Please find another company , this company is not reliable.We paid $800 + tax last year to fix our 2 Ac units mold problem. They said this treatment is gonna be under 3 years warranty. We called them and as soon as i said Im calling for yearly control the guy hung up. He did the same when my husband called them.Now, Im not sure maybe they did nothing to our Ac units last year.

I would give this place a 0 star if I could. We got our Air ducts cleaned with them last year and we paid extra for them to come clean them yearly. We called this number back today and ask them if they can come for our yearly service that we paid EXTRA for last year. Everytime we called we asked, “is this green city pro” the guy answered, “yes” and hung up. He blocked my number as well as my husbands after my husband stated that it was time for them to come back for our yearly service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I have NEVER wrote a review a day in my life but I do not like company’s that lie and scam and this is one!

Ordered $127 AC duct and dryer vent cleaning. Was told they accept Credit Card.Man showed up, tried to sell me an upgrade service of $799. I asked my neighbor watch him outside and he did nothing.He did open AC plenum and reclosed it.No cleaning of anything was done. He wanted and insisted on cash, which I paid.After the Green City Pro technician left we checked the vents and they were very dirty.Photos are after Green City left.

They replaced two plenums and added a uv light to both. We paid $1700 for these installation services. Within a few months our AC unit stopped working. We called an AC tech to come (a certified one). He informed us of many issues wrong with our system including the plenums. They were not installed to code. The plenums were just fiberglass and taped to our system (not bolted). The tape had come undone on one and the plenum dropped. And the uv light was attached with a magnet and laying on the bottom of the plenum because it was not properly attached. DO NOT trust this company for AC unit repair or replacement. When I called asking for a refund, the lady told me I should’ve called them first and that I was the first one to complain about this issue. Eventually she hung up on me.

Green City Pros arrived on time and were very professional. They gave me a free estimate as promised and discovered a fair amount of work needed to be done (very old chimney). They sent Jacob out for repairs the day before Christmas Eve! He arrived in time as well and was able to complete the work in a timely manner. The fireplace has never looked this good in the time I’ve lived at this house!!! Highly recommend this company and their service.

Green City Pros technicians were amazing. They went above and beyond to resolve our air duct issue immediately without hesitation. Came for an inspection the next day of the booking, and did the service the same week. Will recommend them.

We had the pleasure of working with Joel! He took his time and did an inspection report before telling us what options we had. He did great on showing us the before and after. We definitely needed a few things to be done and he got the job done. We look forward to working with this wonderful company again.

Do not use this company, this was a absolute scam, I went up to the attic and checked the work, not done, only 2 hoses off, machine running, no work being done , inspected the hoses, never touched, bad lesson learned DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

We contacted Green City to get our AC unit repaired, a technician came out the next day, gave us a fair price, and finished the work in less than an hour. Great company

They blocked my Facebook messages when I asked for a refund for incomplete work. (Facebook messages saved, incase they said I was rude) I would not recommend. I had them come out to clean air ducts and dryer vent. They were pretty quick to finish, a few days later we are doing a walk through of the house and noticed the dryer vents were un touched. We were selling our house and didn’t need them to come back out to complete the work. I called for a refund just for the dryer vent part. Long story short, they blocked my Facebook messages when I followed up asking for someone to call me back about the refund.

They did an horrible job or should I say didnt do the job they were paid to do and did not come back to complete either and dont want them back after his dishonesty. He got paid for unfinished work but he said he did it (he lied) this company and owner can not be trusted!!! We paid for services that was not done!!! The owner is very dishonest!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!! He also does not clean up after himself. We had to call an hvac to come fix his mess and not get reimbursed for it either and was without ac in the middle of the hot summer for three days. . .

I hired them from an add on fb to clean vents and chimney. When cleaning the chimney they said they were cracks in the “wall.” I paid for the repair trusting their knowledge. They got ashes on the floor from their hose and stained my carpet. They tried to clean it and smeared it into the carpet. Contacted Mark and he gave 15% off the service because he said I can get the stain out myself and didn’t need professional carpet cleaners. A few months later, the lining they “repaired” the fire place walls with startle falling off the wall in chunks. I have never used this fireplace since buying the house. I contacted Mark, he sent someone out. The guy who came out said it was repaired wrong because the wrong materials were used but he could not do it and they send out the person who did the work. No one ever came. I contacted Mark and he did not care, said it would cost over $500 for them to repair the damage they caused but he never sent anyone else out even though I made an appt.

