We had a semi annual check. Our tech, Andres, was extremely thorough and made recommendations on how to keep our drain line clean and shorten the line from what a previous company suggested. He also recommended insulating the enclosed area where the indoor AC and heating are housed. I highly recommend Bellaire Air Conditioning. We have had them for over 6 years. I like that they explain what they’re checking and how it looks while they’re here.

In these current times, then customer service is usually terrible or just completely absent, Bellaire Air Conditioning is truly a breath of fresh air. (Yes, pun intended.) Now, I have had 3 different occasions where they worked on my house and all 3 times have been exemplary. Charlie, Michael and Andres are the epitome of professionalism. More than that, they really tried to give me the best solutions. Ive had the arduous task of working with various HVAC companies over the years and sadly, many of them just try to gouge the consumer. Andres came out within 30 minutes of us calling on Saturday morning of Thanksgiving weekend. He fixed the furnace quickly and we have a cozy warm downstairs now.He was very nice and knowledgeable.

Several years ago I was told by another A/C company that I needed a new system. I was not ready to do that. I got a 2nd opinion from Bellaire Air and was told that I just needed some freon. It saved me a lot of money at that time. A couple weeks ago Bellaire Air came out to service my unit and was concerned about the fact that it was 20 years old and several issues that the A/C was having. I knew it was time to look into a new unit after last years heat wave, I wanted to make sure it didnt break down in the middle of the summer. Andre came out a couple days later and we went over all my options, I had 7choices. There was no hard sell, just facts. We decided on the best unit for me and the installers came out 3 days later. It only took 5 hours to change out the whole unit plus a new thermostat. Andre came by several times to check on the installers and set up my thermostat for me once they left. After the installers left, we had one hiccup where a drain line didnt get installed properly but I called Andre and he got someone out to my house immediately to fix it. I am very pleased with the whole process and would recommend Bellaire Air, Andre and his installation team to anyone. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Andres showed up an hour after our initial call. Very quick service. He diagnosed the issue quickly and left us with cool air again. We have used Bellaire A/C for decades and are always pleased.

A friend recommended Bellaire Air Conditioning after our next-door neighbors A/C went out while she was in hospital/rehab. The fine office staff promised same-day service and worked with us to have a technician arrive very shortly after our neighbor returned home. The technician replaced two parts and had the A/C running in no time. The price was great too! We will not forget their kindness.

Working with Bellaire Air Conditioning was amazing! We have traditionally worked with another company but no more. We will do all of our AC work and maintenance with BAC. We returned from vacation on a Friday of Labor Day weekend to a dead AC unit, specifically the fan motor. A part that is not carried on the technician’s truck. Ended up having two other services out to do the repair with one charging for a part that wasn’t the problem and neither service could get the needed part or even find out if it was available until the next Tuesday! Bellaire AC not only came out but found the part locally, went to get it from an alternative warehouse and installed the same day. And for $150 less than the quote from one of the other services. We will always use Bellaire AC in the future. Adding to my original review to give credit to Charles. He was my technician and really made it his goal to do what it takes to make us satisfied customers. Charles is a HUGE asset to the company and should be given recognition for his high skill level and care for the customers.

Andres, the Tech, was great. Nice, personable, young man, knew what he was doing, solved the problem right away and gave me a fair price. I welcome him back again. Big shout out to Bellaire who I think way exceeds the service I had been using.

The team at Bellaire AC was great! We were scheduled next available without any issues. Andres quickly diagnosed the problem (old capacitor) and replaced it. The whole process took less than an hour. He also checked our other AC to make sure it was fine. It was a reasonable price given the urgent nature of the situation.

My husband and I have used Bellaire Air Conditioning for years And still after all these years their service providers Charlie, Andreas provided professional, timely service at reasonable prices.At 9:45pm I noticed my AC was not cooling as much as the Thermostat setting would require. I sent a text to Charlie requesting that he have somebody come by the next day. By 7am the next morning he confirmed that someone would be coming to fix the problem. Before 11:00 am Andrea’s called and confirmed he was on his way. By 12:30 Andrea’s had inspected my AC system, determined the problem , replaced the part causing the problem and showed me what the problem was. While he was at it he noticed something else that would need to be installed in the near future and gave me a no pressure estimate for the current and future need. The price was reasonable the service response was quick , the technician was professional and neat and I’m sitting in a cool house again. I recommend Bellaire AirConditioning and its service providers to keep your home cool.

