We had an amazing experience with them from the first meeting which was 1040 PM and they were prompt and ready to help us the following morning bright and early. The project manager Ken Morris was so wonderful and easy to work with and answered all our questions each time. He also shared his contact information for anything that came up. Marcus who was our on-site crew chief was simply outstanding! Marcus and his crew worked tirelessly on both Saturday and Sunday to get our home completed for the next stage in our process of making our home livable again. They were all so professional, kind, caring and always patient to answer any and all questions. I would recommend them to anyone who is dealing with a home flood! This crew is second to none!

This is my second time to use Servpro, and the first time was great, but this time, it was a phenomenal experience. First, Tim, our Project Manager, came out to check my damage, and discuss all the specific needs with my husband and me. He, then, introduced us to to our Team, Greg and Fernando, who had already begun measuring moisture and diagraming our floorplan. They continued to work, and each piece of machinery they brought in, they explained its use and matched it to the why of our need. Daily, Greg and Fernando, not only set an appointment with me but also called in advance to state their arrival time. Each day as they monitored my houses progress, they explained the process and were so willing to answer my questions. Ken even checked in daily to be sure we were pleased and had no questions! These three men were not only wonderful but they were so professional and careful with my home. I recommend them to come also to your rescue! I hope I wont need them again, but if I do, I call Servpro of River Oaks and ask for Tim, Greg, and Fernando by name! They are the best!

Servpro acted fast and they did an amazing job. Id say my house was cleaner after they came, than it was before the fire. Id 100% recommend for anyone in a similar situation who needs someone to act fast. They also had connections to contractors willing to take on insurance jobs, who also know how to properly bill insurance companies.

Coming home after an overseas trip to discover water damage due to air conditioning overflow in master bath and downstairs in kitchen was shocking and stressful. But to have the professionals from Servpro here the next morning was a God send. Odi and Joseph were awesome, knowledgeable and very compassionate in how they explained the process. It was reassuring to have them return each day to check on the status of the drying and to dig deeper to resolve issues. I am very grateful for their efforts to help restore the rooms. We were out of town when our daughter found the living room ceiling had fallen. This led to discovering that our HVAC system for the second floor had backed up and dumped gallons of water into a second floor bedroom and into the living room. After contacting our insurance company we called ServPro to do the remediation of the water damage in our home. They worked with my daughter to come into the house and remover the wet carpet, sheet rock and insulation. They then dried out the rooms and the floor so that our contractor could come in to repair the damage. ServPro did a great job on getting the wet stuff out and the rooms dried out.

Im a 69 year old senior with covid and Servpro boxed up my kitchen utensils and now Im forced to eat out.I engaged Servpro of River Oaks for water damages in my kitchen. Before the work began, Allison Gonzales scheduled her crew to come and pack away all my kitchen utensils for Thursday January 6, 2022.However, on January 5th I tested positive for covid and immediately notified Allison of my condition. On January 6th, the packing crew came to work in anyway. Later at 11:06 Allison replied to me that she got in late to work and just saw my email and the water damage will have to be postponed until I tested positive. However, the packing crew were already finished putting away my kitchen utensils in 30 boxes. Allison got late to work, failed to notified the crew of my condition, Im stuck with 30 boxes of my kitchen stuff and forced to eat out.

My bathroom exhaust fan caught on fire. My wife and I managed to extinguish the fire however, the smoke and dust from the extinguisher made a HUGE mess. The Production manager Nick came the next day assessed what needed to be done and got the ball rolling quickly. The next Day Letti and her crew cleaned the layer of soot and dust off of EVERYTHING that had been affected. The work done was incredibly thourough. Praise the Lord for the good work done by the people at Service Pro.

The folks that serve pro used was outstanding. I was made aware of options the insurance company even failed to mention, placing my family in a better situation. The young ladies used to pack our home were gracious and kid, even in the midst of our home being a complete mess at that point. I would even use them, when its time to move from the location, due to the wonderful packout they provided.

ServPro is the best! They thoroughly sanitized our home after a family member had COVID, then remediated water damage after a burst pipe flooded 2 stories! Always responsive and professional, I would use anyone else

Great Service! SerPro was my first choice but because of the unavailability during the freeze it allowed other plumbers like ARS and many other companies to rip me off. I am pleased with the work so far and I am well checking resolve soon. Thanks!

ServePro assisted me with pack-out and storage of personal items damaged in the Winter Storm. They did a PHENOMENAL JOB! They were very professional and they put my mind at ease in cleaning, storing and taking care of my valuables.

Carlos clean our living room and did an amazing job! We have a large dog that sheds and he was able to take all dog smell out of the carpet. Highly recommend!!!!!!

The crew was incredibly efficient from the estimate to the return of our furniture. GM Lisa Matthes did a great job of working with us.

Servpro did what they do. We called them and immediately they took action. I call at 10:00 am and they were there working at the Model Home at 1:00. They took control and prevented any consequential damages. Outstanding.
