We had considerable damage inside our walls after the summer of storms and called SERVPro to come out and demo and reconstruct the areas where we had damaged. I was very impressed with the team! They finished quickly, showed up immediately. They were very communicative about progress and costs. Importantly, they worked very cleanly and there was very little dust after they were done. I have a lot of trust in them and appreciated their expertise in getting the house back to 100%.

I recently experienced a water leak in my garage. My insurance company recommended contacting Servpro to conduct the repair estimate and perform the remediation. This Servpro location worked seamlessly with my insurance company to determine the scope of work. They then monitored the progress and compliance of the repairs with the contractor. Their supervisor (Germain) was particularly pro-active in ensuring that steps occurred in a timely manner, and in the correct order. I was very impressed.

One of the worst experiences. Wont go into details because we are seeking civil suit solution. I do not recommend this co.pany at all from horrible contractors to rude and lazy employees. I recommend any other disaster clean up company because these guys aint it. Should of just went in a diff direction when they couldnt keep employees employed. More turnover than an IHOP. Id give negative 5 stars if I could. Who would of thought after a tornado, then hurricane that ServPro would the biggest disaster to hit our family home.

After my sister recommended me this company I don’t regret calling them to service our home. We had really bad water damage from the storm last month and I understand that safety comes first so I waited when it was safe and I called them they came out and quickly took care of the damages. Their friendly personality and professionalism is definitely appreciated during tough times. Thank you Servpro of Houston heights!!

The SERVPRO Field guys are amazing. Very responsive in our time of need and Jorge was great with follow-up. The team led by Dorian was compassionate and really stepped up to help us get the damage identified fast and removed before the situation got worse.

Good evening! I haven’t posted a review is quite some time, but I wanted to give a shout out to this wonderful company!! We recently had a very bad leak in our bathroom behind the vanity (🤦🏻‍♀️ I couldn’t even tell you how old it was). We called them out nervous about the cost. Our drywall was literally mush. We called up another company up at first and they tried to charge me $400 just to come out and look at the drywall (they said it was because if we didn’t end up going with them they still needed to be paid something for coming out, and how late in the day 3pm. They had to charge a differential. That’s fine, but $400 is excessive!!) They were extremely rude. So we called up Servpro here in the Heights and they came out to check out the damage when we got off of work. They accessed the damage and worked out a game plan on how to tackle this mess. I was terrified of paying for this out of pocket, but they actually worked with our insurance. They were so good at returning my calls and texting me updates and arrival times. We never get work done when we aren’t home, but they were so respectful and courteous. They gave us peace of mind and even encouraged us to turn on our home security cameras for added peace of mind. They did an amazing job at containing all the construction work from the rest of our home. I am thoroughly impressed with their team! I hope we never go through something like this again, but if we do we know who to call! Thank you guys for the help !!!

We were very happy with the service from Servpro. The water remediation as well as the repair work needed after it were done in a very timely and professional manner. House looks like nothing ever happened. Highly recommended.

I had a contractor drill into a water pipe, which caused a large amount of water damage to my home. Jorge and his team were professional, responsive and addressed everything we needed to remediate the water damage. Importantly, they separated themselves from other competitors by making an effort to selectively do repairs in ways that wouldnt completely demolish our home. Further they provided detailed estimates to provide to insurance to get the cost covered, which was also crucial to getting the full cost of the repairs covered. Jorge answered all our questions and was extremely respectful.

Horrible customer service!!! didnt call back like promised, they sent an email that wasnt responded to as promised. Left 2 elderly people waiting with a tree across the house and water damage inside house. I understand that it was a busy time, but if you cant handle the job let the customer know. If you cant respond to customer requests dont be in the service industry

A water leak caused much damage to our home. The team, lead by Jorge Reyes, arrived about 5 hours after being called with a crew. They sprang into action to mitigate the water damage and coordinate drying out the space with dehumidifiers and fans. They also began working with the insurance company to begin the process of assessing the damage and submitting estimates for mitigation, and reconstruction. They are very empathetic and professional.

Our home received some damage from the most recent storm, as soon as they were able to safely check it out they came and took care of our needs. Thank you so much! 🙏
