I recently came home from vacation to find my house flooded due to broken pipes after a winter storm. One call to BIONIC, and the situation was handled within hours! Shane, the owner, personally took my call and reassured me that the cleanup would be taken care of quickly. The level of care and professionalism I received—both over the phone and in person—really eased my stress during such a tough time. I’m so grateful for their prompt and thorough service, and I’ll be recommending them to all my family, friends, and clients without hesitation

We used Bionic Services for some major water damage at the company I worked for. We called them based on a recommendation from an acquaintance and they did not disappoint. They were very prompt at showing up and very professional. Saved us from having to do a major remodel. Highly recommend them. Hope to not need them in the future but if I do, they will be the ones I call. .

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I called to ask about financing options for water damage since my insurance doesn’t cover it, and the employee immediately dismissed me, saying no company offers financing for this. When I mentioned that I had already found company that do and that I was comparing quotes and service before making a decision, he rudely interrupted, “Then why are you calling us?” and hung up on me. The lack of professionalism was shocking. Completely disappointed.

We experienced a terrible situaiton when half our house flooded from a sewage backup. But Bionic handled it superbly Fast, quality, highly recommend Bionic! Professional approach to dealing with the aftermath of our Home flooding. Our home is like new again.

This business’ packing crew is the most horrible, incompetent bunch of people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not one of them speaks any English. I had many items which were already neatly boxed up and labeled in ways that I needed, and they went behind my back and UNPACKED everything and then re-boxed it in ways which make no sense. They even opened up SEALED items still in their manufacturer packing and boxed them up in stupid ways! They also attempted to throw away many perfectly fine, not damaged belongings of ours. Their manager, Jerry, is also a huge liar about how their processes work. Absolutely do not use these people if you can avoid it. It’s going to take me YEARS to undo all of this team’s mess.

John-Michael was very detailed in his work performed to restore our House after half of it flooded due to the water supply line to our toilet popping. Thank you John-Michael and Bionic for the great work and getting us back to normal.

10 STAR SERVICE!!!The Connection to my drain pan in the attic was cracked, so all of the water leaked through my attic and ceiling into my bedroom. I was really worried about the water damage.So I called Bionic and they immediately came out. Andre assessed the situation with a thermal camera and carefully and then set up the fans and dehumidifier, and let me know about the process of drying out and monitoring. He put me at ease.Then I recieved daily calls and at least 3 to 4 follow up check ups to see progress by Tristan who was very nice. It took alot longer to get here than for the time on site, but they did it without complaining!They just came and picked up the equipment and everything is fine. Bionic was a great company to work with when we had some water damage to deal with from a leaking water heater in our attic. The leak went through our ceiling and there was water that soaked through the insulation and drywall. Tony was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was quick and attentive to remove the conpromised areas and also kept us up to date on everything that was being done with the remediation process. He also let us know what our options were to get everything fixed and made sure he was available for any and all questions we had. I would gladly use their services again if I ever run across another unfortunate situation.

When a storm hit our area, it caused massive flooding in our neighborhood. Unfortunately, my house was one of the worst affected. I was overwhelmed by the amount of water that had entered my home, but Tristan and his crew from Bionic arrived promptly and went above and beyond to help me. We had a bad year with pipes in our house, 2 overflows in three months. Fortunately Bionics was able to quickly remediate the water damage. Both Andre and Jerry did a great job identifying damaged areas and doing mold treatment. The second overflow leaked from the attic to bathroom on the second floor, and all the way to the pantry closet on the first floor. Jerry made sure to preserve the house fixtures as much as possible, which is much appreciated. Andre discovered a spot that wasn’t drying up as fast, immediately figured out what the issue was and fixed it right away. He also left the equipment running for a few extra days to make sure affected areas are completely dry. We really appreciate the professional service. Highly recommend.

BIONIC was a very professional company to deal with. After mild water damage in our town home, we contacted water damage pro. They arrived within a few hours of my call and the two gentlemen worked fast and professionally to make sure the damage was kept in control. We proceeded to use the company for the rebuild portion and couldnt have been happier. The job was done so professionally. There was never a mess and the workers were very respectful of my situation with two small children at home. Over all the price to fix the damage was high, however the work and professionalism made the price worth it.

In our office the pouring rain came in again. The same spot was molding and causing health issues. Bionic Emergency Services are true life savers! They are technicians came out to my home in an obvious emergency situation with a water leak that was going on for three days, there was water everywhere. Their technicians were very thorough in getting my house cleaned and dried and ready to be put back together. They explained everything in detail along the Way and were some of the most gentleman that I met in the service industry. They updated ring when they were in route on each occasion to my home so that it was not a more hassle on the time. My husband and I just move to Texas from Iowa. We were unable to move down after closing due to my husband’s work schedule. When we arrive the house had water damage to the entire front guest room. It even leaked outside into the garage and by there front walkway.We called Best Choice Plumbing and they recommended Bionic to us. We were told that water mitigation was recommended right away to reduce further damage to our home. Sheldon came to the house around 10 pm. He worked into the hours of the morning while we stayed at a hotel. (He even recommended sending hotel invoice to insurance because they may cover it). He removed the flooring and drywall that was affected. It took 3 days of having dryers and dehumidifiers to get it dried up to an acceptable humidity level.I hope to never have another water emergency like this but if we do, we will definitely use Bionic.

We got a call from our renters that there was a flood from their washing machine that broke. They said the carpet was completely soaked clear thru the pad. I did a quick Google search and decided to call Bionic emergency services to help.We live out of state, so I needed to trust someone to handle it and these guys did an amazing job. They were able to get the mess all cleaned up and from the pictures they sent me, the carpet actually looks better than it did before. I cannot say enough about the promptness of the service. They found the water with infrared equipment and sensors and were able to direct drying equipment towards the wet areas. They also left dehumidifiers to speed the process up. They came everyday to check on it. Just worth it to ensure that mold doesnt grow in the home.

Company had an extremely rapid response and took immediate action to evaluate the damage from the attic AC leak. They removed the wet insulation, and started drying the Sheetrock. Georgio was very professional and knowledgeable as well as fast in his work. Extremely accomadating and reassuring in this time of stress inour home which gave us comfort that the job was in good hands. The follow up has been good to date and the moisture is almost dry after 2 days of fans and dehumidification. I highly recommend the company and especially Georgio to manage the work.

Just days after moving into a new townhome, I had a minor drain issue which caused water to backflow into the home. Thankfully Bionic came out and placed fans/dehumidifiers throughout the home to dry it out. Little to no damage to the home. I would recommend them for any emergency water issue.
