I had a terrible experience with Francesco. He was not willing to honor the receptionist statements vacuuming the vents being included in the basic cleaning. Then I spoke with another representative in front him and he still did not agree to do it. He said that front desk doesn’t know what’s included..Then I spoke with supervisor who agreed that it’s included. Finally he convinced Francesco to do it . Unorganized , manipulative staff. I won’t use them again

We just bought an older home, that was very well kept, but had some mold growth next to one of the air registers in the ceiling. We decided to take advantage of their $99 offer and have the HVAC duct work looked at and cleaned. The technician inspected it carefully, opened the plenum and found the source of the mold growth on the ceiling register, in the Plenum. In addition, the UV light in the plenum that was to prevent mold growth, was burnt out. So, he treated the mold before he cleaned the system. He had all the equipment and materials to handle everything, including the UV bulb. Overall, even though we didnt get the $99 job offered, we did get a serious health issue resolved. Well worth the money.

WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!I strongly advise against using this company. My experience with them was one of the worst I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.Here’s what happened: My mother, who is almost 80, noticed her dryer was taking a long time to dry clothes. To help her, I searched online for a company to clean her dryer vent. Based on their 4.6-star reviews on Google, I scheduled an appointment with Texas Right Choice. They advertised a $139 special for cleaning the dryer vent and air ducts, which seemed like a great deal. However, things quickly went downhill.When the technician arrived, he claimed my mother needed a special cleaning for the air vents and said the dryer vent was too clogged to clean without additional tools—both of which would incur extra charges. He quoted her over $3,000 for the service! This was a shocking jump from the original $139 offer. He then launched into a sales pitch, claiming he could lower the price if she agreed to do the work that day, offering a 10% discount for immediate service and another 10% if she left a good review. Suddenly, the price dropped to $1,400.Understandably, my mom called me for advice. When she did, the technician questioned her ability to make her own decisions, asking, Why do you need to call your daughter? Can you not make a decision on your own? This was the first major red flag. I live three hours away, so I couldn’t be there in person, but my husband happened to be home. I put him on speakerphone so he could help assess the situation.As my husband began asking questions, the technician became defensive and rude. He implied we should have been there ourselves to handle it and said he didn’t have time to waste because he needed to move on to his next job. My mom was so uncomfortable with his tone that she had to step outside while we spoke to him. After he left, she called me back, upset and shaken by how he had spoken to her in her own home.Since this incident, I’ve tried repeatedly to contact Texas Right Choice to discuss what happened, but no one has returned my calls. Yet, when I call to schedule an appointment, they answer promptly and are eager to help. Adding insult to injury, I even received a text this morning asking me to rate my experience.This company’s practices are deceptive and predatory. Their special offers seem to be a bait-and-switch tactic designed to upsell unnecessary services. Please, do not trust this company with your home or your loved ones.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Also shared what can be done for better ongoing maintenance of the units like the filters that are reliable and what not to do by pointing out the vents which should not be blocked by filters.Was nice enough to also point out to clean the dryer vent with some discount as they were anyways doing the job.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for getting their A/C Units / vents cleaned.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. This company is the biggest SCAM. The reason they have good reviews is because they offer a “good review discount.”Our experience: My grandmother requested the $99 vent cleaning then when the technician got there, he was initially kind then after “evaluating” the air ducts and dryer vent he told her she needed $3000 worth of repairs and maintenance on her dryer vent and air duct system. After being given that quote, she started asking questions and said she needed to call my dad. Then he asked my grandmother “Can you not make decisions for yourself?” and got extremely upset and annoyed. After my mother spent 10 minutes on the phone with this technician he began yelling at my dad on the phone telling us we were incompetent, and my grandmother was “dumb for not having maintenance on her dryer, claiming they were incredibly backed up.” He made my grandmother feel extremely unsafe in her home while she was alone and would not give us the name or number of his manager until he received payment for services, which he did not complete. He then proceeded to leave after not properly cleaning the ducts, said he did. We still have not received any communication from their management team. I now cannot even get a representative on the phone or a text back. if you have any choice at all, do not go with this company!!!

Technicians Francisco and his partner demonstrated exceptional professionalism while thoroughly cleaning our dryer vent, both inside and outside the home. It was evident that the vent was significantly clogged, posing a serious fire hazard. Their work has greatly improved our safety!

