I have been a Franchise Owner with Coverall Cleaning Concepts for the past 35 years in Houston. I have customers that have been with me from day one. My customers are genuinely satisfied with the services I provide and I feel that is a true testament of the Coverall Cleaning concept. My son is 35 years old and has worked with me for the past 10 years. He is now interested in taking over my business. I have instilled in him that cleaning takes a “special art”. The Houston Coverall team is one of the best. They are always ready to assist me in being the best I can be. My first business from 35 years ago, is still my number 1 customer!

I have used Coverall for several months before. The first visit they did a really good job but after that the quality started going down tremendously, i contacted the person in charge and told him the crew are not mopping the floors and not dusting everything… they assured me things will get better and it did for a while until it started again.

As a black franchisee owner coverall has helped me through the process of starting my business and growing it. When I need them they are always there willing to help. I have never felt like anyone was racist or treat other race franchisee any different. This business isn’t for everyone but if you have the drive coverall is one of the best franchise companies to be with.

It has been very smooth and nice experience to be a franchise owner with Coverall, I have learned and expand my knowledge in the cleaning industry. The company is very friendly and discipline with the customers. prices are very fair for the work that needs to be done in each facility. Ive been franchise owner with coverall for about 10 years now. I know they always have my back. During covid Ive lost many of my accaunts due to business closures. Being a franchise owner here in Houston location hs brought be lots of experience.Working with the staff has really help grow my buisnes. They go out of there way to asure we get tge rite training helping with customers and beyond.Mrs. Reyes and I are always in contact she checks on my at the minimum twice a month sometimes more.But I would recommend ppl if you are looking to start a strong buisnes I would look into CoverallBest regards

Dont start a franchise here if youre Black! They arent for their black franchise owners Ive met several of them and got the same feedback. They dont tell you everything up front just enough to get you to sign the contract. They hide fees and try to force their equipment on you. The contracts they offer the black franchise owners are ones other franchises have already had and let go of due to disgusting facilities or difficult clients. They dont communicate with you after youve finished training and received your business owed. Karen misleads franchise owners just as well as Bruce and Lety does. They show favor towards the Hispanic franchise owners. They allowed my company to service a facility for two months without payment and didnt say anything nor provide the monthly billing summary. It wasnt until we called them out that they claimed we werent entitled to any payment due to fees and royalties but that wed start getting paid after working another few months for free!DONT GO TO THEM TO START YOUR FRANCHISE!!! THEY ARENT FOR BLACK OWNERS!

Coverall started out okay but I honestly was never satisfied with their cleaning. Since they contract out the cleaning services to a third party service service, it is really difficult to get accountability from them.I have had so many bad experience from them that I decide to cancel with them once and for all. My floors always had streak marks; they never used the right cleaning material; all surfaces werent thoroughly dusted. They constantly left the lights on after cleaningWhen you do have a complaint, no one will follow up with you. Please avoid this company at all costs. Go with another cleaning company even if it means you are paying a little bit more.

Worst cleaning service weve had. Please dont use them!! They dont clean properly. Floors were not properly cleaned, light fixtures still had cobwebs in them. One time they left my key in the door without locking up. Just a disaster service. Please dont sign a contract with them, because they try to make it very difficult for you to cancel with them. Richard and Bruce do not return calls, and are very unprofessional. They dont even deserve a one star!!

We hired Coverall in January 2017 because we were having issues with our past cleaning company. Coverall initially came in and did a great job for about a week. After the first week the building was never cleaned properly. They would drag the garbage bags across the building as the fluids leaked all over the floor. I would get here in the mornings and see the lines all through the hallway. We would label things as trash and they wouldnt take it out. It sat there for days!!!!! We scheduled them to clean Mon-Fri and they would leave the building dirty Friday, Saturday and come clean Sunday night!!! Causing ants and bugs in the building. The cleaning crew would lock themselves out of the building at least twice a week and I would have to leave home to let them in. They also used chemicals that made all the metal in the bathroom corrode. They never replaced tissue paper, paper towels, or the soap in our soap dispenser which was all apart of our contract!! We were paying them $2,100 to do nothing!!! They would charge us for carpet cleaning that was never done! I could go on and on!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone! They do not take any responsibility. Also, they wouldnt accept our termination letter that was sent twice leaving us stuck with them for another month! We ended up paying them but informed them we no longer wanted their services!