My A/C wasnt cooling because my thermostat pooped out. I called the office and within 2 hours Chad arrived, installed a new thermostat, adjusted some of my return vents and was done in less than an hour. Chad was great and my home (and I) are chilling once again. Thanks Chad! Great service.

Friendly service and responded within about an hour of my initial call; 5-star service!However, they charged me $409 for a blown capacitor (that costs ~$20). This is maybe the most simply fix for an HVAC repairman and should cost $300 MAX (really closer to $200). It was around 30 minutes of work.Wouldnt recommend, but thats only because the price was so high.

I have been a long time customer, since 2010. Back then, we purchased two heat pumps to replace the low-grade ones that the house came with. This firm stands behind their work. The service technician for our neighborhood the past few years has been Charles, who has been superlative. He just quickly resolved a complex issue with making our Nest thermostat work with a new unit. We are so happy with our new Trane heat pump, it’s cooling our house better than anything that we have had before.

Weve had an annual maintenance agreement with Bellaire Air Conditioning company for years. This week Mike, a technician, came to our house for our Spring check-up. He was very thorough in checking our units in the attic as well as both outdoor units assuring us everything was going well with our AC units.Mike went above and beyond while he was here as my husbands car battery was dead and Mike was able to use his own Booster to start my husbands car so my husband could take his car to get a new battery. I have used Bellaire Air Condition for years and have them do a system check twice a year.It was that time again to have the heater checked out and believe you me, it works quite well. Andres checked everything and there are some issues but he explained everything to me including showing me photos of what needed fixing and why.I always recommend Bellaire Air to anyone looking for a good HVAC company.

Andre sent his team came over same day I called and found our upstairs unit was frozen. They shut it down and came back the next day, and found system was leaking and rusted. Andre provided me with three replacement options and said they could install the next day. He also went out of his way to provide and install a room unit in our bedroom to get us through the night. His Team came the next day and spent 8 hrs replacing the system and by 7:00 PM we were back in business. I could not be happier with the service and Team of installers. This is an update in September 2024 of a review that I left about Bellaire air conditioning in September 2020. The text of the original September 2020 review is near the bottom of this updated review, where I am talking about the installation of a new HVAC system in my daughters condo. The new review is as follows:Yesterday afternoon, as workmen were painting a reinstalled and retextured ceiling in my living room, where I had had an air conditioning leak due to a plugged, backed up primary condensate line, water was once again seeping through the ceiling. I thought that I had fixed the cause of the leak, but clearly I hadnt. Based on an excellent experience I had had with Bellaire air conditioning 4 years earlier, I called them to see if they could send someone right away to help diagnose and fix the new leak.Within minutes after I made that call, Andres of Bellaire Air Conditioning called me and said that he would be to my house within about 15 minutes to deal with the problem. He arrived promptly and went into the attic to take a look at the HVAC unit and diagnose the problem. After a relatively short investigation, he had identified the source of the problem and provided recommendations regarding a fix. Based on the confidence I have in Bellaire Air Conditioning, I accepted those recommendations. About 2 hours later, after Andres returned with some needed parts, the problem was not only fixed, but Andres also improved the configuration of the primary drain line and installed an inline condensate overflow switch that will shut off the air conditioner before water damage can be done, if we have any future primary drain line obstructions. He also provided recommendations regarding ongoing maintenance of the primary condensate drain line to avoid future backups. Andres was efficient, attentive, amiable, and knowledgeable. My wife and I appreciate the excellent service that he provided, on very short notice.Bellaire Air Conditioning, its manager of our project, Charles Devine, and his team who installed the AC system in our condo on Timmons Lane in Houston, were amiable, knowledgeable, responsive, creative, persistent, and professional throughout the project - from Mr. Devines initial visit to assess the system and make a proposal through the completion of installation. Every member of the installation crew was great. They took great care of our property, and following the installation they left the property in first-rate condition. Every member of their office staff who I dealt with was also helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend Bellaire AC for your HVAC needs. Bellaire AC has earned a long-term fan!

Andres came out in response to a leak from my AC drain line in my 1934 house. He vacuumed out the line, added cleaner to the line, and suggested a fix to help the line drain better outside. I have used Bellaire AC for years and could not be happier! Thanks Andres!

