I have been living here for 3.5 years and have seen different management but for sure this is the best team! They always solve any problem that we have and answer all our questions. They’ve made a lot of improvements in the building and common areas, they have new machines in the gym and the area/machines are always clean, easier ways to pay rent through the app, they’re always available to help specially Francisco from maintenance, he is awesome! I really enjoy living in Aspire at 610.

He was not only professional and efficient, but also showed a level of dedication and expertise that is quick to start the work.He respected my time and made sure to keep me updated on his progress.The quality of his work was outstanding. Aspire 610 is a fantastic place to live! The apartments are modern and well-maintained, and the location is perfect. What truly makes this building stand out is the amazing staff. John David in the leasing office is incredibly helpful and friendly, and Gloria, the housekeeper, keeps everything spotless and she is just the nicest. Highly recommend!
Adrian is the best! I went to their office around 6 pm, just when they were about to close. I know how annoying it can be when people come right before youre about to clock off, but they were awesome! I thought I might not be able to see any rooms and that I’d probably leave empty-handed (I had actually prepared to go home without anything). However, they welcomed me in and gave me a quick tour, which I really appreciated! Adrian answered all my questions and was so patient and kind. I’ve now submitted my application and can’t wait to move in (hopefully)! There was also another guy who was polite and willing to help. I think he may be the manager. Overall, I’d say it’s definitely a great team! Again, thank you so much!
I’ve lived in different apartments and by far the services here are excellent. I’d like to point Francisco did a great job. He is efficient and always has a great attitude, respectful and courteous! I definitely recommend his work.
Alberto, the maintenance lead, and his team have done a phenomenal job at Aspire. In the almost 5yrs years that Ive lived here, Ive never experienced such quick turnaround on maintenance issues and a level of professionalism that Alberto and the team has. Kudos to him as a leader because he is heading a top tier team!
Im happy to move back into Aspire at 610! I was a former resident and have returned. The team now is so great, helpful, and friendly.
I had a wonderful tour with John David, who was both knowledgeable and engaging throughout the tour. The community impressed me with its vibrant atmosphere, particularly the stunning pool surrounded by lush landscaping and the inviting courtyard that fosters a sense of connection among residents. Inside the apartment, I was captivated by the luxurious glass shower and the sleek, modern finishes that created a sophisticated yet comfortable feel. I’m genuinely excited about leasing here when my move date approaches. Starting my search early has been rewarding, and I truly feel Ive discovered the perfect place to call home.

