SERVPRO of Cypress

If you are going to use this company/location, make sure you keep copies of all of your documents, text messages, pictures, phone calls etc. and ladies dont let them come to our home to smooth talk you. After months of back & forth, headaches, lies and empty promises, I havent had any peace in my home/life since Servpro. These people knew I had one of the best insurance companies and knew how bad I needed my place finished and in my opinion, I feel like they took advantage of us both. They sent estimates to my insurance company for things that they did not even do at all. They fast talked me into hurrying up and sign this and sign that to get a move on things before the holidays and never gave me a copy of anything and they WERENT even done before the holidays. It was the worst Thanksgiving and Christmas EVER. Instead of putting some things in writing, they chose to come talk to me verbally so it would be their word against mine. After receiving thousands of dollars from me that was sent to me from my insurance company per their estimate, Servpro had me send them the entire amount and is still asking for more even though they owe me for the pack out that wasnt done and me cleaning my own place after they were done. What company doesnt clean up after they do construction to ones home?? My insurance company states that thousands should have been left over & cant believe Servpro asked for it all. Now Im receiving phone calls and emails to my job from Servpros Collections department demanding money stating I had an outstanding balance for over $7,000. I kept ignoring it because my field managers name was on the email and I thought he was taking care of it. I finally called them back and the lady was so rude and kept talking over me until it became a shouting match. I tried to talk she would cut me off. I feel something just isnt right. My insurance company paid for a pack out and looking at the pictures, you see there was NO pack out but they got paid for it and still have my money. They dropped off boxes to me and I had to pack my own personal items and store them in my garage. Some of my furniture was partially covered in plastic. One of the workers even urinated all over my restroom (see pictures). I had to clean that up. I also just ran across a text from that same coworker saying he was in my bed taking a nap. Servpro broke my granite top which caused a halt. Per the field mgr., approval from the insurance company was needed. I was told it was approved but now Im being told the insurance didnt pay and Im being billed. Why was I waiting for an approval and PLUS I did get a phone call from my insurance company as well as an email I just found stating the top was approved but ServPro is stating they didnt get the money?? Its been a few months and Im still cleaning. I have Sarcoidosis which is a terminal lung issue and have to deal with the cleaning of all the dust and strong fumes. The other day when telling a field manager about the call from collections, the exact response I got was were going to work out an ending credit and get back with you.Im like on 01/16/2025 you came by to have me sign a paper stating you all were returning me $1,500 for my troubles and another $800 plus for some work that was not done and now youre working on another ending credit?? Nothing was said about them returning my money for the pack out that wasnt done. Then I get an email last week stating I get a credit for $400 something dollars and now a different credit for the 3rd time. They owe me for the pack out and clean and does not want to send that money to me. They want to put it towards a balance. They are keeping it. This is a sad situation because I trusted them. I was told to request a copy of all of my documents I signed along with a list of items that were bought and things that were done and nobody responded to that. I did that on 02/03/2025 and got no response. But this will be going on social medial, Yelp and the news so no one else will have to go through this.

Brian and Alvaro did an incredible job. They were very professional and friendly. My bathroom flooded and I lost a lot of personal items and will need to pay a lot for damages to my home. They had a great attitude and were very friendly. Very please that they were assigned to work on my house as the circumstances were not ideal. I would recommend them to anyone. Entire Servpro team did great. My original contact called me back immediately around 2 am, then was at my house at 7 am the next morning. Brian and Alvaro got to my house about an hour later. Make sure to use this company if you ever need water mitigation.

Servpro did an excellent job with the aftermath of the tornado damage on my home. They brought enough staff to tear out the Sheetrock, Carpet and boxes up the salvageable personal item. Servpro worked for 4 days at my house, even on a holiday. Marcella worked tireless boxing our belongings.Definitely recommend for any of your needs!

