The community is well-maintained, with clean common areas and beautiful landscaping. The management team is responsive and always helpful, quickly addressing any maintenance requests. If you decide to move in here, you document absolutely everything that was damaged prior to you moving in. If your walls are another color other than white document, it. You will get charged upon move out. Check your pantry and closets, if you see they have replaced your shelfing and you can see the prior holes, document it and take pictures. You will even get charged for nails holes in the walls. I suggest you not hang up anything on your walls. I have voice recordings if i could attach them here i would. I had a huge leak in my patio that was never fixed for 8 months. I moved out and it still wasnt fixed. Yes, it was in my patio, but I could not enjoy the benefits of my patio because it leaked. I do not recommend you moving here. They give Incentive points to residents who write good reviews. I can assure you they are not a 4-star complex. Do your homework check police recording, many times the gates are not working. There were home Invasion, break in and many cars left on blocks here. There cameras do not work properly. You can use site like Personalized Spot crime report that will give accurate info.
I stayed here for 5 years and my experience here was just a normal apartment experience. It wasn’t mind blowing, but it also wasn’t terrible enough for a bad review. It was just average. Only thing I would like to do is warn all tenants about making sure if you renew your lease to MAKE SURE they clean your carpet and fix anything you need because they will use that excuse to eat your deposit when you move out.
Wouldnt recommend living here. Its pretty obvious the office staff dont take your problems seriously. Throughout living here Ive experienced so many issues regarding payment, lease dates, and not being able to log into my account to pay anything. The ladies at the front usually just say they arent sure how to fix it, or tell me they will call me back and never do (I think they called me back once when they said they would during the whole time I lived here). The front office rarely answers their phone (during open hours) and never once called me back after leaving a voicemail. Genuinely have to walk in their office if I want an answer. The pool was closed for more than half the summer, and the gym is not well kept at all. The valet trash is pretty iffy as well. Definitely visit first if you are thinking about moving here. I will say the maintnance was always very on top of things and I appreciated there service!
Been here a few months and it has been great! Move in process was easy and the ladies in the office and always helpful! Community is clean and I feel safe! My little ones love the pool and play ground. The 24hr gym is my favorite feature!
Araceli and the rest of the leasing staff were AMAZING! I had a horrible experience with another apartment complex (was moving from a different city) and Araceli was able to quickly process my application and get me moved in within a couple of hours! I cannot thank them enough for being such a positive experience on a day that was filled with so much disappointment. Didn’t like living there I was barely home the office staff is beyond rude the property is filthy trash everywhere and I got beat out of my $750 refundable deposit when my lease finally ended I cleaned the apartment very well even tho I didn’t have much to clean cause I was barely home and they still came up with some bogus cleaning fees to keep my deposit don’t move here there is way better go further down the beltway and you’ll see
I moved here almost three years ago and i absolutely love it. its quite, secure, and always clean. everyone that works there is so sweet from the office to the maintenance team. i really appreciate how easy it is to communicate with them. liz has always been such a great help and always goes out of her way to accommodate and go the extra mile. 10/10 would recommend this complex to anyone !!
Maintenance team is amazing. They are always friendly, courteous, and handle requests in a fast and efficient manner. I cant say enough good things about Eddie. He is dependable and very caring. You can tell he takes great pride in making sure you are happy with the results. His outstanding work ethic is shown in every thing he does.Property manager Cynthia has been courteous, kind, and respectful throughout my stay here. She was prompt and reliable when I brought up a concern about safety. She truly cares about the residents and the experience we have living here. This is by far the worst apartments! I was offered my apartment and informed that because I was on the bond program my rent will not increase yet it will stay at the same amount! After a year my rent increased and when I notifyed and questiond why my rent had increased Liz stayed thats a yearly thing but I also told her that is NOT what she told me when she first offered me the apt Liz she stayed she never gave me that information!I am also charged monthly for pest control and I have been asking for months for them to come out no one has came out mind you I have little ones that is a health issue to have roaches and management seems to not care after informing them for several months now the roaches are in the plugs behind the fridge etc!! I have had my ceiling collaps weeks after I had informed them about a water issue they never came until I told them my ceiling collapsed in my babies restroom thankfully my son was not in the bath at this time. The other cealing issue they came and painted over it and left it as is! I will be contacting the health department and giving photos and recordings of me contacting them! This is ridiculous looking into breaking my lease!
Ive lived at this complex coming up on my 4th year but in the specific apartment im in coming up on 3. i have loved everything about it here. from maintenance having a quick turn around, to the open ended communication we have. the office staff is so nice and always handles situations in a timely manner and they have always been so understanding. chole is so sweet and make things such as resigning your lease so easy. i never thought that i would stay at a complex as long as ive been but im happy to call wynstone my home :3 thank you to all the staff that does an amazing job!

