Hage Energy is the only HVAC company that I have dealt with that I can fully trust. Although not the cheapest guys around, they are fair in pricing and do not cut corners. They also don’t over charge like some other companies. I’ve been through a lot of HVAC companies and wish I knew about Hage much earlier. The people at Hage take the time to really explain the process and why something needs to get done. They have never recommended something that was not necessary. I go to these guys for all my HVAC needs now.

Air conditioning in Houston is an important necessity to make this city livable. There are countless different service providers and vendors and I feel like I have been disappointed by them all. Hadi from Hage energy personally came out to diagnose and troubleshoot the many issues that I had been facing. Many of them created by the previous HVAC company. Their quotes are fair and reasonable and they work, so they won’t constantly be coming over to charge you again and again. You need an air conditioning company that you can trust and Hage energy is the only one that has earned it.

I love this company. They always do good work. They are company of integrity. They answer the phone whenever you need them a real person answers. Great customer service and they come out as quickly as they can. I am very pleased. I’ve been a customer now for a while about three years.

Hage Energy and Hai Elhage have been extremely responsive to our needs for emergency parts. They were able to provide parts over night for a critical outage and had at our door at 7:30am next morning. Highly recommended for Trane AC support.

The owner personally came to assess our situation less than 24 hours after my initial call. They were able to schedule us in very quickly (the weather cooperated with cooler temps, so installation was scheduled for Friday after the Tuesday initial visit). The installation crew was professional, clean, and had our new system installed (attic and outside units) in about 4 hours. The financing option was quick and easy to do and made it possible for us to purchase a high quality system. We highly recommend this company!

I was without cool air for two months. My thermostat would not move down correctly, lets say instead of going from 80 to 71, it would stop at 77 and stay on for the rest of the night. I called Hage Energy and the technician they sent was Clint. He assessed the problem gave me two pounds of Freon and he fixed my thermostat. I was elated, because I now had cool air and the thermostat dial moved down correctly and then shut off when it reached the desired temperature. Clint was kind, professional, and the freon price was very reasonable. I would recommend Hage Energy for your AC needs.

Their service is great. They installed my last two a/c unit replacements and did a great job. This time the service technician was great but I was not happy about the charges. The part was under warranty and took 5 minutes to replace but the bill was still $315. I thought that was a little high.

Hage Energy really helped me care for my older air conditioning unit. They installed a media filter so I don’t need to use paper filters in my return ducts. Hard to change the old filters every month since I have such high ceilings! They also fixed the wiring to my thermostat and serviced my AC system. We had our HVAC installed by another company that is no longer in business. They did an awful job. It turns out that we were having so many issues because the original installer used a lot of the parts from the old unit (wiring, old pipes, etc…). I went on Google and came across Hage Energy. They looked reputable so I decided to have them come out and take a good look at my system.Quan, one of the technicians, came out and did a full inspection of the system and showed me where the problems were. He didn’t just write up an estimate without showing me. The price he quoted me was very fair.I agreed to the estimate and Danielle, another employee at Hage, made me feel like I was their number 1 priority. She was my liaison between the installer and myself.After I set up an appointment with Danielle, Hector and Victor came to my house to complete the job. They were very professional and even accommodated my schedule.When the install was complete, he showed me everything they did and answered all of my questions. The next day, Danielle and Hadi (the owner) called me to check in how the install went.By the way, everyone was on time and very responsive.I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