Do not use this company! Run from them. They came out and did our air duct and chimney cleaning. I noticed the the area where the filters were hadn’t been cleaned and when when changing out the air vents the light out the house all of the ducts were still dirty. I called to complain and was told they wouldn’t come back out. I sent them pictures showing that they hadn’t been cleaned and then pictures of what it looked like after I cleaned them myself. They said that they were clean now and I had no proof that I had cleaned them and not them. They then hung up the phone on me and wouldn’t answer my calls when I tried to call back. After multiple calls they finally answered again and laughed at me only to say they refuse to come back and wouldn’t give me a refund. I disputed the charge with my bank but it was denied because they performed the service even though it was bad service. I would never ever ever use this company for anything ever again. Rude management, bad quality & bad customer service.

The Owners Are All Thief’s with no Care for the Client.I’m Out over $2K for a so called “Air Duct Cleaning” due to Mold supposedly. Yes, I fell for the Trap. The reason I had them come out is because I was very ill at the time and had very sensitive chronic allergies.They job they did was terrible, they even punctured a hole through my ceiling. They did not even tell me until my son spotted it. Why is it that I had to confront them to let them know that there is a hole in my ceiling? They told me they did not know they did it, but they will send an experience carpenter the next day. Guess what? It was the same technician who came out who happened to be , lol what a joke. He came with a Home Depot bag with putty and a patch. I told him that would not work because it is not the right texture or paint to match . So yes, my ceiling is very visible after his sloppy work.I’ll tell you what, though, they claimed to clean every duct from my attic without proper equipment. All they had was an Old “SHOP VAC” and took 30 minutes or less to clean 26 ducts supposedly from the attic…. Doubt it!They did not go to each event individually. I have a two-story home that was built in 2017, no way he was able to clean the mold and clean every duct in 30 minutes with a “SHOP VAC”.This is just a warning for the people looking for a honest reputable company.Just go with a great company like Sears or Stanley Steamer, At least you won’t have the owner cursing you out blaming you the customer.I made the mistake and it still haunts me. i’m hoping that this company will soon be shut down knowing I will never receive my money back. That Really Hurts to know there are companies and people out there to scam honest paying people.

They did an excellent job installing my new LG washer and dryer! They were fast, efficient and answered all of my questions. In addition, they were very respectful towards my home .

The work is subcontracted out which is the best part of this company. They give you a price and then change it after you pay. They are not an honest business .I would never use them again in the future.the office people dont have a clue how to run a business. The work and install are quality.

They are thieves and should be put out of business. They came out to my home and demanded I pay before they did any work. Well I paid and they did nothing. In fact one of the guys ripped a hole in my duct and wanted money to fix it.To top it all off, when I called to complain about it the owner said I was crazy and refused to make it right. They don’t even have a physical office for you to go to and talk with anyone.Check their reviews before you even think about using them. Any positive review you read are from paid people that don’t even live in the state or country.

They never came back to make things right. Initial appointment was not fulfilled as advertised and was charged more than advertised Facebook ad. They sent a technician from a different company because they weren’t able to fulfill the original appointment. The technician from the subbed contract wasnt HVAC certified so he couldn’t complete all services. They just took my money and never made things right. Avoid this company and all their scam artists giving fake advertising on Facebook and fake vent cleaning and not completing HVAC services as advertised.

Used them for the first time. Very professional, showed me the pictures before they did any work. The before and after pictures are incredible. Technician, kept me in the loop every step of the way. Definitely using them again!