In Sept 2024 this place appeared to be a good living space, good price with a convenient location, I even referred someone else to live here and that was a HUGE mistake. They put their best foot forward during the application process and thats where it stops. After this you have to HOUND them to answer the phone/emails. They have admitted (Managers-Ana and John David) to being very busy. Leasing staff has directly told me they don’t respond to emails (staff has been rotating but the crew for now is Adrian, Ana and John David). They gave me a cell number to text and still no answer until I went down to the office in person to complain.For approximately 1.5 months everything seemed fine, except for the smell in the halls and stained carpets which I now realize is caused by the dog poop and lack of cleaning. (They claim there is a custodian, which I have seen, however there was also a lollipop shifted around by people kicking it for a month and poop that sat in the hall for 3 weeks!)They claim to be a smoke free community and another lie! The apartments are poorly built as I am certain my upstairs neighbor smokes weed and it seeps into my apartment so bad maintenance professionally chemically cleaned the air ducts in my apt, which worked for about 3 wks and now my apartment reeks again, despite everything with a scent you can think of. Management does absolutely nothing about it except fine people and make money while the rest of the residents continue to suffer.I typically give people grace on noise. I have had to call the police 2x! My next door neighbor is SO loud it sounds like someone is being abused, however, im told by staff the resident lives alone and is likely on the phone! These occurrences have often occurred 3a-7a, however not exclusive to this time. I have sent multiple videos and been to the office weekly for ~2 months (have to go in person, b/c they dont respond). This situation has been met with, nothing! They told me they have spoken to the resident, however, their policy is talks, talks, and more talks, along with fines. How does that help (3 other residents have complained)?Another issue is my upstairs neighbor is an airbnb or an inconsiderate person. At 12a they’re jumping with about 4 other voices. They are serenading me with music I can hear word for word through the floor. I can hear their conversation so clearly, I could join in. The movements are literally vibrating my apartment. This thankfully doesn’t happen as much as the violence mentioned above, about 1x a month.Honorable mention: the pipes knock through the walls when I shower or whenever my neighbors shower. Neighbor often showers late (10:30p+) and the knocking often startles me.Clearly with the noise issue and poor ventilation issue these apartments look nice however were very poorly built. I’m 100% sure my college dorm had less noise and thicker walls/better insulation for sound.On top of that, the cleanliness is horrendous. There’s dog poop in the hallways and stairwells constantly, and no one seems to care. They report giving fines for this too. The trash in the parking deck by the elevators is insane!The worst part? The management is useless. I asked for the info of the Regional Manager and was told no they cannot give me that info & could only forward my emails to her. ‘Her’ (regional mgr) solution was to offer me a transfer to another apartment on the first floor (im on a higher level) and facing the pool (more noise), its almost like they let all my complaints go in one ear and out the other. My only other option is to give 60 days notice and give 2 months of rent as a fee (so basically 4x the rent) to leave! Not that it matters as I typically dont sleep in my apartment anyway due to the violence noise disturbances from the neighbor!I even asked what can I do to get my own leasing violations so I can be kicked out!If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t. Save yourself the headache, the sleepless nights, and the frustration. There are way better places to live that actually respect their tenants.
I hate writing reviews but this place needs to be fixed. I moved in to this complex when i first moved to Houston and didn’t know anything of the city/area. I found this complex as a “4.5” star property offering low prices, a month off and only 10 mins from my work so i thought this was a good deal. I was wrong.1. I can hardly ever park in the garage. Unauthorized vehicles are taking up all the spots and tow trucks never come to take them out. I get off work late at night so i have to always park on the side of the street by the leasing office. If you park on floors 5 and up on the garage, your car will more than likely be broken into.2. My packages were stolen 2 different times. Amazon had just given me the notification that they were delivered, and within 20 minutes it was stolen. The apartment has Amazon lockers but when they’re all full, they’ll place all of them into one locker where anyone with the access code can get into all the packages in that specific locker. I stopped having my packages sent here. Causing me another inconvenience and having to go pick them up from another location.3. My top neighbor had a whole family living there. There’s always kids running and crying. All night. My side neighbor has a dog that will bark all day until she gets back home from work.4. The residents are dirty. They will leave their trash in yours and won’t bag it properly so then valet won’t pick up your trash because of someone else. Other residents have thrown dog poop inside my trash bin and even vomit.5. There’s ALWAYS people yelling and fighting. I can’t count the number of times I’ve seen multiple people fighting out front all night. I hate the weekends here because it’s so noisy. Other properties have the type of glass where most noise cancels out, this one does not. It’s at the point where since March, i started spending my days off from work at my partners house who lives 40 mins away due to how noisy and irritating this place is and all i want is a good sleep after a long day working.6. There’s fire-alarms go off so often. Just within this week they’ve gone off 4 different multiple times. 9am , 11pm, 3am, afternoon. Just today , in an hour it’s gone off 4 different times.each time lasting 5-10 minutes.7. This complex can’t handle bad weather. During the hurricane, all elevators were down. The one in my building was out for months. Now during this freeze storm, pipes busted and water leaked everywhere. And again, the elevator is down. However, being by the NRG, this place will not lose power for too long since NRG is a priority area due to the med center.7. A few of the apartments here are listed as Airbnb so there’s always random people coming in and out who are loud.8. The amenities are decent. I mostly only use the gym and even then i stopped using it because no one re racks anything. I’ve seen people come in, take weights back to their apartment and then bring them back later on. We had some awesome full length body mirrors that people kept breaking so eventually they took them all off and now there’s nothing. The gym is small so of 3-4 people are in there, it will get hot super quick.9. I could list so much more but not enough characters are allowed.The maintenance team is actually great, they’re one of the best teams. They listen to your request and will call/ knock and update you as they go. The leasing office staff is nice as well.Considering you’re only 8 mins from the med center, 15 to downtown , and 20 ish to montrose/ heights, the price you pay is not bad. $1500 for a 2 bed 2 bath IN the city can be a deal but just think about the people and stuff you’ll be dealing with.I’m low maintenance. All i care about is respect and a good sleep. However, seeing how rude/ dirty these residents are and how much lack of sleep i get, I’ll be moving to a new complex farther from this area/ my work paying $1,000 more to hopefully have a better experience. Go pay a little more somewhere else, it’ll be worth every penny.
I came in town to visit some family and I wanted to take the time to really appreciate the housekeeper Mrs.Gloria. This has by far been the cleanest/neatest apartments I have seen in all my visits to Houston! Gloria was so incredibly kind! 10/10
I had an amazing experience during my time at Aspire at 610. The entire team, including maintenance, is incredibly hard working. Both Mark and Steven are fantastic leasing consultants and are always there to assist residents/prospects with their needs. The property manager, John-David, goes above and beyond for both his team and the residents. The new assistant manager, Anna, is a rockstar and I know everyone will be in good hands. The biggest applause goes to the maintenance crew. They do their absolute best to address work orders in a timely manner while still maintaining the overall cleanliness of the community.
The community manager, John, is amazing. He answered all my questions. The property looks so good, nice, and clean. I want to thank John and his team. My wife felt very welcome and was able to understand the conversation in Spanish. I appreciate that they have bilingual staff.

Gloria is always very attentive to details while cleaning. Every time I would see, she makes sure to greet me with a big smile. She’s always working hard and makes the property look amazing.
I dont do this often, but I have to give the maintenance man Alberto a review. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right and on a timely matter. He is very approachable and always has a great attitude. Great person overall.
Steven was very helpful. I was a walking prospect and he stood up and greeted me making me feel welcomed. He showed me 2 floorplan options, pricing, was very informative, although I had many questions he took the time to explain and provide details. Before the tour was done the manager John David also greeted me and thanked me for the visit. Everyone was really nice and property looks well kept. This is one of my top options to lease in the area.

The garage door is constantly broken, allowing unauthorized people to enter the building. My car window was smashed as a result. Safety and security are clearly not a priority here. Do not move in.

WOW!!! I love this property!! Very clean always and Gloria is always on top of keeping everything spotless!! She has been such a great asset to the property! THE BEST
The condition of the apartment complex is appalling, with pet waste littering the hallways and stairwells and roaches infesting the halls. The management is woefully inadequate, showing a complete disregard for their residents. Phone calls go unanswered, and theres a lack of care for the people living here. Despite my persistent complaints about my non-functional AC in the sweltering heat, the Assistant Manager, Nigel Slaughter, dismissively told me that Im not the only one with issues. This is while my apartment remains at an unbearable 80 degrees or higher due to the 100+ degree weather outside. Given my health concerns and the presence of a pet, proper air conditioning is a necessity. Their solution was to provide a portable AC unit, a stark contrast to the over $1400 I pay for this unit. Its incredibly frustrating to see a portable AC unit hanging out of my window. Their willingness to add extra fees to the rent is apparent, but they cant seem to ensure that maintenance is carried out effectively. If youre seeking a property that values its residents, I strongly advise against moving here.

