I own a local AC company (Mr. Reliable Heating & Air) and the entire Century team is amazing. Our TM, Frank Selesky, is always very helpful. This branch specifically has been a big help lately. When the storm hit this past week and everyone lost power, we went to pick up an install order on 5/18/24 and, even though they didn’t have power, this branch pulled the order in the dark for us. Incredible team work guys! Our customer was able to get AC back that day from this extra effort.

A big thank you to Juan Rodriguez for being super helpful. I was trying to get a compressor and advised two other stores had what I needed. I called that store and was told it was not available had to reach out to Juan he placed the order, and my tech was able to get the part needed.

Don’t go there if you don’t have a HVAC account or work for a AC COMPANY. They say they only help people in the industry, I have been a Ford Master technician. 14 years, Technician for 25 years. I’ve work on HVAC systems on all types of vehicles, and also know electrical schematics inside out. But apparently I am not qualified to buy a part for my home ac. ($20 capacitor). I remember that every time from now on I see a HVAC vehicle or HVAC tech ask me for help. Giving them 5 stars just because they told me to get lost in a professional manner. Please put a BIGG SIGN on the front before you go in the shop that says no other types of people but certified AC TECHS

Being a parts and install manager for going on 9 years now...Century has always been my go to. They always get me in and out as fast as possible. All with respect, a great attitude to helping the customer. I really appreciate the manager, Jacob and his crew(Juan and Larry) and a few others that truly make my experience every time...top notch. Team work makes the dream work. Couldnt ask for better people to help me out.

I was in need of a condenser after hours and after multiples fail calls to other two branches, I decided to call 43rd location and Juan Rodriguez pick up the phone right away, I was able to get the unit right awayI want to mention the Juan when above and beyond

The employees working on 8/16/23 told me one price when I got there and then changed the price by double. When I went to another Century A/C on Bakercypress they changed me the original price they first said. I would never trust them with money!!!

Magnificent place, with a whole cast of workers, incredible and incomparable in attention, in conclusion, wonderful... I want to make a special mention for Erick Castillo for his magnificent attention, patience and painstaking dedication to helping one solve problems, this is an example of a person to follow. Great.

Very large company in infrastructure, but the staff is not trained and not at all friendly except for 1, he arrived and the doors are open and the place is dark and they dont tell you anything if it is closed, until you ask and they tell you, go to another store, not here We are serving, they should put an advertisement and not let people get to the counter where they are only looking at their cell phones and dont even turn to look at you. So much participation of this company in the HAA union, I hope they focus more on customer service.

They are very disorganized, they do not serve well, they leave the customer waiting a lot while they only talk and talk among the workers.

I think incompetent people bless wrong systems and then dont refund anything when its their fault.
