Servpro Spring/Tomball came out to our house in the late evening. After a very long day. This is during the 2024 freeze buzz.Vern, Dori and Ty were so AWESOME!We had a small flood due to an under the sink pipe issue.They were very professional. They explained what they would be doing. They answered all questions.My husband and I were very impressed with their professionalism. They were all polite and happy.They made this unfortunate experience as pleasant as it could possibly be.When your home is flooded it is stressful enough. My home was severely damaged by storms in Houston on May 16, 2024. Somehow, in searching for help with water mitigation, I found ServPro. I am so glad I did! Great service ! Leroy & Manny were so helpful with tending to a primary bathroom leak that went through to the downstairs. They were timely & always coordinated with me in advance and let me know when they were coming. The Spring/Tomball SERVPRO Team of Leroy, Devin, Anthony H & Tee Walton serviced Prosperity Bank-Eastex Freeway BC # 53 after Hurricane Beryl on Friday, 07 12 24. They were professional, knowledgeable, and quick in assessing the problem and setting up the system to remediate the water issue. They returned on Saturday to empty the water that had collected overnight. On Monday, 07 15 24 Emanuel Lopez returned to verify everything was dry. He had to remove a small portion of a base board and cut away a few inches of drywall to allow complete drying. He later emptied the accumulated water, removed equipment and cleaned up as efficiently as the 1st crew set up. Great experience. Thank You

We had water damage to our home that required moving out of our home while repairs were going on. The pack out and pack in crew did an amazing job! All of our possessions were packed and stored safely. Everything was returned in the condition it left here in. I was told from the beginning how long the pack out process would take and also the pack in process. They were right on schedule with their planning. Would definitely recommend Servpro again!

Thank you to Vern, Dori, Ty, and Josh! I am grateful for the professionalism shown by the ServPro crew this past week when they were helping us with our office space after a cooling tower leak. I greatly appreciated Noah and Devin, the initial team that came out after our rooms flooded. They worked until 10:30pm, making sure the water damage was limited and explaining the process thoroughly along the way.The rest of the team who monitored, removed more damage, and wrapped it up were also very professional and courteous. Servpro did amazing work on our office building when we had a major leak. Keith worked with us through every step and they were fast, reasonable and did excellent work. Servpro has a spectacular level of customer service that is hard to come by lately.

On the first day I posted a 5 star review. And by the end of day 5 I wish I could put zero.Sunday Leroy and ty shower up at my home around 3pm as requested. They were nice and what we thought was helpful advice wasnt not. They suggested we wait to remove baseboard (we had removed 2 before they came) and not to remove the wet carpet. To let it dry some more. We asked they wait to put fan in until my daughters pushed we out of the home as we had already found mold under some of the flooring we had removed before they showed up. Leroy and I spoke before they left and he said he would be at our home around 9am. I messaged Leroy Monday morning and told him I had a meeting for my daughter at I will be a little late and i was informed he wasnt come at all and a new set of gut were coming instead and that they wouldnt be there till noon. Manny and mark show up. Manny didnt want to make put tv cabinet and said it was dry under the cabinet. We messed with the tablet and removed the baseboard in the master bedroom only and the livingroom floor.at this point there were at our home for 2.5hrs mark did the majority of the work. Honestly I felt bad for mark having to put in most of the work. I had to go get my kids at 3pm which they know about and wanted to stay in my home while I was gone. I didnt agree and I asked if they could wait outside while I when to go get my kids they said no. I asked if they could come back after I grab my kids they said no. So I said okay I still have to go get my children wrap it up. Scheduled with manny for 9am I was again rescheduled for noon the following morning. Again they know I have to go get my children from school. They showed up at 12:25pm and remove a closet baseboard 5x5 room. And do moisture reading. Adjuster shows up and wants to know why fans arent in place and why there are no whole on the bottom of walls for air to follow throu to help with the home to dry I ask mark he said hes not sure. That he is doing what he is told. So I ask for the supervisors name. Mark gave the phone number and I called Mike the supervisors who basically told me he didnt know. He didnt have an answers. Threatened to take the equipment out of my home because i was asking questions..he get off the phone with me and calls leroy. Leroy tells him I told him not to start demo and that no fan in the house. Mike called me back and told me this. Which We pulled baseboard off and pulled floor up before yall even got to out home that doesnt even make sense. And yall are the professional. I tell Mike the adjust also wants to know why the wet carpet is still in the home. (The adjust also let me know that keeping the wet carpet in the house makes the dry out take 2x as long.) I told Mike I wanted someone here to pull the carpet and put the holes in the walls. He said they have another appointment and will come back. They came back at 4pm. To remove the carpet and put wholes in the walls. Mike also told me I wasnt his customers and that the insurance company is because they are the ones paying them. One of the rudest individuals I have ever dealt withWednesday mark and ashton returned and checked everything. the moisture is better and by Thursday manny came out and they were wanting to start cutting walls i told them no and get there equipment and leave. A new demo crew will be here Saturday.If you use this company make them pull all the wet stuff out of your home dont let it sit like I did. I was nice and it cost me a lot of heartache. And if you get get one beside mark running things I would suggest calling ask asking for him personally. He was a very hard work and kind person. About the only person I would want to work with again.

ServPro is the company to call during times of home emergencies! Outstanding employees like: Leroy, Eman, and Devon who deliver professional, timely, safe, courteous, and compassionate service when a homeowner needs it most, are examples of ServPro’s high standards and superior training.

The guy they sent out to us was very nice and worked his butt off while the sewer was backing up from our floors under the toilets. Walls are now cut out along w the flooring. Disinfected and drying out now. They will be back tomorrow. Lets hope the water company gets the sewer fixed and all this mess under control.