Gerson, Ender and Carlos were extremely polite and accommodating. They did an excellent job, they put my things back just like they were and were very professional, neat and clean with their work. Absolutely horrible when it comes to my experience starting on January 17,2024. Now that we are back in our home we are really seeing the terrible work. Boxing up our glass items with a paper towel and putting those same items with pots and pans. Also putting our dogs food and water dish in the same box as our dishes. Absolutely disgusting. Seems like the service worsened when I declined ServePro from doing the reconstruction on our house. I will never use them again.

No a very good experience at all. I had some small water damage to walls and ceiling. The project manager came out about 10-12 in the morning and did his assessment. After assessment was completed he said his team will reach out to move forward on the demo. Well 3 pm came so I reached out to PM. No response from PM but Servpro team arrived about 6:30pm. Then they charge me after hour rates. During demo while pulling insulation out from ceiling a brick comes and damaged my window seal. I text the photos to PM . No response. During mitigation, beware one of dehumidifier didn’t even work but they tried to charge me for it. They laid this rolled no slip cloth on floor from doorway to my living, charged about $233 for that. Ridiculous. FYI: if you ever see an emergency charge on your invoice, don’t accept that charge. Emergency service is what they do. That’s an add on mitigation companies try to get away with. As an insurance guy I deny that line item all the time. The photos I uploaded are of the brick and damaged window seal that was caused by the demo.

I had an emergency situation that needed assistance and this company was extremely quick, empathetic, caring, considerate, thorough and professional. Gerson, Alma & Mirna came out the following day to clean and kept me posted every step of the way. I was able to work with them simultaneously on a few small favors for me as I consulted them from a different state which they were more than happy to help with. Unbelievable service. 10/10.

This was one of the best experiences in the middle of a stressful time. All of the people that we have had through our doors were polite and super understanding. Jaret our emergency representative answered every question and made sure all the details were spelled out. The demolition crew was so professional -Melvin, Ender Semprún, Ender and Carlos. Brian Terry and George were incredibly professional and so wonderful to work with! They showed up very timely and explained in detail everything that needed to be done in our damaged areas, they worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up the areas they worked in very well. Definitely recommend them!!

I appreciated the communication by Melvin and Steve. They arrived when they promised and were very courteous. They prepared the area needing water restoration and did an excellent job of cleaning up the work area as they proceeded. I hope to never need restoration services again, but if so I would use SERVPRO, and would request Melvin and Steve!

Brian, Steven, and Jared worked quickly to remove the water damaged sheetrock and cabinetry. They left my house neat with all the drying equipment working. Polite and professional throughout the process.

Melvin and Steve were here and took care of the damage the same day our leak occurred. Steve gave us the estimate and Melvin came and completed the work. All on a Sunday. Great work, stayed until job was finished, cleaned up and left dryers for remainder of moisture. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

ServPro professional Jared Brian and Jeorge did an awesome job inspecting water leaked to answering all my questions, prepping job, removing dry wall and baseboard carefully. I am confident that all moist surfaces were cleaned. Im glad a made the call, I highly recommend.

Jared, Brian, and Stevie did a great job cleaning up our room after a water pipe busted in our attic. The bid 5 days but everything was dry and clean in 2, and at a very reasonable rate.

Oscar,. Alvaro and temps were absolutely amazing. Super fast and very professional. The crew came in and took care of all of my needs in one day. We had some remediation needed from a roof leak in my son’s bathroom. Melvin, Gerson, and Steve came out immediately and took care of everything within hours and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

Total rip off company us $12,140.42 for smoke cleaning in a less then 1000 square foot house. see photos of work they did. I feel like we were robbed. And this is just a few of the photos, The company accounting department then agreed to take the $10,800.00 as payment and said they we would call it even. EVEN $10,800 for this work is still highway robbery! But they never held up the agreement we still have a balance on our account. TOTAL SCAM! I have already filed a complaint with the better business bureau and are going to take this further.

Excellent work by the Servpro team that came out to take care of some water damage. Oscar did an excellent job assessing the damage, and Ender and Carlos were neat and professional with their mitigation work. I really appreciate them seamlessly doing their work while the plumber was there to fix the leak. It made their job a bit more inconvenient (attic stairs down and blocking their path), but they handled everything with class and professionalism.

