursday to survey, with the expectation to patch my current system while we wait for a new system. When our AC unit needed replacing g last year, we talked to and received quotes from 7 companies. Cool Care was priced competitively and the representative was very knowledgeable and informative. We have had 2 check ups with them since the installation and the technicians were dependable and experienced in their job. We are very happy with the service level of Cool Care.

My AC stopped working this weekend and things got steamy real quick! I sent out an SOS to Cool Care and they contacted me first thing the next morning, got me on the schedule, and had things replaced and working again within 40 minutes of their arrival. The techs were incredibly polite, thoroughly discussed the issue and their intended solution, and provided an overall excellent experience with excellent service!

We have been working with Cool Care Heating and Air Conditioning since 2021, when they replaced our upstairs unit. It has been working great since then. We also use these folks to tune our AC every year. So far everything has been running great with no break downs. The staff is also incredibly friendly and personable, always a pleasure to work with. Well need to replace our downstairs unit in a year or two and are planning to work with Cool Care for that when the time comes.

Cool Care has been really great to work with. Nobody likes to deal with AC problems, but if youre in that bad spot, these guys are really nice and helpful to get you through it as painless as possible.

We had an urgent situation with one of our dogs doing extensive damage to our AC electrical system which had been installed by Cool Care. We emailed on a Sunday night and the next morning we received a call. Will showed up a few hours later and repaired everything well in an efficient manner. We were impressed by his professionalism and by the super quick turnaround to our email. We highly recommend Cool Care!!

We are very pleased with the installation and performance of the new unit. They most recently performed annual maintenance service on that unit and the other one as well to insure they are working properly and will keep us warm this winter. Cool Care installed a whole new HVAC system for us about 6 years ago. We have them come twice a year for a system check. We’ve always received amazing service. This is the first time we’ve actually had an issue with our system - the downstairs unit wasn’t cooling like normal. When I called, they made me a same day appointment. The guys came and were super professional and explained the diagnosis, the warranty discount and immediately booked an appointment for the following day. They also charged the unit and added coolant to get us through the night with cool temps inside. They showed up on time the following day and took care of business efficiently and with great customer service.We highly recommend Cool Care and will continue to utilize their services.

Communicated service options and everything as he was working to solve our problem. Replaced the capacitor, did a heavy purge on drain lines that were clogged, and I purchased a Care Club Maintenance Agreement to save on twice yearly checkups. The price for all of this was extremely reasonable and there was absolutely no push for me to buy. The offer was polite and clear on service I was purchasing. Marco and his colleague were very professional and walked us through their steps. They came out for an initial diagnostic, and found some easy fix issues that they took care of right away. They also quoted us out for future work if we decided to fix what the previous owner installed. Cool Care installed two new AC units and furnaces on our house in June. They did a very professional job of installation and we have been extremely happy with the units. We have only had one minor issue come up. One of the blowers would not come on. Cool Care answered the service call promptly and had a repairman out that day. Fixed the problem in about 15 minutes(it was a loose wire from the factory). No charge under warranty. Great service and they stand by their work. I recommend them.

Great Service from the beginning to the end. Claire in the office was friendly and polite, very helpful. Chris and Marco did an excellent job. They added a duct run in my bedroom, kept a clean, neat and tidy workspace. When adding the duct they noticed an issue that I was not aware of and saved my ceiling from being flooded. What most companies overlooked, they noticed and were able to fix the issue before something drastic could have taken place. Great AC/Heating Service company. Wont be using anyone else. I am so glad I called Cool Care. Michael was awesome! Unlike technicians from other companies whose job is also to sell new systems, Michael focused on getting my old compressor to actually work better (which he did). Other companies would rather not fix your old system just so they can try to sell you new equipment at inflated prices. Cool Care doesn’t do that. If you want service you can trust, call these guys.

