I took my windows to have new glass installed also resealed. One was not done correctly so I took it back. With no hastle they resealed my window no questions asked. I was impressed with the professionalism when the wall through was done. Also, I was provided three different options to choose from based in the needs of my home.At this time, I have not called them to complete the work but will call them when the timing is right.

I went to this store to get a faucet adapter. Unfortunately they couldnt find one for me. But the gentleman at the store spent time trying to figure out what i needed and also helped me with leads to where i could get it from. Locally owned and has better products than Home Depot. A real hardware store. Everyone is nice, courteous and treats you li,e they want your business.

Nice store. Was always a great place for window repair, but a blond woman was using very vulgar language and yelling at her coworkers back in the window repair area. Not a good idea, with all that glass and dangerous equipment. Hope they get that situation taken care of, behavior like that was definitely a safety issue. We found a new place now as we have numerous rental properties.

Great store especially if you own an older home or need a specialty item. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I am so glad I found this little gem of a store, I will definitely be shopping there again and telling my friends and family about them.

They were very helpful. The price was reasonable and the gentlemen that helped me get all I would need to do the repair. He also told me there was the same item at a much cheaper price and got it for me. Very happy!

Very unhappy with the glass replacement they did for my windows I dropped off for repair. When it came time for me to pick them up, I noticed the glass was very loose and it rattled in the frames. What was also bad was the fact that they installed old, dirty glass with paint overspray into my window frames! This was the work of amateurs, not professionals. I would certainly NOT recommend the window repair service to anyone.

Its a great store with good prices. They also have a lot of stuff if you have an older house, so its a good place to know!

Just discovered this place. Local hardware shops are becoming harder and harder to find. We need more places like this one. Staff is super nice and helpful. Definitely going to make this a regular stop.

Have shopped here since I was 13. Very knowledgeable staff and great prices. They also carry stuff that is harder to find elsewhere.

On this site when placing the order they tell you that it will be ready in a couple of weeks when they have already taken your money they tell you it will take more than 1 month for the order. They are also rude and disrespectful.

Dumb as rocks, they are. Dont bother to ask for help. They cant even communicate where something is located in the store. If you try calling, they put you on hold and forget about you. Just go down to the store, and wander around until you find what you need.
