Bryan did a good job and understood what i really wanted especially with allergies and the sofa my kids murdered. LoL. He cleaned the sofa up so well. I was even shocked it could looked that good and my carpet are looking awesome. My kids came back from school and said theres something different about the sofa. Of course, there there is!!!!I would recommend him all day.

Amazing job! I called this morning and got same day service! Rudy came out and was so thorough with my sofa upstairs and rug. I have had many carpet cleaners before but he took the time to really ensure that my sofa was clean of the puppy pee. Got the cutest puppy for Christmas but he’s peeing everywhere. AMAZING work. My 2 kitties decided to randomly start peeing on a vintage sofa we’ve had and although it is a little pricey, 4 hours later and it doesn’t smell of cat urine (if you know you know). Jace was amazing and very understanding! He gave me options on what he recommended. You can tell he enjoys his job!

This is an excellent company. They were very professional and on time. The service provided was carpet cleaning and stretching the results were amazing. Sean and his associate did a wonderful job. They worked swiftly and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend steam master cleaning and restoration.

During the cleaning process, the dye in my rug bled, causing noticeable damage. The company offered to take the rug to their shop to fix the issue. It took them three months to return it, and despite all that time, the bleeding was still there.When I contacted the company about the damage, they refused to refund me for the cost of the rug, offering only a refund for the cleaning. After I declined, they tried to offer me a $150 credit, which I also declined. I then asked to speak to a manager, only to be told repeatedly that there was no one else I could talk to. They eventually said they would call someone else to see what could be done, and when they called me back, they offered me $500—but only on the condition that I remove my original one-star Google review.I declined again. I told them I would only remove the review if they refunded me for the full cost of my rug and the cleaning, which totaled about $1280. They refused, and I chose not to accept their $500 offer. I feel its important to leave this review so others aren’t misled by this company’s attempts to brush issues under the rug, literally and figuratively. Beware of their poor service and refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes.And, since I wouldnt delete my review, it looks like they got Google to do it.

My experience with Steam Master was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. I was contacted first thing the morning after I submitted my request, and although I had something come up during our initial scheduled inspection, they did their best and accommodated me which I truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend for homes with pets. Our carpet and sofa had a terrible smell from our dogs and especially with our puppy potty training. Chris and Aaron were really friendly and efficient. The cost was a little more than I thought, but well worth it. Everything looks and smells so much better.

I’m going to do you the favor of not sharing the “before” photos. Long story short, one of our dogs had a really bad day and made a really bad mess of the couch and carpet. We did what we could but there was still staining and residue and my wife wanted to throw out the whole couch and get a new one.I convinced her to let me try and handle it and ended up calling Steam Master and they got me set up in a hurry, Shaun and Ivan showed up ahead of schedule and ready to go. They did a great job and I could not be happier with the results.Shaun was quick to identify the exact material the couch was made of and treat it accordingly, and Ivan was very thorough with taking care of the prep work on the other spots that were a problem.5/5 will be calling Steam Master again!

They turned what couldve been a disaster into an actual huge improvement in the quality of my home!While they were here they also cleaned some furniture and left everything looking spotless and smelling fantastic. From the person who answered the phone, recognizing the urgency in my voice and sending someone the same day, to the professionalism of Michael S and his team from the moment they arrived, I cannot speak highly enough about these services. Most importantly, they got the job done, but also did so being very polite, kind, respectful, and with very reasonable fees considering the extent of the work. I am selling my house, and I think the investment in cleaning will be doubled by the wow factor of my spotless carpets! I dont think theres much worse for a homeowner than recognizing that youve had dirty water leaking onto your carpet for three days ...but they completely deescalated what couldve been a giant emergency and turned it into something good. Hardwood floor wax stripping? This company is the best and fairly priced. George and Jonathan saved the day for our hardwood floors. We had 13 years of wax buildup and I was unable to get it up with my brand new Prolux machine ($550) or any chemical at Home Depot. In less than a day’s work, our hardwood floors are back to their natural state - free of wax. George and Jonathan, we will be forever grateful for your willingness to perform this huge job at a reasonable price. A+++

Dear Steam Masters Cleaning,I am writing to convey my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company.Two days ago, I scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment. A technician arrived for the initial inspection yesterday but was noticeably unprepared for the task, lacking even basic essentials such as water for the service. Despite this, they assured me that the carpets would be treated with chemicals and the service completed by early today. I emphasized the importance of a guaranteed effective cleaning; the technician assured me this guarantee would be officially noted.The service on the second visit was again unsatisfactory. The technician failed to arrive at the promised time and informed me at 3 PM that they could not guarantee the completion of the cleaning. To exacerbate the situation, at 4 PM, I received a call from a supervisor who stated the technician had documented that the cleaning was not guaranteed.This series of unprofessional actions, including a lack of preparedness and failure to honor commitments, reflects poorly on your company. I advise against trusting a service provider unable to fulfill its promises and meet basic service standards.