We decided to reach back out to GCP for another cleaning (our first was great), and in the course of the technicians speaking with us, they let us know that they also sell and install new AC systems. We mentioned to the techs that we already had a contract with a company to install new units for us that were 2 stage 4 and 5 ton units, and we were having the ducts cleaned since preparation for the install. When they mentioned that they sell and install units also, we asked them to come back out and do a quote for us. They have the impression that they could match the quote we received from the other company and since we had worked with them in the past already, we were hopeful that going through them would be a good experience. We were dead wrong. Several things happened that lead to this review.1. Even though we had talked about 2 stage units (in a conversation that happened to be captured by our in home cameras), one of the reps apparently decided that we didn’t “need” 2 stage units, and wrote up a contract matched to the pricing of the other company’s 2 stage quote, but for 1 stage units. He didn’t include the stage on the contract so when the contract was signed, and we noticed the suspiciously low 14 seer rating, we asked (assuming we were still talking about 2 stage units) that the seers be matched to the other quote at 16. The rep assured us that this would be fixed, and went on his way with our deposit check.2. On install day, before the units were taken from the delivery vehicle, I checked the information on label, and realized these were 1 stage units. We called and said that the units were wrong, and so the rep came to our house to argue with us for almost 2 hours as to why we didn’t “need” 2 stage units, and how it would require 2 more thermostats (a lie) and different ductwork. Meanwhile, the reps - before we came to an agreement - instructed the workers to proceed with the install anyway even though we were objecting. Eventually, since the machines were already installed, we just sort of let it go.3. The next day, the house was relatively warm, and so we called to let the company know what was going on and that we wanted them to replace the units with the ones we asked for. Eventually the owner of the company - Mark - reached out to us, and when we explained what was happening he initially had an attitude with us and tried to persuade us - as his reps did - that our house didn’t “need” 2 stage units, and how apparently our house was too small to need them at 4700 square feet. Something no other company had ever even said or suggested. He seemed to think we may have been lying about the initial conversations with his reps, so we made it clear to him that we did have recordings of the conversations we had with his representatives. He still had an attitude about it but he told us to send the recordings to him. When we did, he called back and his demeanor was very different. He promised to make everything right and to have the proper units installed. We offered to minimize the losses the company would face by accepting the single stage units for use at our commercial facilities as a gesture of goodwill. He agreed, and sent the reps back out to make sure the contracts were well written and included everything we needed. We signed and hoped that everything would be okay thereafter.4. The install day came, and when the units were checked they were exactly what we wanted. They were installed and everything seemed fine, until eventually the units stopped blowing cold. They came back out and had to put more Freon in the unit. Later on, we noticed that the units kept turning off - like single stage units would.. that’s not supposed to happen with 2 stage units. When I checked our Nest thermostat app for the wiring, we discovered that both units only had 5 thermostat wires. But 2 stage wiring requires 6-7 wires. We reached out to Mark to let him know that the thermostats were not wired correctly, and you can read his handling of the matter in the screenshots of the text conversation.Absolutely abhorrent.

They came for cleaning air ducts went into the attic and without asking permission cut the HVAC big rectangle shape to see if there is any mold. They did not find anything but did not stick it correctly and it came out after a month. I did not called these guys again as I don’t want to see their faces again, just got some tape from Home Depot and stick it. If you allowed them without your presence please go to Atic and verify what they did, what happened to me should not happen to others. Now what a shame after months and months now they are asking for a positive review to complete their 100 reviews target.

Run away save yourself some trouble. I ordered a complete hvac system last year. I am going to give the short version, I was rushed into signing a contract and financing the unit. It took almost 2 weeks before they delivered but I ordered a Carrier I got a Goodman for the same price I was not in agreement, with that and wanted a price adjustment they claimed they changed the price but never reported it to the finance company so I still had to pay the original amount. On delivery day I called the to let them know a furnance was not received. Click they hung up on me. They never would talk to me afterwards. I am retired and on a fixed income and Im stuck paying for something never received. Also before you buy physically visit their store youre going to be in for a big surprise!!

I hired them to clean my chimney due to smoke smell. After cleaning the smokes still was still very present. Called them multiple times afterwards and they would never return my phone calls. Tried emailing and texting and they ignored them all. Terrible customer service would not recommend them!

I recommend Green City Pros. My technician was Benjamin. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He cleaned our ducts and we are breathing better now. He also recommended the UV purification light for our systems which we had him install. Given that I was already knowledgeable on how UV lights works to purify our pool water, I felt the technology would have similar advantages cleaning our air. So far so good.

