Great and fast service. Even fixed my dryer connection to the duct as well. Got estimate and scope of work before agreement on services. Here is before and after of my duct that’s never been cleaned before for the last 10 years, as well as the new duct connection after service. Paid with apple pay through website (convenient).

Teddy and his colleague were great with helping us do a dryer vent reroute at a reasonable price. Easy to schedule and straightforward. Today I had my dryer vent cleaned thoroughly for the first time since I moved into my home almost 20 years ago. Other companies have come out and claimed to have cleaned it, but based on the findings of the company that came today, I know they either didn’t clean it at all or certainly didn’t clean it thoroughly. Over the course of time I’ve noticed my clothes taking longer and longer to dry and lint backing up into the interior vent no matter how often I clean it. Today 360 Air Duct Cleaning detected that the vent was the wrong size for my system and the way it was installed the dryer wasn’t able to actually push the lint out so it had been accumulating and increasing the risk of fire. The technicians for 360 quickly assessed the problem, thoroughly explained what it would take to correct it, gave me a quote, and immediately went to work to thoroughly clean the vent the way it should’ve been done. They replace the outside vent so that I should not have a similar problem in the future. Watching them complete the work I realized they were doing so much more than any company who had ever come before. They cleaned both outside and inside and even replaced the hose that had been damaged by the last company that forced it up against the wall. I was thoroughly pleased with the work that was done. They were efficient, friendly, professional and showed great integrity. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a similar service.

5-star experience from start to finish! I reached out to them via their website and heard back within 48 hours, which is amazing considering that I had reached out over the weekend. It was super convenient to schedule a free estimate. Teddy arrived right on time and was SO professional and courteous. He had shoe covers on anytime he was indoors. Since we just moved into the house, I didnt know where the dryer vent actually goes so Teddy had to go all around the house indoors and outdoors to figure it out; he was so patient and understanding throughout all of it. Once we found it, he was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem. He explained it to me thoroughly and even took videos so that I didnt have to climb up into the attic myself. He provided two options and was very honest in sharing the pros/cons for each one. Ultimately, we went with the more expensive long-term fix, which is still very reasonably priced. We were able to schedule an appointment for him to make the repair within just a few days of the initial estimate. Again, Teddy arrived on time with his colleague, was very respectful the entire time, and thoroughly tested the installation to make sure everything was working well before leaving. There is a one year warranty for parts but he said to call him anytime if I have issues in the future.Amazing experience and would definitely recommend this small family-owned business anytime - the attention to detail and customer service shows!

Excellent! I have old (1968) moldy ductwork. Teddy thoroughly cleaned it and spray coated it. Showed me before & after videos! Cleaned my dryer vent too, Wow! Should have done this a long time ago.

My 17 year old dryer duct and vent were clogged and my landlord only vacuumed the hose which didn’t solve the problem of my clothes taking longer to dry and lint going through the vent into my yard. I checked Google reviews for a dryer vent inspection and cleaning and was impressed that Quality Service 360 had all 5 star reviews and a free inspection. I called them and Teddy was available to check my dryer that afternoon. He moved the dryer and immediately noticed the damaged, clogged hose attached to the dryer with zip ties. He and his team took the cover off the back of the dryer and revealed huge amounts of lint clogging the fan and stuck in crevices. If it wasn’t for Teddy and his professional team cleaning out my dryer the house could have easily caught on fire. It was a ticking time bomb. The service was very affordable and Teddy showed me all the defects and explained everything thoroughly. I wish I had called them sooner! I highly recommend this company. Call the professionals instead of assuming your landlord knows what he’s doing. Dryer fires are no joke!

Teddy and his assistant came to clean my clothes dryer vent. Teddy always communicated what needed to be done and how much it would cost ($199). He cleaned and vacuumed from the outside and then from the inside. Since it was a full service dryer vent cleaning, he also changed the flex tube that goes from the dryer to the vent. He noticed that the external vent cap was not squared and repositioned it with new concrete screws. He took time to make sure the flippers on the cap worked well so that it would not be a cause for blockage. The assistant also cleaned inside the dryer so that there were no dust bunnies left. They wore booties inside the house and cleaned up after themselves. I really appreciate their professionalism. We are thinking of doing the AC vents come September.

Teddy and his team did an AMAZING job replacing all of our ductwork throughout our two story house.After getting mildew odors when the AC was running, we called different companies to have different opinions and only Teddy knew how to address the problem properly. He proposed to replace all of the ductwork, and I’m glad we did! The old ductwork had mildew grew all over the inside fiberglass insulation so no way this could have been cleaned properly like some other companies suggested.We took the opportunity to have the work done while we were away for few days and he kept us well informed of the work progress by sending us photos and videos throughout the process.He even addressed some air flow issues the house had and installed new air vents to increase air distribution. So not only we can breathe better, he improved our AC’s efficiency.Last but not least, he patched and painted the access holes he had to make and even hired a cleaning crew to come do a full cleaning after the work was done. Embarrassingly, Id never had my drier lent ducts serviced, and it was starting to affect the performance of my drier. Teddy was pleasant and professional and helped optimize my drier (to make a long story short, the previous owners had installed a byzantine vent system that was designed to fail and Teddy was able to set up a more direct vent). Would definitely recommend and will call back for future issues.

