Very polite people. They insisted on us just sitting down and directing them while they did all the unpacking. They kept in-touch with us about our belongings and worked around our needs and schedules. I would use them over and over and highly recommend them to anyone I know!

Absolutely the most unethical company Ive worked with recently. Refused to give actual pricing for the equipment and services rendered at the time of service. Instead wanted to provide an estimate of full remediation despite never having a commitment from us for full remediation service. After pickup of equipment an invoice was sent with different amounts and items listed which were not on the estimate. Be advised on their pricing and invoicing practices prior to using their services.In response to the business’s reply, I’m happy to share my information with any individual who is considering their services. The business leaves out a lot of details around their practices while trying to paint themselves in a much better light. No mention or accountability for not providing pricing for actual services rendered at the time of service despite being asked. No mention below about threatening legal action 4 days after sending their invoice when being questioned about their bill. No mention of being told both at the time of service and the very next morning we weren’t interested in full remediation as the water leak had occurred less than an hour prior to being addressed. I’m sure people have had good experiences with this company. Our wasn’t a good experience and consumers deserve the right to know all sides. In my opinion this company tried to immediately steer us toward filing a claim on our homeowners insurance to maximize their profit. When this wasn’t going to happen, their reluctance to be transparent on pricing up front led to additional charges to us, the consumer. If you choose to use this company be more forceful with what you want to be done, don’t accept an inflated estimate, and research other options.

ServPro was top-notch when it came to their service. We had a wet drywall issue. Miguel, Juan, and his entire team were super friendly, efficient, open, and just the absolute best. They did so much in one day! We thought the leak causing the wet wall was fixed, but they brought it to our attention that it wasn’t. They helped us find the source of the leak and kept us updated every step of the way. They even made sure we got the leak stopped. They also covered our furniture and were very considerate of our space. Miguel had the answer to every question we had. He went above and beyond! We highly recommend ServPro and specifically Miguel! From the beginning of the cleaning process all the ladies were so kind and understanding. Very professional and would not let me help them. We have a lot of things and not once did I hear anyone complain. I am so greatful and appreciate each and every person who came and cleaned out my home from hurricane Beryl. I feel like they were sent here to give us comfort through our loss.

Servpro has been very helpful and has maintained their professional support as we are continuing to utilize their services throughout the process with the water damage to our home. Although the service has yet to be performed, I know i am going to be in good hands with Miguel leading our job. So many issues, including threats for liens and collections while in the middle of trying to figure out differences in invoices between insurance and Servpro. Many miscommunications and delays to process. Between Servpro and working with insurance it was a total nightmare like it was the first time that it was being done.

On Thursday, April 25 we had a small fire in our house. That same afternoon we put a call into ServPro. They had a team show up on Friday morning, headed by Randy to meet with us. They were very knowledgeable and thorough. On Monday, another team came to start the packing up and cleaning up headed by Myra and Lupe. They have been amazing and such a blessing!! They have been thorough, compassionate and really listened to what our needs were. If you are looking for an awesome company in a time of difficulty ServPro and their amazing team is your answer.

Myra and her team were absolutely amazing and worked diligently to get our move out done on time!It can be frustratingly difficult to get a time scheduled with Servpro if you don’t have an emergency, but once they show up they are ready and willing to help.

Arrived when they were scheduled. My house was flooded and Miguel was calm and empathetic which I greatly appreciated. Miguel’s crew, I don’t remember all the names, packed and moved my furniture and belongings with consideration and care. Times like these are stressful and Servpro, Miguel and his crew have been top notch. They have no idea how much they are appreciated.

Our family experienced a house fire which left us all in a state of uncertainty. We called Servpro due to family members having a good experience with them. Miguel arrived with a smile on his face and a sympathetic attitude. He was professional and friendly throughout the entire visit. He showed up the following day at the time he said he would again with an upbeat attitude and ready to help. Miguel’s supervisor Randy was also present during the adjuster’s visit. They advocated for us and worked extremely well with the adjuster.We would recommend Miguel and the Servpro team to anyone who has experienced an unfortunate event at their home.

Came out for water mitigation after our dishwasher flooded. Overall did a great and thorough job, especially the clean-up. I have toddlers so it was important to be able to be in a livable house as we wait on repairs.