I tried calling these people and no answer as well left messages I hired to clean vent I went to the attic when I saw what they were we’re cleaning I noticed the vacuum was running and it was just laying on the floor just making noise many of my ceiling vents had mold they didn’t bother to clean itTrying reaching them many occasions and email and nothing but quick to reply for new hire jobSo far these people will not respond to fix the problem I had called them almost every single day quick to respond to a new job but fell to respond to a customer concern issues I would be careful hiring these people take look at a job they did they used tar versus ac tape and hole is visible where all the air leaks out into the attic they didn’t bother to leave an invoice to the job they did be very careful folks ! Requested the $99 air duct cleaning special from Texas Right Choice that promised to clean all the ducts from the attic all the way down to remove any accumulated dust and buildup. However, when their two workers arrived in an unmarked white van one of them only seemed interested in upselling their higher service. Immediately claimed I had mold in both of my units just from looking up toward the vents, and I needed to get rid of it for my health, no confirmation or testing needed (100%). Provided conflicting statements about being unable or unwilling to perform the scheduled service downstairs. Vacillated back and forth but ultimately said they could only service the upstairs system because it was in the attic and more accessible. (at one point they asked me if I had an accessible attic downstairs after he saw the HVAC unit in my garage). Offered misleading guidance on recommended maintenance, claiming air ducts had to be cleaned every year. Wanted to sell me a higher dollar maintenance plan along with deeper and more costly cleaning service. Acted frustrated with me, partly because I disagreed with him. Communication was poor and behavior was unprofessional. Ultimately, left in a huff after I shared contradicting information that I had found on the internet. I dont even know whether they finished or not because they left without saying.

So far these people will not respond to fix the problem, my Ac vents blowing dust worse than before cleaning, I had called them many times and was promised that the manager will reach back which did not happen, these people are quick to respond to a new job which was done first week of November 2024 but fail to respond to a customer concern issues since then, they are scammers and I would be careful hiring these people; they took my money for fake service and worse outcome than before, they even left ducts not connected properly with a result of blowing dust every where in the house.

Truly amazing! They came in. They cleaned our ducks. They sterilize them because we had a problem. We didn’t even know we had. They should videos so that we know it was our ducks. They were very professional, cleaned up and gave a great warranty.

They showed up on time. Very respectful of my property. We have cats that roam the house and they were sure to not let them escape. They worked quickly and did a good job of explaining the entire process

Texas right choice is honestly the best choice. I have had them come assist me with vent cleaning and they were amazing. I recently had a concern for a possible AC clog. They were very quick to respond to my request and came to my home quickly. They are great at keeping you updated on visit time and schedule. Not only did they did investigate what my issues were, but were able to fix it quickly. He even realized other issue that I wasn’t aware of and addressed it as well. Not only do they provide great service but they are more than willing to answer questions and educate you on your home systems. Not only are they the Right choice, they should be your ONLY choice for your heating and cooling needs. 10/10!

Beware!I’m new to the area. I asked around for referrals to an air duct cleaning company. I was told by the few people I know here that they didn’t know of anyone. I went with Texas Right Choice, without knowing them, and unfortunately they took advantage. They came to clean the ducts and then told me my ducts had mold in them. They tried to upsell me a full duct and plenum box cleaning and a UV light. Based on the knowledgeable resources I reached out to, a UV light is pointless. It doesn’t do much in terms of keeping mold away and the bulbs go out frequently so they hope you’ll call them to replace it.For $1,000 I decided to have them clean the mold in the plenum box and ducts. They also agreed to sweep my chimney.They left without sweeping the chimney. They were unresponsive to my requests for them to come back. I then discovered mold in all my register boxes. They hadn’t even touched those. They hadn’t even looked at them. They finally came back to clean those - but instead of cleaning those, they wanted to upsell me a UV light , attic insulation, and register boxes. They never cleaned the vents. Or the chimney.In summary - I paid $1,000 for them to spray some spray in my plenum box , and then attempt to upsell me a bunch of other stuff. I didn’t need the other stuff they tried to upsell me, nor was it going to solve my problem of mold and air ducts damage. There’s still mold everywhere just two weeks later.After asking around for weeks I finally found a trustworthy source that has confirmed Texas right choice didn’t do anything when they came and tried to upsell me more stuff I don’t need. What I really needed to solve my problem is new ducts, a new plenum box, and insulation. I got a quote from two other trustworthy resources that was half the price of all the stuff I didn’t need from Texas right choice.If you need Texas right choice to come fix what they did (or didn’t do), they’ll be unresponsive. But they’ll respond immediately to a newservice request.

Id like to start by saying thank you even though I had no idea after Right Choice took a look in my attic to see mu air ducts the final price which started with me believing the advertisement of $99 turn into a mind-blowing amt that it was either my life of better breathing or die in my home alone someday because mold had started to sit in uo there. Been in my home for many yrs & had never had this even checked before. Not to mention my allergies are out of control year round in Tx. Thanks Francisco & Right Choice.