I Live here at Aspire 610 Apartments. The property has changed management 3 times during ky lease term but the assistant property manager Taylor has remained at the property. If it were not for her this would be a mess. Every issue this property has had especially During the transition phases she has fixed and swiftly. In fact most residents didn’t even know we had new management because she handled it so well.I was seriously considering moving until I addressed my concerns with her and within days I saw how every concern I had was handled. Sometimes I feel bad because I bypass the rest of the staff and just go to her. I am making this review to share that some peoples experiences may be valid but when the property management staff is like Taylor you will have no issues. I seriously have no complaints living here as long as I know Taylor is on the job.She stands on business For real and if you do what you are suppose to as a resident. She does what she is suppose to as a Property manager
I applied to this apartment complex and was denied because my job doesn’t have a direct employer, as you can be referred into the company by anyone. They took my application fee without ever mentioning this as a mandatory requirement beforehand. Ive been trying to get in touch with the property manager for weeks—no returned calls, emails, or even a conversation in person when I visited. Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication. I would not recommend applying here.
Been an entire month since the storm came through. No repairs have been made to the cracks and leaks and most likely mold growing in the drywall and ceiling. Can’t get a hold of the maintenance manager for an update and only being told “they’re working on it”.
I moved here in Feb. and it has been a roller-coaster, however, things are starting to look up for the last 2 months. There have been several, four to be exact, management take overs but this current crew seem to be trying their best with this transition to get things rolling in a positive way. I have seen a lot of changes and am looking to POSSIBLY remain if things continue in this manner. For a while the gate was broken for almost 3 months and all of us were getting really irritated with the lack of security. However, the gate has since been fixed and WORKING consistently! The pool has also been cleaned FINALLY and appealing to swim in. Yes the hallway carpet needs some cleaning, and the stairways can use a power wash. I see cleaners throughout the complex taking care of things so maybe they just havent gotten around to that yet because like i said, they have been making progress throughout the community. The apartments themselves are spacious and pretty much new in amenities. As far as rodents/roaches, I luckily do not have those issues. The walls seem to be pretty decent as far as not hearing noise from my neighbors. Valet trash is picked up consistently. I have had only one maintenance issue that was adhered to pretty quickly. I know cars being vandalize was an issue previously, however, i have not heard of any problems as of lately and especially since the gate has been fixed. So again, things have improved and i hope this continues so that if i decided to renew my lease, i wont regret it.
Our tour guide, Adrian, was very nice and informative. He made us feel like home.
My main thing was the hospitality and courteousness of their housekeeper Mrs. Gloria Del Rio, she is a very hard working woman and I see her from the moment she is here early in the morning till she leaves, the office is always spiffy and she just has an overall great attitude despite working aswell in the heat, she is a kind hearted woman and we appreciate her very much.
Update Sep. 2024: I had an overall good experience living here for nearly two years. Thank you to John David and Alberto for being a big part of my experience!I absolutely love my new apartment, I’ve lived here for two months and it’s nothing short of amazing. Mykiah, CeCe, and Heather are the best. So helpful, sweet, and genuinely kind. Thanks for all that y’all do!

If I can give this apartment a 0 start I could!!!!!!!! Pls save your money and don’t move here!! They assistant manager Taylor is all over the place , and the general manger is races and does not renew with any black people!! The whole neighborhood smells likeMarijuana, and the elevator and garage always trashed!! They gates and elevators are always broke!! So anyone can walk in!! Numerous of people got their call stolen and they don’t anything about !! These apartments are the far thing from luxury!! Please I beg save your money!! You can find way better

Everything is amazing, been living here since mid June, despite the transition from one management and back to the old one, everything has been a nice experience to live here. The only reason why I’m giving it a 4 stars is because the elevator on our side has been out of order since the beginning of October. I know I can take the stairs to go get my mail, packages, and or coffee but when I’m by myself it’s really hard to do so with an infant (plus I live on the 3rd floor). That is my only complaint and I hope they get it fixed soon before the end of the year.Update: they sent a email that the elevator will hopefully be fixed by the second week of January fingers crossed!
I Lived in aspire at 610 for about 10 months and my apartment was broken into in broad daylight from hours 8am-5pm and there is no security cameras or door stability. They managed to get away with damn near everything and there’s isn’t any help from the staff. When I asked the building manager will there be any compensation for my mishap he looked me in my eyes and told me “your safety isn’t in the contract”. They make sure to put you in every inconvenient state and never offer compensation, as per changing management every 3 months and making you pay your rent with a cashiers check as if we don’t have jobs during the duration of your office hours and not providing a rent drop box. Your cars won’t even be safe I’ve done seen a plethora of cars that were broke into during all times of the day. Now to get to the cleanliness of this establishment, I only have saw one person that pick up trash in the parking lot in the morning other than that I never seen any hallways or elevator that has been sanitized since I moved in here. To rally up this review I’d like mention there ridiculous rates to extend a lease with a 3 month extensions with whopping 20% upcharge ($300) for a 1 bedroom apartment. If your reading this save your troubles and find a different apartment complex, what you paying isn’t worth the headache.
2/26 last and final updateAlthough I’ve had my issues on the grand scheme of things Taylor and the office team tried their best to get them all resolved and efficiently. As a person who works in the industry I’m realizing that I’ve been a bit harsh on them. Somethings such as roaches they just can’t control. Every issue I’ve ever brought to them they work hard to fix and I didn’t always make it easy. I’m thankful for my time here this far and look forward to my stay! Thank you Aspire 610 Staff 🤎!1/26:2025 UpdateMy refrigerator just went out today was told it wouldn’t be fixed until Monday. Food will go bad, hopefully I can be financially compensated for it.Edit to 4 stars.I have been trying to be patient but something just isn’t sitting right with me in knowing that I know they moved me into a unit that has roaches. I picked up my keys on December 22nd and didn’t actually start occupying the until January 1st. I notified management on December 26th, 4 days after picking up keys, that there were roaches in the apartment home and I fear they’re spreading. It started in the kitchen area as you can see from my initial complaint and now they’re in my bedroom. Please see photo.Im trying to make the best of this but these are German Roaches! Do you know how hard it is to get rid of them once in your furniture. I literally didn’t bring over ANY of my furniture because there’s roaches in the apartment home. I’m literally sleeping very uncomfortably due to this and can’t really do much about it but I’m just warning you guys.I know this can be resolved it’s just frustrating to deal with as a new resident.Initial review -As of now I am going to give 5 stars. Although I had my difficulties as a new resident, Jan, the Property Manager and Assistant Manager have been amazing in addressing a rectifying any issues that I have had. Jan is so sweet and genuinely seems to care about the experience that prosects and residents have. The Property Manager and Assistant Manager seem to be very reasonable people who are solution oriented.I cant speak too much on the experience of living here because i have only been here for about a week but the interior of the units are nice . The pricing and location is also a bonus. The amenities are a plus as well, the gym even has a stair master!!Interested to see how my stay goes.