Teddy cam on time for the dryer vent issue and found that the pipe to go out the valve was not opening all the way. He suggested me to go to the builder and ask to fix. He was very professional knowledgeable and honest. It was a pleasure to work and will recommend to others.

Teddy came and saved me. Honestly. My builder did my dryer vent wrong and the roofers who came to fix my roof after the hurricane did my roof wrong. EXCELLENT service provided by Teddy and his company! We just moved into our home in August and were not aware that our ducts were so badly neglected. They came in and completely cleaned and sanitized them. We no longer have the musty odor coming from the vents and the air smells much better in our home. Found our forever duct cleaning service! Teddy was AMAZING and stayed at our house till well after his dinner time to fully correct an ugly problem. We had two main connections from our dryer disconnected behind the wall that we discovered after a telling sign of moisture through our upstairs floor. I needed help quick! I called to schedule an appointment at 9:05pm (surprisingly), and Teddy came to assess my house the next day! I bought my house in 2015, but it was built in 1979. Great experience. Wanted a quick blow out and cleaning of our dryer vent, but they quickly identified the problem. Removed our old vent. Rerouted the dryer vent to a more direct path. Now our clothes dry with one dry cycle as opposed to multiple dryer cycles. Worth every cent. Teddy was great to work with.

They did an amazing job 👏 very thorough and knowledgeable about the process and recommended and did things to improve airflow that I have never heard any other company recommend, like swapping the ducts depending on where the windows are in the room/house. I also noticed no dust or very little dust after the duct cleaning. We have air filter machines in the rooms in some of the house, and the clean air filer light hasnt come on!!!!!! I was having dust problems. They came and cleaned all the ducts. They took the vent covers and cleaned them . One of the vent covers had mold on them which I did not even know about. Sprayed solution in the box . Now no dust problems. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend them for cleaning dirty a/c ducts.

In May of 2020 they replaced all of the duct work in our home in one Saturday. We had an issue with a couple of the registers not adjusting airflow and we called and they were out to replace them the same day. They were very responsive, quick and knowledgeable.

A prior company I used 3 years ago came out to give me a quote. The tech showed me mold pictures of my air duct panel, and told me it would cost $1,800 to remedy. Teddy came out and he showed me pictures of my air duct panel which were completely different than the pictures the other company showed me. He also discovered that the prior company painted over the mold and didnt properly treat it. They also used duct tape on my dryer vent. Teddy did a great job explaining how things should have been done and what he would do to remedy the situation. The customer service was excellent, and the price was affordable too! I will be using QS360 in the future.

This company is next level in terms of customer service and a quality top notch technician. Teddy was running a little behind schedule for our appointment back in mid Dec. but I quickly realized why that was the case as he meticulously and carefully assessed my very outdated and clogged dryer vent situation. I figured he had just done the same for his previous customer so I quickly knew the wait was worth it. I also thought a thorough cleaning would be enough but Teddy showed me how and why just a clean would have him back out again in less than 6 months and proceeded to disassemble old vent pipe to ensure more than adequate dryer vent flow and the need for a roof vent jack that was specifically designed to prevent future lint buildup. (Replacing the one I had that had been thrown on by a previous roofer). Teddy worked up on roof in the rain to ensure shingles and vent was properly sealed. Took him nearly 3hrs because he is a craftsman of his trade and not just any ol’ duct cleaner with a couple hours of training and some shoddy equipment in their pickup. QS360 provided Teddy with all the equipment needed to do job right from the start. I wish the QS360 family a Merry Christmas and wonderful and prosperous 2024!!