Some of the worst scamming service providers I have ever come across.I hired this company to come clean my dryer vent for $99.The told me it could be more based on the home layout and whatnot.The service crew came out and spent about 5 mins on the dryer vent with a worn out cluster of a brush. I was told they encountered a clog and were unable to continue without adding chemicals which was going to raise the price to $350 ?!?!I declined.I went to Homesepot and purchased a dryer cleaning kit for $24.There was no clog at all. I did get more lint which was not cleaned out by the crew.I would steer clear of this company

I used their services and they were very professional and puntual. They showed me pictures of the work done and most importantly when I called back to get something looked up that was missed because we had locked the door, Richard without hesitation sent his staff to take care of it. He really has pride on his customer service! Will be using them again for sure.

Jonathan came to my rental house to look at a mold issue we were having. He was so kind and patient with me. When I received approval from the landlord to complete the work I called the office and was scheduled for Friday. 10 minutes later I received a call back saying that Jonathan can come tonight. When he and his crew arrived, they were super professional and did exceptional work! I would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone that needed their services.

I found mold in an air vent in my bathroom. I immediately knew it was more serious and not something that I could remove. I contacted Texas Right Choice and they came to my home within 3 days to inspect my home. They found mold throughout my AC system. Immediately gave me an estimate and a detailed plan to remove the mold and replace vents and airducts in my attic. I felt very confident they could solve my problem and the team came a couple of days later. Three men team spent 6 hours completing the process. The end result...my home is mold free, smells much better, healthier for my family and my AC is working more efficiently.

Jake and his team just left our home and they were great! 99.00 special any amount of ducts with 30.00 dryer vent clean was a great deal.Also free inspection with camera informed me about condition of HVAC Ducts. New construction 3 years ago. Ducts were slightly dusty but the issue was brown and green mold due to unsealed ducts. Jake explained that the humidity and moisture from heat in attic gets into the unsealed ducts and mold grows. YUCK.For 300.00 they will sanitize to kill the mold and seal the ducts. Sounds reasonable to me!!I also like that they go into attic and clean ducts from that location rather than vents which can be very messy.I AM VERY GLAD I USED THEIR SERVICES AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Do not use this company. I called for the $99 duct cleaning. Instagram advertisement. I read the reviews, sounded fine for the most part.I set up an appointment. Tech (Shaggy) came out. I had to ask him to put shoe coverings on. Once inside he guided hisself upstairs didn’t even wait for me to close the front door. It was as though he thought it was his house.Once he got up to my attic, we discovered my light bulb was out. I asked him to wait for a minute as I went downstairs to get a new bulb. He kept moving around in my attic anyway. I had to insist he “Wait”. My concern was him falling because it was so dark. His response “This is my profession, I do this all the time”. Again, acting like this was his home.He said my ducts were not that bad and tried to upsell me on the sanitizing duct cleaning. I asked for a quote. Said I would review it, but for now I only wanted the $99 special. He said someone from the office would have to send it.I asked him to continue with the $99 cleaning. Then his mood changed. Saying I didn’t have to do anything today.Next thing I knew, he and crew go outside and leaves. No mention of anything. Just drives away.I called the office 4 times. Spoke with (Art) he said the Owner would call me back. They were not avoiding me. Just busy. No one has called me. This was12/19/22.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unprofessional! Don’t do it!

Cannot recommend, they could have had all my residential accounts but this did not go well. The main guy was more focused on upselling than what he was originally there for. He literally did no work and sole purpose was to sell. Of course they found problem with the AC unit and wanted to charge 2k on top of just a duct cleaning. I informed them that I could have all issues fixed by my friends AC company next day. Main guy at that point was disinterested with the job they were sent to do. When my AC guy showed up I told him that I had the ducts cleaned and he looked at them and said all the ducts were dirty and they didn’t clean anything. I would think duct cleaning would clean everything to the vent grilles. But all grilles were dirty and they only worked in attic. I’m not quite sure exactly what they did at this point except collect money. I did try to contact them but they chose not to answer any of my concerns.

I had the guys come out and install a new evaporator coil and a new AC unit. The guys did an amazing job and were absolute professionals from start to finish. The final touch was when the owner came out to inspect his subordinates work. Highly impressed and recommend

Buyer beware! These folks are scammers. SCAMMERS...I tell you. They tell you it will cost $99 for cleaning of all the ducts if you have one unit. Then the tech comes to your home and tries to upsale you for mold problems on the vents that previous air duct cleaners and even my AC guy said its due to condensation and humidity from living in the gulf coast area. They then pretend to be cleaning as you hear a vacuum in the attic going but then are done cleaning in 30mins. In fact, it was like the guy went up to tell his assistant to turn off the vacuum after about 20mins. How do you clean the whole duct system in a 3000sqft plus home in 30mins? This company is out here in Houston scamming folks out off money to clean airducts. Again buyers beware!