Myself, my husband, and our two kids just relocated to Houston. Chloe made our transition from NC effortless and seamless. She kept constant communication with us throughout this process. She answered all of our questions and addressed all concerns. Our small apartment neighborhood is very well kept, quiet, and thus far everyone has been great. Five star recommendation!
I must start by saying Thank you Advenire committee for always taking care of the community and for always providing courtesy. Moving in to the community was a pleasant process. Staff is always at hand and when needed made available throughout the day during business hours. The community lounge, gym, pool area have been maintained well and if any updates concerning for maintenance will be posted through the Resident Portal (frequent updates). I like the fact classes on a wide variety are provided optional. It’s really been a great living experience. And also thank you for recognizing the fathers in the community. if you have any issues they will be there to assist you throughout your experience with a SMILE. This is my first time moving into an apartment in many years and must say that Cynthia, Lauren and Liz made the move easy. They very graciously answered all of questions and concerns, and guided me every step of the way. One minor maintenance request was promptly fixed. The property is well-maintained, quiet and well-lit at night. I am enjoying my new apartment home. I would gladly recommend Advenir at Wynstone to any of my family or friends that might be interested. There are nice people working and living here.
The communication here is terrible. The only good communication I have had was my move in week other than that .NO I have only been here a month and I feel regardless it is the CM and ACM jobs to communicate findings and charges . Even when having a conversation with the CM , the ACM came in on the conversation like it was her place . No , I do not agree with how I was treated by LIZ with her sarcasm and smart mouth .( I didnt even know who this lady was till Tuesday , no introduction prior was made at all and still didnt introduce her name or title to me ). She is a ACM and needs to understand her job a little clearer and understand it is her job to build relationships within the community! I dont like how I was told communication goes both ways when you have to do a trust but verify and not go off of maybes or couldve . This property needs to do a training or evaluation of management . I do believe coming from an HR professional myself and dealing with finances and people everyday grace and communication shouldve been given and not charge me without a template ( as LIZ wanted to throw in my face which still till today I have not received) nor a phone , email or post on the portal website was given by LIZ . I suggest the CM review all accounts and if you see a pattern remove charges cause legal action can be taken .
Liz honestly made the whole process so easy and was there to answer all my questions and concerns. The complex is quite and is super convenient with the way the operator it. Overall a quick and stressless process. 100% recommend Advenir at Wynstone to anyone who is looking for a new home.
Liz made our apartment search such a breeze. She went above and beyond helping us every step of the way! She’s so sweet. We had so many questions and she answered all of them. She was super patient with us and she didn’t mind going the extra mile. The whole staff is amazing, you feel the sincere happiness they share with you, in our case a new chapter in our lives. You can tell they love their job. The whole process took less than a day to get approved and we moved in within a week of that. We love it here!

Since I have been here the office staff has been very flexible, understanding, and accommodating to ensure all their tenants needs are met! 0 stars for these apartments I haven’t had a break sense I moved in ,they have mold !!!!! recently was forced to moved out 10/30/23 the gave me till 11/4/23 to leave Without getting evicted , so I did . I was late on rent the month of oct /19and was told to Hold rent by Ms liz till nov4 to pay her Both months rent ! Not knowing she was planning an eviction .on nov2 to pay early she was not there and the property manager to me not to pay , she was no help and didn’t even take action she was clueless and I later on found out that I had been put on the do not accept any payments list a Nov11 I called and she said I owe 3,100 dollars and she is waiting on a 1,500 dollar check from jetty before she finalized my move out statement . I need help Ms .liz from Advinr at Wynstone Is the person doing this hateful thing and Iam not the only person there with these problem there other people and it’s only black people ! Corporate you all need to come out to these apartments and talk to Liz and all her recent broken leases
The management at this property is horrible. The move-in process was horrible. The managers are not professional at all. No one reaches out to you in a timely manner and every one in the office gives you a different answer. I was lied to about fees and how much my move in was. The assistant manger tells you don’t have to pay something and it’s something you’re actually supposed to pay. My unit was infested with roaches I had to hire my own cleaning crew and do treatment to get rid of the roaches. The apartment was filthy like housekeeping never cleaned before my move. I’ve asked for the number to corporate several times and have been denied it. My advice to everyone would be not to move here.
After a bad experience at another property, I was left with only 36 hours to find a new apartment to move to. I met Lauren who got all my info and went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute move. She has been incredibly knowledgeable and extremely patient with me through this stressful process. The whole front office staff has been above the line in customer service and courtesy. Every time I walked into the office I’ve been greeted with smiles. Warren has been very informative and has answered every question without hesitation. Great job!!

Absolutely amazing community. We found the perfect place to live and couldn’t be more happy. The management here is like a breath of fresh air. Cynthia and the rest of the team are outstanding. They will go out of their way to help us when we need them and couldn’t be more kind about it. The pool is fabulous and we enjoy grilling and talking with all of our nice neighbors. Would highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for an apartment in this area. A++