Called and Teddy come next day. He texted me before came. He came in on time. He climbed on my roof and opened the vent , did deep cleaning from up to bottom, and he came inside my room and put the vaccine tube inside the dry vent and vacuumed from bottom up. I called on a Friday afternoon to have someone come out when possible to clean my dryer vent. I was surprised -- shocked -- when they told me someone could be out on Saturday afternoon! Now thats being responsive!Teddy came out on time and went right to work after saying hello. He inspected the dryer duct and discovered (as I feared), it probably had never been cleaned out before. The proceeded to disassemble the vent so he could reach into it. He pulled out mounds of lint. That was just the beginning. He used his tool to ream out the vent from the top to the bottom and then pulled out the dryer to vacuum out the lint from bottom to top. He also replaced the flexible tubing between the dryer and the wall. He then vacuumed out the dryer filter area and again pulled out mounds of lint.When we turned the dryer on, it seemed like it sent out a sigh of relief.Teddy it a great job. Filled out the online form to get an estimate for a dryer vent cleaning and vent cover replacement, since some birds were making a nest in there. It’s on the 3rd story of our home, so it’s not the easiest the get to.I got a reply back the same day and they put me on the schedule for 2 days later. Teddy came out on time and was very personable. He had a metal, magnetic dryer vent cover on hand and was able to get help out for a same day replacement and cleaning. The service of Quality Service 360 is the best!!! They came in to my house more than a one year ago to clean all the vents, replaced the vents covers, and unclogged the drain. And everything continues to run perfectly. Last week, I called them to help me, because there was a weird smell in the bathroom, and I wasnt sure if it could be from the drain. Teddy came here on the next day, and he stayed here for quite 2 hours, until he found out that the problem was for some wrong thing someone did with the drain, causing it to bring that smell. They walked us through what they were doing and were willing to let us watch them as they worked. They cleaned out our dryer vent, and also fixed up a couple minor issues (replaced the inside vent pipe on the wall which was old and damaged, and replaced part of the outside vent cover which was missing a slat) for no extra charge. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards, and hooked back up the dryer with no issues. It even fits better since they replaced the dryer vent tubing with a better fit than the tube it came with. He called me to let me know what he need to do before stating the job and how much it would cost( I was told over the one when doing the appoint the range) . Amazing service! We had a mess for a dryer vent in our new home so we asked our plumber and our usual HVAC maintenance company to come take a look at it and both said they didnt handle dryer vents. Called Quality 360 and they responded within about an hour and scheduled to come out within a couple days. Teddy arrived on time inspected everything, diagnosed all the problems with it, cleaned it and ordered parts and the venting needed to get everything corrected. Vent was so clogged we were lucky that the house didnt catch fire from trying to run the dryer! Installation of the new vent, fan booster and duct work went seamlessly. Teddy and his two-man crew were absolutely incredible! They care for your home as if it is their own...or maybe more-so, knowing it is not their own home! What I liked the most, he did exactly what he said he would do and left my home organized as it was before. When I got home from work I couldn’t tell an air conditioning had been installed. I saw all the 5 star reviews so I decided to call. Teddy came on time and did an inspection of my clogged dryer. He was able to explain clearly what was wrong and showed me what needed to be done. He and his partner Sergio was able to replace the vent system which was not placed correctly in the first place. A new system was placed starting from the back of the dryer into the attic and through the roof. Teddy replaced the old vent hood sticking out of the roof which was essentially inefficient and a safety hazard, with one which completely vents out and will prevent accumulation of lint. He was able to show all the lints that has been deposited through out the years, and the difference with the new one. He did a great job. Thank you!

Teddy and his crew arrived to clean out my dryer vent and to inspect/repair the venting exit point in the attic and roof. I suspected it was improperly installed from the get go and Teddy confirmed my suspicions. The vent terminated in the attic without actually exiting the roof. Further, he explained that the existing roof vent was not the proper style for dryer venting and to make matters worse, a pest control outfit had inserted a screen on the roof vent to keep out pests after we had a raccoon move in. Teddy and crew removed the existing roof vent and installed a proper vent to effectively tie in the dryer venting. Everything was properly taped and sealed. No more lint falling on the attic floor. The system was cleaned out from top to bottom and from bottom to top…from both the roof exit and the dryer side. Throughout the entire process Teddy educated me on the why’s of doing what he was doing and what to watch for in the future.Teddy and his crew were very polite and professional throughout, were easy and pleasant to converse with and did a very thorough job. My laundry area floor was cleaner when they left than when they arrived, lol. I found the pricing to be very reasonable. Would definitely recommend their services.Susan Satter

Quality Service 360 came to inspect our clothes dryer vent. Our dryer was taking forever. After diagnosis, they determined that our builder erroneously installed a screen on the dryer vent on the roof. They removed this very clogged screen and blew out the entire vent. The crew was professional and efficient. Now our dryer works great!

After being called only for an air duct cleaning, Teddy and his team assisted in a necessary full air duct replacement project over the course of two days. Although not the original project he was called for, his team explained why and how a full air duct replacement in the attic could contribute to cooling temperatures around the whole home in time for the Texas summer heat waves. Teddy took pictures in the attic before and after the work was completed. The entire team was on time and honest about the present conditions, repairs needed immediately, and projects that would be beneficial on the horizon but possibly not necessary in the moment due to financial considerations. Id recommend them to someone else for similar HVAC work.