Generally very cooperative field personnel; today Nick and his partner (Alex? cant recall his name--my bad) were very helpful unloading and placing boxes for us. Two boxes did have broken dishes, such as it is. Most of teh goods were cleaned as good as possible and packaged well.

Randy and the Servpro team we very quick to respond to our call after we had a water leak and damage inside our house. They worked easily with our insurance and had drying equipment in place that day. They followed up daily to check on drying and mold prevention, then they did an awesome job cleaning our tile floor after the construction repairs were complete. I highly recommend them.

When I made an appointment for a mold inspection, I clearly indicated that we had an odor consistent with mold but no visible mold. I thought perhaps an inspection would verify that the odor was indeed mold, or if it was something else. So the “inspector” comes and informs us that we have no visible mold (I had already acknowledged that) and that a hygienist would be needed to verify mold. So what was the point? Disappointing at the first appointment.

Woke up to sewage backup into my house. Our wood panels were wet, our carpet ruined, and hearts broken and scared when we realized that our home had been contaminated. Servpro came out because we had water leaking. They were super friendly and respectful of my property. What I like most was the fact it was always the same guys when they came back.

We found a leak in our pantry floor on a Friday morning, called our insurance agent and Servpro came out that afternoon. They quickly discovered significant water damage to a large section of our kitchen under the flooring and immediately set up fans and a dehumidifier. They are completing a demo now and will assess the extent of repairs that will be needed. Miguel has been great and the Servpro staff has been courteous and professional throughout this process. Highly recommended!

They arrived on time, removed the damaged flooring and set out equipment to begin the drying process. The crew was helpful, considerate and cleaned up the mess. The team at Servpro made cleanup and repair quick and easy after a ruptured pipe in the attic resulted in major water damage to both floors of our home. They were on location quickly and handled everything from tear out in the effected areas to mold remediation and reconstruction. The reconstruction manager Shawn was great to work with and helped us navigate the cumbersome insurance claim process. I would highly recommend Servpro to anyone in need of a one stop shop for water damage cleanup and repair. Their professional staff and years of experience made recovering from the flood damage much less painful than it otherwise might have been.

Eric and Serve Pro were great to work with. They came out within an hour of us making the initial call and it was on a Sunday. Eric provided timely updates when he came to check on the equipment each day. Would highly recommend them.

I wasn’t impressed by corporate office but the team of Jaimie and Fabian was on it and turned my opinion around. Definitely great service hands down. I took my concerns to corporate and got results!!!I’m happy to say that everything is finally done the way that I wanted. I stayed hopeful and patient through the process.Update 12/16/22I had a water heater bust and water damage everywhere. I definitely didn’t want to call on ServPro because of the year long process it took for them to finish the job. So I called Service Master. They are kind and even checked my house for asbestos, which turned out positive. ServPro never checked for that. They put me in danger. Also ServPro put a nail in a baseboard that ruptured my pipe. I had to pay extra for that!!!I say all this to say that- don’t call this company for any help. Call Service Master! They usually clean up the jobs that ServPro messes up anyway.Also, one of the managers told me to change my review to be positive but I learned that I shouldn’t dim my light to make theirs bright. The truth is that they can’t get qualified people hired so they just get bodies in to do the job but they don’t know what they are doing.Thankfully Service Master is helping me fix everything that Servpro messed up!And don’t call me asking me to change my review—- I won’t! Eric and Clayton were on it from day one when we realized our sewage back up clean up was too much for us to handle. He arrived the same day and was able to give me a detailed walkthrough on the work that would be performed. I dont usually trust a lot of companies working on my house, but Servpro has by this experience earned my trust. I did not feel like they were trying to do any more work than needed to be done, while also making sure we would be in a safe environment when we return to our house. They were really good, and I will definitely be using Servpro again if I ever have problems like this in the future.

I was extremely pleased with the crew that worked here. Javier’s crew was professional and hard working. They went the extra mile to see that everything they did looked good. I hope I never have to use them again because of damage, but I would use them to remodel at another time.

