We had Kiwi clean our rug. $240 later and when we received the rug back home, I unrolled it finding it still filled with with loads of debris. I unrolled it and started vacuuming it only to find the dirt and fiber filled up the canister on our vacuum cleaner to the point I had to empty it just to continue vacuuming the rug. Not sure why I paid to receive a filthy rug back no better than when we sent it in. Not happy and do not recommend their services.

I’ve had a great experience with Kiwi! They are able to come very promptly after contacting for carpet cleaning. I also have used and really enjoy the 1 year warranty where each room is only $6 to re-clean within the year and a trip charge ($39 I believe). The warranty makes Kiwi an easy choice!

I scheduled with Kiwi last year to have my carpets cleaned. The scheduling was easy. They have local carpet cleaners that they pair with. The gentleman they used came to my house and got to work. He did a good job and even focused on some areas of concern I had where my cats had peed in the closet. Now Im excited that they are coming again under warranty to redo the cleaning for only $75. They reached out to me to remind me that they offer the redo. Im grateful they did, otherwise I would have missed the chance to get my carpets cleaned again for very little money and effort on my part. Its a great service.

Ive used Kiwi in the past at our previous house in Houston. They always did a great job for us there, so when we moved back here after several years away, I scheduled them for carpet cleaning after some remodeling work was completed. They are helpful, informative & courteous and will always be my first go-to when I need these services.

After declining their services, I returned to my contacts to find Kiwi Services. When I called, they knew my name and thanked me for returning. Tl,dr they didn’t clean my area rug and dropped it back off weeks later claiming they had and charged me a few hundred bucksKiwi came to pick up a beautiful white shag area rug with tensil that my elderly dog had urinated on so that it could be thoroughly cleaned. They were supposed to drop it off a few days later, but when I called to check on it weeks later I discovered it had been lost in their system. They were able to find it and dropped it back off.When I finally opened the plastic packaging (nearly a year later because I’ve been remodeling), the rug was disgusting. It stank terribly, was discolored, and felt gross. I quickly realized the rug was NOT cleaned and now had been soaking in dog urine for a year. I had to take it to the curb because of how terrible it smelled.When I called Kiwi to let them know, they admitted they had probably accidentally tagged it incorrectly as clean and dropped it back off. She then said it was my fault for waiting a year to open it and there was nothing she could do but tell a manager.She’s right… apparently it is my fault that I assumed Kiwi Services properly cleaned my rug and I could just leave it sealed until I was ready. Will never use them again.

Scheduling was a breeze! Technician-Tracy, came when they said he would and he went above and beyond things we previously discussed to help us out! Great service!! Will definitely call for future service needs. P.S. Kiwi actually came as a referral from my niece who lives in North TX. Their prop management company uses Kiwi in the Dallas area and reports being happy with the services from Kiwi.

BEWARE! They charged me $1100+ dollars to clean and then RUIN all 3 of my rugs, then requested to take them to their Dallas warehouse to inspect them and never returned them or repaired them and their owner Hasan refused to even return my call. WORST company I have ever worked with.

I had Kiwi clean two of my Persian rugs which had difficult (and smelly) pet stains. One of these was a fragile antique Heriz rug with a good deal of structural damage. I’ve put off cleaning it because I’ve been afraid of the cleaning causing more damage — not to mention, I didn’t think a cleaning company would want to take on something so fragile. Not only did they not hesitate to take it on, they assured me that they would take extra measures to protect it. Both rugs came back BEAUTIFUL! Not only do the colors and pile look wonderful (with no cleaning residue), they actually smell FRESH! In addition, everyone I’ve encountered with their company has been friendly and helpful, and they pick up and deliver the rugs with no additional charge. I will not hesitate to use and recommend them in the future!

Prompt and courteous. Customer service is so greatly appreciated. The tech explained the process well and made sure I was happy with the service. To top it off no wet surfaces after the upholstery was cleaned.