Biggest bait and switch.I usually dont write review, but I have to write one just because how bad it is. When I called the front office, I was quote $267 to clean two AC systems and a dryer vent ($99 for each system and $69 for the dryer vent). The crew arrived today and immediately barked a different price right before they even open my AC vents. The crew leader claimed that since my system is too old, I have mold in all my AC vents. They will need to adjust their method of cleaning and want $1499 to clean both AC systems. I refused service since the price is outrageous. I proposed that they should only clean the dryer vent instead. Again, the price is increased from $69 for cleaning they dryer vent since my dryer vent is too long. Again, I refused service. I dont know what I should expect, but the amount of disrespect from the crew leader to the outrageous increase in price from the original quote to the actual quote are too much for my taste. Here is the kicker: when they put the vent back into my AC units, they only seal one of the two vents with tape. I have attached pictures. If I can give zero star, I would.

Thank for Ben and his team for doing a very good job in deep cleaning the ac vents. They proactively did UV light treatment for getting rid of mold and sealed all the vents in a proper way. I would recommend them for AC treatments etc.

We had air duct replacement and new vents installed for my Dad. The crew (Anthony, Harvey, and Mario) did a fantastic job! We are very pleased with their work. They were personable and knowledgeable at explaining everything for us as it was a pretty large job. The boss Jack even came by to ensure the job was going well and to check in with us to see if we had any additional questions. The heat is blowing much better and it feels amazing to breathe some good and clean air! You can definitely tell the difference. The HVAC and duct cleaning by Daniel was fine. However they did something to one of the AC units while up in the attic and it stopped working. We tried trouble shooting it while Daniel was still there… nothing. They sent out another Tech out days later. After 3 hours he bailed never to return again. He made a huge mess up there and about burnt the house down as he shocked the system and burnt out multiple fuses. After calling and calling for weeks trying to get them to fix the problem ( I’d already paid for) they just ghosted me. I called another AC company. They came out and laughed at the mess. He told us Tech from right choice must have been a real amateur and we’re lucky the house didn’t burn down. Cost me an additional $500 to have it done right. Terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend!!!

I knew, with having dogs in the house the vents needed cleaning, especially since Ive only had them cleaned once before over. They came in and got to work. Took pictures of my units before and explained everything clearly. Once the job was complete, pictures were provided and I was very pleased with the work. I would definitely recommend.

I got my vents done last month including my dryer vent. I received my new washer and dryer a couple of days later. It was taking my dryer several cycles to dry the clothes completely. I know this means that the vent is clogged. I have contacted them several times and I have not gotten a response. Be careful. They did not go on my roof to clear the vent. Im very disappointed. I feel cheated.

Searching on the web, after reviewing 8 different companies, I decided to go with Texas Right Choice.The technicians led by Francisco were respectful and very professional. They explained to me what needed to be done and why was necessary to do it.Their work was neat and professional, I’m pleased with the personalized customer service and the quality of the products they offer.Although they finished the job, they didn’t leave until were sure that the area was cleaned and everything was working well as it should be.They were the right choice!

Good service, paid $99....no up charge to clean a certain amount of vents. The Technician explained the process as well as tips to keep my system running smoothly. Other companies Ive used, have all tried to up charge for cleaning additional vents or other services. They did exactly what what the company promted in their $99 special.

Fransisco, Alex, and Jason arrived right on time, did a thorough inspection of our hvac and communicated their findings with us. All of them were professional. Im thankful that we got this service done. We will be using their services again in a year from now.

They didn’t finish the job and what they did was not good. The service technician just wanted to sell us services we didn’t want, and got upset because of it. They are not professional and are very rude. I reached out to management and they say they would make it right but never followed up with us.

Poor experience. I suggest you ask for before and after photos of your ducts after they are supposedly cleaned. They do not clean them as promised. They also do try to upsell for mold cleaning.

I did the insulation removal and blow-in last week with Texas Right Choice. After shopping around with a few companies, I choose them because of the quality of the material, reasonable price, and professionalism. They did work fast as I need them quickly in the hot summer in Texas. Then I feel really satisfied after a week. My AC turned out to be more cooling than before, and the air quality was better too. Im highly recommended this company and their service to people who need it, and also my friend. The staff was nice and clean and the manager boss was friendly too.