Worst customer service ever! Please read the other bad reviews before hiring this company. We decided to book an appointment after seeing multiple Facebook ads. My appointment was confirmed two days ago for today. On the day of my appointment, we received a call from a lady wishing to set an appointment for service. We informed her of our original appointment and she stated that we didn’t have an appointment when in fact we did. She became rude and combative with my husband after he informed her of our original appointment and that we wished to cancel the appointment if they could not honor our original appointment for today. She blamed the third party for the scheduling mishap and rudely asked us “so what do you want to do?” She constantly tried over talk him as he attempted to give her the details of our original appointment and our wish to cancel our service request if they could not make it out today. We could not believe how unprofessional and rude she was. Do not use this company. After the way she treated us I wouldn’t feel comfortable allowing anyone from this company into my home.

Green City was quick to schedule my appointment and I had a pleasant experience with their customer service team as well as the team that came out to do the job. Thumbs up

The technicians were prompt, professional, and thorough. They allowed me to see extent of cleaning necessary, assure me that I should have nothing to worry about in terms of possible fires with my dryer.

I was overcharged by their rep $597. They are representative pocketed the money and disappeared. I asked for a refund and did not get it. Very disappointed. They alerted me to that fact, but no offer to refund my money. I would not use them again. They were to clean my dryer vent😡. Ripped off!

David from Green City Pros just left my house cleaning my chimney and dryer vent and he was very professional. David and his helper came into my home wearing a mask and bringing his cloth to put down to keep the area clean. He explained what he was doing and made suggestions on how often I need to get this service done, they were very neat, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend their services. I will be calling them back again next year.

Wow! What an amazing experience.Took 5 quotes from different companies for replacing my 4 tons AC. They quoted the lowest price but definitely kept the quality on the best side possible.Thank you so much for an amazing service and thanks for the great customer service.Will definitely do my next job with these guys.

What a SCAM!! They blast all over social media $127 this and that included. Well be prepared to be told you have mold and for that $127 to go to 1k and then it went to 4k. To clean my air ducts and to insulate ONLY. All this by looking in my attic for 2 min.Got a second opinion... Turns out I just needed my coils cleaned. Sure they can insulate and clean ducts, but there is no harmful bacteria or mold and it won’t address the airflow issue. They were pretty dirty, he showed me photos before and after. Apparently this is something that should be maintained yearly. Anyway, I ended up paying $300.GET A SECOND OPINION. Had I accepted the other estimate. I would have been out of pocket 4k and my main concern still wouldnt have been addressed. Which is the home not being able to cool down during the day.Also spoke to one of the owners and his response to my concerns was very defensive, insulting the guy who did my coils even though he didnt know him. Called me dumb and that I know nothing. Then insulted the fact that I have a roommate, suggesting that I’m a renter. I’m a 10year 2 home owner. I rent bedrooms in my home. It’s called an asset.I mean seriously dude. Get a grip!

I hired green city to replace 3 AC units at my restaurant in Katy and they were the fourth visit I had before I knew who to go with and we ere charmed by Leo the very professional, courteous and knowledgeable ac tech. He walked me through the entire process, explained on each option the pros cons and really helped us with the financing.The service and caring is highly appreciated and I would gladly recommend you to guys!

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!! Mark is an unprofessional piece of work. He loves to HARRASS businesses and DEMAND payment before work has even been completed! Not to mention the job is never fully completed. He will call your place of business and threaten to continue to harass you until he gets his payment. We had to call police on him for threatening office staff. He is RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND AGGRESSIVE when speaking to customers. I would definitely NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I firsthand saw how terrible he treats his employees as well. He also creates fake negative reviews for other companies. The fact that this company is still in business is ridiculous!!