I like the service so well that I have them automatically call me once a year to clean my rugs ( of which I have quite a few). They smell so fresh when they are returned and I am very happy with the thorough cleaning. This time I am asking for rug repair and I will keep you posted. If this service is anything like the others the repair should be stellar!

Awful! Unreliable and rude! Don’t expect for them to actually show up for a warranty cleaning. They cancelled on me two weeks in a row during the tech’s arrival window. Two weeks in a row I spent time preparing for them to actually arrive and do their job, and they cancelled. The Kiwi representative that called was rude and unhelpful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!!!!

This is the 3rd time using Kiwi Services. I’ve been very happy with them in the past, so I ‘m using them again. They cleaned stains I did not think were possible to clean, and they came out PERFECT! Thank you!

I have never been scammed more in my entire life. Original quote was $270 and then when they get to the house and they examine my place (multiple pet stains) - they want to charge you $40 extra PER STAIN. This extra cost was over $400 on top of the $270. They gave me a “discount” but it still came out to be more than $500. Why would they not tell me this over the phone when I originally called? Because they want to waste me time and upsell me once they’ve already arrived. ON TOP OF THIS - they NEVER show up the appointment on time. I had to reschedule 4 DIFFERENT TIMES. Every time I have to move my furniture. LASTLY - everywhere they serviced smells even WORSE THAN BEFORE. I can’t even sleep in my own bedroom now because it smells so bad. Go to a real carpet cleaning company instead that will actually steam clean your carpet. Absolute scammers.

I’m so disappointed! I scheduled my appointment on Monday for them to service me on the upcoming Friday from 10am to 12pm. Well on Thursday they called me and asked if they could move my service hours up to 8am to 10am. I said sure. On Friday, I am waiting for their arrival and realize that the time is now 10:48am. I call them and ask what time were they going to arrive and was told that one of the workers called out and that they would be by al from 11am to 12pm. Pretty much the original time. I said fine. So we move all of the small furniture out of the way to ensure a really good clean could be done. The service tech finally arrives and he asks if I want the stain removal, and initially I admit I said no. Then he said well if you don’t get the stain removal then we aren’t responsible for the stains. I was skeptical to add the service because it was 109 dollars extra. So I declined. The tech started vacuuming and cleaning the carpet. I am very nosy so I go to see the progress after about 5 minutes off him starting and I am not liking the results. I then say no this won’t work I’ll go ahead and add the stain removal service. Then he says I’m not sure you want to add it because it may not work. In my head I was thinking, “well just a couple of minutes ago you were saying it would remove stains. Now you’re saying it may or may not work.” So I’m now concerned that he doesn’t want to do the job thoroughly. So he says just let me finish and you will see that it’s better. I said okay. 20 minutes goes by and he is done with all the rooms, and I’m like there’s no way that he is done. So I go to check my room and the carpet is still not to my liking. So I say are we sure we can’t add the stain removal service and again he tells me it may not work. I ask my husband to check and he’s like oh it’s fine. I understand that he doesn’t want to spend more money after the got says it still may not work. So I’m stuck with a wet dirty carpet. Then the carpet cleaning tech says just wait until it dries it will look better. I just said okay and paid the man. I will never use their services again. Btw I was told it takes an hour to dry over the phone upon initial scheduling phone call and it’s been 3 hours and it’s still not dry. I’m using the ceiling fan and a box fan to dry it! Smh I was bamboozled. This is the final work.

My rug came back with grease stains. They originally picked my rugs up in March. I just got one of them back after several failed attempts to remove a stain that was acquired in their possession in late October. The rug is a shaggy furry rug and is not able to be reused. They ruined my $1800 Pottery Barn area rug.

Kiwi Services always provide top quality work. I have had carpeting cleaned and they did a fantastic job from pick-up, cleaning, and delivery. I would highly recommend them.

Horrible. Captured my phone number incorrectly, late for delivery of our rug twice. The first time they never called to tell us we’d been bumped to the following day. Then it was schedule for the morning, then the afternoon, then late afternoon. When it was finally dropped off, our rug smelled heavily of perfumed products. We won’t use again.