01/09/24I opened the door and got into the office. The front desk lady said next time if the door is not wide open, it means do not enter. I told her that there is no sign saying that and she said its common sense. I told her that is not an appropriate response and she says she will not argue with me.At what point is this appropriate for an employee to respond to a customer like that, especially when they didnt leave a note on the door for clear directions? The hours say open 10am-6pm. If she is going to be away from her desk, then the right notice should be put on the door. Its not about common sense, its about customer service.5 months agoManagement doesnt care about its residents. Its been over 3 months that my sink is leaking in my bathroom. Each time I ask, they just say they have ordered the part. Im not sure what kind of parts tjst can be found at home depot tater thst ling yo arrive. I still have the leak and its destroyed my stuff.Now its been almost a month I do not have a microwave and they keep saying they have ordered a replacement. How am I supposed to feed myself? Buying hot food is very expensive when I can save with having a microwave.This is just ridiculous. I have complained and been there several times and no one seems yo care yo do anything
I absolutely LOVE this complex. The office management are incredibly nice and very friendly. They seem to really care about their tenants. Isabel and Melanie are by far the best apartment staff I have come across in all my years of apartment hunting. They always respond to my messages very quickly. Very clean and nice/quiet complex. Very spacious and seem to have a good overall community.
Chloe was more than helpful. Even though I didn’t sign a lease I wanted to commend Chloe for her help and expertise. I liked the floor plan I saw and appreciate the time Chloe spent walking me around the property on short notice.
Worst apartments to live in I wish I could give negative 0 stars! First of all the parking situation is absolutely horrible and instead of the management company finding a way to expand the parking lot for residents and visitors to park they hired a predatory tow company to ride around the complex all day and tow away visitors cars WITHOUT WARNING and charge people over $200 to get their own cars out of storage… so please don’t ever forget to register your visitors no matter how long they will be visiting because those vultures will be waiting to tow and you’re going to pay for it! the trash and noise is also a problem… trash bags are thrown around the property there seems to be no real effort in keeping the property clean.. the people in the front office are NEVER helpful when any problem is brought to their attention and act like they don’t care.. please be aware of all the other negative reviews and think twice before moving here!!!!
I LOVE living here! The staff is amazing! During Harvey we experienced some flooding. The staff were very informative and quickly started handling the repairs. Every time I come in to the office I am greeted with a smile. I cant forget the maintenance team. They are always so prompt and handle repairs swiftly. I never have to send follow up email or call. Thank you Advenir for making me feel like part of a real community.
I had a really Great experience with the whole process of applying for an apartment especially because of Elizabeth she was very friendly, patient, and super helpful. She was a really great help always on top of things and was very informal about everything ,she made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
I’m so happy to move here. I’m from California/Las Vegas to my expectations of living are more so high maintenance. It’s my first time living in Texas and I didn’t think I would find somewhere decent to live, especially moving from out of state. Thanks to Elizabeth she made the process very pleasant. It took about 2 weeks and she would call me and keep me posted on the application every step of the way. She even worked with me around my Tedious work schedule. She was kind hearted Genuine and down to earth. I felt like I knew her personally. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and went out of her way to make me feel welcomed! She actually UPGRADED my apartment without my request making me even more satisfied with my living arrangements. She moved me into a much bigger apartment than I was originally given. Elizabeth truly went above and beyond and was there even when I didn’t ask her to be. this is by far my best apartment I lived in. It’s quiet, the people are peaceful and friendly. If you apply here ASK FOR ELIZABETH she’s going to HOOK YOU UP!!!
Going on my 4th month living here and I absolutely love it. Warren helped me and my boyfriend throughout the whole moving in process. He was the sweetest and answered all questions that we asked. He still continues to check in and make sure everything is going good. It took me a while to realize that the light switches controlled the outlets so I made maintenance requests a lot and they came super fast and made sure things were working. Glad we picked these apartments to live in for our first apartment.
Went on a tour here and was impressed with the property. The manager Monique was very helpful and polite. She answered all my questions with no problem. Definitely considering moving here. 😊
I really hate writing bad reviews, but my family and I has had enough here. Our apartment FLOODED, ruined our $100 rug and place mats, food had to be thrown away because it reached our pantry, and the manager said because they “fixed it” we cannot break our lease without penalty. She stated, “some things are out of their control.” My husband and I have 3 small children, the youngest being 4 months old and their health and ours are in danger. We do not feel safe here. There is a sour smell due to the flood and they want us to live like this!? WE WILL NOT! We will fight this poor management. We pay Advenir our hard earn money to be treated so poorly. This place is not giving us the living experience we deserve, which is unfair to me and our family.We continue to see activity in our apartment, found bugs in our bed, velvet trash is a joke, and our key to the workout room rarely works. Do not move here. It will be a waste of time and money!.Water pressure is low in our kitchen, the dishwasher was not cleaned prior to us moving in, and one of the bathrooms, but we were informed this is normal pressure.We have no light in the master bedroom or living room. I thought that was standard to have, but apparently its not. We ended up purchasing 3 light lamps so we can see in the evenings/night time.The vent in the restrooms automatically comes on, which bothers me due to the loudness. We ended up purchasing motion lights to solve this problem.I can go on and on about our living experience here at Advenir. My family, my children, do not deserve to live like this.
CHLOE in the front office is so disrespectful. She is condescending and very unprofessional. Hanging up in my face multiple times, and choosing not to answer the phone. I am confused about an apartment that had FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. So naturally I have questions, but Ms. Chloe in the front office made my experience a night mare. I have always wanted to live here, but I’m baffled that this is the representation that was presented to me after I have spent $80 on an application fee! For NOTHING. These people don’t care, they lie, and they heavily lack costumer service skills. People are looking for HOMES. It should be handled with care and RESPECT. Take your money where it will be appreciated!!!!
I LOVE my apartment. The ladies in the office are FANTASTIC! They are so friendly and greet me by name. When you need a repair, they are prompt and efficient. The amenities are great and the pool and landscaping is always neat and clean. I am very happy and proud to call Advenir my home.
The leasing office team member Lauren Malonson was extremely helpful. She was very patient and kind. She took her time explaining the information about the apartments and requirements for the application. She made the process seamlessly. I will definitely refer this apartment complex to my friends and family.
Elizabeth helped me with the move-in process. This is actually my first apartment that I moved into & she was very helpful. Communicated everything that was suppose to be done prior to my move in. Being that I was in a completely different state, her and staff members were nice and helpful. The day I arrived, I got my key, the apartment was exactly how they described, & I plan on upgrading & extending my 3 month lease. I would recommend these apartments.
Ive lived here for over a year and the management/staff are very nice and professional. When I had submitted for maintenance, which was once because everything in the unit is modern, the job was completed very quickly. We like the convenience of trash pick-up at the unit door. Like really, how convenience is that! I appreciate that they always maintain the property, such as picking up the trash and keeping the lawn mowed and green in this HOT Texas weather, and its quiet and safe. Also, with a park and movie/bowling theater in walking distance, thats a bonus too.
This is like a Hotel!!! I can leave my review after 15 month ago be here, My experience is very good, the maintenance is very quick at my request, Hector and Rene walked in to my home to fixed whatever I requested. They leave everything very clean like they are never been there. I NEVER SAW A ROACH IN MY KITCHEN, also I’m very clean in that area. All staff are very polite and ethical and they go above to the beyond to accomplish the job. The green area always is beautiful. The administration is responsable and they have a great communication. I paid my rent to the “Resident Portal app”The pool and amenities always very clean, also they weeks ago upgrade the pool with brand new chair and tables! From my balcony looks like a Hotel!! I so glad i had a great experienced with my children. I recommended to people like to live good. Tha apartment is huge for the amount of rent and everything works perfect my king set bed room and my daughter queen one set fit there so great!Thank you so much for everything!!

