I have had the most unpleasant service experience of my life. When they came to clean my furniture, they did not leave it clean and for more than a month they have had a rug in their company and every time I call they give me stories and excuses. They have left me waiting for hours and days and they have never returned it . I give less than one star to this company, they made fun of me and I paid them in advance.

OMG! I had the most amazing experience! Lonnie and Able came right in and immediately started working. You can tell they are a TEAM! I had 2 rooms, small hallway and stairs. I also had my upholstery done (sofa, loves eating, chair and ottoman. I got a great package deal. Definitely will have them back and I am going to recommend them to my friends and family. Try them, you wont be disappointed! Update: After the furniture dried I noticed a stains on the chair and my hardwood floor had large water stains. I had to have a company to come in and clean the floors and reapply wax. I then came back to update this review.

I called them to clean my white sofa that’s 3 years old and went through a move. We also have a dog.. the cleaner initially rushed through the job and I had to ask him twice to clean it again. I just think overall the job was rushed, my existing carpet was dirtied with mud, and there was a water mess left in the house around the couch. All in all it could have been cleaned better had the person taken their time and not rushed through it. Also the smell is not that great I was expecting a very clean smell.

Zero satisfaction all they have done is just make the carpet wet and then suck one time and left. No stains are removed. No cleaning is done not even a fresh smell come up and they left bottles of water on the tile. Multiple people have slipped and have injuries, so this is a lousy job for whatever money they charged me.

I had two rugs, 8×10 and 5x7, that needed to be cleaned. They were able to come out to me the same day. Pricing was fair and the gentleman finished in less than an hour. Im very happy with the results, I can see the difference in my rugs

I called in the morning and asked if they could come out in the afternoon the same day to do a carpet cleaning. They scheduled me in at 5:30 but called at 4 and asked if they could come a bit earlier, which worked out perfectly. The carpet cleaner arrived on time, was very nice, super professional, and did a great job! He cleaned 5 rooms, a hallway, and a staircase for an awesome price. I would recommend them to anyone!

Recently had my home serviced (carpet cleaning, pet stain, and upholstery cleaning), and I was quite impressed with Tex A Clean. The representative was on time, professional, attentive to trouble areas, and very thorough. This was my first time using this company, and for any future service needs I will be using them again. I HIGHLY recommend them for carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

During the post-Harvey cleaning, Christian and his team were like my family. I had four days to clean my parents home in Katy. I flew in from Phoenix, and his team worked with me to make everything happen. Their service was flawless, they worked with love, and they were fun to be around. Their pricing was also very reasonable. They did not try to make a profit off other peoples misery. I recommend this group very very highly. Not only did they help me, but they also lent a hand to a neighbor at no additional cost. They cleaned her water up so that a church group could get in to clean their house. A+ service from A+ people!!

I needed the carpet cleaned for my job (Check Into Cash). Never heard of this company, they had the best price and could do it right away. Lonnie and Kimberly were very friendly and professional and did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. Thay are the best husband and wife team.

They were absolutely awesome. Mike and Scott were very friendly and informative, showed up on time, and explained further issues I had and services I could use without ever seeming pushy. Carpet looks and smells great and they were very quick about it. Would definitely recommend these guys!

I used this company already twice one for a flood that happened in my home and now for my carpet cleaning and they have just been awesome. Very happy with the service. Jr made the 30 min courtesy call as promised, arrived on time. He took the time to do a thorough job, tried different methods to remove a tough stain, listened to my observation and accommodated my request as much as he can. Very friendly people, both Christian​ and Jr. Reasonable​ price and no hidden fees. Would recommend their service.

We just recently had our carpets cleaned. The technician confirmed with us as to what we wanted done and then explained everything he was going to do. He was very informative. Very friendly. The experience using them was overall wonderful, from the initial phone call to the follow up. The professionalism exceeding our expectation.

This Company did a amazing job for my company we installed some new air ducts for a customer and then i reached out to Tex A Clean to come in and Clean the ducts that were not replace they have good pricing and quality work. he owner of the house also let them Clean there Sofa love seat and Chair they called me to Thank me for recommending them to Tex A Clean i highly recommended these guys. Terrible job, my appointment was scheduled from 8-9 the technician got here at 9:30. he only spent 10 minutes doing his job, which was one room and stairs. The stairs were not cleaned he only sprays and said he was done. I am very unhappy with the service and the way Cristian, the manager, handles the situation.

In the past Tracey or the 2 owners sons cleaned the carpet well. But a new employee on September 14, 2022 did a horrible job so I reported him to Christian, owner. The carpet cleaner clothes were very soiled and he even smelled dirty. Christian is supposed to redo the carpet but each time I call him to get the carpet cleaned, again, he hangs up the phone on me. I paid 270 in cash but his receipt has 110. I want to be refunded for the condition your cleaner left my carpet in..

I used Tex a clean carpet care for my business, The Skate Machine. They cleaned up everything on the carpet including the stuck on gum. Not a stain was left anywhere. They were on time and very professional! Will be doing business with them again. Highly recommend

Great services with a good price we had our carpets and upholstery cleaned by Tex A Clean and they did a awesome job this is our second time using them they also did a fantastic job on our air duct cleaning 2 months ago. I wish i could give them a higher ratting but can only give the 5 star.

After Harvey flooded my home, I couldnt find people to help. A neighbor recommended Christian from Tex A Clean so I called. They came the same day. The crew was very professional, thoughtful and caring. They knew what they were doing and worked very hard. I was very grateful to end that day knowing I finally had professionals taking care of the flood mess.