Update: So the guy that first came to our home was a new hire with the company. After seeing my review, the owner called me personally to apologize and offered to right the wrong that had been done. He reprimanded his employee and I had a whole new crew out to our house the very next week. The new crew was incredibly respectful and were wonderful to work with. The owner was incredibly sincere and his apology ended everything in his power to make things right. I dont care how bad someone or some company messes up, its how they make up for their mistakes that counts in my eyes. This company will always have our business! And to top it off, the technician said its not good that you cant afford to keep your own family safe. Screw this scam of a company, and screw that guy!

Please read all review , I did big mistake,he went upstairs and said that the air conditioner had mold and that it would cost 900-1300 for detailed cleaning. Its a complete money trap. They made it this appoinment for deep Clean, When I said no to 900-1300$ extra cost ,he already made up that he did not go up again. He didnt complete job.:) so funny, first he said that insulation is beautiful and will last you 10 years, then he showed a moldy picture, I dont believe that image either. Dont make money in a fake way.

Horrible experience. I used a Facebook ad to get them hired. The first scheduled date got cancelled as the technician had some urgency come up, which is perfectly fine, and I rescheduled that. They came with the attitude, No work to be done, as I got their introductory rate (the total cost of that is $280). One of their guys goes to the attic with a closed box and doesnt agree to show the amount of dust they collect. They do not agree to put a ladder on the wall to clean the dryer vent, as that will cost more. The amount of duct cleaning on the dryer vent is something I could have done myself. So advise everyone: IF you are taking their service through a Facebook ad, please make sure to explain to them what they are going to do and make sure of proof that they did any cleaning. The guy always tries to upsell their services. I had a really bad experience in terms of their attitude and service. Lesson learned after spending $300. I am sure all the duct service guys who advertise on Facebook for $99 per AC or entire house duct cleaning are scams. They will do nothing unless you are ready to cough up another $700+. So please be aware of this type of service.Update: March 21stAfter I posted this review, I tried to look for other reviews for this company. OMG, I should have seen all the lowest-rated services for this company before I placed the order. I had the exact same horrible experience where they just took your money, wanted to upsell, and wouldnt show their work but only showed their attitude of how great they were to serve their nonexistent service for $300. Contacted Texas Right Choice Air Duct Cleaning Services and they promptly scheduled me. As promised, the office texted and the technician called 45 mins ahead of time before arriving. Francisco, Alex, & Crew were professional and explained what all they were going to perform and made some additional suggestions that I accepted. Total time for 2 units of furnace/air duct cleaning, proper sealing of a box with recently new coil replaced, and unclogging of a drain with compressed air: just under 2 hrs in the attic of a 2-story house. Lucky for our home we had many different areas to enter the attic and air duct spaces. So they were able to do the work needed to get the job done. They came in and started working around 9 am Sunday morning. Which was amazing to me because for the most part they tried to go with your availability not the other way around. Met the owner when they came to measure everything the week prior to doing the full service. Everyone he had on his team that we came in contact with was friendly and courteous. My hat goes off to them on heat consuming days because this is their day to day work. We just had to deal with it for a couple of hours compared to them.

Josef was very professional and thorough! He was so very accommodating and truly went out of his way to answer all of our questions.. of which there were many! We are more than satisfied with the results and will not hesitate to use them again!

BEWARE Scam. Clicked an ad for 99$ hvac ducts cleaner,NOT ONLY do they not actually clean all the pipes, (we had another cleaner come. found evidence of dust everywhere, and lots of pipe covers not even removed)BUT THEY also tried to charge us 700$ saying they “found mold in the air handler” to get the up-sell. When we refused, they said they would not clean the mold in the air handler. Again, when we brought in the other contractor, they confirmed there wasn’t a spot of mold anywhere.Dishonest, lying, and scamming people. I hope you go out of business fast, and I’m going after my money less for the 100$, And more out of the principle.

Also the google review shows 4.8 ratings, So impressed on this company and took an appointment(technician name = Ben). I am REALLY not sure how did they get that ratings. I really had very bad experience with this company. here is my experience,Once they come to our house before starting any cleaning work, they were trying to charge 1000+ for Mold removal and sanitize, Actually I politely refused and I told them to clean only all the air ducts. but they didnt do anything, just they opened one air duct infront of me and they were acting like cleaning for 5 to 10 mins and I asked them why you are not cleaning other air ducts, for that, they said, we will clean only this for $99 and they left within 10 to 15 mins after they collected $99+tax cheque.I am very disappointed, Please Please dont go with this company anymore. This company is totally Fraud company. I dont have option to give 0 star, so giving 1 by default.

