The Clean & Green team did a great job cleaning out my entire HVAC system of mold growth. The house had a terrible smell that I had multiple professionals attempt to diagnose. Clean & Green quickly identified the mold issue and took steps to begin remediation the same day, and finished the entire clean out of the system within 24 hours. Cleaned the whole system, replaced molded vents and resealed my duct work (the source of some of the problem). The smell was finally gone! Highly recommend for HVAC cleaning and treatment.

This is an EDITED review.The company did all the right things to sell, until they needed to honor a 5-year service agreement, where they disappeared and didnt show up to perform agreed upon duct maintenance. After pursuing them for an extended period it became too time-consuming, and Im assuming they are counting on people not to chase a small business to meet its obligations. But NO business big nor small should presumably CHEAT its way out of an obligation. Hoping it has cleaned-up its act now with the passage of time. But BEWARE!!BELOW IS MY PRIOR REVIEW before its failure to follow-through:Benjamin was professional, courteous, and had a strong sense of customer service. He was a Technician, as well as a Partner. He answered questions and even rough sketched on paper the stages of the work to be performed - explaining what, why, and addressing all questions that arose. (including soliciting questions). He also advised on how to properly maintain ones AC system. Videos and Photos at the end of the project was an added plus. (before and after captions). Pricing is about average and reasonable for what the market charges.Highly recommended.

Beware of scammers and always get a second opinion. I needed my washer vent cleaned and decided to do an air duct maintenance as well. I spoke to Benjamin over the phone and he informed me it would be $99 for air vent and $129 for air ducts. When he came he went into the attic and said he couldn’t do any of the cleaning because of how the builders had taped over the join and there was damage to the ducts and mold was all over the place, which shouldn’t be as this should have lasted at least 30yrs and it would be $1,150 for the service. The house is 4yrs old and said my options were to contact builder or use my insurance. I informed him my warranty was for a year and it would have to be a lawsuit against the builder and I would have to contact insurance for the repairs if it was going to cost that much. I was surprised because I thought the builders had done a good job with high standards on the house and just be I contacted them I called a realtor friend who said it sounded like I was getting fleeced, so I contacted another air vent cleaning service for a second opinion on dryer vent because I really needed that cleaned because of the GE dryer that was malfunctioning with intention to give Ben the job if he confirmed the same thing. So you can imagine my shock when he came and I was let me move my car so you can access the attic and he was that wasn’t necessary and the cleaning would be done from the roof! Benjamin never even went on the roof! So $99 dollars later the second company is telling me it’s one of the cleanest ducts he’s ever seen and the pressure was great and the fault was the GE appliance!Secondly after the Benjamin diagnosis he said the call out was $39 but I was never informed about this when I contacted him for service so this was news to me but he said that could be waived if I left a review, so here it is.I was lucky that I trusted my instincts and conferred with someone else and got a professional second opinion so I was able to avoid a lawsuit and running up my insurance premium. So make sure to do that if something doesn’t feel right or you go spending a lot of money. Also Ben, please inform your clients over the phone before you come out of the $39 call out fee with review waiver so they’re aware

Benjamin is the real deal! I’ve never experienced such genuine and straightforward communication from a service vendor. He came out to check my 2nd story AC evaporator, as it was showing signs of mold/mildew. He gave me what I know was a honest assessment and the best solution. BUT wait!! This is why he’s the real deal!! I asked him to check/clean my dryer vent and what he discovered could very well have saved my life. My dryer vent had a copper pipe running up through it, and filled with years of lint and God only knows what else. Ben recorded a video for me since the opening was on the roof. Yuck! I’ve only been in the house for almost 3yrs. Apparently, the previous owners had subpar contractors doing work. I had another company come out and clean my dryer vent a year ago. Clearly, it was not done but I was charged. I’m so happy I called Clean & Green Air Duct Cleaning. This is a real review and I’m grateful to know that people like Benjamin still exist! Thank you! 🙏🏽

We hired Green Air Duct Cleaning & Home Services and worked with Eli and Ben for our home when we discovered possible mold in our ductwork on our yearly air conditioning maintenance by another AC contractor. We took time to research and meet with other duct cleaning companies which also were highly rated and reviewed different estimates but what sold me on this company despite getting cheaper estimates was the quality and time spent on the initial estimate. Eli took time to evaluate all 7 of our air conditioning units and was meticulous in his approach and the most thorough out of any the companies that came out to inspect our home. He opened up the ducts attached to the plenum to determine where exactly the source of moisture was coming from. None of the other companies did this and either got estimates which were less or more but what stood out in my mind was their approach towards cleaning the ducts/vents and just made the most sense. When they came out to perform the job, I met with the owner, Ben, and he always took time to answer every question and was also extremely informative and showed me every vent and plenum worked on and his staff worked diligently to clean the ducts and remove mold with their process. Be sure to use them and remember to do your homework and review the BBB and know what certifications are important. I would not hesitate to use this company and although I was promised other promotions and less cost from other companies, I would just remember how thorough the company is on their initial estimate and understand their process and their approach and this company never tried to apply pressure or use scare tactics and were extremely practical and knowledgeable. You could always spend less with another company but if it is not done right to begin with, than in the end, you will end up spending more to have it redone again.

Despite a very busy season, Benjamin schedule our appointment very soon after our first call. He was professional and articulated our issues in a way that helped me understand and make an informed decision based on our options. We had originally scheduled a time for another day for them to come back and install some of the replacement parts we needed. However, shortly after he left our home he learned that the part we needed was in the warehouse and they called back immediately to reschedule in order to come right back rather than make me wait the extra days. I felt like that was very courteous of the customer and my needs. The install gentleman were also professional and kind and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company (Green Air Home Services )and its affiliate that did the install.