Absolutely Excellent! I have been a Bellaire AC customer for almost 20 years and continue to be impressed by Charles exceptional service. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and truly cares about me, my home, and my HVAC system. It has been over 100 degrees all week, my system went out at 1am last night, and less than 12 hours later Charles came to my home and fixed it. Bellaire Air Conditioning and Heating did a fast and difficult repair of my natural gas heater, which just recently stopped heating. Their technician Danny worked hard, and was very technically competent. They inspected all wearing parts and ended up replacing three key components on our 20+ year old system and got the heat back the next day. Danny did a great job showing the bad parts with photos of things he check, while also explaining his troubleshooting methods to this old engineer. We are hoping to get another few winters and summers out of our system before replacement, and when that time comes we will definitely contact BAC&H.

After a really bad experience with another company, I tried Bellaire Air Conditioning/ BAC due to the great reviews. When Andre from BAC arrived to explain the system repairs required, he did a great job explaining the whole system and how it works. He really listened to what my individual needs were and to my financial situation. He did a great job listening to me and then offering solutions that fit my needs. I’m so glad I trusted my instincts and went with Andre and his team at BAC, including Hector. You can trust these guys. They aren’t the cheapest company, but who wants that when you are purchasing such an expensive and literally life-saving HVAC system. 😍

Chad and Mike did my Spring AC checkup—arrived on time, friendly to my pup (a must), cleaned out my drain line and outside unit to keep it working well as temps heat up. I’ve been using Bellaire Air Conditioning for years. Chad and Mike provided the usual excellent service.

I used Bellaire Air Conditioning to diagnose and repair a Mitsubishi mini-split system which was no longer blowing as coldly as I felt it ought to. I was able to schedule an appointment for within 24 hours of my phone call and Andrew showed up right on time. Andrew quickly diagnosed a slow leak, presented me several options for dealing with it, and executed a sensible fix. While at the home he also was able to get me a quote for a new installation in my garage and answer every question I had regarding the company and their maintenance program. Im very glad to have found Bellaire Air Conditioning and am looking forward to working with them, and Andrew, for my future needs.

Most importantly, the work was first rate!It was easy to make an appointment an - just as promised - Mr. Devine called with a 15 minute notice of arrival. The truck was well marked; Mr. Devine was most courteous and pleasant. He went right to work carrying 3 different thermometers and a ton of equipment to solve our problem. When he mounted the thermostat, he had 2 different levels to make sure that it was accurately on the wall. He made several suggestions on ongoing care and the whole experience as 100%.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Bellaire Air and Mr. Devine specifically for any AC care.

Once again very pleased with Bellaire AC and Heat! They are always on time, quick to fix what’s wrong, and always friendly. Upstairs air went out and they ran to get part and back quickly to fix it. Mike and Ronny were awesome and even were kind to our dogs following them around.

My 15yo AC finally died this week. I called Bellaire AC, who I had used for many years, right when they opened and they were out here that morning. Chad was great. Determined that the unit needed to be replaced. Andre showed up within an hour and went over options. Andre, Hector and Juan showed up on time, first thing the next morning. Andre made sure everyone knew what was needed. Hector and Juan went to work. They put down protection on the floors and rugs. Hector checked in with me throughout the service. I had an AC unit and a gas heater installed. The job was finished in about 4hrs. Everyone was cheerful, curteous, calm, and effective and they cleaned up after themselves! Charles was fantastic! I would strongly & highly recommend Charles. Just telling him our situation in a short few minutes, he was able to pinpoint the exact problem. Our A/C was turning on and off repeatedly (A/C wouldnt stay on) but he was able to resolve it for us within one afternoon. Charles was able to promptly come look at our A/C the next day after calling in for service the night before. He was patient and understanding. What I appreciated the most from Charles is his time and willingness to make sure the job gets done perfectly. He does not take any shortcuts and will make sure youre absolutely in 100% good hands before he leaves your home. Very responsive. Andrew was our technician and quickly confirmed what we suspected the problem was. He resolved it within an hour and, without the pressure of a hard up sell, identified a few more areas which warranted consideration- one of which I was able to fix myself.