Terrible service experience.Scheduled an air duct cleaning and a time frame to expect a technician was provided to us.Green City did not call. Green City did not show. We called their customer service line right after the quoted timeframe - they said they would look into this and reach back out to us. Green City did not call back.We called the customer service line again. As I was speaking to the representative about this, I was hung up on. Not a big deal as it was likely an accident, but still not fun to experience. Called back once again, explained the experience and asked to cancel the appointment. Agent’s response: “Your appointment is canceled. Thanks!”It was only then that we received a call back explaining what happened. Apparently, the appointment was scheduled for 8 pm to 10 pm, not am.No, thanks. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

I got their cleaning special for vent cleaning from Facebook and it included a dryer vent cleaning as well. After this service my dryer was taking a really long time to dry my clothes. I had to run it 4 times per load so I got someone to come check out the dryer. He said nothing was wrong with it and that the dryer vent was probably blocked. I didn’t want to believe it was that since I had just payed $137.48 to get it cleaned and the technician assured me that everything was clear after he “checked” all the vents. I went up to the roof to see if it was that, and lo and behold my “clean” dryer vent was super blocked. I sent these pictures to customer service and I complained but no response. We were going to get a different service with them but that’s long gone now. This company can’t be trusted to do the job right and they’ll lie to your face and tell you everything is in tip top shape.

Mark the tech came and cleaned dryer vents. After his service my clothes didnt dry at all. I ended uo replacing my dryer believing it was a bad dryer and the new dryer did the same thing. Finally made my way into the attic and disassembled the dry vent to find my entire duct packed with lint. Called so they could have someone come out and I was told I would get a call back. I got a call back and started to describe my issue. The rep hung up on me. I called and the line was disconnected. I called from a different phone Same rep picks up and I told him who I was that the line DC and he hung up again. Please stay away do not give them business. They act like they are working

I had my kitchen renovated with green city.From the first visit of Oren the charming project manager to the last day of the project, they couldn’t have handled everything more professionally.Workers came on time every day and were well taking care of, they helped out with few other little things that I had to get done in the house in a heartbeat, I took a closer look on them and everyone had their part of their project and specialty.I couldn’t be more satisfied and happy from the service and results

They removed one of my ducts and cut the zip tie and sealant to access the plenum to clean all ducts. The duct was barely put back and not secured. There was a significant amount of air coming out in the attic. When I messaged they assured me a technician would call me. I never received a call and when I tried to message them back they seemed to have blocked me.

These guys were great! Came early, were very professional and gave me an estimate on some crack repairs. They cleaned everything in the chimney and dryer vent and cleaned their space after. Will be using them again!

Will not use them again.Do not like how they do the vacuuming of the “vents”. Most companies that I’ve used remove the vents, clean then, and go in with the vacuum and brush. This company opens the plenum and just vacuums whatever. Just got the outside dryer vent and about 6 inches of vent tube leading to dryer. Wanted to install a $699 UV light.AC check was “It’s working “ no need to check any pressures or resistance of the fans.They did not even pick up the insulation they brought down from the attic.I guess I should have read the reviews first.

Technician was courteous and professional. He called to let me know he was arriving earlier than we had scheduled. Johnny (tech) took the time to show me what was being done and advised me of any additional work if it was needed. I had never done this service and I can only presume my system will be working better cause of it! Thanks green city air

My salesman was knowledgeable professional and friendly…. Fast and professional change out of my ductwork… it was amazing to see everything they pulled out and replaced it was a good investment in my house …

I scheduled the dryer vent cleaning 3 times. The first time I was given the 10 to 12 window, I called after noon and they said the technician had car problems and didnt arrive. The 2nd time again the technician didnt arrive and said he was behind schedule (by 10 AM?). The 3rd time that I waited again 2+ hours staying put at my house, they didn´t even care to tell me they were not coming. I kept calling the main line and they kept saying the technician will call me in the next 5 min.... two days later I´m still waiting for their call. What a waste of time.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. They discussed a price in the beginning and ended up being double the amount at the end. When finished they didnt vacuum up anything that came out of the vents that hit the floor. Technician took it upon himself to do more work than was discussed and said we HAD TO PAY at the end. Messaged them on FB about the issue and no response. They blocked me. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Horrible company to do business with. I booked an appointment for a quote and confirmed the appointment Mike and Mark was supposed to show up. They were a no call and no show even though the receptionist called me that day to inform me that they would call when they were en route. I called the company and spoke with with the receptionist she apologized and said she would book me with another tech day before the appointment they sent confirmation text which I confirmed and notice that I was scheduled with Mark and Mike. I confirmed the appointment and today was expecting them at 2 pm and again they were a no call no show. I called the number listed in the text that I received and Mark picked up I asked for a manager and he said he was the manger. I told him that he was the last person I wanted to speak with and hung up. If they can’t keep appointments and follow up with their prospects if they’re not able to make the appointment just think of the level of service you’ll receive. I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to speak up just in case anyone else is considering doing business with this company.