I will preface by saying my husband posted a review 2x and it’s irritating to see that it’s been deleted both times. Is this because it’s an unflattering review? I’m not sure. Ill start of by saying the receptionist is very nice, but past that Im very disappointed. I had a car drive into my home 2 weeks ago on a Friday evening (8pm), and insurance contracted to this company. At 11:30pm no one has shown up to secure the house, so I start calling.I cant completely blame this company for not coming Friday evening, but communication is needed.My husband and I called them several times the following Saturday morning and simply asked if they could do the job or not? We needed someone to board the house and if not, thats fine, we just wanted to know so we could look elsewhere. It was scheduled to rain and we were getting panicked. The poor receptionist kept saying that she will double check and get back to us. She was very nice and I appreciate her kindness and trying. After waiting a few hours we were told ServePro of West Fort Bend was the way to go because those guys will respond. Guess what, they answered and came out within the hour. I will never recommend the Bellaire branch to anyone, use the other branch if you actually need help.We made sure to let USAA our insurance company know that the company they recommended to come out didn’t even call us. We were at our house with a massive hole from a car running into it and not even a “sorry we can’t do make it.” Just nothing from them.

Eric who came out and performed water remediation was very polite and professional. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and completed the work he said he was going to complete just as he described. The superintendent who was in charge of coordinating the remodel consistently does not return phone calls or follow-up. I received a bill for the first time 5 months after the work was completed VIA EMAIL with a notice that they were going to put a lien on my house if I did not pay. That was followed one day later by a call from my insurance company stating that they had received the same threat. When I called the servepro office to request information about how to receive a release of lien when I sremit payment, Jeannette who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company

Servpro helped with with a sewer pipe issue that flooded a condominium building basement. They showed up quickly and did a great job. I will call them again with any remediation needs.

They were super efficient and efficient! Servpro came to the rescue and they were extremely professional making the process way easier for me.

Our teams of technicians came out at midnight and started putting machines out to start drying out our affected space. The next day they came to do the necessary demolition so it can dry out appropriately. They did regular checkups until all was dry.Unfortunately, with so much machinery, we had some wood floor get scratched up when it was moved around. ServPro had a flooring company come out to fix the floors until we were satisfied and it pretty much looks like the scratches didnt happen.ServPro made sure we were comfortable from start to finish. They did not charge the final balance until the wood floors were complete.Would highly recommend this company and location. Great people working for this company. And they care about you and your satisfaction.

Great company hands down and very professional. I had some water damage in my home I called SeevPro and they were at my door in less then 2hrs. The crew chief on sight was very informative and explained everything to me that needed to be done in my home. Production manager Randy is very skilled and knowledgeable, he ended up detecting mold in my home and he took care of the problem immediately and sent a hygienist out to test my home and it was mold free within just a few days.If anyone is ever in need of restoration services I highly recommend ServPro of Bellaire.

I’m so grateful to the team at Servpro for doing such a great job cleaning up the water that occurred when the hot water heater flooded my home. We had a water pipe burst from the 2nd floor and flooded our office. The Servpro of Bellaire handled the situation quickly to help get our office cleaned and dry with a smooth transition to be back to our normal office routine in a timely manner. Overall great service provided from this team.

We had an AC unit flood the downstairs. All tile had to be removed and replaced. The tile company did not cover anything in the house or attempt to alleviate dust. This resulted in a horrible mess. ServPro came in and did a fantastic job of cleaning walls, cabinets, personal possessions, etc. The crew was sympathetic and thorough. I would highly recommend them.

Service is great. To include time when they will be out and they come in pairs. Explanation of services is great. Communication is so-so. We had an insurance claim and Servpro was one of the companies available. Not sure where the lines got crossed to misspell my husbands name and phone number, but I corrected day one. Day two and three the two different techs came by and followed up. All services were great. They still had the wrong contact info. It was irritating because they ended up calling my number in which it was to be a back and I cannot answer at work.

After dealing with my insurance company and not being so happy with them I called serv-pro and they came out the same day within 3 hours and the service rep was very knowledgeable and professional and did what he needed to do within 2 hours and informed me the next step to take place so I would know what to expect. He was also very accommodating to my schedule for follow up checks. In an unexpected situation I felt confident with my choice of service. Thank you ServPro!!

They neglected to cover the furniture in the adjoining room,and as a result everything got covered with dust. To their credit, they later sent a cleaning crew who did a magnificent job cleaning the room

The company did a great job with the work for our mold remediation. They even helped me get our final mold testing completed. I would definitely recommend them for any mold issues. I will also use them in the future if needed.