Let me just say the customer service here is BEYOND EXCELLENT! I worked with Jerry Garcia & Jeremiah Edwards. I also got to meet the new property manager Kim, and she’s just as amazing. Jerry & Jeremiah both went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied during my move in, even after, they’re still checking in. I snagged a great deal on my apartment and also got a $1000 credit split between 2 months. The apartments are well kept, however, I do suggest regular carpet cleaning.. It’s a few stains I’ve seen on my hall floor. Overall, the apartment offer great amenities. Parking isn’t a problem, I’m close the to elevator and my apartment. Visitor parking is on the 7th floor and off street parking is available. I’m still amazed by how impeccable the customer service is here. I’ve never had an apartment that truly cared & made me feel safe and secure. I’m glad I made the decision to call Aspire at 610 my new home! Thank you Jerry & Jeremiah for all that you do. You guys make this community what it is❤️
We have been trying to get our invoices paid since Feb. We have taken this property off our referral list. We offer a Free Move service for our lease clients and we have moved several clients to this property. We’ve noticed the place is never clean. The carpets in the hallways look like a crime scene. Good luck calling the office. I’m sorry to the clients we moved here. We had no idea; we have never experienced this lack of care for a property and its residents.
Ms. Kim was amazing! She went above and beyond to help see myself in the space. She answered all my questions and even helped me begin my application. The property was beautiful and well kept! Tall ceilings, large walk ins, and spacious floor plans make this the perfect city apartment. The property Manager was also very helpful and friendly.
This new property management is ridiculous! This new manager they have is so incompetent. This is the 5th person they bring in that doesnt know what they are doing.The resident portal was down for about 3 to 4 days during rent time.If you want your car broken into. No one ever answers the phones in that office. Not to mention the elevators work when they want to! The gates are broken at times for about 3 months. Rent here is way too much for what you get.The advertisement for luxury living is far from it! You all are a joke.

I have lived here at Aspire for a year. It has had great management. However, the newer managers Heather and Cecille have been the best by far !They have been making sure the property is up-kept and up to date. It is clean and orderly.Also, they have a level of professionalism and empathy that I appreciate more than all. You want to feel comfortable where you live … they have allowed me to truly feel at home.Thank you again , Heather and Cecille you guys are AMAZING!
Ill just continue to build my story, my advice as a recent resident, i wouldnt advise to move here. Imagine the paranoia of worrying about pest ( insects, spiders, centipedes, roaches etc.?) lurking around your place, even after youve cleaned or kept it clean. Ive never seen pest control here.Idk I believe i have the right material to keep my home clean, but I keep having issues.Beer can been sitting in front of my patio for a week, no grounds keepingThis has turned into an #AirBnb hotel/business studio. Half the property is on a constant rotation of unknown crowds, especially on the weekends and after office hours. If youre looking for a good space, its not here. Its #ghetto, low class luxury. I came to tour this property towards the end of March. I fell in love with it! I felt safe, units were nice, community was quiet. I immediately applied the same day! Took about a week or so to hear back, and with it being my first apartment, I thought it took a little while, so I didnt worry to much on that part. When I finally got my email, I was asked to upload more paystubs, which I did, and that there also was a link sent to my e-mail or phone number where I had to upload a picture of my license to verify my identity, which I never got. I have called several times and my phone calls have only been answered twice and I have called over 10 times within the last week. I asked two different times (which are the two times someone actually answered the phone) to get the link sent to me and I still never got it. Its really frustrating that this is how you potential residents can get treated. I can only imagine how I would have been treated if I would have lived here. My friend even applied and although she didnt get approved, she heard back very quickly from the leasing agent. My leasing agent was Heather and I have only heard from her ONCE since touring after send emails to here and trying to speak with her on the phone. Ridiculous!!
The apartments are nice and the location is good. I just wish they did something about the dog owners leaving fecal matter in the hallways, as well as the noise complaints!
Update….Lauren left and management changed. So many complaints but last straw was today. My tires just got slashed in broad daylight.Called the office and spoke with Stephanie who showed no empathy. No cameras in the trashed parking garage. Valet doesn’t pick up trash anymore and yes residents still pay for it. Amenities aren’t well kept anymore. Can’t wait for my lease to be over.Lauren is absolutely amazing. She helped me with my application, gave me a lovely tour of the complex and answered all my questions and concerns. Even after signing the lease, she made sure I was settling in comfortably. She is always attentive and happy to help. I enjoy all the amenities especially the conference room for my meetings. 5 -stars all the way.
We have lived at Aspire almost 2 years and we LOVE IT. the location is so convenient to hop on 610 to go wherever we need. The staff is always so nice and very inviting and willing to help us with whatever we need. The apartments are in great shape and the hallways are always clean. They implemented security checks to get into the garage which we really like. Every time we fill out a maintenance request form it’s taken care of within a day maybe 2. This place is a great value and we love calling it home!!! We absolutely recommend Aspire!

