It was a pleasure working with Mundae Services. They were recommended to me by a friend who also used them, and I would highly recommend them to any one else. From scheduling the appointment, to arrival and progress of services, Mundae kept an open line of communication. I worked with both Project Managers, Mario and Ruben, both professional, respectful and friendly. They kept the work areas neat and tidy, and my home as well. Great customer service, great workmanship and great prices.

I recently hired Mundae Cleaning & Restoration to address a mold issue in my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. The crew led by Mario was incredibly professional, meticulous, and efficient throughout the entire process.They carefully closed off the affected areas in kitchen, which had developed mold due to water pipe leaks during a recent storm. They thoroughly eliminated the mold while ensuring no spores spread to the rest of the house.In addition to the kitchen, they tackled dark smoke mold on the chimney wall, leaving it spotless.I highly recommend Mundae for anyone needing mold remediation services. I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received from Mundae Cleaning and Restoration Services. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations, especially with their mold removal and remediation services. The professionalism of the team was second to none. The crew arrived on time, were courteous, and worked efficiently. They clearly have a deep understanding of mold removal and used the latest equipment and techniques to thoroughly clean and restore the affected areas.I felt reassured knowing they were handling everything from inspection to remediation with such expertise. We came back from vacation to find a leak in our guest bath had destroyed much of the bath and living room. Mario from Mundae came out the next day to inspect the damages and give us a reasonably priced quote fully detailing the work required. He explained everything they would do in detail.After accepting the quote, we scheduled the work. Two days later they quickly removed drywall, insulation, flooring, treated all studs and surfaces with an industrial grade antimicrobial, then left the HEPA filter, dehumidifier, and fans, to fully dry all of the cleaned up areas. The crew was respectful of our home, setting up barriers, covering furniture, and carefully extracting the damaged areas, making for a much easier rebuild. They even investigated an additional unrelated drip from our HVAC return, saving us another potential future issue. Four days later, Mario came out to test everything for moisture, then removed the equipment.I’ll call Mundae if we ever need remediation work again. They do great work for a reasonable price with no surprise charges on the invoice after the work was done.

As first time homeowners, my fiancée and I did not know where to start when we experienced recent water damage in our home from a plumbing issue. We were directed to contact other large, national remediation companies aside from Mundae, but we wanted to use a trusted, local, small company for the work. Therefore, we chose Mundae after speaking with Mario and receiving an initial visit from him. Mario is extremely insightful and was willing to answer all our questions about the work required. Mario and his team worked tirelessly to clean up and remediate the areas impacted by the water damage and did so in a manner which was the least invasive while addressing the root cause of the issue. While we hope to not encounter another water damage situation again, we will certainly use Mundae if needed, and will always recommend them to friends & family.-------In summary, Mario and his team at Mundae are friendly, honest, timely, diligent, communicative, trustworthy, and willing to go above & beyond. We are fortunate to have found their company online and are forever grateful for the work they completed!

They were spectacular, I expected good service based on my neighbor recommendation on using them but never expected getting the best customer service I have ever received from any company we have hired in the past. They did mold removal in 2 bedrooms of my home for a very affordable price. I did get 2 other companies to quote me on the project and they were way more expensive one more than the other but still not even close to Mundae price. I will highly recommend them to anyone needing mold abatement.

I made contact with Mundae Cleaning due to the recent Freeze and must have seen me coming as it associate with the insurance. Mundae was beyond unprofessional and made threats to me taht they would take my home. I refused to pay them due to the matter there gave three different bills and when the insurance refused to pay them based on services that another company did they then start with a different price, then a third price. Mundae advised I would receive a certificate that the mold was resolved in the home in order for the construction to start work, well this didnt happen from them. I asked for t his several times and they would only send a bill. They feel they do not have to provide you with what you need, but you pay them. I had to get another company out in order to get work started on my home. The rep by the name of Victor is beyond disrespectful and Mundae should be in business when they are trying to scam any person. People please do your research before using any company. Your payment is on the way in coin delivery and this should give you time while you are counting on respect and not to threaten any people. I am still awaiting an apology from them.

Mario inspected my apartment he was extremely professional and nice. Answered all questions and he was very informative. I would definitely use his services again if need be. I definitely recommend this company.

I hired Mundae a year ago to remediate the mold we had in our HVAC system. I think as a mold removal company they are definitely 5 star quality. But this year as we start our system we have two cracked evaporator pans - both leaking. I can’t say for certain that it’s Mundae but I can tell you that nobody has touched the systems and both were working prior. The cracks are so severe that it’s clear that the plenum was stressed or someone climbed over the top of it. The reattaching of the ducts to the collars on the plenum was sub par at best now that I look at the units. So here is my advice - would I use Mundae again - absolutely. But I would spend an extra $150 and arrange for an HVAC technician to either supervise or inspect their work as they button the system back together. IMO this is very cheap insurance on a $2000 remediation job.
