One of the worst experiences. Wont go into details because we are seeking civil suit solution. I do not recommend this co.pany at all from horrible contractors to rude and lazy employees. I recommend any other disaster clean up company because these guys aint it. Should of just went in a diff direction when they couldnt keep employees employed. More turnover than an IHOP. Id give negative 5 stars if I could. Who would of thought after a tornado, then hurricane that ServPro would the biggest disaster to hit our family home.

I contacted ServePro through my insurance company after Hurricane Beryl. I was so stressed out at the time and didn’t know how to navigate going about fixing my home after a major event like this, as I am a first time home buyer. Chris Douglas was my representative who came and completely changed my outlook on everything. He was patient, educating and very thorough in his explanation of everything that he did. He gave me the necessary reassurance that I needed. Above all you can tell that he truly cared about helping out the customer. Having someone like this truly makes the difference when rendering customer service and care. Chris followed up after his inspection to make sure everything went smooth as well. I’d recommend him to anyone I know. When I look back on these moments, having people like Chris is what gives people peace of mind. Bless him and his family. 1000/10Recommend.

SERVPRO’s salesman pitched a great experience that his team failed to deliver.SERVPRO came out SUPER quickly to clean my HVAC system but disappeared as soon as there were issues. They caused thousands of dollars of damage, I had a terrible time communicating post-damage, and it was a terrible experience that I will not repeat.After their cleaning, every vent would release clods of dirt and insulation, which I was told was “normal” and would go away. When it didn’t, they had techs go back up to look at my system and not a single person would give me photos of the damage to my own house after repeatedly asking for them. There was terrible communication between SERVPRO and Ductz, the company they work with to do HVAC construction work. The tech that supervised the job apparently quit and went to Florida or Colorado, leaving a mess.I ended up paying half of the damages out of pocket on top of SERVPRO’s initial bill, but only after SERVPRO finally sent out their own person to give an estimate of the job, who then undercut my tech’s bid by $200 and tried to steal the job himself after he was 45 minutes late and couldn’t find the right house.If you want someone quick, call SERVPRO, but be ready to pay four times the cost of the service for someone else to fix SERVPRO’s mistakes after months of arguing. I’m still not over it, and I’m glad I use a different company now.

Kevin, Desmond, Issac, and Walker were quick, courteous and professional. They showed up within an hour of calling and immediately got to work. When running into an additional issue, they had a plumber out here right away to fix that as well. Couldn’t ask for better service, or a more professional team. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, on 7/5/2021 I experienced MAJOR flooding in my home. After recalling seeing ServPro the Woodlands/Conroe Ads on TV, I contacted and hired them for flood restoration and remodeling. That was the biggest mistake of my life. To this day, the job has not been completed even though they have received 90% of the money. It has been more than a year and I still have no flooring or operable kitchen. There is no faucet in the kitchen, my brand new appliances have been damaged. The damaged stovetop they installed so poorly cannot be used because its leaking gas and they are aware but have done nothing about it. My kitchen cupboard doors have been left leaning against walls on the floor, closet doors that have been replaced are still on the floor in upstairs bedrooms, light fixtures have been left on counters. There have been 2 contractors thus far on this job. The first contractor Carlo, had such poorly skilled workers on his team that jobs such as applying the texture and paint to the walls and ceilings had to be re-done 6 times! It took the second contractors team to get that done correctly and they still have areas of ceiling and wall left to correct. Also, the first team of workers could not complete the kitchen cabinet install correctly, hence the cabinet doors being left on the floor. They have even had team members remove parts of my kitchen cabinetry from my home such as a kitchen drawer, and they have failed to return these parts to my home to this day even when I have repeatedly asked them to do so. While removing the lower kitchen cabinets, servpro workers dropped and broke my granite counter which meant that my entire kitchen counters had to be replaced. I could not find the original granite slab since it was discontinued and had some difficulty choosing a replacement, since this is not my area of expertise and Servpro offered no help in choosing replacement materials, leaving it all up to me to determine what would work in the space, as if Im an interior designer and should know these things. Initially, I chose one slab that I was told by the Servpro Project Manager would be a little more expensive than the insurance company would cover since it was a level 5 slab and my original counter was a level 3. Not knowing the price since the company selling the slab would only share that with Servpro, I asked the project manager to provide me with a quote so that I could have the option of paying the difference in the price. He encouraged me to go back to the granite company to find a cheaper slab and that he will provide me with the quote. Feeling pressured, I returned to the granite company and picked out a cheaper slab as my second option. Several times after that, I asked Shane Gilliland the ServPro Project Manager for the quote for the granite but he failed to provide this. He reassured me telling me not to worry since the granite counters could not be put in the kitchen until I signed off on the install, so I should give him time to get me the quote, but he never did and I never signed off on the granite install. The first contractor Carlo, was aware that I was waiting for the quote from Shane, was aware of the slab I preferred and was aware that I had not signed off on the install. He was in such a hurry to put in the kitchen counters so he could get Servpro to release money to him, that he got his team to install the counters without me signing off on the install, and of course he installed the cheaper slab that was not my first preference. Also, the install was done so poorly that large gaps were left between the walls and the counter that they try to fix by using large amounts of grout which will wear away eventually exposing these large gaps. Servpro fired Shane in the middle of all this chaos and he was replaced by one Tracy Ledbetter then Ashley Baker. These 2 ladies promised time and again to help me get this project completed but Im still living in a construction site while they continue to collect thousands each month from my insurance company for furniture storage This is a NIGHTMARE!