This is the kind of place where it’s like you get what you pay for. I haven’t even been here a year and there’s been at least 3-4 managers. The new assistant manager Heather, is completely rude. It’s like every time I go in the leasing office she comes in with an attitude. It’s very obvious she either hates her job or this property. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the regional manager about certain issues regarding this property. One example is them “misplacing” my check for rent. My downstairs neighbor continues to hit the roof with his broom, I could walk to my guest bathroom and he claims to hear that along with my tv late night? Not sure how when I have a baby plus a full time student. Another thing you should know about the property is there’s always trash in the hallways, constant car break ins (which I know they can’t control), elevators always down, gym is never sanitized (clean). What I will say is that the new maintenance team is much better than the last.

First, I just want to say that the leading staff is absolutely wonderful. I called for a tour of the complex and I was able to get a same day appointment. When I arrived there was no wait and Farida was extremely helpful and polite when showing me the complex. She was able to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the property. The apartments have wonderful floor plans and the property is well kept. There are great amenities. I would definitely recommend to everyone.
Update: Just renewed! I cannot steer enough how much I love this place and the staff! Proud to be a ROCKSTAR!Aspire at 610 has got to be the best apartment housing community I have ever made home. Simply put, it’s just a great place to live. Beautiful amenities, wonderful staff members and just an awesome atmosphere in general. Great location...quick access to downtown and surrounding areas. And I can’t forget to mention how serious the maintenance staff is about addressing work orders in a timely manner. Overall great experience and thrilled to be a tenant at Aspire at 610 If you are in the market for a new residence please consider Aspire at 610...I promise you will not be disappointed😀
My wife and I have been living here for 1 year, we feel very comfortable with the new administration.Sam and Alex are fantastic. The manager Cecille is very profesional.The Aspire community is a very good place to live, nice apartments, gym and clean pool.I definitely highly recommend Aspire.
Cici is the MVP, she makes things happen!! I had less than a week before I had to move out of my previous apartment. She made sure the transition to the new apartment was as smooth as possible. Once I moved in, I had to put two things for a maintenance request. Maintenance knocked it out the next day, now my apartment is perfect. Thanks again for everything!!!

I have been living at Aspire since April and I have had nothing short of a great experience thus far!! The office staff is amazing!! Jordan, Beverly, and Lauren are always super nice!!! Anytime I have ever called the office they have gotten whatever I needed handled immediately! The community is also friendly as well. I have no complaints and I would highly recommend someone who is looking for a new place to make this your new home :-)
I would have given 0 stars because of the type of service I received from Heather.She always had an attitude on the phone and seemed annoyed each time I called to ask simple questions. She was the one who scheduled a tour for me and after confirming the tour appointment multiple days throughout the week, I drive 4 hours to Houston just to find out the appointment did not exist in their system and she wasnt even there!Kevy thankfully was the only one in office that day and although she was busy she gave me a detailed tour and helped answer all my questions. She always kept a great attitude and was patient with me. I am so thankful for Kevy because she was on top of responding to my emails and phone calls. She is the reason why this place gets 5 stars and I get to be a new resident at Aspire.
I’ve been staying here for 3 years and I keep renewing because there’s no reason to leave honestly staff is very accommodating and genuinely warm.John David always has the right answer and a smile on his face thanks so much.Idk if I’m ever going to leave!!Thanks so much @the entire Berkshire staff ❤️.
My concern here is the lack of concern from the new management team. Ive recently had my car broken into and wheels stolen. When addressing the issue to the new manager she tried to make me feel better by stating that Im not the only one that this has happened to within the community within the past month. Then when I try to have conversation about canceling my lease its a 60 day notice plus 2 extra months of rent. Which to me is ridiculous especially considering the events that have transpired through the course of the past month. When voicing these concerns she did state that there is an officer at charge/duty thats with HPD thats on the premises occasionally, but during my time here I have yet to see a single officer on the premises except for when I couldnt get to my apartment unit due to reports of gunfire with no kind acknowledgement from management. I feel like as a tenant here I pay entirely too much to have to worry about issues like this coming from an apartment complex that considers themselves luxury living.Ive been at the community for a while now and Ive had a pleasant experience thus far only due to my leasing agent Kevy who helped me with my move in process, and any issues that I may have had she is definitely phenomenal!

November 2022 update: THEFT is still rampant under the new management and even with the new cameras in the garage. Walked out today to find my neighbor’s wheels stolen. Seriously, DO NOT live at Aspire unless you want your car or parts of your car stolen. Management has done nothing.August 2022: I’ve lived here for 6 months, and won’t be renewing my lease. I recommend you don’t sign or renew here either. Here’s why:- THEFT. The parking garage is not secure. There have been multiple thefts of cars and wheels. Most recently, my roommate’s car was stolen despite there being an active security guard in the gated garage. At the time of this review, cameras are minimal in the garage.- THE PEOPLE. This complex is overrun with Airbnbs and many “corporate leases”. As a result, you don’t know who your neighbors are and the people staying in the complex have not undergone the same background checks as a normal resident does. This has resulted in numerous thefts, disturbances, and many instances of trash being left all over the place.- When I first moved in back in March, they were completely unprepared the day I came to pick up my keys. Nothing was prepared and I had to hastily sign a new lease on paper. I overlooked this because it was a transition period to the new management. New management was helpful in getting the process sorted, but it took about 2 weeks and no form of compensation was given.These apartments look great, but don’t let that or the referral bonus of $500 fool you.
I’m ready for my lease to be UP! This new apartment management is HORRIFIC! Who changes everything before rent is due? And now you can’t see rent until the day before rent is due?? make it make sense! Then security make you verify if you a resident or not, like why would I just pull up in a random apartment? KEVY WAS AWESOME! I think she’s gone , I only signed because of her. Now I regret it. I pay this much for homeless people to be sleeping on the FLOOR INSIDE THE APARTMENTS! Gates broken!**UPDATE**8/31/2023So now the resident portal is “down again” for the 2nd month in a row 😂 now we receive an email a DAY before rent due informing residents the portal is down. First they wasn’t taking money orders or cashier checks. Now you taking them? Why wasn’t the portal fixed before rent was even due? It was working fine the other day. Gate still broken. Rockstar Capital I never even heard of them and I do not understand why they even switched from RPM in the first place. Then you get a “management” team that doesn’t know what they are doing and trying to charge all these extra fees. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Aspire have the best property management team that genuinely cares about their tenants needs and safety. The property is not only luxury apartments, but always clean with stellar upgrades and amenities. I enjoy living in this community and encourage others to join the luxury mid rise experience too!