The people at this company are well educated, friendly and performed their services better than I anticipated. I would highly recommend this company for anyone that needs any type of air conditioning servicing or duct work cleaning. There are so many scammers out there but this company is not one of them. 1. Booking was easy and straight forward. I got confirmation of the appointment right away.2. Got a call the day of the appointment with ETA. The team arrived at the time they said.3. Team worked very efficiently when cleaning carpets in the bedrooms. I had to point out couple of dark spots due to accumulated dust through the years, and they had no problem going through cleaning it again. Although, I should have vacuumed the carpet prior them cleaning it.4. The rugs turned out great! My lighter rug that was getting darker in the most trafficked part is now the same color as the area that was under a sofa.Thank you for the team!

We had Texas First Choice out to do a duct and dryer vent cleaning. During the complementary mold inspection, they did find some mold in both systems. They recommended cleaning and repair of that which we decided to go with. The crew educated us on how to maintain the systems better to avoid mold in the future and also offered us options on potential upgrades to preventing mold since we have a family member in the house with lots of allergies. They did not push any products which was nice. The whole crew were professional and did a great job!

Ended up paying $400.00 for a mold treatment and sealing of the vents. Did not hear any equipment actually cleaning the vents. One of the guys used my bathroom and broke the toilet. Be careful! After final inspection, which most customers will not perform. The technician failed to mask ductwork after removal for cleaning. This resulted in air blowing into the attic space. The company did offer to send a tech out again to fix the problem but I declined. I just went ahead and did the job myself, since I wanted it done right. The technician also did not go to the top of the AC dryer vent for cleaning after he informed me he did. Overall, I would not recommend Texas Right Choice.

Air duct and sanitation work from Ben’s team went great and we didn’t even have to move too much. It took less time than I thought and was really easy to set up.

I welcomed Texas Right Choice into my home for a routine duct cleaning. I’ve owned my home 11 years and hadn’t had my system serviced. The technicians were on time, early actually, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was given clear and concise information about the status of my system and the additional services recommended. When I became reluctant about the additional cost the technician gave me assurances it was necessary and did not pressure me…..UNTIL THE SALES PITCH. Like any other company, technicians will work hard to “build” their ticket to increase the bottom line. I didn’t feel that way. I knew it would be costly and just didn’t have the extra money. Well lo and behold a deal was worked out and I now have 2 uv lights with carbon filters to protect my children from airborne particles and pathogens that could be circulating unbeknownst to me. The only thing I can say negatively is they forgot to replace one of my air filters, which I can’t reach, but they promised to come back and complete the task. One word of advice, make sure you see photos or a video of your system when they open it up and before they close it back. I’d hate for anyone to have to have them come back to open it up for you to see what you paid for. I hope this helps!

We felt that the service was done rather quickly. A gentleman that inform me what was going to be done, I felt like he was just rushing and trying to sell other things and once we said we werentgoing to purchase it he got his 2 workers out and stoppedright away. We hired another company and they showed us Before & After pictures and the machine that was used Before & After, the 2nd company that came in to our home did a better JOB👏.This company did not do a great job our airduck was still filthy. We wasted our money with this company and regret even letting them come into our house. Hope they do a better job with other people and take there time.

This company is amazing! Booking and communication are so easy, and they are very flexible. I had my appointment scheduled for a couple of weeks, and needed to change the time at the last minute. They graciously allowed me to do that without a problem.I couldn’t be happier with how clean my couch and carpets are. My couch (which my son had been using as his personal napkin/tissue/toilet since birth) looks brand new!We had a small stain that had not been visible before come up in the drying process, and they came right back out and fixed it at no extra cost. Even though it was our old stain and not their fault at all.Highly recommend this company!!

The removal/installation crew were conscientious and courteous, cleaning up ahead and after the total duct system replacement. Other service provided was prepping and placing 12-14 of blown in attic insulation. At every step, Robert was very informative and carefully explained the processes. We had a schedule change and Richard and his crew made sure to get to us right away. He was honest about what needed done and took the time to show and explain. His crew was quick and respectful of the space. The work was completed in about an hour.

We had an appointment scheduled with this company and was told a technician would be by our house between the hours of 12-3 pm. I took time off of work to ensure I would be home between those hours and received no update from the company or technician. After waiting around for some communication, I decided to call the company and asked for an update. They checked their schedule, and sure enough I was on their schedule. I was then told that their technician ran into an issue at their last property and wouldn’t be able to make it out to mine so I would need to reschedule. I understand that issues may occur from time to time; however, this should’ve been communicated earlier and initiated in their end rather than mine. I found this to be completely unprofessional and utterly disrespectful of the customer’s time. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of communication and transparency.

