I was in a bind and was able to find this company through a quick google search. I called after 5pm thinking I would have to leave a message, but was surprisingly greeted with a friendly voice. Manuel listened to what I needed and scheduled me immediately for a free consultation for the next morning.Manuel was so friendly, honest and extremely helpful answering any questions I had. Because I had a deadline for the service, he was very quick and efficient in getting the work done.The next day when I arrived to the kitchen, I was extremely impressed with how clean everything was! I have owned my restaurant in College Station for 23 years. We have had multiple companies hired to clean our vent hoods over those years, all with their own various personnel issues. Cornerstone is the most professional, most competent and most reliable company we have used in those 23 years. Example: after one of the services I showed Manuel some photos to see if he thought a situation we experienced was normal. He didnt think so and sent his guys from Houston (1.5 hours) to correct the problem that day. Immediate response and concern for the quality of their work. Its usually the restaurants fault (right?), not with these guys. They do quality, dependable work and they stand behind it.

Cornerstone did a thorough job of cleaning our church commercial kitchen. It had been unused for two years and then a pipe broke on Feb 18. They brought in their crew and did a great job cleaning everything. Highly recommend!

His team started a couple of nights later and was tremendous at deep cleaning and detailing of the equipment. Everything from fryers, ovens and grills to return air vents. I asked him if he replaced the vent covers with brand new ones because they looked that good. In three nights he brought our kitchen back to 100%. His team does floors, hoods, under equipment cleaning, and all appliances small and large. When you come in the next day everything is where you left it except spotless.