Andrew and his install team, with Bellaire Air Conditioning and Heating, installed 2 HVAC systems in our attic on the hottest days of the year. We have been using Bellaire for annual maintenance so when our cheap and antiquated units chose to break down in the horrible heat we called them to do a repair. Andrew was very knowledgeable, professional and provided some good insight into why we should update our systems after he did the repair.He also provided multiple choices and levels of units and pricing. After doing my own research and talking with other companies, we elected to go with Bellaire.Andrew secured a great installation team (Rosario, Raphael, Maria) who were efficient, understood the equipment they were installing and were willing to answer questions (a lot!). When the installation was complete Andrew stayed to help me set up our two thermostats and get our account established online.Our overall experience was extremely positive. Bellaire was not the cheapest choice, but they brought professionalism, quality work and product to the job, and as the old saw says, You get what you pay for. Andrew will be our go to guy in the future.

We had a powersurge last month on one those 100+ degree days and I called Bellaire AC who has been servicing our AC units to help. They sent out Paul Marks, who came quickly and understood how miserable it was in the house. He made a temporary fix for one of the units, but it was apparent that both AC units needed to be replaced. This was not new news to us as they had been saying that for quite some time. Amazingly, given all the supply chain issues you hear about, they had the units in the next day and spent the whole day on the install. Paul personally supervised the installation and has provided great service since. Have used Bellaire AC for 7 years for just regular service, but when we really needed something major done, they were excellent. I would not say they are cheap, but I did my homework and their prices were consistent with the current market. Highly recommended.

Bellaire air is definitely my go-to HVAC folks now. Charles was the tech and he was outstanding. He was very thorough in explaining to me in detail everything he was doing. He answered all my questions. He did not pressure me into services that were not necessary. Super honest guy. Very professional. Our central heat wasnt working and we called our long-time HVAC repair company, Bellaire Air, to fix it. Paul showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a defective circuit board. He noticed the date on the unit, and told me he thought it was still under warranty. He confirmed it was under warranty, ordered the new part and had it picked up, and installed it within two days from our first call. He was professional and efficient, there was no charge for the part, and the labor charge was very reasonable. Over the years, Bellaire has gone the extra mile to earn and keep our business. We had Bellaire AC replace two AC units and heaters, including the air handling systems. Our service technician, Andrew, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was particularly diligent on scheduling, both for himself as well as the installation crews.In replacing some legacy systems, the crew encountered a variety of issues that required several iterations of trouble shooting. Both the installation crews and Andrew were thorough in their efforts, responsive to any questions and the work was done to our complete satisfaction.We have used Bellaire AC in the past at other residences and know their technicians to be quite capable. We are about to have record high temps this week & of course, our a/c went out. I have used this company before. They are super responsive, excellent at letting you know when they can come and are coming. Knowing the expected weather this week, I expected to have to wait all week, but they knew one technician was finishing up and heading home not far from me and guess what? They asked if he could stop by. And he did! Found the issue right away, told me what it would cost and got it repaired right away. This is my second excellent experience with them.

Charles has been taking care of our systems for quite some time. He is really terrific. Hes a great problem solver and he knows these systems inside out. He installed a new HVAC for us with a Trane variable speed A/C and worked with us to get the humidity in our home down to a great level. He is great at explaining things, giving hints to make the system work better, and is ready to share all of his knowledge. After a recent Houston brownout that locked us out of our system, two other technicians came because it was Charles day off, but he was happy to take their phone call and help them reset the system. Really happy overall with Bellaire A/C and especially with Charles, who is our go-to guy. Highly recommend the company.

My 13 year air conditioning system (HVAC) went out one very warm Wednesday March evening. I call Bellarie AC after hours and I was immediately connected to an operator who set me up for the following day with Charles ( who had serviced my system the previous year). He did a through review of the system and determined that there was a unrepairable leak which I viewed myself. The entire system needed to be replaced. My husband was recovering from knee replacement surgey and the house was extremely uncomfortable. Charles sat down with me that afternoon( Thursday) and we reviewed the options. I decided on a total replacement - airconditioning and heating.I did not seek out other estimates ( which may have been less expensive) but had read many reviews about this company and satisfied customers so I decided to use this company.I didnt have time to deal with numerous other companies under the circumstances. Charles had his team out promptly the next morning at 9 AM and my new system was up and running by 3 PM Friday afternoon.I was lucky that this did not happen in mid summer and the company was able to service me immediately. I would definitely recommend Bellaire AC and ask for Charles. Hes the best.

