When my AC went out, they responded quickly, thoroughly documented the problem with photos, and fixed it at a fair price. The transparency was impressive - they showed exactly what was wrong and how they fixed it. My tenants are comfortable again, and I have peace of mind knowing the job was done right the first time. Highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC services!

I was exposed to mold mycotoxins and heavy metals in 2014/15 and have been struggling with CNS damage and chronic pain since 2016. My immune system is extremely sensitive to literally everything and my body holds onto environmental toxins much longer than a normal functioning adult. So when Texas Strong was here performing routine maintenance on our HVAC systems, I was shocked to learn that mold was growing inside our plenums. Jared captured pictures to show us how much mold growth was present and we knew we had to get the situation resolved quickly, not only for me but for my husband and pooch as well. Jared was honestly so incredible. Not only is he very knowledgeable and professional but also so kind and compassionate. He walked us through multiple options and gave us his personal contact information, ensuring all of our questions and serious concerns were addressed. The installation team, including Jared and the big cheese of Texas Strong, Reynaldo, came out this morning to install powerful UV light/air purification devices on both HVAC systems and we can rest easy knowing that any pollutants and contaminants will be quickly destroyed, leaving only fresh, clean, pollution-free air circulating through our entire home. We called Texas Strong Mechanical after our power was restored and we found our AC unit not working. Rey came out, same day as called, and checked the system, added coolant and got the AC up and running in a very short time! My son is disabled and I am a senior citizen that requires oxygen. Replaced a 5 ton unit with a new package. Also replaced the plenum and installed P-trap on a 3 ton unit. Chose this company for its good rating, but maybe Ive just had a very bad luck:1. Ceiling was damaged (see photo). The ceiling was repaired and repainted, but not matching the color and texture.2. After a P-trap was installed on the 3 ton unit, the shutoff valve on the primary drain line was left in the closed position for almost a month, until the dripping water from the ceiling was noticed.

Professional, timely, excellent and cost competitive. The crew worked long hours to finish a tough job on time and the install was immaculate!

The service was spectacular. Not only where they available the same day but were able to identify the root cause of the issue and present multiple options to fix the problem. To add to the amazing service it was all during a crazy Houston freeze that resulted in power outages and shut the whole city down. They were able to fix our furnace within 24 hours so that we could bring our newborn baby home from the hospital to a warm and safe place. Texas Strong was assigned to our case by a home warranty company after our upstairs A/C died. As is so often the case, we were waiting on the approval from the home warranty company and it was going to take several days (over a weekend at least). The technicians informed Ray, the owner, that our upstairs was very hot and that we had a new baby sleeping upstairs.Ray immediately sent the crew back to our house and they installed new components and completed the job at a cost of nearly $5,000.00 out of his own pocket. It was over a week later that we received approval from the home warranty company. Rays concern for my family went way above and beyond. We will utilize their services for ANY of our future needs. I was happy to find a company that offers preventive maintenance for my heating and A/C system. I was able to schedule an appointment with the technician and I was able to get a quote for the work that needed to be done. I was also able to get a quote for duct cleaning and installation and was able to get an estimate for a new heating and cooling system. I am so glad I found this company.

Texas Strong was called by our home warranty company to look into an AC that was out. While the home warranty company completely dropped the ball and caused us to wait 15 days (in June, in Houston) for a part which would only have been a band-aid fix, Ray, the owner of Texas Strong, went out of his way to get us what we needed. He worked with the warranty company to provide us with more than just the band-aid part. He was able to get us all the components we needed for a complete fix. He pulled guys from other crews to come and work at our house. The crew was very professional and did a great job. In June, Texas Strong came out to service our downstairs A/C unit which was not cooling. Not only did they fix our downstairs A/C, they also found and took care of leaks on our seperate upstairs A/C. I called this company for my house AC .. wasnt cooling my place they showed up on time but this company charged insane amount of part. They charged me for regular $22 .00 capacitor for 329.00 and services charges $89.00.Please wirh this company make sure the part price first before to yes and saved your hard earned money.Thanks.

A/C went out in the evening time in July, and they were still able to fit me in the next day. Great, professional service. They showed up, got straight to work, and fix the problem right away. Would definitely hire again.

Called them to have my AC fixed. When I Made the initial call they said that my rate would be $79 they actually came out to the location and stated that it would actually be $150 And that did not include the cost to fix anything. I then had to pay an extra $150 to get the belt replaced which they stated that was the reason why my AC wasn’t working. After supposedly changing the belts they said to wait couple hours for the ice around the AC unit to melt in order for my AC to work I wait it the next day only to come to find out that that wasn’t the issue it still wasn’t working I contacted them they refuse to come out Stating that I only paid to get the belt change mind you I didn’t know what the problem was initially to start with and obviously it wasn’t The belt. I had to pay another company to come out to look at it and when they got to the roof they asked me where the key to the AC unit was I was surprised because I did not even know that the AC was in a cage locked up. I contacted my landlord and they stated they don’t even know where the key is at and I can actually have someone break the lock. This just made me upset because now I realize that they never fixed anything because they didn’t have access to the AC I called them back to get pictures of the before and after of the job that they did and comes to find out they never took any pictures . I feel like I got scammed and I’m call them and all they tell me that they cannot return my call and they don’t want to service me since they have other customers they can service..