These apartments are just as bad as the ones in the ghetto areas.Some tenant Pounding on the door like hes Swat several times.I have heard shots in the area few times Oct & Nov of 2021.Another review someone was rob here at gunpoint.These apartment are far from new and they have some serious problems.They need to Lower their prices due to HIGH crime & its a UNSAFE area.The display of luxury & luxury fees and add- ons need to go out the window.Their policies are a bad deal.Should of stayed in Rancho Verde.........
I have lived here coming up on 5 years now when it was Alta Crossing. When it was bought by Advenir it was a rough start going forward. I can say after a couple years in with Advenir starting with Mark as the Manager, I seen much improvement. Now going forward, with new staff members Cynthia, Shamara, Ashley and Isabelle Ive known quite some time and the great maintenance men, it has been a pleasure living here. I know that the staff care about the tenants and the community. I would like to see the other tenants care for their homes with the respect of this being community property. Yes, parking can be an issue, but that too has improved from the times before. Im thankful to God for placing me in a good community where I call my home!! The front desk is great, and can almost always help you with every problem you have! Work orders get done in a timely manner, and the apartments are very clean and up to date. Its also great being close to the park as well as having a gym and pool in house. Would give 5 stars, but sometimes the valet trash doesnt come at night, and every once in a while the car gate will be stuck open
Ive been looking for a new place once my lease is over. As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted very energetically! Ashley was very helpful the whole time. She walked me through all the whole process including paperwork, showing me around, community guidelines the whole nine yards wich made my decision a whole lot easier. The whole team was very professional I had a great experience at Advenir.

Just resigned my lease in November, big mistake.When you come to tour they will make you feel like they are the best, but once they have your money things change.To begin, when i toured the complex and discussed the leasing process I was made aware that renters insurance was required. I actually had a really good policy from my previous apartment that covered, liability and personal property damage. Upon the recommendation of the leasing agent, I cancelled that policy and took the policy that was offered from Advenir, not being made aware it was only liability insurance.Fast forward to summer 2019, we had our first leak,due to a neighbors issue that leaked in to our apartment. Maintenance did take care of it but it was still a big inconvenience. Now about 6 months later we are dealing with our second major leak in this unit. The unit has mold on the closet walls due to the leaking and when asked to change units due to health concerns, I was told I may have to pay more for a new unit. While i understand how policies work, I also believe companies have to have some type of accountability. Advenir continues to avoid taking ownership of the problem. My Husband has lost hundreds of dollars in property damage, and we are literally asking to switch to another one bedroom apartment that is not mold ridden. But no, they are more concerned with having us pay more rent then trying to accommodate us.So while the rent may be a little cheaper, please consider paying the extra rent else where versus dealing with this poor service when an incident occurs.
Lauren is an angel and a jewel sent to me by God. She is a beautiful person.Lauren was very professional, thorough, kind, courteous and had a very kind spirit. She exhibited extreme patience with me as we went through the application process. She also took time to show all the amenities and explaining what services the complex offers to its residents. I absolutely love the apartments I stay in. It’s not alot of traffic coming through and it’s pretty quiet. The office workers who communicate with which are Lauren and Liz are both jewels. They are so polite, very professional and always always always gets the job done. When it comes to maintenance service I swear Mr.Francisco, and ima just say his crew lol, always always get it done. You put In a request and it takes no longer than 2 days for them to respond and get it done. I’ve been here for 3 years and I really have nothing to complain about
I love these apartments. Great location next to a great park. Beautiful pool and a gym to get my workout on. But the key seller for me was Elizabeth, she was so kind and helpful. She helped me from the start, from application till i moved in. Thanks Elizabeth! You da best!
Management wasted our time telling us the apartment we wanted was available on 10/21/2022 So I started to apply ,and during my application the apartment was no longer available.. She basically lied to us and had poor communication, and tried to pocket our money . Then one leasing agent tried to offer me a low income apartment when I didn’t even ask for it , I’m a nurse I don’t qualify for anything low income . Overall, so how was the apartment taken already in less than hour , but I’m glad we didn’t move there based on the reviews.
Update: Had to take off a couple of stars as the property seems to be going on a downhill trajectory. I hope this is only a temporary minor setback with yet another manager change or a reflection of the mindset in place from prior management but it hadnt been the same since the rebuilding from Harvey. Over all it is still a better option than a lot of other complexes. And the maintenance crew stl do good work although getting them to your apartment is starting to become an issue.Have lived here 3 years and gone through a few managers but one thing is consistent, management is always courteous and professional. The apartments are spacious. Especially the ones with the sunroom. Isabel aka Daisy is really awesome. Shes helpful, informative and eager to assist. The new manager, Mark, went above and beyond in making our latest transition go as smooth as possible. The schools are great. The property is quiet. Overall a really good place to live. One last thing, after getting battered by Harvey the team made sure they took care of their residents first! We couldve easily been homeless but they went way above their duties and helped us get into other units while other property owners were just giving their residents the boot.
It’s a very good place to live. Maintenance is really quick if anything happens, Fernando is a nice guy and he knows the stuff.
The complex is very nice. The area is amazing because everything is easily accessible. But most of all they have a great staff . Ms. Chloe had the best customer service everrr