If you are ever looking for carpet cleaning services, look no further. Tex A Clean is the way to go! After being cancelled on by one local carpet cleaning company and calling 50 others the night before Christmas Eve, this company was the only one to be on the way to our apartment in only 30 minutes. Not only that, but Abel, the employee, was able to get multiple stains out of my carpet, & even a wool rug. Could not recommend this place more! 10/10!

Tex-A did a great job overall cleaning our carpets before our move in to our townhome. They did 3 rooms, 2 on the third floor using powerful hose system from van. The carpets were sanitized due to pet stains and looked and felt as good as new on the feet afterward. The cost was higher than quoted due to them finding pet stains on inspection but it was worth the extra cost. The only minor issue I would say is that they dumped the water w a little debris in the tank in their van a little far from the driveway drain/gutter, so took a few days to get washed into drain w rain/wind. Anyway, they did a great job with our house.

The techs actually showed up ahead of schedule and took care of my carpet problem. The results were great and I’ll be using their service again. Professional service at an affordable price.

Mixed feelings about my experience with Tex A Clean Carpet Care. First, the technician arrived without calling ahead because he apparently misread my phone number on the work order. I told him that I was interested primarily in having the heavy traffic areas cleaned, and he took me at my word. Did not move the dining room chairs, which I assumed he would do. I had already picked up many small items. The technician moved nothing.Nor did he put caps or blocks under table or chair legs, which I assumed was standard operating procedure, based on the practice of previous carpet cleaners.The technician was unable to remove a number of black stains of unknown origin. He said he paid special attention to these stains. Disappointing.On a positive note, the technician did remove pet stains and food spills as expected.In conclusion, I do not like the deodorizer treatment, which seems to me to be a heavy scent treatment. We found this unpleasant and would prefer to skip that step.

I have a all WHITE 3 inch pile Safavieh rug that my dog decided to use the restroom on in 3 big areas. I called Tex a ran they came on time and picked it up. I am amazed at the quality job and the effort that they used to clean my rug. They got all the urine out snd it looks brand new and soft again. They treated the fibers on the rug, they used enzymes etc! They pulled out all the stops snd Im so happy. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM..YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! Ive attatched a picture of the amazing job they did. Ill be using them for my yearly maintenance as well!

I feel deceived, charged me almost $300 for 25 minutes doing 3 bedrooms and 2 carpets in the living room, nothing change the carpet still the same when I asked him I dont see any difference his response was you have to clean it up before we arrive, didnt even try to do under the beds.Dont waste your time and money

We had some pretty rough stains and places where the cat had accidents and Alfonzo did a great job getting them up. if i didnt know better i would have thought it was new carpet. they are also so cheap for the quality cleaning that they offer, will definitely use them again.

These guys are quick, courteous, and on time. We would use again and recommend. They gave us an hour window and not a 5 hour block. My carpets smell great!

Tex A Clean has done work for me in my personal home as well as many of my clients that I have referred them to, as I am a Realtor. I have seen them work miracles, but are honest with me when there may me an area that is not salvageable. They are always available when I am in a time crunch, and timely themselves. I refer them to all of mt colleagues!

Last minute tried to find someone to come out today, the person I talked to on the phone was polite and got Lonnie and Abel to came this afternoon. They showed up on time, got the job done swiftly. Very polite answered all my questions and explained the process and all that was going to be done.I will for sure call again and ask for Lonnie and Abel in 8 months !

He was very knowledgeable and gave me helpful tips about how to maintain my carpet with a pet. He called and kelp me inform about his arrival and he was very professional. I will hire him again I already have his info to my sister

I was very satisfied with the work they did, floors looked brand new! There were no hidden fees and they didnt do a bait and switch. They also provided me with additional carpet care information for the future.

I asked alot of quiestions and all my quiestions got answered... i was a lil skeptical wen i saw a a young man helping with the carpet... and wen the price was only 250 for 7 rooms i thought oh hell no there not gonna do a good job...for a job like that ive heard people charging over 800...i have a big house and some bad stains that my little ones have made threw out the yrs and partys ive had and i gotta say Alfonzo did a wonderful job... i asked Alfonzo if he can do just one room so i can see there work and i was not disapointed...Alfonzo was very polite and informing threw out the whole time... Alfonzo even showed me the dirty water from my carpet and all the nasty stuff that came from the cleaning...in the future if i need carpet cleaning im most deffinetly will be calling back... thanks very much Alfonzo did a wonderful job...

Worst imaginable service. They ruined my sofa and claimed that I was trying to scam them when they had to come back out and try (unsuccessfully) to fix their mistake. They offered to refund my fee to them, but I would rather not get the refund and be able to report this company to anyone that might try to use their service. Avoid at ALL costs!!

The worst company, they left my folders all stained, I asked them to come back,

I thought I had delivered my white folder to the indicated place for cleaning, but I was wrong, hiring the services of this company. They delivered it to me after two weeks. They charged me 187 dollars so that they would deliver it to me just as dirty. Unfortunately, I no longer want to mark them for I made my claim but for the first time I felt scammed I had to hire another cleaning company and believe me thats when I saw that they really didnt do anything with my folder because when I hired the new company the price was very comfortable they came to do it at my house and it truly looked like new. From now on I will hire the services of the new company that is Mr. Carlos Días GCC Service, excellent job that he did.