This place is certifiably AWFUL. Truly.We had an appt for 8am with a window of 8-10a… no one showed . Called and was told they would reach out to tech and get back to me. Nothing. 5 hours later I call again and given the same script. I even asked if there was anything else to be done like reschedule, or what? They gave me nothing. Three hours later we call again and say we will just go elsewhere due to the lack of response, professionalism by the call staff (they were so rude) , and no show. The guy said ok, we will cancel and then hung up the phone!! Didn’t even ask our name or details. Truly, some of the worst business experience I’ve encountered. Good luck if you go with these guys!

Jonathan was our serviceman and Mark was the office manager.Jonathan called before arriving to let us know he was in route. Jonathan arrived on time as planned.While in our home Jonathan was respectful of us and our home. Our ducts were full of mold and gunk. They are now crystal clean.We will definite call Green City Pros on our maintenance call.We called the office to confirm pricing and arrival time. Mark was very professional and answered all of our questions specifically and efficiently.We are sooo happy with this service.

I had no idea how dirty our air ducts were until Green City Pros cleaned them. The difference is like night and day. The team was friendly, and their service is a game-changer.

Very professional, Juda arrived on time and was very informative about my unit and the work he was doing and also suggested things that were never and I trust his judgment so I highly recommend this guys to work on your home unit!

We scheduled an appointment on 11/7 for a cleaning on 11/15 between 8-10am. We waited 10:30, no show we called and the monotone rep said they’d have tech call no one ever called. We waited again until 11:30 and no show no call. Called company again and they said they’d have tech call us, no one called us and we cancelled at noon since we had to get ready for a family funeral.Not a reliable company, and very poor customer service.

I used this company in October. They upgraded us to get some sealant applied over some cracks. First time using my fireplace and the sealant is burning off. Awesome! There were other issues too but this takes the cake. Please be careful using these guys.oh, and I’m blocked so I can’t even messenger them.

Scheduled multiple times for air duct cleaning and no one shows up. Appointment day called again and no one knew I had appointment. Multiple times same story.

I used green city pros last week tuesday (6/8) I paid for an ac tune up, air duct cleaning and dryer vent clean out. When they left my house my house went from 76 to 79 because they turned ac off to perform services. No problem.But the problem for me is by the time it got to about 630pm the degree changed to 78. They left close to noon. Thats almost 6.5 hrs later. My ac never done that before. My house didnt completely cool down til 11pm to 76. Ac was running straight for 11 hrs without turning off.Texted the tech next day, nonresponsive through text. Texted fb messenger and then texted again to tech person received a phone call.Talked to E who is the field supervisor. He at first  justifies the work of his techs and that they completed their job.🙄 I told him how it took 11 hrs straight to cool my house down and that is something that is not normal for duct cleaning. E then said it might be freon or there is an electricrical issue which that is additional money. Not a problem because of course that something that has to be check in an ac tuneup. So then doing the ac tune up that means eli never checked the freon. E the supervisor mentioned to me the tech E is not certified or doesnt know how to do freon. Which made no sense to me because he perform the ac tune up and he told me there was no issues🤬 E said he could get another tech to come back out on sunday because i was going out of town and that would be the next available date for the new tech to come. This is thursday (6/10)Saturday (6/12) comes to receive a text message to confirm appt and I called the number to let them know I would need to reschedule. The guy at the office at first says they do not see my address on record which I have a text message that proves other wise🙄I gve them my address and he mentioned he will send me another rescheduled time for a different time. They did not!Now its monday (6/14) I called 346 number and the same guy working in the office read the same script to me that he will get someone to come out and to keep my phone on the line. Mind you at this point i called 4 times yesterday for them to handle their business. I received one call from an 855 number to set up appt and but the line went dead. Tried calling number back and it was a busy tone.😑 not a houston area code either. Called edgerS phone and his voice mail box is not set up.😑😑When I called back the 346 number (4th time) at this point Im upset and assertive and asked the gentleman on the phone to give me someone that can help me because you have not been able too. He cut me off in an attitude and said he is sorry but he is the only one that can help me and that he will send info out for someone to call me so good bye and HUNG up on me. RuDe!😑I hired this company with honest integrity and hate that I wasted money on them for not completing their job when i could have hired someone else. I highly do not recommend anyone to use them. Everything could have been avoided if they sent me techs that are certified for freon! Done that day on tuesday when hired.😑With not having voice mail boxes set up, the same guy repeating the same script with no solution, automated fB message thanking me for their response but not following up with another response when I started having issues, an 855 number that I was not able to call back to reschedule an appt..... sketchy sketchy. And this company has been going strong for 18 yrs. Smh twice!!!