Rashad Kennedy, Andrew and Lawrence were quick to show up. Very thorough in explaining the process, making sure they checked all walls, baseboards and ceilings. Very courteous and respectful. They worked overtime to make sure my property was taken care of. Recommended by State Farm. My adjuster has already received communication from Rashad. Highly recommend!

Kevin Wilkes is great! He arrived promptly following our call to Servpro and had the necessary materials on hand. I was impressed with the high tech equipment used to detect areas with water intrusion. Kevin worked tirelessly for several hours while patiently explaining the extent of the situation. He and his assistant cleaned as they worked. Overall, his efficient, professional demeanor made us glad that we had called Servpro!

They removed baseboards, trim, and drilled holes on the bottom portion of my walls. They used a machine to help get rid of the moisture and prevent mold growth. They removed the machine and left everything a mess. Jeff the manager stated that I would receive a report showing how the baseboards had damage and of everything and have yet to receive it. I have tried reach out in phone calls and have not received a call back. This company is horrible at communication. I sent this company an email with my phone number and they still had the incorrect number.

I cant thank Sean and Rashad enough for their support through a very overwhelming experience with water damage. They were so helpful and walked me through the process. They explained everything and we very detail oriented. They were so nice and I felt like they had my back. I am so appreciative for their help. Nelson and Felton came to my townhome to assist with water damage from a neighbors busted pipe. They were friendly, thorough, professional and explained every step in details. I highly recommend this company and if youre lucky, you might get these 2 guys to do the work.

Felton Price and Noah were amazing. They came out very promptly and did a good assessment, and explained exactly what they would do and why. They were very professional and followed all of the Covid procedures. Felton came back 2 times to check on things and pick up equipment, calling each time so we knew when to expect him. I cant say enough good things about this team. I highly recommend Servpro!!!

We were in a bind and Servpro came to our rescue. Our home was on the market and a potential buyer claimed we had mold and was trying to trick them into buying our house. My realtor recommended to call Servpro. Servpro came out on the weekend and took readings….They said there’s nothing in the house was bad but we need a 3rd party to test. So we did and they also found nothing but outside there is airborne mold and fungi.To be safe Servpro followed the Labs idea to check some walls and baseboards and they found nothing. For precautionary measures we agreed to clean inside home with hepas and under the raised house with cleaners. Back on market within days. Home sold almost immediately!!! Thank You Adrian!

Trusting someone with my home is hard for me. I have never felt comfortable with someone touching my belongings, although, I needed someone to pack up my entire house due to a pipe leak that caused terrible flooding. I googled and decided to give Servpro a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and polite the crew was. They assured me they would take care of everything and make sure everything is clean before packing it away. I have since received all my things back, and they are all in perfect condition! I had major water leaks inside my home due to faulty flat roof parts of my home, with heavy rain forecast for that night. Called ServPro, talked to dispatcher Christine (sp?) and she immediately helped get someone out that evening, even though it was after 5pm to cover the entire roof area with tarps to help mitigate damage. The next day, Serpro rep Joe Harrington came to a walk-through of inside of house and get me set up for water damage mitigation.Joe has been very helpful every step of the way. He and his crew came on Wednesday afternoon to start with the process, and had most of the demolition done on first day, and set up the dehumidifiers and air movers, covered everything and cleaned up. There was small amount of demolition in a couple other rooms to be done the second day, but he explained everything in detail every step of the way. Someone comes and checks each day to make sure everything still working properly. Today is the third day, and due to their great work most of the rooms have already been able to have the machines moved out.I would definitely recommend this company if you have suffered any water or fire damage (and fire damage probably includes water damage after fire dept does their job) to your home, and Joe in particular, to anyone needing water or fire mitigation done, as they did fantastic job considering the amount of damage in several rooms and will allow me to get repairs done sooner than expected.

Sam and Xavier were total troopers, responding to my apartment flood late at night, staying until 1:30 am positioning fans and drying equipment, and then coming back early in the morning and working all day ripping out floors and doing all the demolition necessary. I was very impressed by their work ethic and courtesy.

So what can I say during the storm here in Houston this pass week our ceiling collapsed due to roof leaks and it damage the floor and ceiling I automatically check reviews and I came up with Servpro this company was so reassuring gave me comfort while I was emotionally asking them I need you I need to make an appointment I don’t know what to do and they just automagically sent someone out to the gentleman’s name is Rashad Kennedy. Julian from Servpro showed up to the job and laid out a game plan for the day and ensured that it was completed. We were able to get our building back to normal operation in a timely manner.