This company says it specializes in cleaning medical facilities, but they are the worst ever. Our medical practice has never been so dirty and unattended until we switched to Coverall. More often than not the trash was not taken out consistently, floors rarely swept, vacuumed or mopped. . They were consistently in breech of their contract. Very unethical business practices. They are not even worth the one star!!!!

The office staff are very helpful and professional. The field staff are courteous and informative. Since Coverall sells franchise opportunities to potential business owners, I can not speak of the cleaning services, since it is the actual franchise owners (not subcontractors) that do the cleaning, not Coverall.

Phenomenal company that provides a great opportunity for people to own their personal business. Awesome 12 session training to help franchise owners to be successful. The Core Four, health based cleaning system separates Coverall for all the rest!!! GREAT COMPANY!!!

Worst experience ever! From the subpar cleaning down to the payment system. This company is a complete sham. The cleaning team assigned to my space stay for 10-15min max and barley touch anything. I have made it very clear that there is one room that needs to be well dusted every time and they STILL never do it!

Do not use this company!! They hire a subcontractor and do the absolute worst job cleaning. We have been thru 3 different people and when I finally said enough is enough and fired them, I am now going on 3 weeks without getting my key back. Do yourself a favor and call anyone else!!

The BEST Franchised Owner based business out there. VERY thorough training for Health Based cleaning system. Great place to be for employees and Franchise Owners. Tons of support.

This company is absolutely terrible. I’ve been trying for 5 weeks to get ahold of somebody to cancel my service. They do a terrible job of cleaning but are even worse at responding to their customers. Each time I’ve gotten someone on the phone I’m told that the manager will give me a call when they “get out of their meeting”. I’ll wait a week for no call.

In all my years in outside sales, I never have gotten the amount of referrals that I do with Coverall. When I call on a customer that already uses our service, invariably the feedback I get is very positive!

My parents did the franchise it was a HORRIBLE experience unfortunate my parents don’t read English and because of that my parents got the the wrong end of the stick there was so much miscommunication ...unfortunate the were robbed $10,000 dollars from this people it was a huge mistake ! And this company take advantage of that treated like trash did not take them serious at all they use to have some many locations ask your self why they only have one weird 🤔🤔🤔 Coincidence 🤔🤔🤔 ????? I have the papers to prove it !!! They made my parents believe and dream they are horrible it’s the company fault !!! not the people that go clean because they say one thing the other say another how do you not expect for the people in the office not get mad if company just changes again n again what they are suppose to do ....instead of telling the company why were they not told by the people in the office they could leave a note n say please do this this and that instead the company hey don’t want you n the company just gives them a list on what to do not from people at the office themselves !!

Im the Center Director with Champions Learning Academy, a faith based preschool in Houston, TX. The cleaning is sub par, the employees clean counters with bathroom rags as I watched them via camera and the customer service is horrible!

Horrible Company, we as so called franchise owners/sub contractors get screwed the worts so people DO NOT start a franchise with them trust me, cover all makes all the money not you, they over sell the service to the office manager, then tell us to do little because the pay sucks then client obviously complains then subcontractor gets fired and coverall puts another contractor in and also sells them the account and the only one that wins is coverall both contractors and clients get the short end of the stick and coverall continues to get paid either way.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!! NO HELP AND I DOUBT THEY EVEN CLEANED THE FACILITIES! IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

Ive called one of the representative several times concerning referring new Franchise and a current one . No reply.

Michelle G is an amazing sales rep who answered all my questions and gave me advice on what would work best for my business’s cleaning needs. Her approach was soft and effective (never pushy). I appreciate her patience and would highly recommend this company and especially this sales rep.

I see Im not the only one scammed! I bought a franchise for a little over 20 thousand dollars for a monthly package of 4000 dollars which I have never seen, their support is terrible, they offered a wonderful deal and everything was a scam, about 2 years ago I asked to speak with the manager and she Its the time you dont leave your “meeting” What a scam!!