We came home from a 7 day cruise and had a huge leak that moved from out upstairs bathroom down to our downstairs dining room. We had water sitting on our natural hardwood floors that are real wood. Our family was besides themselves.So my dad had a contact with Chris, the owner of this Servpro, and I gave him a call. Man what a world saver these guys were! My hardwoods are going to be saved and my build back cost, even with Servpros cost, was below my insurance premium. If you want someone who will save you at your worst call Servpro! We had water leaks in our master bedroom ceiling and through various windows and doors due to Hurricane Beryl.Jared from ServPro was out at our house first thing in the morning the next day. He assessed the entire home and gave us an honest estimate on the spot for remediation needed on all floors.Within a few hours after that, his team, Brian and George, were at our house remediating the water damage. They did an excellent job working quickly to address the issues, explaining to us exactly what they were doing at each step. After cutting the drywall they checked to ensure there was no additional mold growth and confirmed that there was not.These three gentlemen were honest, fair, extremely professional, and solved our water problem immediately. Highly recommend this team. 10/10

SERVPRO got my business because, although they were the 4th and last company I called, they should have been the first as all three lady reps who took my initial call (Ms. Kathy), followed-up with me (Ms. Pat) and confirmed the set-up (Ms. Amy) were very hospitable and talked to me like a person & listened with concern and apathy--not just to get a insurance quote.The next step was the mitigation process after my roof was tarped. SERVPRO does not do that service. My initial rep was Mr. Jared who came out to access the damage. He was patient with my questions and noted the things I pointed out and also pointed out some things to check to see if it needed to be demod later. He actually allowed me the time to read everything before I signed any of the paperwork and did not rush me.The next face of SERVPRO were the very kind and hard-working Mr. Brian, Mr. Jorge, & Mr. Robert. Mr. Brian was the Lead Mitigation Specialist and indeed lead with authority and decisive action. He explained things to me as the crew and he were going through the demo process to let me know the potential concerns or issues he had seen occur in past similar scenarios like mine. Again, each question or concern was addressed professionally and swiftly. Mr. Jorge is a beast of a worker and would have to be told to stop working! He would probably keep working straight through if it wasnt for mandatory lunch/breaks. He was very skillful and strong and got the work done. Between the two of them, the demo work was mostly completed in 2 days and for a potentially full roof and 2 rooms replacement, that is VERY quick. Mr. Robert was quiet but that did not distract from his sharp focus in quick execution of putting down the blowers once my electricity came back on.Mr. Scott and *Mr. Derrick* were Upper Management SERVPRO associates from Alabama who swung by to check on the status of the demo work and noted that they would follow-up to ensure these issues were resolved with the 2 main cracks in my wall & ceiling from when my whole house was shaking during the ~110-mph winds & tornado, the adjacent door of the room that got completely demod that now didnt close, my Air Condition unit that now didnt work, and the broken window that thankfully had the pane on the inside of my house still in-tact.additional edit as my interaction with ServPro has expanded:Mr. Jamaar came to facilitate a very thorough walk-down to prepare a Reconstruction Estimate of the damage sustained during the storm. He methodically explained everything that he was going to do, pictures he was going to take, and why he was doing it. He, too, addressed every question/comment I had with concise responses to help me better understand the steps taken to hopefully restore my house better than what it was before the storm.And then Mr. Ender and Mr. Carlos came to pick up the blowers, dehumidifiers, and my mattress that was damaged in the storm by moving with amazing swiftness and excellent care to make sure everything was removed that needed to be removed. They were very courteous and in-and-out of the house so quickly and efficiently taking my suggestions into account to ensure I was a satisfied customer!I appreciate this team very much because going through this was a very traumatic experience and having a company that is trying to help you is one less thing about which you have to worry!