I’m delighted to be a resident of this family-friendly community for the past 7+ years. I’ve seen the community go through hard times but has always emerged victorious at the end. It has has survived life-threatening storm, hurricane, flooding, COVID-19 and is still standing. KUDOS to Cynthia Nolazco the Community Manager and her amazing staff for working tirelessly to ensure that the comfort, safety and security of residents gets priority attention in her-to-do list. The maintenance team has improved so much to reduce response time for work orders, the landscape is beautiful with well manicured lawn.Keep up the good work guys!However, may the management try its best to bring the Business Center up and running with a working printer and a waste basket in place. It wouldn’t hurt to increase community fun activities that bring residents together to get to know themselves.
Maintenance is amazing seem like the only ones that has common sense in these apartments they’re always speaking, smiling greeting residents when I submitted for repair request it always get took care of in a timely manner. Daisy, Ashley and the rest of the Advenir at Wynstone front office continuously go above and beyond to ensure the relaxed and high quality of living found here. I had a couple of routine maintenence issues with my apartment since moving in, which were immediately resolved. When my dishwasher wouldnt drain, Hector and Rene checked in multiple times to ensure the problem was fixed. The helpful staff is what makes this place great!
The residents is very quiet and the area. I love my apartment and have lived here since February. The staff is very patient and nice. I had several issues occur in my home but they were quick to resolve the problems. I love me home and do not plan to leave anytime soon.
If I could give no stars i would. The office staff is very unhelpful. We went into the office and called multiple times to get everything ready and paid and all paperwork filled out for our move out and and all they would say was everything is good. I don’t need to do anything more. On the day of our move out they charged us $500 and that included multiple late fees even though we went into the office and asked multiple times if any thing needed to be paid and they said no. They did not want to remove the late fees even though they caused it to be late. A week after we moved out a debt collector send us a bill for another 500 from them. We received no invoice and in a week they sent it to a debt collector which messes up our credit. They had our phone numbers , our emails, and our forwarding address. Do not move here! They will wait and not give you correct Information so they can charge and up charge everything.
I’ve been a resident for the past four years. However, the current management under Daisy has made a spectacular difference in my residency. Each time I walk into the office with any issue, she welcomes me with an enduring smile, which calm me down before making any complaint. She takes any problems presented to her and brings a solution within twenty four hours.Daisy is a good listener and always tries to reason from the resident’s point of view. She is the most friendly Resident Manager that has managed this property since i’ve been here.She has great customer relations skill that is second to none and knows how to make residents feel pretty much at home. She leaves no stone unturned to make sure that residents are happy and feel very much at home. One of her greatest strengths is her readiness to treat everyone with fairness, honestly and respect. Residents love her because she is fair and firm to all without regard to one’s ethnicity, color or socio-economic background.I sincerely affirm that management made a perfect choice by putting the reins of management of this property under her supervision. They couldn’t have made a better choice. In all sincerity, I recommend her to any entity seeking a goal-getter type of manager, someone who loves her job and will go the extra mile within her power to get the job done. I personally admire her work ethics and demeanor, which her staff are copying.
Ive lived here for 6 months and Ive had a really good experience. The office staff is really nice and courteous. If Ive ever needed anything it was taken care of the same day.The amenities are very nice with a free Pacman arcade game and Pool to name a couple. Its been really good so far.
The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. Warren is the absolute best! He was super helpful during the move in process and answers any questions I had along the way. I enjoy staying here and would recommend my friends and family if they were looking for a new home!
I have been living at Advenir at Wynstone for 11 months. The office staff and the maintenance team are amazing. They strive everyday to keep the property looking nice. It is a small apartment community and it feels like a small neighborhood and I love being so close to the park as well. Parking has gotten a lot better. I never have a hard time finding a parking spot close to my apartment. I love the way they have upgraded the gym and the gameroom....really nice and updated. :-)
Great staff and management. Always handle issues promptly and efficiently. Generally clean with some exceptions of tenets leaving trash out in walkways of buildings. Sometimes neighbors can be a bit noisy but the apartment staff always sends out friendly reminders to be respectful of all tenets. Overall, a good place to live.
Moved in a little over a week ago. So far so good. Area is quiet, well kept and the exercise room is nice. I do wish the other residents would bring their trash cans in and not leave out for days but not a huge deal overall. Apartment and complex are clean, everything works fine.
I would like to thank the maintenance dept for helping in putting the new washer/dryer in the apartment. Hector and Rene are hard working men! Very professional and great team! It was a struggle but you both did a awesome job! Keep up the good work.
My fiancée and I went on a tour to visit Advenir at Wystone. We loved the place and expressed our interest in applying. We are in need of a first floor apartment due to my mothers condition. We have been having a difficulties finding availability. Before leaving the apartment complex we informed them that we would submit our application. Shortly after getting home we started to submit the application. Before we got a chance to complete the application it was no longer available. We called them to verify and was told “The apartment was already taken”. Mind you this all happened at about four in the evening. The next day after visiting the website the same apartment was available for leasing. Sounds quite odd to me. What was the purpose of LYING? I have a STRONG feeling that we were being DISCRIMINATED AGAINST!!! Why would you lie and prevent certain individuals from applying for the apartment that they wanted. They tried to offer us a 3rd floor apartment. I am just grateful that we did not WASTE our money on the application fee. I Would not recommend anyone to apply here unless they want to be LIED to no one wants to live somewhere with a dishonest leasing team. If the apartment is available everyone should have the opportunity to submit an application this absolutely unacceptable!!! A total disgrace and disappointment!!!
Upon applying for a apartment my nerves were really bad and I was searching high and low for the perfect apartment.. When I left a inquiry with Advenir at Wystone it was probably the 6th or 7th apartment complex at the time... I got a call back almost right away and spoke with Warren. I cant even put into words how welcoming and smart and warm he was. In our first conversation ALONE I experienced a friendship I had not experienced in any other call prior with any other agent! He was extremely helpful and communicative. He right away knew exactly what I was looking for and made the decision fairly easy for me. I figured if someone like him worked for the complex Why would I not want to call it home?! He showed me around, moved everything along very quickly and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Love love love him... So happy to say I am moving in soon and will be looking forward to interact with the positive energy that he is.
Edit: they ended up giving me the majority of my rent back. Everything else still applies but I at least got most of it back.I dont usually do this... But they handled the flooded the worst Ive heard of and got me for 700 dollars because I pay my bill on time.Told us 5 or 6 different things and then ended up doing even less than the worst option they provided us with. I could go into full detail but its long and slightly boring. They screwed me out of 700$ in short after giving us story after story and the run around for nearly a month. And acted like they were doing is some HUGE favor by allowing us anything. The new receptionist is downright rude, stuck up snotty brat.Parking is horrendous.Apartment has a musty apartment smell like many cheap places do.The apartment we moved into was nowhere near as nice as the demo.The drier didnt work and after them giving us the run around for nearly a month said there was nothing they could do- they never replaced the drier.Roaches when we moved in.Ceiling fell in from a water leak above us... they tried to just paint the soaked dry wall.. Then told my wife they didnt have enough people on crew to clean it up.Maintenance will try to come at 745 to do work, not normal business hours when youre not home.Gym is small and hardly any weights, machine was down for 3 weeks.It was our first apartment experience and was terrible. We are now right around the corner at Elysian for the same money and it is 1000X nicer. Everyone was blown away how much nicer it was than advenir.The head property manager and regional manager both bad mouthed those apartments terrible when they found out that was my decision to go there. Boy am I glad I didnt listen!I hate we didnt shop around more when we moved here for our apartment. Way over priced, not nice, etc!Would not recommend to anyone!The only reason Id say 1 star over 0 star is because of location. We love the the location and is why we went just around the corner.I didnt believe my wife when she explained how much nicer our current apartment is. No complaints.
I have had a great experience so far with Advenir at Wynstone. Staff responds promptly and efficiently, especially Ashley. They ensured a safe space while in quarantine. Rene in maintenance is friendly and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to correct any issues I was experiencing.
Chole & Liz are great to work with. They have been very understanding. They both have been excellent at communicating & very proactive with responding. Keep up the great work. You ladies rock!!
Francisco is always taking care of our needs, he is definitely the best maintenance person I’ve met. There’s been several times I’be requested maintenance done in our apartment and Francisco takes care of everything!! Thank you for all your hard work!!!!