The service is OUTSTANDING! We first chose Bellaire AC to replace an entire HVAC unit a few years ago since they had the best quote. The job was done professionally, on time, and with great care to keep the house clean. And we’ve been using their maintenance services for all the HVAC units since. Yesterday the downstairs heating system went out, leaving half of the house chilly in a winter night. I called Bellaire AC and left a message, but, being Saturday, didn’t expect anyone to show up until Monday the earliest. To my pleasant surprise, Paul stopped by before noontime and took care the problem – a busted fuse. Now that’s above and beyond the normal call of duty, and we greatly appreciate the quality service.

The service was fine, but the prices are insanely high. They charged $400 to replace a capacitor, which is double the standard price. They also had very high quotes for optional services. I will not be using them again.

Our business A/C stopped working in West University. I was able to get a same day appointment. It turned out that the blower went bad and we needed a replacement. Paul, our HVAC wizard was able to find the part and install it next day within 24 hours. His communication throughout the process was amazing since I could not be onsite.

My low voltage wire was somehow cut and disconnected during repairs which I had nothing to do with resulting in my AC being inoperable. I live on the bottom floor of a 2 story condominium complex. I called 3-4 AC companies and Technician, Charles, with Bellaire AC was the only one who could repair it. All the other companies said I would either have to put a wire outside, use a wireless system or tear out my upstairs neighbor’s sheetrock. He took steps to install the wire without any of those extra issues. Charles went beyond the extra mile to repair my AC matter. I consider him a “first responder”. His professionalism and knowledge are superior and his concern genuine. He also was very neat, covered things and left my home spotless. Brandon, who was with Charles was professional, knowledgeable and helpful too.The office staff is always prompt and helpful as well.

Recently, my 95 year old mother lost that cool- air coming into her home. She called Bellaire and they came right out, and spoke with me long-distance in California. I was able to hear them tell me what was wrong, and the cost if nothing else was found. The service is very reasonable. trustworthy, competent. My mom is kool again, thanks to the aforementioned. You could pay a lot more with John Moore and get a lot less.

We had an issue with our A/C on the first 100 degree day this summer. We were starting to get nervous but had a quick response to our call and these guys showed up immediately. Turns out that CenterPoint was having some issues after a storm which caused our problem. The technician checked everything out and confirmed we didn’t have an A/C problem. We appreciate the honesty and response time. We will continue to use Bellaire A/C going forward!

Andrew was terrific. We have zoned AC system that had issues with the dampers. Andrew was able to quickly diagnose the problem and order the right parts for the fix. He came next day with the parts and even through it took extra time because of the location of the dampers he made sure it was fixed correctly and even corrected a couple of other items to make sure our system was in tip top shape.

Our A/C went out on a very hot Wednesday afternoon/eventing. We called Bellaire AC & Heating at 7am the next morning. Keenan showed up at 9am, diagnosed the problem(dead compressor and coils) by 9:30am. An installation team showed up at 2:30 the same afternoon and our new A/C was cooling by 7:30pm that night. The team was very courteous and clean and even worked through a big rain storm to get the job done. I have used this company for many years now and have had literally excellent service (and products) every single time!Over the years, we’ve now had all 3 of our A/C units replaced by Bellaire Air, a U/V light filtration system and HEPA system placed in our attic for our son who has asthma, replacement of the entire plenum which was full of mold and mildew, as well as our thermostats replaced with Nests. I highly recommend Bellaire Air - they have always come out quickly (once same-day in an emergency situation when I was 9mos pregnant with twins in July and my air conditioner stopped working!), and have always provided the best service for us at great prices.

After another company misdiagnosed the issue, Bellaire came to the rescue. Keenan was friendly, knowledgeable, but most importantly walked me through what the actual issue was and what the options were. Good customer service and empathy go a long way. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I started off very excited for their services because I have been using them for over 20 years. However, once they installed all the ductwork and new thermostat upstairs, the airflow was not consistent. They kept making up excuses why they could not come, or was a no-show. Every time I called, I kept getting profuse apologies but still the no-shows and delays continued. And they did come and adjust, just opened another problem. They clearly should’ve thought ahead before they agreed to do the work. Now I am waiting for a refund, and after three months of having them get the job right, I’ve waited two weeks for the refund they promised me. This company which was originally customer service oriented, now can’t follow through and constantly has excuses. I now have to invest more into getting another company to come and fixed what they did.