They are still great! I used Kiwi when I lived in Houston years ago. I was gone for ten years. When I moved back, I saw an advertisement for cleaning and called back. When I scheduled the appointment, the representative noticed I was in the system. I discovered I had unknowingly called the same place I had used for years. They came out and did a fantastic job. It is hard to believe that after all these years, they still provide the affordable quality service I had known. Wow!

I will give them another try in the future.Original Post:They brought my rug back and it looks like they literally just vacuumed it. There is no way they cleaned it at all. My rug is supposed to be white....as you can see in the image, its not. Plus it took them almost a month to get me the rug back! What a rip-off. If they couldnt clean it, they needed to call and be honest. Instead they bring it to you, have you sign the receipt first, and then bring it in the house. Very shady business practices.

We had a fabulous experience using Kiwi Services to clean our carpets before moving into our new home! The technician was professional, prompt, thorough, helpful and kind. The warranty policy sold us on using Kiwi Services initially, but the service itself will keep us using them in the future.

I had my rug picked up on May 3rd 2024 I called them several times inquiring when my rug would be cleaned and delivered back. Each time I called I was told it was in Dallas getting cleaned or they had to reclean it after the tornado that happened May 16th then had to reclean it after hurricane beryl a month later because the power went out. Needless to say my rug was dropped off 3 months later and it was never cleaned. My daughter answered the door and paid for the rug not knowing. I called Kiwi and they came and picked my rug back up and a month later still nothing I’ve called and someone said they call me in a few days with an update never called an gave a update so I’ve been calling them and still haven’t got an answers not a clean rug that I paid for already.

My mom has been using Kiwi for 20 plus years and raved about the service so I finally decided to give them a try. My initial interaction with them was great! I got the warranty which was a steal! My carpet was cleaned so nicely and I have a toddler and infant that PLAYS all day on the floor so I want to keep it nice and clean for them.

My family has used Kiwi Cleaning Services twice and both times they did a great job! The first home we purchased in Houston needed the carpet cleaned badly. They were able to get out stains throughout the house, plus made the very used carpet on the stairs look brand new. The second home we purchased in Houston had clean carpet, but the previous home owners had a cat. My husband is allergic to cats, so we knew we would need the carpet cleaned. Kiwi did a great job and my husband had no issues with his allergies due to the carpet being cleaned so well. We highly recommend Kiwi!

Had requested to have my dryer vent cleaned back in December. Months later (now) as I was cleaning to move out, lints had collected behind my washer and dryer because the person who came to clean it didn’t tighten the hose correctly, ripped and left loose for lint to fly out and dented the hose. Hose was not completely connected to dryer when dryer was pulled out.Don’t recommend this company for any services and will not use them again.

We’ve used Kiwi services multiple times and our carpets always come out great. I love their one year warranty where they will come out again before the year is up for $7 per room.

Scheduling was very easy but after that, it went downhill pretty quickly. The appointment was scheduled for 3-5 pm and I was informed that a 30 minute notification would be provided prior to arrival. Come 4:30 pm, there was no notification. Upon calling Kiwi, I was told he would arrive in less than 30 minutes. At 5:05 pm, I called back and was told the technician would arrive within 10 minutes. Arrival was at 5:20 pm; there was no Kiwi logo on the vehicle nor was there any evidence (not even a simple t-shirt) that the technician was with Kiwi. It appears to be a sub-contract arrangement and you take whatever they can get.The technician sat in his car for a good 10 minutes before coming in. The level of service was well below par BEFORE the cleaning even took place. The technician arrived and tried to charge an extra $200. I wound up dismissing him and went with another company.

I have been using kiwi services for multiple properties for many years. I have always been satisfied. I have been satisfied for many reasons. The work initially has always been good. However, if there were any issues they were resolved quickly and always to my satisfaction. Never any arguments and always professionally. The discounts have been great and if there were conflicts in schedules, they were more than willing to accommodate me. I will be using them for years to come. You cannot ask for a better warranty.