I was overall pleased with the community as we toured a few apartments. I was thrilled to start the moving in process, however they force you to use the their washers and dryers, rather than bringing you own. That issue alone has me looking in at few more places.
Had a few minor concerns with my initial walk through which were addressed promptly. The maintenance man finished the job quickly and correctly. The complex is very responsive to maintenance requests and does a wonderful job keeping the community updated about any delays.
I was please with all aspect from my first visit to signing my lease. The friendly helpful staff were very informative. The team went above and beyond my expectation in finding what best fit my needs and price range. The complex will well kept. I would recommend any one looking, stop here.
Ever since I have applied to Advenir at Wynstone it has been a pleasant experience. From the application process, deposit, and the move in was stress free. Everyone I have had an encounter with has been super attentive and friendly! The apartment is very cute too! Highly recommend.

Great place to live. Maintenance team and office staff provide an excellent service. They make feel at home. Facilities are clean, great gym and recreational room. Next to Gene Green Park. And this Advenir complex is truly a pet friendly complex.
I recently moved in and both Daisys have been so great! Anything that myself & my family needs, they do whatever possible to make it happen. They sincerely do care about you. Im up for my renewal, and I cant see myself leaving unless I purchase a home. If you want to live somewhere, where the office & maintenance REALLY cares, this is where you want to live.
Maintenance always addresses my needs. They are responsive, professional, and courteous. Eddie, the lead, takes care of issues promptly. Happy resident where maintenance is concerned.
I love it here! The people in the office are great. Daisy helped me alot and was very sweet. The one thing I would change is the parking. There isnt enough of it. Other than that it is a very quiet and nice place to live.

I always have great things to say because Wynstone puts their best foot forward. From maintenance to the lovely leasing agent and managers, the staff is superb. Great property.
My boyfriend lives here and when I come to visit him it’s always super hard to find a visitor spot. My boyfriend says he sees the same cars parked in the visitor area, and I’m pretty sure they belong to residents who have multiple cars and don’t want to pay for additional parking. The apartment complex should do a better job at managing the amount of days cars are parked in the visitor areas, or they should work on adding more. I’ve never been to an apartment complex that makes parking such a nightmare. I’m glad I convinced my boyfriend to move out when his lease ends. If someone tells me they want to live here, I will definitely tell them to reconsider.
Warren is the best , the property is lovely and very pleasant and welcoming ! He worked with me every bit of the way from the beginning to the end.My son loves his new rooms and I’m also in love with the property and the people here ! If you’re looking for people that care this is the place !!!
The customer service was really great! Walked in an immediately felt welcomed. The person that assisted me and showed me the property was name Lauren and she was really nice and answered every question and the property was nice with reasonable prices.
They came in my house and broke my things because I didn’t move out when they wanted me to, when they had no reason but one of the women in the office not liking me . Then after paying them and moving out they took my $600 deposit and still they put a $3000 collection on my credit report which goes up every week by 6% ... something they don’t tell u when u sign not only did I get stuff stolen & broken and got harassed but now they are trying to ruin my credit. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. Disgusting, unprofessional, and your going to have to keep calling the exterminator every month .. so don’t waste your time.