I would highly recommend Cool Care based on the service that we received. Chris was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We signed a service contract with him which has him coming out twice a year to inspect the systems in the house which gives me peace of mind that everything will last a long time and we can catch problems before they become huge. We also got a quote for a new system from him for when the inevitable happens and it was reasonably priced, especially considering his track record of standing by his work. Stop your search, you have found your permanent professionals for your AC and heating needs. I was referred to Cool Care by my mom after experiencing excellent service from them, and they exceeded my expectations. The motor to my AC unit was busted. I was provided all possible options by Mike - there was zero pressure to purchase a new motor versus replacing the units. Mike stepped out and allowed my fiancé and I plenty of time to discuss our options in private and waited until we were done. This was after scheduling him to come out at the last possible minute and he arrived promptly after on the same day.The installation process was painless. The owner, who I believe is Chris (sorry, I am bad with names) arrived at exactly the time I was told. The process took under 6 hours, finishing earlier than quoted, and the difference the new system makes in our home is staggering. Everything was done efficiently and our house was as clean as it was prior to their arrival.Absolutely amazing and professional work. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We had some condensation around three vents that was beginning to damage the ceilings. I had put it off for a while hoping it would get better. It didnt. I called Cool Care because I had heard good things about them plus the reviews were very good. Bobby came out the next day and explained what was going on. (No insulation around the boots and not properly sealed around vents.) He gave us a quote and said they could get it done the same day. Since our home was built in 1955 and the furnace/blower was over 15 years old, I asked what the cost would be for a new furnace/blower. He quoted what I thought to be very reasonable and explained how they would bring everything up to code. We decided to replace the furnace/blower to which Bobby scheduled for 4 days out.Received a call from Chris the day before installation to confirm address and details. They showed up with a large crew around 8:00AM and immediately got to work. Chris oversaw the installation and was very professional and courteous. The crew cleaned everything up and left around 11:00AM.Very impressed with Cool Care. I definitely made a great choice and I will use them again if I need some ac/heat solutions. Very good experience for my wife and me.

We recently purchased a home, and our initial call to Cool Care was simply to give us an inspection of the system. Chris came out and gave everything the once over and found the while the equipment itself was new, the installers re-used the original ductwork and drain lines. The problem was that in order to do so, the equipment was installed so that the maintenance access panels were not easily reached, and some of the ductwork should have been replaced as it was deteriorated, crushed, or in one case, not even hooked up. He showed us pictures of everything, and after seeing everything and hearing his assessment, we came to the conclusion that wed be better off pulling everything out and starting over before Chris even said anything.He was up front with us and said that this was a major undertaking, but the system would work much more effectively, because the coils were not receiving adequate airflow from the supply duct to properly dry the air, and the vent ducts would be able to actually deliver the air. Likewise, they would replace the drain lines and install them to correct the fact that the way they were connected created a backflow/overflow problem. The ducts were very old and probably needed to be replaced purely on that alone, but we decided that we would prefer to go ahead and get new ducts and do the job right.Chris said that he would need to cut holes in the drywall to access certain areas that were easily reachable during construction but not so easy now, but that he would only go as far as we allowed him to. We let him go as far as he needed in order to replace as much of the duct as was necessary, and its a good thing, too, because his team discovered multiple sections that were kinked or had somehow been destroyed, resulting in severely restricted airflow.His team showed up earlier than I expected and spent that time unloading the materials and staging them for installation. They put down heavy canvas mats to protect the floors and stairs and swept up everything as the day went by to keep the random bits of old duct and insulation from building up. They were very careful to cut holes only as big as they needed to do the work, and they set them aside so that a sheetrock repairman could re-use them to patch it up.There were a few instances where Chris would come up on a possible issue, and he would be very straightforward with us as to what the problem was, why it was a problem and to what extent, make some recommendations, but in the end, he would tell us that he would do whatever we decided to do whether it was fix it or just put it back together. There was never any upsell pressure like you can get from those larger companies.With his help, we actually made some changes that resulted in getting significantly better airflow in one area of the house that was getting barely any prior to the work. When they finished putting everything back together and cleaned up, I didnt need to be told that they were testing the system, because I could feel the house get cold and then warm.I am glad that I have found Cool Care, because they do care about making their customers happy and satisfied with the work. In order to help bring the cost down, I did purchase their service plan, which gave me discounts as well as paid for itself and then some on this job alone. The following day, Marco came by to perform the heating inspection and test as part of the service plan. It was no surprise that he found everything was in perfect order. All of Cool Cares employees were very professional and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have used Cool Care for several years to manage the HVAC systems in my rental properties. They do a great job, and work well with my tenants to service and maintain this equipment. They have a twice a year service program to check on the HVAC in my properties and make sure the equipment is working well. I trust them and my tenants do too.