I had a guy coming to clean my ducts six month ago and it felt off, the air wasn’t fresh and it felt like nothing had changed. So I called this company after a friend recommended them to me from personal experience. They took pictures of my ducts and showed me the mold and dirt, they cleaned and painted, they worked for quite sometime, no shortcuts!! and did an amazing job, air was fresh, ducts where clean and the ac is working a lot better! I highly recommend and will definitely use their services again!

I scheduled this cleaning because I could smell a musty order coming through my vents. Liluckily I only had 2 vents where mold was present. They cleaned and sanitized the entire house and also cleaned my dryer duct! Ive been in my home for 18 years and purchased my home as a new house. Embarrassed to say but Ive never had this done! I can already tell a difference in the quality of my air after 30 minutes! Richard and his staff was very professional, honest and knowledgeable. Richard also gave me great recommendations and advice on these I do to lower the humidity in my house. They also cleaned everything up nicely once they were finished. We recently had an A/C tech check our heater furnace. It took him about an hour. Then Texas Right Choice serviced our ducts and noticed our heater furnace had a crack in it. They fixed it at no charge. It is interesting that the A/C tech never mentioned the crack. Thanks Texas Right Choice. You guys went over and beyond.

The guys that came out were really respectful and nice. After buying my home and finding out about the mold I was overwhelmed with the price and everything. Micheal made me feel comfortable and worked out a something that I could afford. Jason and Carlos were knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. They called me into the attic and show me the mold and all the things there were wrong. I felt comfortable having them in my home.

Definitely something sketchy and off about this service. Yes they cleaned our dryer vent but charged us a ridiculous amount for it. Plus the techs who showed up weren’t even with Right Choice. All a little odd and off.

Jake and the team was in my home today and did a Wonderful job they identified Mold in my air duct system and performed a deep cleaning.

They were quick to come out on a Sunday with no advance notice and did a good job. Three guys showed up and shampooed living room and two bedrooms in about 45 minutes, cost $225. Would use again.

The service was ok but my wall was damaged by their equipment and owner refuses to take responsibility.

Very disappointed in this company. The price was advertised as $99 for the entire home. But because I live in a mobile home and there is no attic access they changed the price to $420 or $30 per vent with 14 vents. Then when I didn’t want to continue with the service after the huge price change they charge $49 for the service of coming out and inspecting the home. The guys that came out were friendly and apologized that the management didn’t ask the appropriate questions to determine that my house wouldn’t cost $99 before coming out to my home.

They did very good job on selling you new things. Truly AC salesman. No matter how good is your AC system , there are always always something else. Very fishy. $99 per system is just a bait . Look elsewhere if need honorable business .

Texas Right Choice performed dryer vent and duct cleaning for me today.It was a big job because I had neglected to clean them for several years.Giovanni, the crew leader, was polite and helpful. He clearly explained before they started work how the job had to be priced well above the advertised cost because of the length of the ductwork from where the dryer was to the external vent and amount of material built up…so it was expensive, but there were no surprises.Going forward, I will schedule annual cleanings with Texas Right Choice to avoid the buildup and additional cost.My experience was excellent in spite of the sizable bill.

The salesman sold me on a warranty that he was not supposed to, and i was told that this was the reason why the rates were a bit high. The owner fired the salesman but honored his warranty and they will be replacing my UV bulbs every 1.5 years for 10 years. Thanks for keeping your word.

I feel like the technicians did a great job and were very knowledgeable. They gave tips on how to improve our system to avoid bacteria, mold and compressor strain.They were supposed to be here at 10am but didnt arrive until about 11:30. They did call at around 10:50 to let me know what their new arrival time would be.My cost more than doubled from the estimate I received. Not entirely their fault since we have a split system in our house. Nevertheless, it was quite the shock when they told me about the price increase.

Set an appointment between 1:00-4:00pm. At 4:38 I reached out to informed them that no one called or showed up. At 4:40 I received a text from the technician asking “why are you so angry?” This is not a good way to attract or retain your costumers. I was not rude or disrespectful by the way.

Service provided: dryer vent cleaning.Overall the team was in time, and finished the task within one hour. They also cleaned up after themselves. The con is that the price of the service was falsely advertised as $99. I was given a rough estimate upon arrival that there would be an additional $25 charge per foot, beyond the first 5ft. In total I paid $513. Representation of services and overall cost needs to be provided at time of booking or before services are rendered, not at the middle or end.