This is the 2nd time I used Kiwi Services for cleaning a rug that i love. They must be good - since i hardly ever write a review for any company. But from start to finish they worked with me on scheduling the pick-up of my rug. The guy who gave me some good advice about other services that they can do for me. I got the rug sanitized because i have 2 dogs and it looks and sells like a brand new rug!! I will definitely be using them again.

We used Kiwi carpet cleaning service for our home. We were very happy with the work that they did. overall, the carpet looked great. They also were able to clean our sofa and loveseat and make repairs to a few problem areas on our carpet. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they were able to come back within the same year for a reasonable price to go over the carpet once more.

The guy came, quotes me $250 plus to fix a simple split in my carpet. Ended up charging me $80, he tried to get $100 cash but $80 was all I had and my carpet was back in it’s original torn state after 2 days. The company called me (I guess to verify what happened with my appointment) and told me the guy who did my carpet told them I canceled my appointment. (He told me he was going to tell them the quote I was given was too high which it was and he would take care of me on the low) I would’ve rather spent the $250 and had it done properly than to lost $80 and still have damaged carpet. He assured me multiple times he could fix it the same way just cheaper and off the books.The company called me and told me management would reach out and I’ve yet to be called back. Don’t walk, run from this establishment, you are better off paying more elsewhere. I did what I was told and waited hours for the carpet to dry before I vacuumed and it’s like I just threw money in the dumpster.Edit:// I’ve added the receipt the guy gave me. I just noticed he wrote $200 on the receipt but verbally told me it’d be at least $280. That’s when the number game began. Fast forward 2 months later and I’ve yet to get a call back.

Ive used kiwi a couple times for whole house carpet cleaning, for rental properties. Carpets look great, they arrive on time, and prices are comparable, with warranty making it a great deal.

We have used Kiwi for 11 years. they always did a decent job and were well affordable. This recent scheduled time they didnt show up 5 times!!!! The window of arrival is 2 hours so figure you have to be there 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after so 3 hours of my time X 5 times was wasted!!! Ilene had nothing to say except she would find out where and why they were not at location. After putting me on hold for 10 minutes, after there techs were already 20 minutes late, she said they were pulled off the road? What does this mean? Being in customer service, I would have made sure my tech was on schedule as well as called the client to follow up on arrival. Customer service is seriously lacking as well as reliability of service!!We were able to reschedule with another company that did a great job!! Was on time and very professional!!I would highly recommned Aboslute Kleen if you want your job done right!!!

I love, allow me to repeat for dramatic flair, *LOVE* Kiwi Services. They standby their work, offer excellent warranties and will go above and beyond your expectations. Ive had technicians offer to come back and fix anything I may want redone, and I dont believe I have ever needed it. Ive used them for carpet cleaning (thank you dogs and children), grout resealing and air duct cleaning. They are always professional, actually do the call ahead reminders that other services claim to use and answer any and all questions you (or your littles) may throw at them. I will never use another service. They are affordable, and no one offers the warranties quite like they do. If you have pets, or kids, they are your best friends!

Kiwi services are not concerned with your time.I have had them scheduled twice and the first time they were over 1.5 hours late, thus cancelled the service call and rescheduled. They are scheduled today between 10-12 window and again LATE with no excuses.This company does not value their customers or their time!!

Weve used Kiwi to clean our carpets several times. They were prompt, efficient, and did a great job explaining different service options. Weve used the one-year carpet cleaning warranty - its such a great value! We have small kids and white carpet, and our carpets look great after a cleaning.

Do not recommend the carpet repair. It looks very poorly done. I’m disgusted by the results and will look elsewhere. The seam is very visible and there is a bubble under part of the seam. This is not professional work. Also came unprepared to do the work, seemed like he didn’t even want to do the work. My house was left a mess.