We’ve been living here for almost two years and we are very satisfied with what aspire had to offer. I should specifically mention our new manager Courtney, she’s such a sweet person and she’s been very helpful in resolving all our concerns when we moved into a new unit recently. The apartment complex is very well maintained and any issues are addressed promptly.
I haven’t been here very long but the few months here at Aspire at 610 has been a decent experience. The residents are the worst part of my experience here. They allow their pets to poop in the hallways and stairwells without picking up behind them. The put loads of trash out all around the community and just leave it for the staff to pick up. The management staff has been 5 star. Great communication, friendliness and helpful. Maintenance started off horrible but for the past couple months have been 5 star as well.

Just got a place here. Everything went flawlessly. The website was easy to navigate, and the application process was seamless. We worked with Dennis, who was very pleasant and thorough. The units are brand new, and the facility has some amazing resources like the gym. I love that they are dog friendly and have accountability for dog owners and dog waste. The dog park and dog washing station are a huge plus. The location is great, and security seems to be good. The appliances are new and energy efficient. The high ceilings and windows really open up the place and give it a nice airy feeling in the units. Well see how it stays for the next year, but my hopes are high.
Worst place to live at with horrible management who don’t care about its residents. I was charged several times my rent in one month and management told me I had to contact quick pay for a refund. I contacted quick pay and they referred me back to management to fix it. We are talking here about $4000 deducted from my account. Management did not get back in contact with me as promised. I have an emergency I cannot handle because of a very careless management.Also, I lost my key so needed a replacement. I was charged to get it replaced over six months ago. I still don’t have the key and they never called me back.Oh, and they hate to pick up the phone. I hate to write bad reviews but trust me when I say aspire deserves this and even worse.
Apartments are very nice and I feel safe. Four stars for my move-in process and overall communication/services with staff. However, KEVY is very sweet and helpful when she’s there.

We toured at Aspire recently and felt very welcomed, the property was very nice and clean. We liked the units that they showed us and Dennis was very personable and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and made us feel like we already were part of the community or wanted us to be.Also the application process itself was very quick and easy and was very easy to contact staff when needed.
So far things have been great! When we first moved in the gate was broken but they were pretty prompt to fix it. Everyone working is friendly as well and always willing to help. New manager Martha is very informative.
I’ve lived at Aspire since August of 2019. It’s a decent apartment. I enjoy that I can get basically anywhere in Houston in 15-20 minutes with its proximity to 610.I still live here because renewing is easier than moving.However, there are apartments in the area, and some in “better” areas, that are priced competitively and offer more than Aspire has to offer.BUT Ms. Beverly in the leasing office is a pure angel! She’s been there since I first signed and she ALWAYS has a smiling face and works diligently to help and make the residents feel safe and happy! I love her dearly, that’s my girl. MS BEVERLY AND MS BEVERLY ALONE deserves 5/5 stars.
I was looking to relocate to Houston but decided to wait another year. Heather was super helpful with all the concerns I had. Very friendly and she definitely knows her stuff. I feel better about such a big move now after her help.