I am writing this review after several tries to contact them. I booked them to come a certain day and they gave me a 3 hr window. One hr in the window, they called me and told me their machine broke down and cannot do the appointment. I told them thank you for letting me know and rescheduled. After that I had to reschedule 3 times due to my work and each time except for once I rescheduled at least 1 or 2 days before the appointment. Once I rescheduled at the last moment as I had my son with me and I was alone. After that I rescheduled with them and booked window of 3 - 6 PM (its my sons nap time before that). They called at 12:30 that they are on their way. I told them I need 3-6 PM again. They said ok and never came. I called them 4 times and each time I was told the manager will call back which has never happened till now. It seems they do not value my time or even their business.

So I seen the ad on Facebook for duck cleaning. I said why not. $99 for each AC unit they said they would clean the ducks and all of my vents. The story changed once they got out here they tried to sell me every other service and would not clean my ducks because they said that it had mold in it OK I get that, but they would not clean the ducks as promised unless I bought another service from them, that was supposed to kill the mold. They wanted to charge me an arm and a leg at the end of the day. Nothing was done and they so-called put everything back together. They left out I walked out with about 3 PM and when I came back at 11 my AC units were not working. I called them back out to fix whatever they broke and they said it would be a service charge if they can show where they didn’t do anything. They pull stuff apart in the attic, and obviously mess some things up. I am currently in a hotel because of the heat in my house. Whatever you do stay far far away from Texas right choice. I can guarantee they are horrible. I’ve heard others say the same thing to put them on Facebook.

This company was working for a neighbor and we asked for a quote as well for fixing some of the hvac ductwork and a full system clean & vacuum. They were flexible with our busy schedule, professional, and did a great job. I recommend them and plan to work with them again in the future.

I requested an air duct cleaning with vacuum and brush with their $99 special. They suggested mold sterilization, cleaning, and a uv light in my unit. I denied it after a lengthy conversation with the technician that left us both frustrated at the end of the conversation. I asked for after pictures once they were done, and the technician would not come in my house to show me after pictures, but instead said he would email me. That didnt happen. I reached out to the company to request those after pictures and they said they would reach out to the technician. Never got a response from the technician. I had another air duct company come out today for a second opinion on the mold in the unit. He showed me how much dust clearly still remained in the unit. I shouldnt have paid the invoice before receiving after images because they clearly didnt do a good job. I would not recommend this company. They were not the right choice. After talking with an AC specialist, we determined that the said mold was actually mildew and is very common.

The Technicians were professional and provided an amazing service. The entire process was explained to me as well as showing me visibly with video the condition of my duct before proceeding with the job. I highly recommend Texas Right Chouce and I believe I 100% made the Right Choice in electing them to do the job.

Well informed and explains issues well. Would request when they do dryer vent cleaning to return machines to original positions. Make sure that a/c vents are FREE of debris not only on the outdide ALSO the inside, when finalizing vent cover vacuum cleaning

BUYER BEWARE-BAIT AND SWITCH!!Saw the internet special and signed up. Three technicians arrive two clean my ducts. Two immediately go to our pool table, rack up and begin playing pool (unprofessional)The tech lead came back after looking at duct and reported using ONE alleged picture of my duct, stating it would be an additional $515 per AC unit (I have two) because my ducts have mold. Then they would come back at a follow up visit to conduct the cleaning that I originally scheduled.I asked technician to show me the duct - NOT THE SAME DUCT presented in pictures. NO MOLD found. The technician stated that I didn’t know what mold look like as he has been doing this for years. I agreed with the technician that I don’t know what mold looks like. BUT I do know the picture of the duct you showed me requiring $515 was not the same duct. I asked them to leave.I reported to the company - NO RESPONSE!

They came in for duct cleaning, inspected the unit found out it did not need cleaning. They recommended unit that had to be sealed and found some mold on upstairs vent. They sealed the unit and sanitized the vents with mold. I appreciate honest service any day. Thanks Texas Right Choice!

Had them come out to clean my dryer vent it was supposed to be $99 but then they said the obstruction was higher in the attic and that would cost $299 so I agreed but the dryer would still indicate check vent and they said it was in my dryer the problem so I had a tech come and totally check the inside ventilation and still said check vent and the tech indicate that it had to have an obstruction on vent I called the main number and spoke to some one that assured me they would take care of in the next two days after that I never heard from anyone so I called and they would not pick up I also sent Alex message that also was ignore!! the people that came out were very nice but owner would ignore my calls and tex message I would recumbent do not do Business with this crooked Co

The staff was courteous and professional. We hired Texas Right Choice to clean the ducts in our new home, which is about 20 years old. While they were here they also discovered some mold on our HVAC unit, which they were able to treat and sanitize. They also provided a UV light to prevent future mold growth. It was convenient that they could fix the issue instead of having to find another company or trying to fix it ourselves. Turned a $200 job into almost $1400, but I guess you cant put a price on your familys health!