Responded in such a timely manner, putting us at ease that we could minimize damage from an AC leak by getting the impacted areas dried out as quickly as possible. We are one of many households impacted by the May Storm of 2024. We had a limb that struck our roof like a dart and had water damage. ServPro quickly responded. From the Service Management to the work crews, the response exceeded my expectations. Thanks goes to the work crew of Junior, Jorge, Jared and Gezson for pulling the wall and ceiling and setting up the drying equipment. The really did a great job minimizing the cleaning and keeping the dust down and making sure no additional moisture was present. All their work is sincerely and thankfully appreciated.

Junior Mendes, Ender Semprun, Carlos Rodriguez just completed a fairly extensive demo and dryout in several rooms and in our garage. They were amazing. Thorough, clean, efficient, and high quality performance. Very satisfied highly recommend. Jared and Nick were great too.

I was very pleased with the professional duct cleaning service provided by the team of Julio, Oscar and Luis. They were on time, efficient, polite and profession. They cleaned all duct ways and vents to a gold standard as well as tidying any insulation that loosened during the process. Following plumbing relating water damage to two rooms our insurance company recommended SERVPRO as a company with the necessary know how to begin the remediation and inspection process. After making contact, Samuel Mann of SERVPRO visited us to assess the damage. He spent a morning taking photographs and samples for insurance purposes. Sam then worked closely with our insurance company until all questions were answered and a check was cut. These days customer service and empathy during stress related events are hard to find. Sams efficiency and kindness throughout the process prove that these proficiencies still exist.

Arrived on time, took time to assess the condition and problems of the water damage. Very quickly set up to clean and dry carpet and walls.Everyone was very friendly and polite. I had a water emergency at my business which flooded the entire place. I called ServPro and they immediately called me back and said they were already on their way 10 minutes after I submitted the request. If this is the location that “Wilson Recon KC” reconstruction is based out of I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. They are slow, and their work is very subpar. One of their employees quit midway there the job and it took them over a month to get back to me. ServPro Cypress was fast and professional. Our kitchen faucet leaked into the under-sink cabinet...all night long. Water got under the cabinets and dishwasher, and migrated under walls into the living and dining rooms. Brian, Julio, and Luis were quick to pull up the carpet, remove the pad, take out affected cabinetry, and setup fans and dehumidifiers to dry things out. Very professional and kept the site clean. They hauled off all of the soaked carpet padding, dry wall, and cabinet components. We appreciate the quick response very much. Thanks.

Had a water pipe burst that cause damage to the kitchen. Jared came in assessed the damage and explain everything to my mother and myself. Once everything was good to go in less than 30 minutes Jordan and Luis came and started to get things done. That was a great experience.Update it’s been over 2 months and I still have no kitchen. I have called but either they are in lunch at 11am and say they will get back to us but still nothing.

Our toilet line burst on Nov. 14. We were not sure how long it had been leaking because water was at least 1 in deep in bathroom, bedroom, living room and playroom. Servepro and Guillermo were quick to respond. We had already moved all our furniture so they showed up on Nov 15 to remove sheetrock up to 2 ft and tore up most of our hardwood floors and set fans to dry. They were not successful at removing the glue off our floor but decided to hire Sunbelt to come and bring a machine to remove floors/glue. The machine could not fit through our front door BUT they broke tiles on our front porch while trying. The crew of 2-5 guys worked for 5 days. They rented more fans than they actually used. There were fans just sitting there not even plugged in! They would show up around 9- 9:30, take a morning break, then take a hour lunch break, another break after lunch and leave by 4-4:30. Our bathroom/toilet, that they used while working, was horrendous when I got there after 5 days. No respect for our home. The worst thing about this ordeal, is after 2 months our front porch has not been repaired. Our insurance has paid Servepro for their service but they have not repaired our porch that happened because they hired Sunbelt or see to it that Sunbelt repair it. We have continually called and left messages (we have names of who we have talked to) and they always pass it on to someone else. Needless to say, not an experience I would recommend. Hopefully, Sunbelt will repair our porch or we lost even more because of Servepro.

Called in the morning and was connected to Jared. He had a two man crew (Brian and Julio) at our house 45 later. The guys did a great job cleaning up the water damage and associated drywall dust. Brian and Julio were very nice, thorough in their work, and checked to ensure I understood the next steps. I recommend this Servpro team.