I had issues with my garage remote to access the parking garage. Erica (manager) stopped what she was doing, went above and beyond to ensure that my access was restored, as expected. She is the STAR of the RockStar management team. We need more managers that genuinly care about the safety and well being of residents. She has contributed and maximize a positive living experience at Aspire. Talking to my neighbors, I realized that Im not alone in receiving authenticity from Erica. Her energy attracts the right people, she solves problems quickly, and her fresh-positive spirit is passed to fellow colleagues. This attitude helps deliver better results to the property and residents. You Go Girl!!
Just moved in a few days ago, and I absolutely love it! Beverly is super vivacious! The whole environment and staff is extremely warm and welcoming. The maintenance men are super accommodating as well! If you move here, I promise you you won’t regret it. The halls are very well air condition- not hot and muggy like some other apartment complexes... zero bugs. I’m not sure how long they have had one, but there is a security guard who walks around at night (which makes me feel safe at night, as a young lady, so I greatly appreciate) The gym is superb! You’re able to connect your own music to Bluetooth surround system and jam out - who doesn’t love that?! Already trying to get some friends of mine to move into these apartments, that’s how much I would recommend it!
This community has the most professional staff!! As soon as I walked into the door EVERYONE greeted me with a smile. The Manager even came out of her office to greet me. The apartment price was reasonable especially for the location. Im finally getting what I want in an apartment and feeling good about the staff there.
Wow wow wow!! I was truly blown away from the customer service I received from the all-star Lauren! She exemplified nothing but greatness and her knowledge of the industry and property made me want to lease there! I went on tour with this amazing individual after being turned away at the property across the street (8877 Lakes at 610)! Lauren made me feel at home and that property deserves 100 star rating. I’ve never such a beautiful, elegant, well kept property before. I’ll definitely be back to lease an apartment home at this community and I thank you again Lauren. Just got done viewing the property and some units with Kevy. Her energy was amazing! She was very welcoming and had a lot of information to provide for my many questions. I came to see 1 type of unit but she definitely peaked my interest in the others. I have been to other properties and definitely didn’t feel as welcomed or set at ease than when I toured with Kevy. The property was calming and clean and spacious. I am very specific and have a hard time making decisions when it comes to my personal space so I have more places to view before I make my decision but Kevy most certainly set a bar to be met. Darrian was our first point of contact and initially showed us this brand new complex with all the beautiful decor and amenities. She was very nice, professional, and provided us with a pleasant move in experience. We are very happy with our service here, especially with Kevy in the front office. We had a little snafu with our leasing process and Kevy did everything in her power to make sure she got us taken care of and we are very satisfied with the resolution. 10/10 service here!
I’ve been living in these apartments for about 2 weeks and for the most part, I am satisfied. I would say I’m judging this from a very aggressive scale. The property is beautiful and it is conveniently located next to 610. It is prime location if you work in the medical center. The front office is helpful and responsive when I call them. The units are great and when the cooling went off at 11pm on a weekend, the emergency maintenance person came by and fixed it within an hour. I was very pleased with that. It took me getting used to the parking garage but I like that there are a lot of parking spaces and we’re not all crowded in one floor. As for the security of the parking garage, I will see because I don’t think I’ve lived here long enough to judge.Now for the things that annoy me about this apartment. If it’s not an emergency, maintenance will be slow. I’ve been waiting for about 2 weeks for basic things to be fixed in the unit. Ive called and was told they only have 1 maintenance man for the entire unit. I understand that. But they’ve switched our work orders to “resolved” even when it still hasn’t been resolved. When I called the front office said maintenance tried to come by but they couldn’t come in bc we had dogs. In the work order request there is a section to ask if they can make an appointment specifically if you have dogs and I had chosen that for every work order I’ve done. No one has called to set an appointment. But still, all of my work orders have been switched to “resolved” even though maintenance hasn’t touch base with me. That’s one star knocked off based on the communication with maintenance.The onboarding and paperwork in the beginning was great and for the most part smooth, but they said I would be getting a $200 gift card from AT&T for switching. Come to find out after leasing, you don’t just get that automatically. You have to apply for that through AT&T. And it only applies if you had a termination fee. During the application process they made it seem like we were just getting $200 for card which is not the case so don’t count on it. That’s another star knocked off bc I truly feel like they shouldn’t advertise it like that.
These apartments are soo beautiful and the staff is even more amazing. From the moment I called the leasing office, Tracey was so welcoming! She showed me all of my options based on my needs and answered all a million of my questions with excitement and knowledge. She even answers my questions after I d already signed my lease. A lot of other properties usually stop responding to you once you’ve shown enough interest. I absolutely cannot wait to move in and join the aspire community.
I came by to view an apartment for myself. The staff was nice professional and knowledgeable about the complex. There was only one thing that couldn’t be answered but agent went to manager and he came out of his office to greet me and answered my question. I was really shocked because it looked like he was super busy doing many other things but he stopped to come take care of me. I really appreciated that being I have been to many apartments that day looking. They’re on the top of my list just because of how the manager made me feel. Thanks Jordan...
I don’t even know where to start. I absolutely love this place! I first met with the assistant manager Dennis, I was still unsure this being my first big move in a city I’m not to familiar with. He was so sweet and helped me find the right apartment! As well as mentioned some cool hangout spots. The apartments are super spacious and looks magical at night. Great for meeting your neighbors too, my favorite is Thursday Happy hour. Haha
I love the apartment complex, office staff is amazing. Farida was the BEST! The hallways are always clean, valet trash is A1 & I love my neighbors! My only complaint would be that the night time security at the front gate constantly stops me to ask for my apartment number & has even asked me for my ID TWICE even though I’ve repeatedly identified myself as a new resident here. I appreciate the precautions but after a long day I would like to come home and relax, not badgered.
My fiancée and I have been living here for 2 years and I can honestly say these are one of the best apartments in the area closest to the Med center (we have lived in 3 apts in the area prior to here) Let’s be realistic - Houston is prone to crime anywhere - because of the complaints of car break ins, they instilled security at the gate which makes me feel more safe. That shows you that they listen and care about the residents. The hallways are always clean and they do a great job at up keeping the property. Maintenance will respond to requests within 24 hrs. Jordan, Dennis, and Dominique are so awesome and so transparent. That’s one of the important things to me about apartments - transparency. They’re so friendly, don’t beat around the bush, answers all of your questions up front and honestly. I can really appreciate that. Thank you guys for making it such a great experience living here.

I went to visit the community today by recommendation of my apartment locator. Hands down, this is the best customer service I’ve had while apartment hunting. The buildings are brand new, the apartments are modern and beautiful. The location is great; right in the area of the 610 loop. Honestly, the service was so incredible that I think I was sold on leasing before seeing the apartment! The price is competitive considering the cost of rent nowadays, the community is nice, and the staff was amazing. I’m looking forward to moving in. I did give this place a five star review when I first moved in, however, it is not the same as it used to be to where I believe it’s still deserves five stars. The apartment is not as clean as it used to be, however, I do think it is still a good place to live. If I’m paying $1400-$1500 every month then I expect only the best. There’s always dog droppings weather in the garage or in the stairwells that are never cleaned up. The janitorial service is not the same as it used to be either. They used to be one woman who did the entire apartment complex every day and did an outstanding job. Ever since she left it has been on the decline. Also the last manager, Kelesia, was very amazing.

