Great work and fair price. My technician Pedro was great to deal with and super nice. Would use him again! He even cleaned my dryer vent for me.

I hired Top Star to clean my air ducts and I am very pleased with the results! Pedro and Mike were very professional. They put on cloth booties inside the house and took great care maneuvering around the house to clean the ducts. They also cleaned my air boxes and sanitized them. Everything was well explained with pictures. They took great care with the work. I will definitely hire them again.

Those guys are true professional !My husband and I was suffering from bad allergies for weeks not , they came over for a free estimate & provided us with the report right after turned out we had mold in our air ducts . PEDRO & JOHNNY did an excellent job cleaning the AC ducts. They were both very respectful and considerate throughout the process. Pedro was particularly patient with my numerous questions. They discovered mold in the AC unit but effectively remediated it, coated it, and installed a UV light to prevent future mold buildup. Their prices were very competitive for the services provided. Overall, this is a great company with well-trained workers.

Henry was amazing. When they came he looked at everything that needed to be done and explained everything very detailed. They came today and did a great job. They cleaned after their work. Price wise, for all they did was a good price. Of course those kind of work is expensive but it needed to be done health wise. I really would recommend them if you need to do an extensive work in cleaning your coil and vents, A/C sanitation and coating.

Awesome team of Henry and John came out to our home. Very punctual, professional, and efficient. They meticulously cleaned our dryer vents and vacuumed our floors afterwards to make sure any lint, dust, dirt did not end up on our furniture. The before and after pictures were amazing! We couldnt believe how much lint had accumulated in the attic- it was a real safety hazard until they cleaned it.We so appreciate their wonderful service and would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Henry and his coworker, Johnny, were a pleasant surprise. Im so disillusioned with people these days. It is incredibly hard for me to trust anyone. Thankfully, these two fellows were knowledgeable and not another con artist outfit. They were able to break everything down in a context that I could easily understand - providing two quotes with each option. Honesty is not easy to come by (avoid Groupon: scammers there). I hope to find some more affordable options, but it seems unlikely. They appear to have very reasonable pricing. Henry and Johnny deserve high praises for the professionalism and honesty. Thank you Pedro for your honesty/integrity and a job well done!!.I called to get a quote, less than 2 hours I was called back and told that a tech was available if I needed he could be there within 30 minutes. Pedro arrived looked at the system and told me what was needed.. He was honest to let me know my vents/ducts were clean only if I wanted to have them cleaned. He also took time to explain what was needed, and the other available options if I wanted such. Pictures were shown and given of both before and after the job. Once again thank you!!

I appreciate the efficiency and quickness of my service. I called to see if I could get an estimate for a black mold cleaning for my air duct and got an appointment for the same day. They quoted me for half of what another company was charging. Thankfully they had time in their schedule to do it the same day. Henry & Johnny were polite and professional! They were able to explain the process to me and completed it in about an hour. It came with a one year warranty. 10/10 would hire again!

Pedro did an excellent job of explain the process and what Im paying for. No pushy sales person. He even saved me money by advising me on this that are not needed at the moment. This is my first HVAC mold cleaning for my air distribution box. I will be requesting him in the future. Very honest minded and detailed. Before and after cleaning photos were nice.

What a great company. Super job done well. One day my dryer lit up an error code and shut itself off. The code was for clogged venting. Called this company due to high ratings. From the beginning it was a good experience. I called. The scheduler was pleasant and professional. She set me up for a next-day cleaning and answered all my questions about the process. Pedro and Mike arrived on time, covered their shoes, were professional and quickly got to work. Pedro and Mike did a super job! They took before and after pictures. Explained what they were going to do. Then when I looked at the before pictures, the inside of the dryer, dryer hose and exhaust vent were totally encrusted with thick layers of lint. The guys did a great job cleaning out everything. After they finished, Pedro and Mike vacuumed the lint on the floor and even helped level the dryer when it was put back. They have the best service and are very trustworthy. Ben, Pedro and Mike have all been very helpful! I’ve used this company twice to get our ductwork cleaned out and sanitized and then maintained. They are honest and reliable. I called them two days ago, they came out for a quote and got the service scheduled for the next day! And they aren’t too expensive either. For my initial service last year, I got about 4 quotes from various companies, and Top Star was the best.

I dont review here often but I must talk about the professionalism, dedication and hard work put in by Henry, Alex and Johnny! They did an amazing job on our HVAC system.Henry walked me through the whole process, beginning to end with pictures of the before and after. Alex pulled me outside to discuss the dirty items pulled out of the attic and their effect on our families health and how we made the right decision to do this now. My air now smells AMAZING!!!They removed all of my old ducts and did a mold rehabilitation on our home built in 1980. All vents were replaced and registers were cleaned thoroughly. The job started around 830am and finished around 330...not bad at all!! We originally came to them to clear out a clogged drier exhaust and they did an immaculate job there so we agreed to give them more business! Thanks team!!! I wish I could say so much more...these guys really put in work!!