I just want to make this report that the gentleman Francisco and Adyn were so perfect they were hard workers never stopped they never even took a lunch break they just work so hard up and down the stairs doing all this work and very kind they never got depressed.

5 stars! When we had water running into our office from a neighboring business that had a water leak, Servpro showed up fast! We were rushing to stop the water flowing in to our side. Once Servpro showed up, they took over everything! They were extremely helpful, kind, and hardworking. They took care of everything and answered every question along the way. I would never use anyone else!

Miguel Samaniego was the service manager for drying our shop out and was a God send to us for helping us get through a really tough time when our business flooded with 3” of water.

I had a housefire in April. During the stress of the situation, I needed to find a company to secure and begin cleaning the property. My insurance company recommended ServPro. I had ServPro and a few other companies come to provide quotes for the service, since I did not know how the process worked at the time (who would immediately after a house fire?).The other company had more favorable quotes and are able to work with us for construction too so we decided to use them.Now, almost 2 months later, ServPro keeps calling me asking for payment. I never signed a work order, no work authorizations, I was simply asking for a quote. There was never any information provided that I would be charged for a quote, and ServPro cannot produce any documentation that I agreed to pay for a quote.Dont hire this company, they are shady and will try to nickel and dime you for everything. No other company charged me for a quote. They are shady and I am very glad that I did not hire them. This is untrustyworthy and shady business practices. Their predatory actions should warn off any others.UPDATE: Approximately 2 hours after posting this review I received a phone call from Dave Wolf, the office manager for this location. The voicemail that he left while I was eating dinner with my family in the evening was very unprofessional, suggesting that I was screening his call. He could tell by the way the phone rang. Despite this, he apologized and stated that they will forgive this charge, which was never authorized by myself.However, Mr. Wolf also stated: Id just really like if you could, um, the online postings that you did, whatever I could do to make this turn around, Im willing to do. Rather than accept any implied offer to get me to remove my reviews from Yelp, Facebook, and Google Reviews, I decided to update my review. I believe it is unethical and predatory for a company to both try to extract money that was not authorized from me during a vulnerable time and then imply that they would offer some benefit to sweep it under the rug. Rather than promptly addressing the initial harm, which would have been a positive step and good customer service which likely would have resulted in a positive update, ServPro and Mr. Wolf resorted to shady business practices to keep a shaken reputation in tact.I also believe it to be a further reflection of the people you are doing business with if they are offering to do whatever they can to get people to remove negative reviews from sites such as Yelp. Therefore, I do not recommend doing business with ServPro.If I am contacted again, I will certainly update my review to reflect the unethical actions by ServPro of Bellaire.UPDATE 2: As I was about to publish my updated review, I get yet another text message from Mr. Wolf: Travis, Im willing to meet you tomorrow and talk in person. Just let me know when and where. Again, Im so sorry for the miscommunication. Feel free to interpret that as you will given the full circumstances of our business interactions.

Lupe and the ladies cleaning and packing were awesome. Jose and his wife were very nice, but he didnt pack the truck full enough and took 3 days to move what could have been moved in 1 day if hed had more help.

After Harvey flooded 4 of our buildings (The Cathedral of Saint Matthew) we were left with the daunting task of remediation. Unfortunately we did not have enough resources to take it head on.We called the experts, ServPro of Bellaire, who quickly came to our site, evaluated the scope of work, provided a quote and upon approval their team began to do what the do best.The Servpro team entered our buildings room by room taking inventory (photos) of the damanged and salvageable items. The damaged items were moved to the debris area and the salvageable items were sanitized, boxes and moved to containment areas.After a bulding was cleared of all items or moved to containment areas their demolition team began the standard demo practices: removing floors (where applicable), removing 4 ft. of Sheetrock and insulation and hauling all debris away from the buildings.And if things could not have been worse we then discovered to have asbestos in two of the buildings. Fortunately, ServPro had the experience and contacts to quickly provide us the needed options to get the remediation completed.After the all the work was completed ServPro provided their documentation for us to submit to our insurance carrier for our flood claim.After the flood we have used their services for remediation service after a hard freeze cause one of our pipes to break.I truly recommend their service and will continue to us use them in the future.

We are extremely pleased with this service, they showed up inmidiately after the sinester was reported and worked for 17 hrs in a row. It was Christmas day at 2 am. They knew exactly what to do, they are very professionals and have excellent work ethics.
