CE (Carrier Enterprise)

Horrible service by Mary H if she have problems by us asking questions she shouldn’t do that type of job her face expression said it all rude and all that. We always buy from CE it never had a person like Mary before. Hopefully she fix her attitude other then that they will loose a lot of clients.

Dandrick, Chris, and Josie will go out of their way to help you whether its DOA, warranties, or parts of town they will figure it out.”This was my review from 6 years ago.Today is a different story. I placed an order for Transfer from San Antonio last week. It was not transferred in a timely manner and I have reached out multiple times to this branch to get an update. No one answers the phones nor responds to texts. I had an employee from CE try to contact this branch and even they couldn’t get through. It’s reasons like this why I’m glad we switched to Robert Madden.

Antwoine is the best counter guy out there. Calling carrier used to be worse than getting teeth pulled, once I got ahold of Antwoine’s contact info I haven’t had a bad experience at carrier since, he knows his stuff and is one of the most helpful people I have met at any carrier all over the houston area.Keep up the good work antwoine.

My guy was there an hour and a half last week to pick up a part. We’ll go to another location next time.

Definitely In serious need of an extra guy behind the counter. The 2 current guys do an excellent job of getting the customers their parts but just takes a while. This place is such a hot spot and always having traffic through the door they really need an extra guy working the counter. May have to start going to other locations across town.

Thanks to the nice staff I have always had good experiences at this location. and today I went there to pick up a compressor and Chris (the gentleman at the counter) ,made my day by getting me a nice deal via a program called PRO PAX , that I was not even aware of.Thank you Chris.

Brandon was fabulous and knowledgeable and made the experience great unlike some of the bad experiences Ive had thanks CE ... this guy rocks !

You have to wait on hold for an hour to talk to anybody about parts availability. Worst AC distributor in town. Period.