We had a few concerns kitchen cabinets on wet floor, and the inaccesable step down slab under living room floor, after Servpro left they said was dry but we weren’t comfortable if really was dry because not really tested, so got another guy to look, for a 2nd opinion, which confirmed some of our concerns plus a few other things pointed out. Servpro did get us started but other issues maybe not our best interest.Original comment, our job was bigger than initially expected and went over the new year holidays but they came back to finish. Oscar, Luiz and Jerrod mostly. They got called off to a fire station flood once so Brian Teresa and Julio came on one day. A lot of bags of disposal, damaged floor, Sheetrock and insulation hauling. We couldn’t have gotten this far without help. Sorry can’t write more but busy working on rebuild.

A pipe leak in the attic causing the kitchen ceiling/Sheetrock to fall. Water pour into my house for 3 hours. Servpro was called and someone was at my home within 2 hours. This company handle my damage property with care. They did amazing job of keeping the area clean as they removed additional sheet rock and baseboard cleaning up along the way. I want to thank Kirk Kayden, Dario jr for an outstanding job and professionalism.

I was very happy with Jarod, Gerson. Dario, Dario Jr, Cerise and Roxy who were all at my home working on the remediation of water damage that happened during the night at my home. They were all helpful & worked diligently to remove the water and packing away all my China & crystal, and decorative items being very careful not to break anything. ServPro came out to check for water damage and mold after we had a plumbing incident. They were always on time and explained everything very clearly. They were kind and patient and worked worth us while the plumbing repair was underway. They always wore shoe covers which is very important to me. They protected our hard wood floors and cleaned up the tiny bit of stuff that got on the floor during cutting out a large hole in the ceiling. Guillermo came first to assess the damage. He told me what would be done and how much it would cost. Later Jermaine and Laden came out and did the work and set up the fans and dehumidifier. An upstairs plumbing leak overnight did a significant amount of damage to our home. We had not had experience with this type of event before and werent sure where to begin. We contacted Servpro Katy/Cypress on a Sunday. There were out right away to remove wet materials and set up fans to prevent further damage. They came back daily to check on the drying process. We opted to continue working with Servpro for the reconstruction and really couldnt be happier. We had zero problems working with them! Our Servpro contact person Chris Bosley stayed on top of everything to make sure work was progressing and to our satisfaction. The contractor they used checked on the work daily. The quality of the work is perfect (and Im picky). There were no gaps in the work time-wise. They were there every day from start to finish. We couldnt be happier and grateful that they made a bad situation easier.

My home flooded due to a burst pipe on September 30th, two days after my grandfather died. My husband and I had gone to take our uniforms to the dry cleaners. Hes a firefighter and Im a paramedic. My grandfather was a Captain with the Highway Patrol and Narcotics Team and we needed our uniforms for his funeral. We had been gone a couple of hours when we returned to six inches of water throughout our entire home. Over the next week we would meet Hendrick, Alejandro, Ramiro and Nikko. These men were amazing. They were beyond professional and helpful. They were very friendly and even took the time to console us over the loss of my Pop and to reassure us that everything would be okay. They walked us through the process step by step, took their time to look for water and damage that may have been missed and treated our home with respect. I laughed when they took the time to clean up after themselves, considering the whole house was destroyed. These guys were awesome. Over the next few weeks I spoke with Taylor on the phone, trying to coordinate the insurance process. There was a miscommunication between myself and the adjuster. Our rugs were not going to be covered like we initially thought they would be. Considering the financial devastation this disaster had caused us, I knew we couldnt pay for the rugs and had told Taylor to keep them. In the conversation I had mentioned to her that our large area rug had been an anniversary gift from my husband and it was really the only one that was difficult to part with, for sentimental reasons. This young lady took it upon herself to have the rug returned and delivered to us FOR FREE, as an act of kindness given what our family had been through. She was an absolute sweetheart to talk to. They all were angels sent to us when we needed them. I cannot recommend this service enough. Their work was outstanding but their hearts were what really shined through. SERVPRO did an an excellent job! My house was left with some severe damage and SERVPRO handled everything. Im not too savvy with housework so I was naturally anxious about the whole process. They did a great job and made me feel at ease in the process.