Super disappointed with the rug cleaning experience. They took the white rug in the living room to deep clean it. Three weeks later, they returned it as cleaned, charged me $150 and when I unrolled it to my surprise it was more dirty and with a horrible smell that literally inundated the whole living area.I had to clean it myself at home to get rid of the pet hair, little tree branches, dirt and the odor.Epic fail, never again.

As a first time home buyer we our air ducts ,bathrooms ,carpet and dryer vents to be clean. I called Kiwi based on their reviews but our experience was not good. The first tech came out to our home and did not clean up after himself he left stains on the guest bathroom wall and the title and grout didnt look clean. He also left debris in the areas where he cleaned the air ducts. So after paying over 947.00 for the services and not happy I called Kiwi to let them how the tech did his job. I was told told by a representative at Kiwi that sometimes the title and grout needed to be cleaned a 2 time and she would send another tech out to perform that service.well the tech did come out and only said the grout needed to be re done and left without cleaning the bathrooms I thought he was maybe going to come back but he didnt. So 3 days had gone by and no call from the tech or Kiwi services about my bathrooms being cleaned I did reach to Kiwi to let them for a second time in a week that the second tech failed to clean the bathrooms. Long story short I paid over 947.00 for very poor service from the tech and their customers service team.

I have used Kiwi Carpet for over a decade and have always had good service. Their technicians are professional and their scheduling department is always responsive as well and timely. I would highly suggest the maintenance program with them.

Ive used Kiwi in two different homes Ive lived in and have always been satisfied with their quality of work along with their great pricing for Carpet Cleaning. The warranty is especially nice to be able to have then reclean a room if needed for a fraction of cost. I also like that their carpet cleaning service does not leave my carpets soaked afterwards. Id definitely recommend that you give them a try.

I have been using Kiwi to clean my carpets for many years. I have 2 dogs so carpet cleaning is a regular event for me and Kiwi never lets us down. We dont have to wait weeks for an available appointment and can usually have someone here within days of our call. Love their warranty service as well!

Read the reviews and was attracted to the pickup and delivery service. Accepted a quote and scheduled pickup. First advance call was day before pickup confirming the day and promising a call 30 minutes before arrival. Received call 10 minutes before arrival on pickup day. Not a huge deal as the driver helped roll up the rug. First concern was my rug being tossed into the back of an open pickup truck. Asked about return delivery and driver waved it off and said different truck. Received advance call that my rug was ready just past 3 week mark. I never called and asked about status or asked to expedite. We have had this rug cleaned before and expected about a month.Received call on Monday confirming delivery on Tuesday between 8-5. Asked for a smaller window and was told no. Stressed that at least 30 min advance call was needed as the day was very busy.Of course no advance call. Driver shows up minutes before online presentation for work. Stated he didnt have my number. Of course my number is on the invoice he hands me minutes later. First they bring in wrong rug. When I point this out they tell me to come pick mine out of the truck. Imagine my surprise when I go outside and there is the same dirty open pickup truck with rugs and no tags and no wrapping. See pic. They pull my rug out and we only have time to dump it on the floor and pay the bill because I have to get on the phone. I am charged $400 to clean my rug and then it is driven all over Houston at highway speeds ( min route from their address to me is 38 miles), and they want to call that clean?So my workday ends and I come down to unroll and position the rug. My rug is not fully dry. It is splotchy. Pictures attached clearly show this.There is a clear line where the rug hung over some kind of bar. Not good at all.I have asked for some kind of refund simply based on driving my rug around uncovered, just mind boggling. This operation is not about quality, or professionalism, simply volume and dollars. Never again for us.

I have used Kiwi Services for about 5 years and have found them to be quite reliable. The technician shows up during the proper window of time and all have been quite courteous. The work that they do is very good, and my carpets always look almost brand new when the job is completed. The warranty is great as it is good for one year.

I have had a good experience overall with KIWI carpet cleaning and would recommend them. One time they were very late and I had to leave the house, so we needed to reschedule. The person on the phone didnt understand that they needed to keep the appointment within the window they gave me, but when I spoke to another agent they were very apologetic. I used to vacuum before they cleaned, so I sort of with they could bring that back! But overall, they get the job done and do it well!