First review I’ve ever written, because I hate writing reviews, but these guys deserve it. Pedro and Johnny did a fantastic job. They were both professional and polite, and I was surprised at how quick everything got done. Washed, cleaned and disinfected all of the ducts, vents, and main air box. Resealed and cleaned up everything perfectly. For everything that was done, it was very inexpensive and a no brainer. Customer service and communication was excellent as well. Thankyou guys!! Henry was great! Very thorough, excellent communication and showed up right on time! He took pictures every step of the way and walked me through his findings to resolve our dryer vent issues. I put in the request late the prior night and he arrived the next morning. Total time on site was quick, but without shortcuts. Pricing was fair, so we will continue to use for routine maintenance.

Pedro and Mike did a really good job cleaning our Air ducts. I had a a few other companies come out and give me estimates and they all seemed to want to upcharge me for the service. Pedro seemed very honest and genuine and didn’t try to upsell me. He explained that our air ducts were not in bad shape but we did have a little mold near the AC coils and on the outside of the unit. He also suggested running a disinfectant through the air ducts just as a precaution but he saw no mold or mildew in the ducts. I appreciated his honest and the reasonable price he quoted. He seemed very knowledgeable and made sure I was happy with the service they provided. I would recommend them to anyone looking for AC duct cleaning.

Highly recommend! I had other air duct companies inspect and provide quotes, but they also tried to sell me on other services or weren’t very thorough in their inspection. Pedro, the technician, was very thorough in his inspection and provided photos to review with me. I ultimately selected Top Star not only because of their fair price, but also because of Pedro’s professionalism and attention to detail rather than a sales pitch. From my first contact via Yelp messaging to the technicians visit - the service provided by Top Star Air Pros was truly “professional.” I scheduled their complimentary check of my AC units for cleaning.The technician showed up at the time promised and called 30 min before arrival. The technicians, Pedro and Enrique, arrived with masks, gloves and shoe covers. Pedro explained the process before getting started. They checked out both units and provided honest feedback about the work that needs to be done. If this was someone else, they’d have pushed for getting both out units cleaned - Pedro was honest that everything was pretty clean except for some minor mold! They took care of that quickly and also volunteered to install my air filters (which I had handy).It’s not everyday that I come across contractors that are honest and not trying to maximize the cost! I can’t recommend these folks enough - next time I need assistance with similar work, they’ll be my first call!

In fact, Pedro is large part of why we chose Top Star for the work!!! After the initial bid, Top Star worked with us in changing the bid items after our scope changed. We finally agreed to have our air ducts cleaned, insulation added, and an additional solar attic fan installed.A three man crew came out yesterday to do the work. Pedro, Mike, & Henry were professional, kept our home clean, and completed a very large job by dinner time. Solid work. Nice crew and office staff. After Hurricane Beryl they inspected our chimney, swept it, and repaired the hurricane-damaged cap, flashing, and concrete top. We had them return the next week to repair the box grout and whatnot, and double check the natural gas connect in the box, so we know all is safe to this winter. Thank you!

Pedro was the technician that came out and cleaned our dryer duct. He was extremely professional, on time, and gave me specific details about what he was going to do after the inspection. Pedro really took care of us!! The issue we had was very unique (a mesh grating that needed to be removed) but he was able to diagnose and fix the problem with ease. I’ll be calling this company any time I have an issue.

2 technicians came out for a chimney inspection and sweep. We just bought the house and wanted the inspection before using it. Pedro and Cesar were so amazing! I needed my air duct to be cleaned and was able to get an appointment 2 days after the phone call. I was helped by the technician, Pedro. He was very helpful throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and did everything I requested such as explaining the cost and informing me every step he did. He explained to me that the job he had to do for my duct cleaning was a two man job because it would be quicker and easier for him. However, when it was requested to be done at that day, he did it with no problem and I recognized/appreciated that from Pedro. Overall, I recommend this business. They were responsive, quick to help, and great customer service.

