Cant stand the product or the service. Carriers fall apart and are made very cheap. Ask any contractor and they will tell you how bad they treat the people spending money with them. The branches here locally have always been understaffed and under trained. Very similar to going to AutoZone and asking the counter guy to help you find something.

There is a reason Carrier has lost so much market share and it’s not the product quality. It’s the customer service. We picked up a faulty (and grossly over priced) circuit board from Carrier. Then when we tried to return the faulty part, Carrier would not accept the return because the part was open. How could we determine that the part was faulty if we did not open it? Also they never answer the phone. You have to drive to one of their stores to see if a part is in stock. If you like Carrier products try one of the other ICP brands. Same product quality but far superior customer service.

Absolutely trash service. Waiting on hold 30+ minutes just to be forced to drive to the store and find no customers at the counter and no one helping on phones. They know you need to get parts from them and could care less about their customers. Sadly I know I’m not the only tech that feels this way. Something needs to change!!!!

This guy (black guy) in the warehouse is a as—-***! Beside that, he has an attitude with every Customer that comes here, he’s not even willing to help with the lift and his bossing around all customers, This guy needs to leave!

This review isnt for just this location but all carrier enterprise parts houses in the Houston area. I have been buying parts from here for 15 years and have never once left satisfied. They know you have to buy parts for carrier units from them and cant get them anywhere else. They NEVER answer phones or care about your time. Several times I have given up waiting on hold, drove to a location 30+ miles away, get there still waiting on hold with my phone and store has no customers with counter people not on phones screwing around their personal phones. Absolutely pathetic service which is why I never recommend carrier to my customers and avoid CE like the plague unless it is the absolute only option. Saddest part is that this is a well known fact that all techs in Houston know about.... we all avoid you unless there is no choice.

Called this morning, had a 1 minute wait time that ended up up reaching 12 minutes. Was on hold for 35 minutes. Called from my secondary phone, they answered. Was told all Houston locations have the part I was looking for. Show up to the nearest location, sure enough, they dont have it in. Was redirected to the 7100 business. Processing a warranty ECM there is another story. Wish they would of answer the phone, Instead of having iformation feed to me from a call center that does not have access to their inventory.

Carrier has worse customer at the stores they treat technician like very bad . I been in the business for 30 years and always is been like that . specially the store in sugar land Sam Houston and 59 southwest Corney and Amanda are the worse one ,and trying to do a warranty is a hell with them the tech only go there just to pick equipment . And they always out of stock . to carrier managers the tech and sales person sell your product they represent you .technician don’t like to warranties specially carrier warranty .