We used Green Air duct service in Houston to replace our air ducts last December and they did a great job. We recently had them do maintenance on our AC unit. The service technician was very friendly and professional. He showed us pictures of the work he had done and communicated what he had done along with suggestions for us. This company did a great job cleaning our ducts, dryer vent and furnace. We moved into a home that previously had pets and smokers. The difference after the cleaning was great. The technician said he did not think the vents had ever been cleaned. So happy we went with this quality company. Would use them again next time.

Dryer Vent cleaning. I called this company to clean my dryer Vent. They told me it would be $69. When they came, they said it would be $329 to clean to the outside. The guy was an Independent Contractor, so he did the work, but left the lint and birds nest on the ground and a mess. They didnt do a good job. The lint has caused a major backup, they failed to remove the duct on the back of the dryer, now they want to charge a separate charge to clean that. I had to get GE to come check the dryer, and they said its definitely the vent. I called for them to come back and they want to charge a fee for that. It should be covered for the work already done. Do not use them ! They use Contractors and they might send someone that is terrible like the one I had.

Benjamin from Green Air did a mold removal and cleanup at our condo recently. Their estimate was fair and Ben went out of his way to explain everything to us. They did a great job cleaning, replaced our filters and even fixed some damage done to one of our vent hoses for free that was done by a different company during their estimate. I would recommend them to anyone!

Thank you to Benjamin from Green Air, he came to my house and was able to find what the problem was and get it fixed immediately by using the camera Inspection after I had 2 different companies who fail to do so. One of them, wrongly told me to replace the old duct and asked for $3500. After Benjamin found the problem , he said it will cost $400 saving us a bunch of money. Benjiman and his team are great. Over Christmas I noticed that my grandmas house had mold growing at almost all the vents. I called Ben and he got his team out there the next day to figure out what was the issue, got me a quote the next day and a team out there the following Monday and finished everything in one day with out ever distributing my grandmas routines. As a plus my aunt told me that my grandmas room was colder than everywhere else and that it was much warmer now, apparently Ben’s team installed dampers at all the ducts to help regulate air flow through out the house more evenly which we never even talked about. 100% above and beyond and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Benjamin did an excellent job. Not only did he have protective equipment but he also took care of the floor and the area around the Fireplace making sure it was Cleaned up after the job was done. He pointed out differences between Gas Fireplace and Wood Fireplace which is important when you are trying to time how often your Fireplace should be Cleaned or how it should be operated. We had to have all of our duct work replaced after rats chewed holes in our ducts and he saved us a few thousand dollars compared to a quote we received from the company that installed our AC. Benjamin always showed up on time, answered all of our questions, and did a great job of explaining what was going on. Cant recommend him and his team enough!

We just moved into our new home and wanted the vents cleaned to start fresh.Upon arrival, they constantly interrupted my husbands work (he works from home) while they were here to try to upsell him on replacing our duct system, even when he told them repeatedly they we were just looking to get things cleaned today and werent interested. My husband told them that he was in the middle of work, the guy apologized but then continued to come over and show him videos of the ducts over and over.He even went as far as to tell my husband that if we didnt replace our duct systems, we were ensuring wed get cancer and wed give our kids cancer because the sealants in there. That was beyond inappropriate.The entire thing was unprofessional. We still have dust in many of our vents falling out that they never vacuumed up. The kitchen and laundry room also had a trail of dryer vent build up that they left on the floor for us to vacuum. The entire process was strange and unprofessional. I would not recommend their service again.

Eli, the guy sent to service our resident had no uniform and was in a white family mini van.He came in with self confidence to ROB US WITH OUR EYES WIDE OPEN. I spent a couple of days looking for reviews only to find out from the boss their home base is Houston, TEXAS.I did check GOOGLE and their 5 stars rating was nothing but good rating. ITS A LIE, TS A LIE!!!!After walking with him thru my house, it was urgent that I spend $1480 to clean my whole vent system. The services upon our request changed from cleaning air ducts for 59.99 to $1480. WHEN I DID NOT RESPOND. HE did not want to fully give the services he was called to do.He put my new air filter, but left the door off. This caused our AC unit to blow HOT Air.Had to call our A/C COMPANY to fix Elis DAMAGE.

We were shown before and after photos. When the guys first came they to inspect, we were shown how our ac/vent system looked. No other company did that. When they were finished our house felt fresh again, the guys also showed us the work that had been completed. We are very pleased of the professionalism of the team that came to take care of us.

This place is a scam. came and did service to my air ducts and there is still mold growing from the vents. called back to schedule my 6 month follow up and apparently they are out of business and they shut down the company. Unsure how this is possible, since i had a friend call them to schedule some services and they were happy to do so! and told her they were busy with projects and to call back in a month. This place is fraudulent.Very unprofessional. All around super sketchy in every area. Also, DONT ZELLE THEM. legit companies use card payment, not zelle.

I thought there was a water spot above my chimney because of the leakage or something but the professional came and looked at it and said it was literally nothing. Highly unethical people. Will give you lower price for dryer vent -$89 .....once gets home, for every feet beyond 10ft is $15 per feet.So for $25 ft duct its $315.For ac duct cleaning, they will claim to clean all vents but will eventually do only 1-2 and tell you rest is not required.They dont have right equipment for ac duct as well.

Henry and another technician cleaned the air ducts and dryer vent. While the cleaning appears to be thorough, they did not clean up after themselves and left debris on my sofa and floors. Henry had the audacity to joke about receiving a tip. Also, should services be taxed in Tx?

I don’t recommend this service.Felt like they were more focused on grabbing money from the customer.First thing they cleaned only couple of places and said all the vents are on good conditions.Later they said I have to clean the box as well for which I additionally paid $100 and realized at the later stages which was needed.