Great service from start to finish. Had the furnace and AC system done the same day. Even helped me with the financing part of it.

Taken aback!!! I was ok with them at first when I knew they’d come up with some finding to charge me extra! Well of course they did! Said i had mold. One guy was in the attic doing the cleaning! And the other was down here with me, trying to convince me that i needed new air ducts a total of 3500.00 vs 99.00 ugh no thank you! I just wanted maintenance done for now. Then he tried convincing me that i needed a sanitation service to rid my house of the mold. 548.00 plus a uv light 850.00. I finally stopped them from doing that sanitation service! Wrote them a check for 107.00 and they left really quick thereafter. Hmmmm not sure I’ll be using this company again! EVER

The service Technician was very professional and honest. He took the time to Explain everything to us about our A/C system. We strongly recommend this company. They also provide other services for your home.

Be aware!! I used them to clean my vents and ducts. This was on a Tuesday afternoon. By Wednesday evening my ceiling below the area that they had been working in the attic was leaking. The technicians had knocked an air conditioning pipe loose and it was dripping on to the attic flooring, on to the ceiling of the room below. I made several and I do mean several attempts to contact them. They sent me to voicemail because they have caller ID. I’m in the process of pursing legal charges.

Whatever they did caused a leak. The ceiling started to leak later that night. I called and he said they’d come back but never showed up. We now have a stain on the ceiling from the leak.

Green City Pros- HVAC & Energy Efficiency did a great job and answered all of our questions. explained everything he was doing. It went very quickly. Highly recommend this company.

Jonathan is a pro, he took time to explain all the required activities and he told me what is important for me to do. Unfortunately I couldnt use the coupon because the coupon explained that all the duct will be cleaned but the tech said said it will cost more to do that. This contradicts what i was told the $99 special covered.I gave the five star for the way Jonathan handle the issue.

We had Matan here in our home to clean the chimney and Dryer Duct. His work was excellent and efficient. We very much enjoyed meeting him and we are now planning on having our AC vents cleaned by you Again very excellent.

I paid for them to come to my house to clean my ducts and when they got there they said my HVAC system was not working and they didn’t clean the ducts. I paid, they came and didn’t do the job and the technician just left. My system worked I just don’t think they wanted to do the cleaning 😤

Used their promotion on insta $99 cleaning AC Ducts. A bad temper lady with an attitude and a guy came to my house. The promotion did not included the air returns. They wanted $45 extra for each and it included one AC. So the promotion came to a total of $440. When I told the bad temper lady that I just wanted what was included in the promotion with her attitude just charged my card and went outside the house and in their car. Never heard of her after. Even though the promotion included a dryer duct cleaning which they didnt performed, neither I wanted to ask the lady to do it.I do not recommend this company. Never want to use them again. CUSTOMER SERVICE is what differentiates a good company from a mediocre one.Beware.

I was quoted $189 for duct and vent cleaning, then was forced to do there $500 option despite telling them no. The ducts they did clean hardly showed any difference. We found mold in one 2 days later that they skipped. They tried to charge me a $50 credit card fee as well. I would never use this company.

I had a confirmed appointment for 10:00 am today. I have the screenshots of the confirmation and the rest of the texts exchanged with them. By 10:20 I called them because they have not showed up, and the person on the phone tells me that my appointment is at noon. How in the world they moved it without letting me know? Very disappointed because I have elderly parents in my house and I really needed the service, work two jobs and it’s very difficult to set up something like this.