I have 2 brand new Trane XL824 thermostats installed a few months ago and still under warranty for another 9 months. I have communicated with the Trane company numerous times and they recommended I have a Trane certified technician come out and check the thermostats. On their short list of recommended technicians was Hage Energy - for the most part their reviews were excellent so I called, spoke to Danielle and booked a service call. She told me the charge would be $120 and my thermostat, being under warranty, any parts or if needed, replacement of the thermostat would be covered by Trane - I would just have to cover the labor. I spoke to Trane after scheduling the service call for today and they told me to get the diagnosis and if necessary they would work with me to cover the labor. The service technician came out. He checked both thermostats. He suggested and asked me if I wanted him to do a factory reset on them which would involve reprogramming them and he did that. I have done that myself prior to initially calling Trane. It’s a matter of basically selecting from the thermostat screen panel the “reset” button. he did that on both thermostats said he hoped that solved the problem and left. I reconnected them to the internet and entered my zip code for weather after he left. The whole visit was a total of 30 minutes.From here on I amending my original review which was not a positive one but just suffice it to say there was an issue over the billing to do the reset and so-called reprogramming. On the positive side, within a matter of hours of calling the office and complaining and posting the review, I received a phone call from the owner of the business who not only understood exactly what happened and was extremely apologetic, but he immediately rectified the problem and made it right. That is the sign of a very well run business and based on how this issue was taken care of and resolved so promptly, Hage Energy will continue to be my AC company and I would definitely recommend them. The owner is clearly very hands-on and works directly with his customers and had the understanding and the ability to recognize how simple this reset was and made the adjustment to fit this situation, making it all right. We called Hage Energy to help us find a reliable flat roofer and someone to re-install our Goodman package HVAC unit as we’ve been having issues with our flat roof for at least 10 years. We needed Hage Energy’s HVAC services to uninstall and re-install our HVAC unit since it is on the roof and needs to move during the roof repairs. We’ve had dust and cooling issues ever since our unit had been re-installed 2 years ago for a roof replacement. Hadi then recommended Hector for our project.We were already planning on either laying over our existing flat bitumen roof or using a roof top sealant, some of the prices from companies we had called previously were almost the price of a new roof and we just couldn’t accept having to do this again after just replacing our roof 2 years prior.The roofer Hage Energy helped us find had extremely fair prices and the work they completed was fantastic. We went with a 100% silicone sealant and it has made a dramatic difference in upstairs temps and successfully sealed all of our leaks.Hector found a few duct leaks and issues with our existing install and did an absolutely fantastic job taking care of them and letting us know what exactly they did and why. They also provided great pictures of the before and after work. It’s been 2 days since the re-install and the difference in our 4 year old Goodman package unit is dramatic, even when it was new it did not perform this well.Theres never a question whether Hage Energy will do it right, theyre extremely communicative and theyll let you know exactly what is recommended or unnecessary. If you have any questions they’ll answer in detail and beyond, you’re never left in the dark or with any surprises when the work is complete.If you have any doubts with your current service provider, even outside of HVAC, Id highly recommend you call Hage Energy. We dealt with constant repairs of our flat roof, HVAC, garage roof, etc. The first person they recommended for our roof was fantastic, they also recommended a plumber for an emergency leak and both times they were awesome.They’ve been life savers for us these last 6 months and I cannot thank the owner, Hadi, and his team enough!

I used Hage Energy to replace and modernize our entire HVAC system. We converted our system from a single zone, static stage system to a variable speed multi-zone system. Prior to the switch, the house was spotty. Upstairs was always way too hot, while downstairs was way too cold. Now were comfortable everywhere!Further, when the inspector came out to give final approval, he commented on how high quality the work was, and listed off a few details that he said was rare to see anymore. Which was surprising, as my area is notorious for stickler permit issues. Id absolutely recommend Hage Energy for replacing your entire system, as well as maintaining a current system.

We are very happy with the service provided. Hage Energy didnt fail us when our air conditioning and heating system broke down early this summer, thats why when it happened again we decided to replace our system with them. We purchased a Trane 2 stage system and we have been very happy with the air quality and the over 50% saving on our light bill. They also offered us financing at no additional cost. I also like to mention that the owner himself came to my home after the job was completed and made sure that everything was done right.

One of my A/C systems wasnt working and Hage Energy came the next day to make the repair to a house I had recently moved into. After making the repair, the Tech explained how to install new filters in the main units and the A/C was quickly online again. I also had a follow-up question and they dispatched the Tech at no additional charge to look at the balance of the flow of the air through the ducts to the various rooms. I am pleased to recommend Hage Energy.

We had to replace our 22 year old HVAC equipment in the middle of a +100 degrees heat wave and Hadi was very fast in responding and providing a quote with different options of equipment and add ons which was very helpful in selecting one. Hage has serviced and installed both of my HVAC package units. These are VERY expensive units and I feel that Hage found the right units for me for the right price, even negotiated the best warantees from the manufacturer. I also appreciate that I get the same team for service each time - the names and faces dont change - makes it easy to build trust!