These guys 🤬 first of all they will not give you an estimate over the phone at all.The the guy showed up in the last 10 minutes of his window and quoted me over $200 for a pet urine spot that wasn’t very big. Then, when I said no thanks, the guy left and I got a call fromA salesperson wondering what they could do to earn my business and all of a sudden they were able to bring the cost down by about $100. I don’t work like that. That’s a damn dog and pony show if you ask me and honestly, they have to be deleting bad reviews because I know I can’t be the only person this has happened to.

I should have shopped around for better pricing. Having a polyester area run 8 X 10 feet, and a 3 person sofa with ottoman cost $396.41. After I wrote my check, they texted me a $100 discount. This 71 year old should had told them no, my fault for not shopping around at other companies

Kevin came out same day requested, professional, but when I wouldn’t purchase extras, he just did the bare minimum, because I purchased the basic plan. I had one (1) spot in front of the couch that he could have done another pass on but, you get what you pay for. And this was not a whole house job. Not sure I would use them again. I went out to water my yard and my water hose was so messed up and entangled awful.

Quoted to use Power Scrubber however it was not working at the time. Still charged me the same price using a rake. Residue left on time after cleaning carpet. Price quoted was not the out-the-price quoted. Will not get my business again.

Update: Sorry, Steam Master, I have nothing against the work of Shaun and Garrett. And I will likely use them again, but I am dropping my review from five Stars to three stars and heres why. I scheduled a crystal polish for my floor before it came apparent that we were going to need a lot more work in the house and would have contractors traipsing in and out of the house over that floor.So I canceled the appointment, and I let them know that I would reach out to reschedule when possible. I wasnt going to forget, its something that I would do. Since then, I have received countless calls from someone called Ileana, peppering me with voicemails and phone calls.I have asked her twice very nicely but very clearly to stop calling me, that *I* would call back to reschedule. I am a cancer patient, and I have been in the hospital, and I have had work done in my house, and if Im resting I do not need to be disturbed. And she said that she would make note of that and let me call them, but she will not let up.-------Shaun and Garrett came out to shine our hot mess of a marble entryway and did a great job. It was laid down only 4 months ago, but due to improper sealing and cleaning, it was a hazy, scuffed mess.We went just for a good clean & shine right now since we want to get it fully buffed up to a shine and protected after we get all of our furniture deliveries, and wow, what a difference. And no mess left over. Glad we found this company, will use again when we need the floors really done up.

We had our carpet in our house cleaned today by Steam Master Cleaning and would recommend them to anyone needing this service. The staff were all courteous and focused on arranging what we needed. Shaun and Jonathan were the ones who came to the house to do the cleaning and did a fantastic job - they were professional, experienced and asked for us to review their work at its completion.

I was charged $320 to clean my 12 x 9‘ area rug, I was told that it would be over $600 to send it to the factory to get it actually cleaned but that he would do a good job. he spent less than 30 minutes cleaning my rug he didn’t even really go over the areas that I specified were the worst. my rug still stinks and I’m pretty sure he didn’t even use all the products that he was supposed to (that i was charged for) because there was supposed to be a large round scrubber, and he never brought that in. also I was charged extra money for drying, and my rug was still wet for way longer than he said I would never use this company again. waste of time and money. i could have done a better job with a rental and saved 300$. shaun :/ if he would’ve gone over the areas that I specified even for 20 more minutes I’m sure my rug would be in a lot better condition but he was rushing out and didn’t care. not to mention that the actual thing that cleans the carpet looked dirty when he brought it in before even beginning.

I’ve had a few upholstery cleanings with Steam Master Cleaning- one for red wine, one for puppy accidents and both cleanings were very professional and great results! This time Shaun and Miguel were quick and thorough in the upholstery cleaning. 10/10 would call again for another stain or cleaning.

Called Steam Master to clean a vintage couch we bought that was absolutely NASTY and stained yellow with nicotine and who knows what else. This company is fantastic. I usually clean my carpet with a rental machine and in comparison to what Michael and Steam Masters was able to do I will never rent a machine again. They were reasonably priced and on time. The clean was really great. I was going to replace my carpet but honestly it looks so good I don’t need to replace it anytime soon.I highly recommend them! Wow wow wow! I am so impressed with the service I had done today. I originally called to get my rug spot cleaned as it had a massive red hot sauce stain. Kerry and Gio did such a great job that I also got a sofa and rug cleaned too. I am very happy to have found an honest and reliable company. I used a different company before who were unresponsive, took my rug for weeks and charged me what I thought was an arm and a leg for a dog vomit clean. I had a stain on a sisal rug that wouldn’t come out and upstairs bedroom carpet cleaned. Shaun and Alex came out and were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