This company never returned our rug after we paid a high price to have it cleaned. They then ignored 5 separate calls over the course of several weeks and have refused to return the rug or compensate us for it. They are very aggressive about selling you on their cleaning but will ignore you once they have your money. Go elsewhere - anywhere else - to get your rugs cleaned. This NOT a reputable business.

Kiwi servies was very quick to call back and make an appointment next day for our pet stain/oder. We loved the fact that they are non-toxic and dried in less than 3 hours. We will be using them often in our home

I can not say enough positive things about KIWI! They had plenty of availability to suit my schedule, were on time, very professional and made my carpet look brand new! I asked for the extra enzymes because I have pets and my carpets smelt great afterwards. I would definitely recommend them.

Would like to make an addendum to this review as today we were scheduled for our carpet and upholstery cleaning and our tech arrived an hour past the 2-4 window that was given WITH a broken carpet cleaning device. I called customer service spoke to Beatrice (sales rep) who repeatedly asked if I wanted to reschedule-which is NOT an option as I am 35 weeks pregnant and my husband and I both took off half a day to be here for this cleaning service. Not to mention, he and I both broke down the bed and moved all of the furniture out (so it isn’t exactly practical to put a bed together again, reschedule, and do the process all over again). In addition to her lack of empathy, she was constantly interrupting me to the point of where I had to tell her to stop talking and just listen. If these calls are recorded-I highly request that management review it. I asked to speak to her manager (Elizabeth) which of course, I was told I could not speak to at this time and the earliest would be Tuesday. I asked to speak to the manager of the employee providing services (Mike) and once again I was told that I could not speak to him because they can’t transfer calls. I asked if she would give my number to Mike and have him reach out to me in which she said that also could not be done. It is now 5:24pm, and the upholstery cleaning just started. Allegedly, someone is in route with a new carpet cleaner to do the carpets. I am extremely disappointed in the way I’ve been treated after booking a $800 service. Lastly, I do want to point out that I don’t think the issue is with the tech (he was professional the whole time and is doing a thorough job from what I can tell so far) as much as it is poor scheduling and faulty equipment from the company. Unless, this is made right, I will not be using this service again or referring anyone else to use them.Used Kiwi services last year for a deep clean after new installation of interior decor. Highly recommend. Couches and chairs were spotless. Will be using again soon for a deep clean prior to birth of our 2nd baby.

My service technician arrived right on time and quickly setup. He explained to me what he was doing and proceeded to begin. It took no time at all to complete the requested stairway and living/dining combo. I have had an elderly dog for a few years and before her passing had many accidents throughout the living/dining. After Kiwi cleaned the carpet, it looks good as new, and the odor is totally gone. I will be calling them again and will recommend to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

I have used Kiwi just once, and was very pleased. All the pet stains came up! The technician was very efficient and on time. We are using them again on a few rooms, and I called for an appt. and was able to get them to come out tomorrow, which is great! I was also quoted a price of only $49, as the 3 rooms I want to clean have new pet stains, but they were already on warranty from last time, so I am very pleased with this price, and will continue to use Kiwi!

I have used Kiwi for more than 7-8 years to clean an area rug. I’ve always been very pleased with the quality of work and the customer service. Kiwi is my “go to” carpet cleaning service. I’ve also used the upholstery and carpet cleaning service in my former home.

My wife decided to go with Kiwi to clean our rug for our baby. When kiwi picked up our rug, they informed us that it take a week for the rug to be completed. But after nearly a month, we kept checking in and being told that the cleaning process takes time, we relented because we just wanted a fresh clean rug. But when our rug was finally delivered, were excited to finally get it back. But when we unroll our rug, nothing was cleaned. It felt as if our rug was rolled up and stored in a warehouse for a month. It was not even vacuum. So we basically paid over $125 just to have our rug damaged from lumps for being rolled up over a month.

