Called around the holidays and made an appt for Jan 15th, 9-10am (full window 9-12). At 9:45 I called for an update, as I needed to head into work in the afternoon. Was told by person “A” there’s no information, but window is 9-12. Ok, I will make it work. Then I received a call at 10:30 from a different person (“B”) stating technician will arrive 2-4pm. I was honestly confused since I had just talked to someone 45 mins prior saying something different? I explained I’ve been sitting at home awaiting this appointment and moving it to 2-4 is not a fair assumption to make - I too have obligations and am actually not available then. But I adjusted and I figured out a way for my husband to be there. Was told it would be “closer to 2”. At 4:30ish no one had arrived. I called, spoke with person “A”, and was told the window is 2-5. I of course explained that’s actually not what I was told by person “B”. I hung up because the technician was calling- he was on his way and would arrive at 5:15. I explained the tremendous inconvenience to my family and that we have evening plans so they need to leave my house by 6:45. Then at 5:30ish I received a call from the technician that he drove to the wrong address and wouldn’t arrive until 6:20. We agreed the appointment should be cancelled. He advised someone from the office would call me to reschedule. I responded “Yes, that would be great for someone to call me back at this number”. He subsequently texted and asked me to take photos so an estimate could be given via phone. (??) I did not reply .. I have no idea what I would take pictures of and frankly- after 9 hours of waiting on your company, putting the onus on me is not appropriate.This was Monday. I have not heard anything in follow-up. Crickets…I spent my entire day waiting on this company and managing the horrendous miscommunication from 3 different employees. At the end of it all, no appointment ever took place. They haven’t even had the courtesy to call, apologize, and try to make it right.I would not have left this review if someone would have called and allowed me an opportunity to provide feedback directly.

He made an appointment for June 8 at 9 o’clock. At 9:30 I called him to ask where he was at he said I’m on my way. At 10 o’clock I called him again he said he would be at my house at 1 o’clock. At 1:30 I called him again he did not answer nor did he return my call. On June 10 I called him to ask what happened he said he had been in a car wreck I asked when the wreck was he said yesterday. I said I was sorry to hear that but that my appointment was for the day before his wreck . I ask him why he did not show for his appointment nor call me or apologize at that point he became on responsive. He’s very unprofessional and I would never use your services
The folks @ Totally Exhausted are wonderful! We have been impressed with their thoroughness and spotless service. Kind, down to earth people. Id recommend them in a minute!
Was here a total of 3 minutes and they charged $175. The owner Brad wouldnt get out of his Van to talk about the bill.