I love living here the parking can be difficult if u don’t have a garage or paid lot but other than that the front office staff is so awesome ! Isabel has been so helpful from the day we moved in there all pretty great and attentive.we will prolly will stay here till we find a house.the pool is great it’s perfect for the kiddos and it’s open all day which I love. The gym is always so clean and has so many useful machines. Not to mention a little lounge with a pool table really relaxing love this place can’t see us living anywhere else. Also very clean well maintained grass Pet friendly the only thing I would say bad is that some of the tenants don’t use leashes on there dogs and I feel like it should be more strict about but other than that great place to live very family oriented. Will never live there again. The staff at the complex are nice But the company Advenir is HORRIBLE! Black mold and the floor had lost structure in the kitchen and living room . But they wanted me to pay to move my furniture into another apartment and wanted me to pay the same rent but move to the 3rd floor. After i had been complaining about gnats and them mixing the dish washer and floor once before. For 1300.. a month this is a hard no for me. This was in Aug 2020 .
Great customer service! I was looking for a new place to stay and the staff at Advenir helped me tremendously! They made the experience simple and stress free. I wasn’t able to move in in due to personal issues but I definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family! :)
Not a bad place to live. My only complaints would be the over priced rent, limited parking space (you will not have a park if youre not home before 5:30 pm.) and valet trash scam. My apartment is beautiful and grounds are kept pretty clean but their is always a lot of trash by the front entrance. I also wish they would fix the gates for our safety. Gates are always broken/open.
I am not a resident but I hope to be as soon as my current lease is up. I see these apartments everyday when I go to Gene Green and Ive always wanted to live there. They always look clean and have beautiful flowers out front.
Ive lived at Advenir at Wynstone for almost 3 years. Hurricane Harvey flooded my apartment, and before I could save it, my car flooded in the parking lot. I remember thinking, in the beginning of my displacement, that I would be moving out of the complex, after the flood. However, as I started to talk with the management team, I quickly became aware that my fastest path to normalcy was to stick with them. The management and maintenance teams have worked tirelessly to get this community back on its feet. Teams and more teams of people coming in to clean and do all sorts of who knows what to get the place back in shape. They transferred my lease to a second floor (learned my lesson, Houston) apartment with the same floor plan as my previous one. I was in my new place by end of September, (only) four weeks after the storm. I was fortunate compared to many, and much of that is due to the ladies running Advenir at Wynstone. Thank you!
Very beautiful place and very family friendly. The leasing agent that helped me out, Ashley, was extremely nice and very patient. She made me feel welcome. Highly recommend if you’re looking a place to stay.
DO NOT RENT HERE. Applied for a unit for $860 a month and after being accepted and having my credit check I was told the best they can do is $1220 a month. Will be filing a complain with the better business bureau
So far I will say Super Nice apartments far as the layout yes so nice youll love it and yes during our visit we was helped by Chole S which whom is so patient not only patient but she has great energy she makes you feel welcomed even if you are just touring she answers any questions you might have and dont mind helping you along the way I really appreciate her so much for taking the time showing us around I cant wait to become a resident...
I love this place the first thing that got my attention was the customer service from Chloe and Liz they are very helpful with anything you need. The energy is the same every time you walk into the office and i love it.

Enjoy living here my kids really enjoy it as well. Even though we only been here for four months my kids enjoy going to the pool and the playground I love the weight room they keep it clean around the property.
I live here and parking is awful! You have residents who have 4 or more cars. We try not to leave after 6 to make sure we have a parking spot! When you tell the office they tell you that to make sure you get a spot you should pay for a reserved space or garage. Nice to know that we pay our rent but if we want to park that will be extra. Ladies in office said something will be done about this soon. If not we will be moving.
Had an inquiry about an apartment and decided to walk in. Immediately I was greeted by Shamara !!! Let me tell you she is amazing !!! She was very professional and informed me about everything I needed to know ... her tour skills are amazing and you could tell she really liked where she worked. Well the people in the front office are nice and the maintenance people are alright, I still haven’t gotten my front door painted yet.
I moved here in March 2017. I fell in love with the apartment layout and beautiful grounds . I enjoyed my first year here with the exception of the valet trash services . The would skip our apartment often .My husband would end up taking the trash out himself which was also a problem . The compacter would be overrun and disgusting. Also , there was never available parking .In June 2018, we moved to a bigger apartment thats when hell broke loose . There were new charges every week, took weeks of constant nagging to get things fixed, no response or communication from the office , the pool was always closed ,the valet trash never picks up when they are Supposed to, new management sucks, and seems like it is getting to be unsafe here. There was a robbery at gunpoint. The gate is always broke . I could go on. If you have a pet ,Get ready to be ripped off by the ridiculous pet deposits and pet rent! Im counting the days until my lease is up .Youve been warned!!!! Staying here is a nightmare now!
The maintainence staff is very friendly and helpful, especially René. My a/c went out and he went above and beyond to get it working again. It required him to make several trips to my unit to troubleshoot. He even came to check on me to make sure my a/c was still working after he fixed it. René really cares about people and it shows by how he presents himself and his work ethic. Because of staff like René, it makes me enjoy living at Advenir at Wynstone because I know they truly care about their residents.