I used Kiwi Services for the 1st time in december last year. The service and responsiveness were outstanding, the cleaning was impeccable and love their flexibility to pick up the rug. definitely recommend and will use them again!

Worst Carpet Cleaning Experience! Where do I begin...I had two Persian carpets picked up by Kiwi for cleaning in early July, with a commitment to have them cleaned in about two weeks. I paid over $800 for the cleaning service. As I write this review it is almost October. One carpet was *finally* delivered back this week, but no one can tell me why my other carpet didnt come back! Total lack of communication. No coordination between the Rug Dept Manager and the gals that answer the phones, so you cant get any real info about the status. They promise to call back with the an update but never do, so you are forced to call them every week for MONTHS to try and find out what is going on with your carpets!

I have used Kiwi cleaning in the past and have always had great results. I just scheduled a cleaning for a new location. They were quick to get me scheduled and very friendly when quoting over the phone. She explained everything in great detail when setting my schedule. I always appreciate good customer service.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I chose this company to clean 2 of my rugs before Christmas of 2023. They said they would need 2 weeks to complete and would have my rugs back a week before Christmas. Once the 2 weeks were up my rugs were delivered with tags on both of them that said dirty. I was like maybe they forgot to remove. Once I opened them up I realized that they had never been touched. They still had a dog smell on them becuase I have a dog and that was the whole reason I wanted them professionally cleaned. I called immediately to. let them know how disappointed I was and that I wanted someone to come out and take a look and give me a refund. They apologized and let me know they could have someone come pick them up again and have them cleaned and returned with 5 days. I let them know the importance of needing them back before christmas. They were not able to get them on the following Monday and did not pick them up until Wednesday evening. My rugs are large rugs one is 8x10 and the other is 9x12. I knew this was going to be an issue to have them back cleaned and dried by friday. Sure enough Friday when I go home from work both rugs are in my garage. I brought them inside and opened them and the same thing.THEY HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED! I had to send to emails and make several phone calls for someone to understand how frustrated I was about the whole situation. Once I finally spoke to the corporate office and told her everything that had happened she said she would give me a full refund of $399.00 and a credit on my account of $200. She then told me that the check would take about 30 days to be cut and mailed. This was all discussed in the beginning of January 2024. It is now March 12, 2024 and I am unable to talk to the person who told me that I would receive a check. Her assistant keeps on saying she is busy and will give me a call once she is available. This is the worst company I have ever delt with and the fact that my phone calls keep getting dodged is distasteful. All I ever wanted was my rugs to be cleaned before I had family and friends over for Christmas. Instead I was lied to and now I can not talk to anyone of authority to get my check or even check on the incident to see if it was lost in the mail. I do not recommend this company and wish I never did business with them. I hope this helps anyone looking for a company to not choose this one for carpet cleaning. I was extremely let down.

Absolute terrible service. They did not show up for my first appointment. Showed up 2 hours early for the second appointment. I was quoted one amount and was under the impression that the amount quoted was what I would be charged. Technician showed up and provided a quote double of the original price for additional services. Management does not know how to communicate and is ineffective. Save time and utilize a different carpet cleaner.

When I first purchased my home a few years ago, I called Kiwi based on a friend’s recommendation. I wanted the tile and grout area cleaned, as I purchased the home from someone else. Kiwi came out and got the job done. The tiled area looked great. Love that they honor their warranty and will come back out if you aren’t satisfied or feel as if they missed a spot. I ended up renting out my home when I relocated for work but now that I’m in the process of moving back to my home, I’m planning on using Kiwi again because of the firsthand experience. The 1 year warranty offered by Kiwi Services is great. We take advantage of getting our carpet cleaned on a regular basis using the warranty. Its easy to schedule appointments and the customer service is friendly. They were able to remove an ink stain from the carpet in my sons bedroom which had been sitting for awhile. Were pleased with the service.