Couldnt be more happy with this company and their service tech Alejandro. Had a water heater bust on a Sunday morning, and within 2 hours Servpro of Champions/1960 had Alejandro out and cleaning up the water. Alejandro was very professional, explained every step in the process and did a wonderful job! Trust me, you will not be disappointed with this company when a disaster hits your home.

We had a water heater in the attic fail and flooded two levels. Servpro quickly responded and started the remediation. Gerson and Luis did a great job.

The crew of 2 came on time, were very polite and turned out to be very knowledgeable. After a miserable experience with a competitor I turned to SERVPRO as one of the companies on State Farms approved provider list. The evaluation and service was very professional far less expensive than I anticipated.

I cannot recommend this company enough. My husband and I were wanting to remodel and do some upgrades on our home in Meyerland. We did lots of research and took quotes from many reputable companies. We settled with Servpro of Katy Cypress since they made us feel like family. Between Chris Bosley and Joseph Lewman they are an unstoppable team that will take care of your home as if it were theirs. They surpassed our expectations and our vision of the remodel. We will definitely be using them again if we need their services. 10/10!!

These guys are awesome! I had a sink overflow in my kitchen while I was at work and came home to a mess. I was so overwhelmed and frustrated when I called SERVPRO. Our washer machine started flooding our house yesterday. The water was pouring out FAST. Fortunately, my son discovered it quickly but the water still made it to our formal dining room and down the hall. We had to use large cups and a few buckets to scoops the water out of the laundry room. We used almost every blanket and towel in the house to get the water off of our wood floors. The water even leaked through the wall and in the master bed room closet. So I pulled up part of the carpet and deployed fans everywhere.Howeve, I was concerned still concerned about the moisture in the walls.I called Chris at Servpro and he said they would come at 9AM. Chris and HP showed up exactly on time. They thoroughly tested every wall and part of the floor that was touched by water. They have a device that test for moisture content. Chris and HP were very detailed and careful and delivered the news that our walls and floor were OK!!! I am so appreciative of their honesty and integrity!!! And I will sleep peacefully tonight and not be worried about mold!!

The team at Servpro of Katy/Cypress is top notch. My wife and I came home from dinner to find water throughout our down stairs living room and kitchen. We immediately called Joseph at Servpro and he promptly sent out crews to suck up all the water. They placed fans and dehumidifiers throughout our home to dry everything up. The guys that handled that were very knowledgeable and courteous. Unfortunately the crews had to remove some sheetrock and wood flooring in these areas. Servpro inventoried and packed all of our belongings in the work area so they would not get damaged when they started to put everything back together. After 4 weeks everything was back together and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. We would recommend them to any and everyone that needs any sort of work done in their home.

During Tropical Storm Imelda our home was one of the unlucky ones, we got about 8” of water. After contacting Servepro Ramiro, Thomas, and Paul were dispatched to our home.. with absolutely no time wasted these guys were here, working their tails off getting everything ripped out and able to dry. It was no one day project, but these gentlemen started early, and stayed late getting everything taken care of. Could not ask for better customer service. I want to start first by saying this company in whole is amazing, from the field employees to the office personal!! They were extremely helpful to my wife during our stressful situation!! I want to personally thank Alejandro for the work he did and being very thorough about the whole process and being knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I hope no one has to go through what we did but if so Servpro is the way to go!!

I had severe smoke damage on the ceilings, walls, and furniture, etc. due to a gas fire place issue at my house. The project manager , Joey Lewman inspected my place thoroughly and dealt directly with my insurance company and they came up with a fair estimate for the repairs, I just payed my deductible. The work was then completed in a timely manner and my house was back to normal in a couple of weeks. Definitely a great experience.