Omg everyone in the office was amazing to me and my girls from when we first walk in the door . What crazy is I thought the office manger Cynthia was lease agent how helpful she was she didnt sit in her office and she was so hands on .. my move date was push back for something that was out there hands but they made accommodations went above for my family.....Nice staff they need a raise
Place has the worst parking of any place I have ever lived. There are nights that if you were not home by 5:30 you may have to park at the store and uber to your apartment because all lots fill up too quickly. The staff was decent when it was run by Alta but the new management company since it became Adviner is very disorganized.
All four of my tires were stolen from in front of the leasing office; the event wasnt 5 stars but the assistance i received from Hector and Roger was. I couldnt find anyone to help me; when they clocked out they came over and helped me and my son put all 4 tires back on my car.

The Maintenance people are great. Antonio fixed our heat before the freeze quickly. He cane back 10 minutes later to make sue it was fixed correctly.
He was really attentive and helping in fixing my ac drain and changed my air filter with no problem.

Advenir has the most wonderful, professional, honest, and helpful staff I have ever experienced dealing with apartment complexes. Advenir really has the best apartments and affordable pricing.
Before Advenir took over, previous management did little to manage residents and parking. People would run and scream at all hours of the night and parking was a challenge. My car was towed due to insufficient parking.When current management took over, they did not provide a valid mailing address so I could submit my moving notice. They refused to refund my deposit even after I showed them my postmarked & returned letter.
Chloe was extremely helpful and quick in guiding us through each step of the process for approval. Thank you!

If you make $20.00 an hour don’t apply here. Apparently I was overqualified and they claimed they tried to get me into another kind of their apartments and I didn’t make enough which I find quite stupid and a waste of money. Look elsewhere.
Dont go there. They dont reply to mails, facebook messages etc. and dont reimburse your deposit, even when you have in writing that the check will be send.MZ 11/2017The place is turning South...Gates are not working or close anymore, no control of cars which entering or part at the community, stolen package from door, non responsibility at office...

I’m very disappointed in the manner they’ve handled a leaking situation I’ve complained about for months. It’s now caused mold on the walls in the closet damaging my personal property and there’s no compensation for it. Do not recommend at all!! Find another apartment brand.
I really love these apartments. The people in the office is really nice I never had any problems with the. I really recommend these apartments to those who want to feel at home
Im a new resident to the community and all I can say is they have great customer service especially Cynthia and Lauren..they have help me settled in and doing everything on their end in making sure I keep getting the customer service everyone should have in any apartment...i really recommend this community to anyone out there looking for a great place to live....👍👍👍

I don’t live here BUT I talked to a lady today whom was MORE than willing to help me in any way she could with my questions about an apartment! I recommend you move here , I WISH my front office would have this type of attitude towards their tenants !!!!
Ashley was very helpful and patient with me. She kept me well informed when I was confused or had any questions. Service is really good here!

If I could give 0 I would, when I moved it it was infested with roaches then I had to keep calling maintenance to come fix a leak which I don’t know if it’s fixed cause the stains are still there.. SAVE ur money and go somewhere else...And trust me for the money u spend here u can go live somewhere where u don’t have to put up with these problems
I love my new home. Elizabeth, Warren, and Lauren are the best. Very spacious and a great property overall.

This complex has to be by far the worst one in the Houston area. Over priced, horrible service, rude representatives. Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone. Highly disappointed in every way. Glad my lease is over in November.
Im living at this place for more than a year and all the time we have issues with parking they dont secure your vehicle whit a parking spot and they call you the wreck by their self because you are parked at fire line but they painted all the place with red paint so if u arent at a spot you will be at a fire line for sure and they will call the tow company so is clear there are business in between office an tow company be careful if u are thinking moving here
These apartment management team is HORRIBLE I’ve been here for two years and twice my catalytic converter has been stolen and when i called to inform them of this no email warning the residents were submitted along with them only saying they have security which is NEVER outside our cars can’t even be safe in these over priced apartments also they have never towed over here but in the past 4/5 months they have been towing and when i called about it Lauren stated the email has not been updated in regards to parking and AGAIN it’s NOTHING she can do about they towed my uncle car at 7:30 pm and there is NO VISITORS parking over here except for about 4 spots all the way at the back of the apartments by building 4 and I’m all the way in the front of the apartments and when i called to ask was there going to be more visitors parking space i was informed no i can not wait to move from over here along with maintenance it takes forever to get anything completed 1 star would not recommend DO NOT move here

I moved in last month. Liz was very helpful throughout the move in process. The apartments and amenities are nice.
I come here to visit my daughter and I don’t get off till 1030, I make it to her house about 1115, and when I get there, there are no visitors spots, I feel if they are tenants they should buy a parking permit and stop parking in visitors because they don’t want to buy a parking sticker. Right is right, wrong is wrong.
Came by to check them out and Shamara and the team were very helpful. Not interested in moving at the moment but they definitely answered all my questions as this is going to be my first apartment.
Fernando was sympathetic to my needs and fixed our issue in a timely manner.
I called to inquire about a one bedroom couldn’t get hold of an agent. Drove out there and turned around. The trash piled so high by the office. It’s very unattractive and such a eyesore!!!!

Apartments may look nice but is a HORRIBLE place to live mark my words !!!!!!!!!! You would think this is the HOOD!....if you need something fixed in your apartment be ready to wait 2 WEEKS!