We have an airbnb with unusual 2 air conditioning set up. The guys from cool care spent a lot of time figuring out our set up and diagnosing issues. The pricing was good, so we decided to take them up on their maintenance program, which is a monthly fee. Right after that we had to call them for our 2nd unit and it was 6:30PM. He came within 30 minutes and fixed the problem, and gave advice about how we were using the system. They are super nice and professional, we highly recommend them. KC

The roofer claimed it was an a/c problem, so Cool Care came out on three separate occasions at no charge to check what the roofer claimed was the problem. It was finally determined to be a flue vent - a roofing problem. I am beyond being just a satisfied Cool Care Customer; Im a fan.Update 12/16/21: Still a fan! They sent me a reminder of my upcoming semi-annual preventive trip, arrived on time, spent several hours in the attic and outside, and gave the equipment clean bills of health.

Tech was very personable and informative. He showed me where to replace the filter whereas a previous tech from another company told me I wouldnt be able to replace it myself. So now I can order the filters online and replace myself or at least have one on hand when I have Cool Care do another hvac check in the spring. Also, the Cool Care techs are very thorough when doing the maintenance check. They actually take the time to make sure everything is ok. Highly recommend this company.

After talking to several different companies, Chris @ Cool Care was by far the most knowledgeable and gave me the most thorough analysis of our problem. We replaced the entire A/C system and all new duct work, and now the system is working like a champ. Highly recommend using Cool Care.

Cool Care is a great HVAC company. This is my second house that they have serviced. They are very thorough and do quality work. Another benefit is that do not immediately recommend replacement if they can make your existing system work with modifications. If they say something needs to be replaced, then it really does. I like their twice a year maintenance service which is very reasonable.

Cool Car did an excellent job changing out my outside and inside unite. They are not afraid of talking and learning what my wants and needs are. The three guys that showed up were quick and efficient; they had the work done. operating, and checked-out before lunch. Their price was better than the competition. I have been an AC owner/user in Houston for 45 years. They are the best of the best.

Repair visit. Responsive. Called day before. Got a call-b4 arrival as promised. Arrived in window agreed on. Issue was not simple, complex, 20 y.o. old configuration, the two were up to the task. Issue was not resolvable. Analysis required installation of test part on old compressor to get it running for testing, this was not required of the techs, but much appreciated. Will require replacement. Receive quote for replacement same-day. Highly recommended.

We called Cool Care on Saturday due to our unit that services our bedrooms was not starting up (I told them that Monday would be fine since I had 2 portable units set up to tide us over until then). As promised, Maurice was at our front door promptly at 8:30 a.m. He put his disposable shoe covers on his feet prior to entering our house and was very professional and courteous. In a couple hours, he had replaced the capacitor on the smaller unit, tested both of my condensors for proper freon, added shut-off valves between the air-handler/furnace and the cleanout on both units primary drain lines as well as cleared a clog in the primary on my larger unit...all for the total cost of $384.00!!! Great work at a great price!!! Great people too!