I have used Kiwi for many years and have usually been satisfied. Recently I referred my son and was extremely disappointed. My son notified by dispatch that the technician could arrive before the slotted appointment time, he agreed with the understanding that it may take up to an hour for his arrival. When he arrived, the technician was gone - with no notification. He had a cleaning lady at the house to let technician into the home. The cleaning lady stated the technician told her he forgot something and would be back, then left. When my son contacted the company to find out the whereabouts of the technician, they stated the technician was on his way back. This was very upsetting because my son lived over an hour away, had only driven to the home to pay the technician, and had other commitments to attend so was unable to stay at the home to wait for the technician to return. My son then wanted to know if we could just pay by phone...they said no, he had to be present in the home. When asked to speak to a supervisor, we were patched through to Lacy who was very rude and defensive stating they cannot enter a home with a cleaner nor start a job without payment or payment on file. In all the years I have used Kiwi, I have never heard of this. I have used them as recent as 2 months ago in which a friend let them in my home and I arrived when they finished to pay them. I have even used them when I had cleaning people in the home with no issues. Ms. Lacy kept talking over me while l was trying to explain the lack of communication with dispatch. Then stated the credit card on file policy was new since covid due to people not paying after the work was done. She tried to imply that I didnt have any problems because I had a credit card on file...I dont. For the record I replace my credit cards frequently to avoid fraud. They have never asked me for my credit card until the work was complete. The lack of professionalism from Ms. Lacy and her belligerence during the phone call, made me extremely hesitant to use KIWI Carpet Services again. I rarely write reviews because it requires a time commitment but I felt it was important this time. What in the world has happened to good old fashioned customer service?

I have been a long-term customer who ordered carpet cleaning service and defined scope of work including specifically stating services I did NOT want. As I was not available, my wife met the service tech, who then proceeded to up-sell her the same services that I had ALREADY said that we did not need. Consequently, the bill almost doubled for the service. Although, agreed to at the time, my wife was unaware of what was needed or not needed as she is busy with a thousand other things and Kiwi, did NOT call me or confirm that the scope of work with the person who ordered the service and their resolution was to offer 1 additional year of warranty or a discount offer for future service, which is not really a discount or warranty if you have ever called them to perform warranty service as it still costs well over $50 to come back out after ancillary charges. This is how you lose loyal customers and also warn future prospects of the misleading tactics and to be aware. Truly unfortunate.

Ive had some good and no so good experiences with Kiwi. The only and main complaint that Ive had is that they havent always come on time for my appointments. Nonetheless, the carpets are cleaned pretty good and they always compensate me for any errors or delays. I would say to give them a try. I especially love the 1 year warranty.

Kiwi does a great job for us! I love the 1 year warranty -- its a big savings when you need to clean your carpets regularly (and 3 kids + dog, need I say more?) I can get them here in no time, and even around the holidays was able to schedule within a few days. First time trying Kiwi services, I was referred by a friend. The price was reasonable and pet stains were removed from carpet. I didn’t get pictures that day but will update for the next warranty follow up appointment next week.

I wrote a review earlier about how wonderful Kiwi Services is. In the past, theyve shown up on time and cleaned my carpets really nicely. Unfortunately, today no one bothered to call or show up during the 3 hour appointment window to clean my carpets. The customer service rep was apologetic and offered to reschedule but with no discounts. I probably will not use Kiwi Services in the future. I dont want to risk waiting 3 hours again and not have anyone show up. Very disappointing.

Last Saturday I had the carpets of my house cleaned by Kiwi Services. They were great. The person who did the cleaning was on time, very professional and hard working. The products he used smell pretty good, it has a light lemony fresh scent. The carpet was dry 40 minutes later and, it felt soft and looked like new. I am so glad I did it that I am having another house cleaned by them tomorrow. Just love it!

I had Kiwi Services come out to clean my grout in kitchen area. The service was amazing! The gentleman that cleaned it did an outstanding job. My ceramic tile was about 12 years old and when he finished it looked like brand new flooring. He not only cleaned it but restained the grout. Everyone who walked in our home after he cleaned it couldnt get over the drastic change. They all thought we had new flooring put it that is how great it looked.