Bellaire Air Conditiong replaced our 10 year old malfunctioning upstairs HVAC system earlier this year. They were great to work with, reasonably priced, efficient and knowledgeable. I had to call them several times about a malfunctioning sensor. They came quickly and fixed the problem each time. They were very upfront about the issue and clear about how to fix it. I would highly recommend them for all your a/c and heating needs!

Three Weeks (And Counting) Leaking Air VentWe had a leaking air vent about a year ago, and they came out and supposedly repaired it. Out of nowhere, it started leaking again 3 weeks ago. I relayed the history of the leak and associated repairs when I made the appointment. The first technician they sent didn’t have the information I provided, and was here very briefly before deciding he didn’t know what was going on and would need a supervisor to come out the next day. Next day came and went.I called again the following morning and the supervisor came out and said he didn’t see the request from the day before. He made a determination about the source of the leak, and we discussed another issue regarding our MBR not properly cooling and being the warmest room in the house. His solution was to replace (again) all of the first floor duct work and re-design it to optimize air flow to the MBR.The following Monday (5/9) I received the estimates, and I called to schedule the project, so we could get the leak fixed. I didn’t hear a response Monday, so I followed-up again Tuesday. At this point, it’s been leaking for over a week and the surrounding sheetrock is continuing to deteriorate. Was told the specific crew needed to do the work was not available until the following Monday. Another week goes by.The project was supposed to start Monday (5/16), and it was going to be a full two-day project. Monday comes, and we don’t hear anything. I reach out to the supervisor and don’t hear back. At 10:30am I call the main office and was told the work can’t start that day bc the supervisor is out. Re-scheduled for 8am Tuesday. 8am Tuesday comes and goes. I call at 9am and ask about the status and was told they would find out and call me back. I call back at 10am and ask again, still no information about our project and was told they would get back to me.I never received another phone call to explain what was going on or attempt to re-schedule. I finally reached out yesterday to speak with the owner and haven’t heard from him either.I have never left a review before. But after all of the business we have provided to them in 2.5 years (which it should not matter if we were new customers and had never spent a dime with them), and the fact we have an active, ongoing leak in our house, we are truly beside ourselves. The customer service and communication has been horrendous. We hope that no one else ends up in a similar position.

My HVAC tech in Conroe could no longer justify making the journey out to my area for general maintenance on my unit. I contacted Bellaire Air after noticing their van with a unique, vintage marketing logo as I was leaving the bank one day. HVAC technician, Keenan, came out and did a fantastic job cleaning my HVAC unit condenser that was clogged with dog hair, dirt and leaves. Keenan was professional, respectful and answered all of my questions regarding my HVAC unit. Robbie was here 2 weeks ago stating that there was a leak in my evaporator coil and would talk to Phil and get back to me with a plan on what to do. Still waiting for the issue to be resolved. To top it all off, my A/C went out today. I have left 2 messages and no one has bothered to return my call. I have had to call another company who has sent a tech out within 2 hours. A compressor was on the Village Plumbing and AC truck and it is being installed immediately. Still no phone response from Bellaire AC. Goodbye Bellaire!Pamela Vindett

Charlie came out the morning of Christmas Eve to check my heater that stopped working. He had it repaired and running again. He was courteous and professional.

John and Brandon came earlier than I was told to expect which was nice and there was no beating around the bush they were precise on exactly how everything looked and it answered what questions I had and they gave me clear answers on what I needed I would recommend them again and hope to do business with these two gentlemen in the future

Bellaire is always on time, pleasant to deal with and willing to go the extra mile to help people. Their people are efficient and greatat what they do.

Called to ask how much cleaning interior evap coil would cost. Refused to tell me a price and said they would have to charge me almost $100 to just tell me how much the quote would be to simply clean the coil. This is theft at best.

Bellair is an affordable place. Charlie burchfield came and fix my a/c unit. He was very clean about it and explained everything to me.

I had my upstairs attic ducts as well as heating unit replaced, they are on time do professional work and are very responsive, not sure they are the cheapest but as the saying goes you get what u pay for

Its like a joke. I had been waiting for them, just showed up after 5 hours delay and left suddenly saying I cant reach there. I thought misunderstood them, ran behind and caught at the traffic light, said I cant reach there again and got lost while I was looking behind. I think they spoiled of too much business.

They charge $65 for what other companies are giving free - an estimate. The technician didn’t check or diagnose all the issues.