After having Enrique and Caesar come to my home, I understand why this company had so many 5 stars.I was able to book an appointment for the next day. 40 minutes out from their arrival, I received a text from the technician letting me know their ETA. They arrived exactly on time.Enrique is super knowledgeable and was completely transparent. After inspection, he explained what and how he would service my chimney.It took less than an hour for him to inspect, clean, repair (Brick cracks and gaps in the seams) and coat the firebox. No pressure to perform extra services and he answered all my questions.Before leaving I asked for an inspection of my air ducts. My house is 12 years old and I don’t believe that had ever been done so…. I was expecting the ducts needed to be cleaned. I asked how much for the inspection, he said “no charge”.While in my homes attic, Enrique sent me a photo of one of the ducts. I could see the dirt so I was preparing for a price to have all the ducts cleaned. What a fantastic surprise to hear him say, “Everything looks great”. This was the first time cleaning our air ducts. I researched thinking one of the big name brand companies would be the best - but was surprised at all the negative reviews. I chose Top Star Air Pros based on so much positive feedback and were glad we did. Absolutely professional!!! Really pleasant on the phone scheduling the appointment, and the guys were on time and very respectful of our house. Respectful of our dogs and inside cats, and respectful of our bank account. They were reasonably priced for the work they did. They immediately started working on the return vents, and up in the attic with the 50 miles of vacuum hose and machine. They initially wanted to leave the machine outside for the noise levels, but that meant keeping the front door cracked open and thats a no-go with our inside kitties. So they brought the machine inside and it wasnt that loud at all. They didnt try to bomb sell us on some unnecessary add-on services, and I really appreciate that. Our attic space is small, with a story and a half roof line, so very cramped working conditions for them. They did spot several issues and took photos showing us concerns. We just had our AC inspected recently and I wasnt happy with the inspection and now I know why. There were holes in the ducts, one big one about the size of a shoe box, that obviously had been there a long time, leaking cold air into our attic, nice! Our Christmas tree must enjoy that cool air in attic storage. That should have been found on inspection, but Im not surprised considering the shotty work of that other big brand name company - Im just glad we had Top Star Air Pros here this morning. I really liked seeing the work, and seeing the photos of before and after cleaning, and Im somewhat disgusted that bacteria was in the AC. Glad its gone and clean. And seeing the repair work on the holes with more substantial sealing material than a bit of crispy peeled up duct tape. We are smokers, we have dogs and cats in the house, and our air quality was probably pretty bad. The house smells wonderful now and the AC is going to function better with clean coils, and no more dirty dusty air blowing around the house, and hopefully save a bit on the electric bill now that we arent cooling the attic too with holes and leaking ducts, sorry Christmas tree. I would recommend this company to anyone, anyone getting the AC cleaned up and they do chimneys too. Were having our chimney repaired soon and getting that ready for fall and yes Top Star Air Pros will do it. Do not hesitate, Top Star Air Pros are pros!!!

We are so happy we picked Top Star Air Pros to take care of our air ducts for our AC. They are honest and very detail oriented. I had no idea my AC ducts were so dirty until changing the filters we saw just how dirty they were. I called several companies and either they didnt answer the phone (it was Sunday) or they werent very helpful. The technician was polite, nice and informative and was able to start the job that day. Being that is was VERY dirty, it too a bit longer than usual so they came back and finished early Tuesday.They did an amazing job!! Please be aware that this company DOES NOT clean the air ducts as advertised. The vacuum the intakes and dust off your vents. Listen closely when the gal gives her sales pitch when you call. Pedro (the tech) is really nice and explained everything that was and was NOT going to get done for $149. Call another company if you really want the job done correctly and not halfway. Im extremely disappointed and was screamed at by some dude that I could barely understand. I will not recommend this company, ever!

Great experience. From the get go they were very responsive, even communicating on a holiday. Appointment was scheduled and Enrique & Henry arrived on time, and with exactly 30 minutes notice before hand as promised. They got to work immediately, and took the extra step of putting booties on their shoes. During the cleaning of the dryer vent they showed me it was greatly more clogged than I thought. They did a deep cleaning which took quite a bit more time than was scheduled at no extra cost. Unfortunately on the HVAC ductwork we found that the company that did my AC work last year did not seal the ducts or the coil with anything but duct tape. They found and showed me the leaks in the system, which led to mold and mildew growing in the first few feet of the trunk and flex ducts coming off of it. They gave me a quote on cleaning those areas and disinfecting the entire system, as well as properly resealing all the ducts. It was extremely reasonable and we had them do the work. Excellent results. They also coached us on the proper intervals to have ducts and dryer vent inspected and cleaned if necessary so we dont run into the issues we were having again.Thank you to both Enrique and Henry.

Used this company after we got an outrageous quote from another company. Tech was very thorough and took before and after pics and videos of the work done, since it’s a rental property. We will definitely use them in the future!