So easy to work with and very efficient! I initially requested dryer vent cleaning service from another company with great reviews for $99. That technician got there and said its badly clogged and he cant do his job. He said I needed to either break down the walls and replace the vents which would be very expensive, or pour down some specialty chemical which would cost $699! I said that price was absurd so the tech came back and said $499. I called Teddy and he got the clog removed without chemicals for much cheaper than the discounted $499. Regretted going with the other big company who has an unqualified technician whom I had to pay for the cleaning service who quotes absurd prices. Wished I had gone with Teddy from the get-go.

Teddy and his team came out and took a look at my dryer vent & HVAC system. They did a wonderful job cleaning it, replacing the vent on the roof to allow for better airflow. They claned the HVAC vents, disinfected everything, and gave instructions on how to maintain/clean both the dryer vent & HVAC vents. 10/10 would recommend!

Really had a good experience with Quality Service 360 this week. I crawled under my house and found my vent from the dryer to the outside of the house was damaged (a flexible joint had been severed) and needed replacing. I called Quality Service, spoke with the owner, came out on Thursday to inspect it, came back on Friday and replaced it all with quality metal tubing and a new outside cover. He and his crew did not hesitate to get under the house and complete the job. Took them about 2 hours and comes with a year warranty. When we tested it by turning on the dryer, air came out nice and easy, much better flow than previously. Owner and crew were very friendly, walked me through all the kit they were replacing and why (flexible joints tend to fail and he replaced it with a rigid one), and did a fantastic job.

I had a very good experience with Teddy in giving us solution to our duct problem. After we got new dryer, we realized there is flow issue and turned out its an issue with bad job done in venting in the attic to the roof. So we had new piping done. Now I can rest easy when running laundry.

Teddy was the second contractor I called for quotes on the ancient air duct system I inherited when I purchased my (new to me) home. He came to meet me on a Saturday afternoon to take a look and he spent time explaining the issues I had as well as reassuring me about issues I didnt have. He was able to identify problem spots where the AC might not circulate well due to bad design and installed new ducts and vents, cleaned and sanitized everything and was extremely professional and prompt. For a few months I kept waking up with dust in my nose. There was dust on my vents and all over my TV etc. I was bringing a newborn home so I needed to finally address that. I called these guys and after coming out for an estimate, Teddy and his boys took care of me the next day. Very reasonable price, they were on time, covered up my valuables do they wouldnt get dusty and did the work in a timely manner. It made a huge difference in air quality and I can even set my AC a couple degrees higher now. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Called them in to clean the dryer ducts. They found some problems and quoted me a price. The problems were much more expansive than they had realized, they spent all day fixing it, but didnt charge us any more than their quoted price. How bout that!

The housewas inspected first, in order to do the estimate, and everything explained to me. Next day, WasOn time, showed me progress and explained everything as they worked. Changed all my ducts in the attic, cleaned my A/C coil, replaced the plenum, cleaned all vents and the return air area, sanitized, and kilzed. Ran the heater and air afterwards, had me feel the flow coming out. Its remarkable the difference in air flow! My A/C guy is going to check it afterwards, but he said it was a good price! Could not be happier with results. If youre on the fence, call these guys.

Excellent service. Had them come check out my dryer ventilation and found that it was fully blocked. They cleaned the whole thing out and left no mess. Went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and were very professional. Can’t recommend enough!

It is important to me to have someone in my home that I can trust both to fix the problem but also to explain the issues clearly. Teddy did just that by throughly assessing the problems and illustrating the issues with photographs. He also patiently answered all my questions.I have had other companies out before because I felt there was a problem with the original dryer ductwork. They told me that the vents just needed to be cleaned. So that is what I had them do; but, after a short time, it took longer and longer to dry clothes and eventually even the top of the dryer would get too hot to touch. I would then call another service to see if they could solve the problem. They said the same thing. Finally I called Quality Service 360. What Teddy showed me was that the real problem had been with the house since it was built - over 38 years ago. But none of the other ductwork cleaning companies found the main problem and that was that they used flexible duct material through the approximately 20-foot span from the ground floor to the roof and collapsed it in many places from 4” diameter to as little as 1”.As I see it, no one but Teddy cared enough and/or was knowledgeable enough to correct the real problem. He replaced all the flexible duct with rigid ductwork from the floor all the way to the roof; and then replaced the roof vent with one that has a flap on it so it keeps animals out of the attic but freely allows the lint to exit. I can now clean the vent myself with a shop vac. Cleaning the vent is still important but is now easier.The job was worth every penny for peace of mind. I wish he had been in business when I bought the house because he would have saved me a lot of money and concern. He is straight forward on his pricing by giving you an estimate beforehand and he lives up to it. He also minimizes drywall damage which can be part of this type of repair.For all these years, this has been a fire hazard and Teddy fixed it. I wish he had been around when I first bought the house.Teddy and Tony are GREAT to work with! A pleasure to have in my home!