SERVPRO has helped us out on more than one occasion! Not long ago when a pipe broke at work, Taylor and the team took care of us immediately! Taylor can make a difficult situation become one that I can rest assured it is being handled properly and efficiently. I can count on SERVPRO every time! Today was a new experience for me. I have been a home owner for 11 months now and I am sure like any person would freak out knowing their house had to be torn up because of a water leak. I called my insurance company around 515pm to file a claim and since the company is based in Eastern time zone I was not getting any answers. I called my local agent and they suggested I call a water restoration company. Well the only company I know with a reputable name is ServPro. I have seen them fast in action at a house down the street after they had an incident and I work weekends at Topgolf and there is an advertisement there as well.Not knowing what to do in this situation I called ServPro and they arrived in about an hour. I was so glad they could come out so fast as I was scared the longer the water sat would cause more damage.Alejandro and Nico came out and walked me through what they would have to do. I was not happy to hear that my brand new floors would have to be torn up, but it had to be done in order to get the water out.They stopped mid way through to walk me through what they assessed and showed me the water spots on the concrete. Of course this news like this is not ideal, but I was glad I could get a great company to come in and get the work done. Thanks for the quick response!

The French drain system that drains the patio and in back of the house stopped up completely during last Friday nights rains. This caused flooding into the back of the house which affected a living area, master bath, master closet and master bedroom. We called ServPro Katy/Cypress on Saturday morning and they had a crew, led by Hendrick, out to the house by noon. Excellent service from Hendrick and crew to assess the damage, rip out the necessary wood and carpet, then set air movers and monitoring equipment. They returned each day to monitor the drying process and were satisfied with the results enough be Tuesday to be able to remove all the equipment. Very professional.After the fact, we found out that our homeowners insurance would not cover the damage as it was not caused by plumbing that was part of the inside of the house. In discussions with Taylor at ServPro, she understood the situation and was willing to work with us to relieve some of the financial strain. Overall, ServPro Katy/Cypress helped to make a very bad situation bearable and provided an excellent experience all the way around.

I understand that they are overwhelmed with work due to the freeze. But I’ve been waiting two weeks for someone to come out to do the restoration work. In the meantime mold is growing everywhere. I had to move out of my place and into a hotel. I was finally able to get another company out. I must say that Servpro did keep me informed with a pre-recorded message saying they have not forgotten about me. The company that I hired brought in employees from other states to help Texas out. I’m sure Servpro is a good company. But just not good for me during this time

I recently had a sink in our guest bathroom overflow and run into the hallway, soaking the carpet. It was saturated and I was at a loss as what to do. I just moved to the area and didn’t know who to call. My insurance company recommended ServPro Katy/Cypress so I gave them a call. My stress level immediately went down after the phone call. I used Servpro of Cypress / Champions after Hurricane Ike when my window blew in and drenched my living room. Chris came to my home to evaluate the damage and calmed my nerves by explaining the simple cleanup process. His crew was out later that day and separated my carpet from the pad. They placed several fans around and a couple days later the carpet and pad were dry and back in place. This saved me THOUSANDS out of pocket and helped me to avoid a insurance claim. I am in a new home now, and have used this office regularly to clean my carpets after the initial work done after the hurricane. Do not use a closer branch if there is one, these guys are extremely professional and do top notch work.

I had a water disaster. I called somone on the advice of a friend, I got a quote I felt was high, luckily before I agreed my insurance company said call Servpro they will come right out you wont have to worry about payment until its all over. I did! I called at 6:30pm they were at my house by 8pm the same night. They placed the same amount of fans and de-humidifiers as the competitor said they would, they were prompt on time to take readings every day based on MY schedule, and when I got the bill it was much less than the competitor had quoted for the exact same service.

After the recent unprecedented Houston freeze, finding help was almost impossible. The representatives were quick, moved/replaced items blocking access to the walls, explained the process thoroughly and rid me of the fear of mold in the walls. I believe the garage was cleaner after they were finished as they were constantly removing and sweeping debris along the way. Dont call the national Servpro number! Call Servpro of Katy/Cypress direct.