Chris was very honest during his first visit and have us a no-hype quote. During the installation day, Chris and his team were very professional and did an excellent job both inside the house and in the attic. The job was very professionally done. Chris is your guy for if you need a perfectionist to do your job. He does a good job perfectly and would refuse to do a cheap fix that will cost you more in the long run.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Bobby at Cool Care. He arrived even earlier than was expected and was courteous and patiently answered all my questions. He made a complete diagnosis of my old air conditioning unit and replaced only the parts that were needed. I will use Cool Care in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Cool Care AC was a positive experience all around. The crew that performed an extensive amount of work at my home was pleasant to deal with, and were respectful of my home, and once they were finished, I was provided with a thorough overview of what was performed, and how to operate and maintain the new aspects of my AC. They worked very quickly to complete the work, and made a coordinated effort to clean the areas that they were working in. As far as the work that was done; they went above and beyond what was originally outlined, and didnt exceed the number that was originally provided as a not to exceed. Additionally, upon completion, for whatever reason, my new thermostat was having issues getting connected to wifi due to some security setting on my router/cell phone, so they had one of their guys that specializes in getting these issues corrected, routed to my home within an hour of the installation being completed. Again, my experience with him is that he was also very knowledgable and pleasant to deal with, and was respectful of my home. I would highly recommend using these folks, and will certainly be contacting them for any potential issues moving forward, but Im not so sure their good work will require much more servicing.

I had a powerful custom vent installed that needed to be vented to the outside. It required more experience than installing the standard 4 vent pipe, this one used a 10 pipe. I spent months trying to find a residential hvac guy that would be able to do it, but they either didnt have the right experience or didnt want to mess with the roof. A few of them even came and looked at the job but never called back. Nicole and Chris at cool care were very helpful and responsive. Nicole was very nice and eager to earn our business. Chris was very informative and took his time to figure out the best solution to getting the job done. He coordinated with a roofer that he brought to ensure the whole job was done right. The attention to detail and quality of the job left me totally satisfied and pleased with the experience. Its not easy to find good people like this anymore. Use these guys, you wont regret it.

Last summer my a/c unit wasnt cooling. I had two companies come out to check it out. Both told me it was leaking freon. Both added freon. Both told me my unit would only last another month at the most.With summer quickly approaching I decided to call Cool Care to get a 3rd and final diagnosis before biting the bullet and spending thousands to replace. This turned out to be my best decision. Bobby came to my home immediately discovered that my unit did not have a freon leak but instead a mechanical issue that turned out to be a minor repair.Its nice to know that there are a few honest people out there who still do the right thing instead of taking advantage and just looking to make more money! Although our issue was user error, Cool Care tried to identify the issue over the phone to save us the service call. Of course the a/c went out on a Saturday night but, even with the weekend surcharge, it was worth it. The tech was right on time and quickly identified the issue. Will definitely use again.

Chris did a great job and has been very responsive on follow up questions and adjustments. He even came out for something that didnt end up being HVAC related (leaking dryer vent) and gave good advice on taking care of it with no charge or complaints.

Bobby has been out to my house a few times. First was in the heat of the summer when the AC wasnt working. He fixed the problem. Just today, I went ahead and signed up for a maintenance plan (they come in spring and fall to check everything for the coming season). Prices to me seem fair, and theyve been nice when they come by. Previous techs from different companies were trying to sell me a new unit, but I didnt get that type of vibe from Bobby.

The service provided is and was thorough including explanations of current unit conditions and recommended upgrades. The technicians exhibited courtesy and professionalism.

Upstairs unit quit cooling , called Cool Care and they had a tech at my home is about an hour, fixed my problem in about 15 min. and we are cool again, you cant beat service like that.

A/C cut out at about 4:00 pm. Cool Care came out at 6:00 pm and fixed my problem. I was so thankful as it was a hot day.

Bobby diagnosed the problem with the A/C pretty quickly, a power surge caused several parts to break. He eliminated each broken part, replace it and then check to see if the problem was fixed. Went to the next part and replaced it the and check the system. Problem solved. He also pointed out a code violation from a previous electrical repair. I had that corrected today. Thanks