These guys were great! They provided plenty of communication before hand to let me know when they would arrive and even that they would be delayed. They were upfront on the price estimate, they walked through everything with me ahead of the service. They provided the MSDSs to any of the chemicals they would use, which was great to see. They were honest and hard working. When they moved one of our pieces of furniture a wheel fell off, it was already broken, and I wasnt around when it happened. The tech felt so bad, he included a free AC Coil cleaning and when I told him it was already broken and not to worry he still kept the AC coil cleaning free! That is good customer service. Totally professional and they did a great job. It has only been a day since the air duct cleaning so I havent noticed any benefits of the service just yet, but the customer service over all was just fantastic.

I am very very pleased with this company. From the start I contacted them through yelp, their response was really quick (less than 5 minutes). They sent the field manager, Ben, to do the inspection and give me a quote on the day I requested. He called me 30 minutes prior to arrival and took off his shoes when was coming to the house. He did the inspection thru the whole house and show me the picture of the ducts and the surroundings and told us his opinion on what needs to be done without being pushy and aggressive. I liked that, and he even offered to clean my dryer vent for free…. I like that even more...hahaOn the cleaning day, he came with another gentleman (I forgot to ask his name, sorry), again they called 30 minutes before they came, cleaned everything very thoroughly, not only via the attic ducts, but also via the vents from inside the entire house. They took them out, wiped them clean outside and put them back. They changed air filter (good thing I always have extra clean one in the closet) and sanitized the whole system. They really went the extra mile for us and that is very rare these days. Also the lady I talked on the phone ( I think her name is Erin) was really really sweet too.I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs good service on all kind of air duct work.

I contacted Top Star Air Pros to do a routine cleaning of my air ducts and vents because my children were waking up sneezing and with congestion. Enrique did the initial exam of my home and called me immediately. They found mold in my ducts and vents!!!! What I thought would be a routine cleaning, quickly escalated to a dire situation.Enrique also informed me that my insulation in the attic was nonexistent and the ducts that were supposed to be suspended, were in fact on the floor of my attic, which was severely restricting air flow into the home.Suffice it to say, the job was a MAJOR one. I was in need of duct cleaning as it had been many years since the previous one. I was told Pedro would be coming out to do the cleaning, and as promised, he called about 30 minutes before arriving. He informed us that before they actually started cleaning they would inspect the situation. He came back with pictures of the ducts, two systems (plenums and ducts) and apprised us of the needs. Upstairs system and ducts were just dusty. Downstairs system and ducts had some mildew that needed addressing. This young man (dont dismiss him because of age!) showed us all that needed to be done. A job well done by photos before and after. I called Top Star Air Pros Team after kicking on our newly replaced furnace and noticed a musty/dusty smell. I realized the ducts in the house had likely not been cleaned in years. Top Star Air Pros team were great. The tech should up on time - was professional and courteous - and had his team start rolling out plastic to protect the floors. They took their shoes off before entering and left things cleaner/better than they found them. I will definitely be using the Top Star Air Pros team next time I need my ducts clean!

Very professional work from both Michael and Pedro from beginning to end. They called ahead of time to let me know they were coming and once they got here they explained the whole process of my duct cleaning. Top Star Air Pros saved us in a very short notice. We had a major home renovation project that started immediately after we had a completely new HVAC system and duct work installed. Our contractor promised they would seal off all the registers and returns before work began but they did not. The result was caked ducts and vents with construction dust. We did not discover this until the day we were supposed to move back in. On a Saturday afternoon, Top Star Air Pros received a desperate call from us to come clean our system and they had a team at our house within an hour. They completely cleaned out the whole system and made it safe for us to move in and use the heat that night. We could not be happier or more grateful.

We have had our air flow ducts cleaned in the past. Top Star Air Pros, by far, was the only cleaning service to do an extremely careful and thorough job. They do everything including sealing perimeter of duct entries into floor and in other areas to keep out dirt and pests. Their work was fantastic: the air in the house was fresher and cleaner. These guys know what theyre doing! Aaron was knowledgeable and didnt hesitate to show me the condition of my a/c unit before and after completing the work. Him and his helper made sure to do everything in an orderly and cleanly fashion, always wearing facemasks and shoe covers and leaving all areas neat. Very good service, would highly recommend. Fast/efficient/professional - Michael was awesome! We recently moved into the house and it was clear there had never been any work done in the ducts/vents. There was mold and a ton of dust. These guys did a thorough cleaning/sanitization, providing great before/afters along the way. My family, most notably my 2 young children were having major allergy/congestion issues upon moving in. Within 1 week of the service, the whole family is breathing better which has also led to better sleep, which makes for a much happier mom and dad! I would absolutely recommend this business. I called them after another duct cleaning business tried to scam me out of $3500. Pedro and Enrique showed up on time, with great communication prior to arrival. They took pictures of everything and did not try to over sell or tack on anything extra.
