Not only do you have to wait forever for anyone to answer the phone, they are unable to help with light commercial products over the phone. Seems like no one at the counter is properly trained to take that on. They cant transfer phone calls between stores, and do not return phone calls when messages are left. Need a light commercial quote? Dont call the store. They have you email everything to only wait another day to hear back from anyone. Terrible way of doing business. Doing business with a supplier should not be this difficult.

Responses to emails are always timely, and her customer service is truly top notch. She is very knowledgable, and even if she doesn’t have the answer right away, she goes above and beyond to find a solution. They unloaded you at your appointment time exactly. I was 1 hour early and was told,that someone would come out and tell me which dock to back into. Its a little awkward to back into, but not hard. They have room for 4 truck and trailers to wait on their yard.
I love this company they are very helpful and experienced about their products.Charnee being a great sales rep who will extend herself to make sure you have what you need to do and complete your job. They have limited overnight parking , they open at 6am . Do not come a day early they’ll not unload you but if it’s the day of your appointment then it’s free game you could get unload earlier than your appointment. Not a lot of room to backup , drive up on the grass if need to .
Went in to return a tool that I purchased 2 weeks prior. It came out the box defective. I had no box or receipt. The guy behind the counter took the time to look up my purchase and exchanged the item with no hesitation. Highly recommended!
Considering the hundreds of thousands of dollars we spend at carrier u would think they would take priority in helping contractors get out quickly as possible but hell no they much rather u wait 4 effing hours to get a warranty coil. Never spending a dime here again. Rather deal with goodman.
Worst customer service in the industry, was there today and checked in at the will call counter, waited and the line didn’t move went inside to the counter 5 guys sitting there with no customers and 2 guys outside with 10 customers and they tried to tell me to go back outside and wait in that line, they did get me motor but only after I started raising hell, Clerke was Ruud and I seem to be unhappy after I leave any ce branch, so for that reason I only go to ce when I can’t get a universal part, very unhappy and again horrible customer service

Charnee Francis is the best Rep. very responsive and goes above and beyond to assist with my Company’s equipment needs and account management.
Worst parts house and brand! They will never answer phone and insist you use their app to find parts. That would be fine but the app rarely shows correct quantities on hand and doesn’t show warranty pricing or availability. If you are going to make me use the app to service my customers then make the app useful! Also management is horrible and frankly they are don’t care about their customers. I try to steer every customer I have away from their products as I want to keep my customers happy and the Carrier corp doesn’t give 2 cents about me or my customers.
Thhis is the absolute worst place to pick up an order avoid it at all costs the staff is in carrying and the system is so faulty They’ve sold one of my orders that I’ve had on reserve. They’ve also bumped back. My order put me behind six other people and then said I have 45 minutes. Wait on top of that.

CE never answers the phones & it takes 1 - 2 hours to get loaded up. It’s completely unacceptable. Worst run supply house in Houston TX by far! They are lucky they distribute the blue oval or else they’d be out of business.
One of the worst places to deliver. They only have like 5 docks and will overbook appointments. My appointment was 9:30am. Wasnt in a door until 2:30pm. Unacceptable. Wont be running loads for this business again.Side Note:Their lot is too small to back comfortably as a trucker. Goodluck fellow drivers.
Not bad for a 1pm delivery, did over my 10hr brk but I arrived during the night, I checked in @ 6am, reciving was verry respectful said he will call me once ready to get me in a door, @ 9am got a door and out by 10:15
This branch has had a lot of difficulties over the years and the biggest saving grace is Todd Williams. He is great at his job and cares, he takes great care of us especially with our pickup express orders.I’d also like to shoutout to Joe for really coming through for us and pulling a part after hours. Thanks again Joe and Todd!
Terrible location to backup when Receiving. Don’t be afraid to drive up on the grass. No communication had to catch someone outside to give my paperwork to since doors are locked with no signs for drivers to enter. Will stop unloading you to unload there drivers if they show up.

Customers Beware! An a/c dealer installed seven Carrier units at our facility and we had problems from the first year. Two blowers went bad withhin a year and were replaced then all 7 blowers went bad within 2 yrs and they wouldnt replace them despite 5 yr warranty. A/C dealer now tells me the units are defective. I had to spend over $6K to fix them. When I call them they tell me to call corporate and when I called corporate they told me to call the dealer. They wouldnt even send me a rep to check the units! I am still under warranty and they wouldnt do anything.
The process to pick up items is a nightmare.People there take forever to help you out.
Really scam people, I order evaporator coil on march for 22 ton unit and they told me will be delivery 6-8 weeks , I waited 10 weeks coil still not delivered back to them after 12 weeks they told me oh another 110 days ! They problem I signed contract with my customer that I’ll replace his coil in the end of June based on email from the manufacturer , I back to them and they let me talk to Chris Morley and he told me fix the old coil and I’ll pay you so I took his word as man and I fixed 14 leaks on that old coil and make it work temporary when I contact him he said oh that unit is not under warranty I’m not paying you !because of them I lost my customer , great scam 👏 and I still waiting on my coil until now .
Do Not come to this place!!! Had a 0815 appt. Didnt get into a door until 1045. Now its 1133 and still not unloading me!! They dont care about the drivers. Barely doing any work. This is a waste of time.and money...
What a joke for a distribution center and a supply house. Pay for overnight shipping, they decline receiving a part one day and then after they receive the part, they lose it. Unorganized, slow, and absolutely substandard to expectations.
I own an Hvac company in the Dallas tx area, I visited this store and I had a bad experience with an staf boy who treated me very badly and yelled at me because he said that I belong to the south central Texas area and that he could not sell me, I asked that was the reason I can open a new account and he told me not to just get me out of his sight, and to move from the line because he wouldnt sell me anything, the truth is he has a bad attitude and bad manners and I hope that the president of this shop see this review im a hvac contractor i can buy and do work all over the state of tx and they cant tell me not to sell to me because thats discrimination, im a carrier dealer for many years and we expect fair treatment and this guy behaved very bad yelling and offending and did not want to sell me, it was easy just sell me with a cash account, and problem solved, do not go to that place or let them treat you with the tip of the shoe, I hope that the president of the store Do not contact me.
Willis Carrier is rolling in his grave. Brand new condenser unit out of the boxes fail upon startup. Its June and we cant get warranty parts till August. Dont answer phones, long wait times, and parts are mostly unavailable. Buyers beware.

This location is one the worst next to Sugarland. A lot of attitude from the reps, lacking in professionalism. Need to hire better people. Will avoid as much as I can.

Appointment was at 0615 and got here at 0600 started unloading. The recieving is off brittmore and shipping is off port northwest in between the buildings. I will say this courtesy an respect goes a long way no matter what.
I was picking up a part, and had a call from a customer for another part. Thought I would go I to their store. 2 gentlemen at the counter, only 2 assisting customers, and 5 people waiting to be helped.
Nice place friendly service and clean and they unld also got parking and can break ur seal and back in from 10 door and up dont park on door #9
NOT property staffed for amount of volume, carriers can expect to be at this location for 4 to 5 hrs with an appointment and on time. Sad to expect this level of sympathy towards drivers!!!