It was pretty fast to set up a free estimate with the owner, Hadi.I explained my situation with a nonfunctional compressor motor; he took a look at everything and provided three options (single stage; two stage; and variable). For the single stage, given the efficiency of newer units and my square footage, he actually recommended going down half a ton for the compressor, which is what I ended up going with.On the day, Hector, showed up on time with his crew and installed the new compressor, evaporator coil, thermostat and cleaned everything up in about half a day.We’ll see about longevity, but it working well so far.The only unusual thing was that Hector said he was giving me a better thermostat, but it was the same one listed on my estimate. Probably a miscommunication but it seemed like he was trying to make me feel like he was doing me a favor when it was exactly what we had agreed upon.Anyway, very minor nonissue. Everything else went smoothly.

Work and customer service here is top notch. 🙌 Hadi and his team of experienced AC tech veterans were very professional, honest, fast, clean (laid out floor covers from the 1st to the 3rd floor, wow!), saved me money versus other expensive competitors, I was able to do a 12-month no interest payment option, and they also helped me on what I truly needed in my AC system when other larger companies tried to sell me thousands of dollars of other things I didnt need. I honestly wasted hundreds of dollars 😭 from through 2 other AC companies before Hage Energy stepped in to reveal the real truth of my AC situation. I usually dont post reviews, but wanted to share my great experience with Hage Energy for anyone googling a good reputable A/C servicer. Our service man, Quan, was timely when he came to check our A/C to make sure it was ready for this summer. He found a few issues and explained everything to us, and came back the following morning which was Saturday to do the repairs. I still had questions about our system (we have a Trane system) on Monday, and called to see if he could come back out because it didnt seem to be cooling down to me. Quan came back on Wednesday. He explained and showed me how to set our system, and also went over all of the options on our main thermostat that I didnt know about. He was very knowledgeable and patient with answering my questions and addressing concerns. I appreciate his quick response and will definitely use them from here on out, and also recommend to anyone who needs a quality A/C servicer! Thank you Hage Energy!!!

With the hot summer Houston heat and a 21 year old HVAC system, our unit was about on its last leg. I researched HVAC companies in Houston and Hage Energy was one of the results. The 5 star rating based on so many reviews caught my eye and that didnt disappoint.I put in a request for a service call on a Sunday afternoon and Hadi called me back within 30 minutes. We set a consultation for that Monday. Obviously at 21 years the best option was for a full system replacement. Hector and his crew arrived at 7AM the next day to begin the replacement. They were done around 1:30PM. The difference in the ability of the system is amazing. Our old system would struggle to get it to 78 degrees until the sun set and seem to run constantly. The new one can get it there and even have time to turn off.They were very professional, laid down drop clothes and completely cleaned up after themselves, including removing all of the old equipment. You would never even know they were here, except for the fact that the house now is cool.If you are in the need for HVAC service in Houston, I would definitely recommend them (and have already done so to a few friends - one who got a new system 2 days after us).

Hadi explained everything and, most importantly at the moment, had the new equipment we needed in-stock. I had four separate HVAC companies come out to try and diagnose the problem with my HVAC. I called Hage over the weekend and dispatch passed my message to the owner, Hadi, who called me on a Saturday and spent 30 minutes listening patiently to the history of the problem. Rather than sending a tech, he had his installation manager Hector come out and Hector quickly diagnosed the problem(s) in a way that finally made sense. The evaporator coil was not level and overflowing into the plenum and the secondary drain pan, which also was poorly installed. He came back the next day with two techs, leveled the unit, replaced the plenum which was covered in mold. They installed dampers, balanced the air. They also sealed a few register boxes - inspected the return air which was also not sealed properly. The leak has stopped. The humidity in my house has dropped noticeably and my AC is cooling everything much more quickly. Everything was cleaned up. And their price was reasonable. These guys are amazing. Hector has been with the company 18 years. The other tech almost 15 years. Its easy to see why the owner would want to keep them and also why theyd want to work with the owner. Couldnt recommend them more highly.

This company is excellent in providing an easy, painless service to its customers. I was referred by a Facebook friend, and Hadi saw the referral and messaged me right away that he would take care of us....and he sure did. Not only did he and his crew provide excellent customer service, but they had the entire unit replaced outside and in the attic in about 3 hours!