I purchased a $99 deal off Instagram. The tech came out and told me I had mold. Okay. He gave me a verbal price of $400. We did it. When it was done, the tech made out the bill for $585, claiming that he made a mistake on the estimate. When I refused the price increase, he threw a fit in my kitchen, claiming that I asked for extra services (I had him spray three areas for mold, which is what he was supposed to do anyway). We settled on $450. Later that day, I stepped outside and found that he had dumped out his shop vac on my lawn.

My friend recommended AF&AD, I’m very glad I hired their services. All the workers did an great job. They were professional, took good care of my place and had a great attitude. I highly recommend their services.

Dryer duct cleaning. Work was good but way overpriced. Was told $60 for duct cleaning over the phone. Ended up being $580 for 1 hour worth of work. Didn’t clean up very well after. Will not be a return customer.

Made an appointment and they came within 3 days. My ducts were filthy and had mold. We can breathe so much better and the air circulation is drastically improved.

In Houston these guys are a complete scam. I wish I had read these reviews before hiring them. The 99$ special means they will blow the dust around with a loopy brush and a drill. What does that even do except blow the dust into the vent further and possibly outside making it even worse? They have a mini vacuum that they carry to your hvac instead of having a full blown machine in the car. I had 2 units and they were done cleaning in under 30 minutes. Jonathan tries to engage you in distraction tactics to make sure you dont go into the attic and see that you paid 99$ for nothing basically.

Very honest with their work and inspected my home before the service to let me know what was going. Really appreciate what they did. Mateo explained what needed to be done and I appreciate what they did.

They were a no show with no call or notification. When I called to ask if someone was still coming they didn’t know. An hour after the window they wanted to reschedule me for 4 days out when the original time to schedule was 2 days out. They said that “they overbook and sometimes this happens”.

BEWARE! This company has a promotion $99. When they arrive they will try to charge you with everything they can, like vent returns, additional AC and if they cannot be successful they will have a very bad attitude. Obviously they buy good reviews. Check them on YELP...

2 guys came in with a less than 5 gallon wet and dry vacuum cleaner to sweep the chimney with a 3 foot or less brush attached to a drill gun and drill for literally less than 2 minutes and said they were done with chimney....If I wanted full service it was going to be 177......Not realizing that he had already told me for chimney and air ducts special was around 170 for both....so then he proceeded to vacuum the return and went to attic to clean upstairs less than a minute comes down stairs and said he would write an estimate for a full clean system....Now I was looking at 22hundred dollars to clean the air ducts...Since I just had everything replace 18 months ago ,I was going to use my warranty so he pack everything and send me an invoice of 378 and wanted me to sign I told him no not what we agreed on so he said I send you a text invoice when I opened it ,it said 177 plus 99.00 for Crack repairs...I told him dont worry about the cracks only what he already had done he said ok then sign it,while I finish ...Job done insisted that I pay the 378...I refuse to pay the 378 and gave him the 180 cash and not one penny more...He yell trying to scare me but I stayed calm and told him thats not what I had sign for....he was getting very upset so I told him if you think Im stealing from you lets call a police officer out here and see who is wrong....Guy quickly said no cops lets work it out or he will take care of it another way....So now Im been threatening by this guy so I told him Im calling the 👮‍♂️and again he said no cops and runs out my house....This scamers will get you if they can ...Get everything in writing before you guys decide to get work done by any contractor

**DO.NOT.USE.** The technician who completed our air duct cleaning, punched/drilled a hole in the coils of our air conditioner. Green City Pros is refusing to repair the coils, instead will charge us $1,800 to repair the A/C. We are now having to go through an attorney and take Green City Pros to small claims court to pay for the A/C repair. This is how Green City Pros treats their customers, so look elsewhere.

I would not recommend there service at all. They came in to clean my vent. Opened the plenum and said there was mold in it and Charged me $77 just for coming out there and did absolutely nothing.

The technician checked the main distribution unit first. He detected mold on the outside of the ducts. He proceeded to do a general duct cleaning and added the mold killer. He was quick and efficient and left everything as he found it.

Highly recommend Green City Pros. They do a phenomenal job and are very effcient. Our Chimney and dryer run very well.