Update review. Current resident.My original review was posted when Dennis was still the Assistant Property Manager. Since Dennis has left, the property has went downhill. The new leasing staff allows residents to let their dogs drop feces in the hallway(never gets picked up until I ask the office to send the cleaning staff to get it), trash in the hallway during non valet trash hours, speeding in the parking garage (I saw an accident one day as a result of this) and trash, and feces in the parking garage. The leasing staff has not taken any of these concerns seriously after multiple complaints. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
We’ve been looking for a place to relocate temporarily for a short window of time. We looked at several apartments in the area. I’m currently on the east coast and I must admit that I had several less than desirable conversations with other complexes. It was hard to reach anyone and frustrating during this COVID-19 era of apartment hunting.By chance I called Aspire and got Dennis on the line - and it was late nearing closing time. He was awesome. Answered all my question - and I had many. He never made me feel rushed or that I was annoying him. I called back a couple of times and I felt that I must be annoying him BUT no sir! He was patient and knowledgeable and personable and honest. I appreciate that. I decided to sign a lease with Aspire. The places are a bit smaller; BUT the customer service and introduction to the team that I received from Dennis is worth a few square feet. I haven’t moved in yet; but I can’t wait and I trust that Dennis will make sure everything is prepared with the highest standard of care and that all the lease terms promised will be met!
Overly Disappointed! They don’t ever clean this place and it constantly stinks! All of the “Perks” that they market and advertise Either Don’t work or have been Taken away! No WiFi lounge anymore! Elevators brake more than a car in traffic! No business lounge anymore! Constant criminal activity happening here, it’s not safe! No security PERIOD! Gates have been broken for 4+ months and the lists go on and on! Staff always promises to “Get back to you” but they never do! We pay WAY TOO much to be dealing with these kinda things! Sad considering the location and price!

Johnathan came to fix my dryer which I’ve been having issues with for years. He came in, so professional and solved the problem! He’s great and very knowledgeable about what he does !
I was so excited when I moved in to make this place my home, but have been continuously disappointed by the lack of customer service and disorganization of the management.I moved her partially because I could get a reserved parking spot at no additional charge and I work late constantly due to my career. A reserved spot, even if it is not the greatest spot in the world keeps me from being stuck in the rain or driving around to find a place at 930 pm. Not only did they reassign the spot they gave me 2 months ago, they apparently never put it in their system at all. To their credit this was rectified once I had to go Karen on them, but that doesnt erase the fact that I have been at risk of being towed for over 7 months, even after confirming my spot with them several times, and especially since they reassigned it 2 months ago. I have no idea if they have told the other resident that they were reassigned, but I have asked as I do not want them to try to tow me after we have gotten into an argument regarding this.Additionally their response to my complaints about someone parking in my spot, me of course not knowing that they had messed up and never even assigned me a spot in their system in the first place despite having given me a number, was to tell me I could call the tow truck. And they told me this without even giving me the number, but instead asking that I walk all the way to the front gate and get it myself. This is a poor response to a complaint from a resident. I understand if you need the resident to call, but the least you can do is give them the number.I cant even begin to describe how many issues Ive had with the package system. Sometimes I havent been able to access a package at all despite numerous reach outs to the staff to ask for assistance in getting a package I had delivery confirmation for, but never received a code. Or the door being broken so even though I got a code, being unable to get the package, or my code opening the wrong locker. Thankfully, Ive managed to get each package, but I shouldnt feel like ripping my hair out with every package. I shouldnt have to get things delivered to my moms house to pick up because this is that unreliable. I have friends who live in other complexes that use the same service, and they have never had these issues.As a final note, the hallways are regularly dirty, the mail room smells like sewage, and I have seen what appears to be dog poop smeared across the floor near the elevator on the 6th floor of the parking garage for about a month now.Needless to say, I will not be renewing my lease here, and I suggest you dont sign one.
I had maintenance issue very late at night with my AC unit .Jesus got back to me immediately when I called emergency maintenance and helped solved the issue.Great service

Aspire was my dream place but sad to say that no more. Things have changed a lot. I moved here because of the great reviews, and honestly, the location is fantastic; I wish things were different. The price is honestly more than I can afford, and it was worth it then, sadly I dont feel the same. I sent a maintenance request twice already in ten days, and no response, no update. Not sure when they will come to check it out. I am very frustrated since I have to spend money in a laundry room and because I have to lift these heavy bags. I cant wait to move out.
I moved in not so long ago, so far the pool area is amazing and the new management has been so helpful and kind. They have a great gym to work out but just dont ask how long I stayed bc I just walked in take a look around lol 😂My appt is beautiful and I’m super happy yo live here. I just recently moved into Aspire at 610. I am so ecstatic to live here. Everyone here is so nice! I was assisted by awesome personnel. Farida was so helpful from the start and the process was so smooth from beginning to end, and the office staff always greet you with a smile.The location is amazing with nearby restaurants, and the surrounding area is clean! I had the pleasure of visiting and doing a virtual tour with Farida of Aspire At 610 on June 23, 2020. I must say, my entire experience was simply priceless. When I walked into the leasing office, I was mesmerized by what I saw. Everything was so beautiful, refreshing and clean. Before I even saw the apartment, I knew I just had to live at Aspire At 610. Farida (Leasing Associate) was very professional and knowledgeable about the property. Her personality and appearance were very appropriate as an associate for the prestigious apartments. After seeing the apartment and amenities again, I was sold. It is noteworthy, the price, parking, and neighborhood are unbelievable. Now, the next test would be what my mom thought. Mom went on a virtual tour the same day with Farida. Her reaction was just like mine. Additionally, she stated how she had a good safe feeling as she virtually toured the property. Additionally, mom spoke highly of Dennis Reese (Manager) as she interacted with him regarding her application questions. Again, his demeanor demonstrated true professionalism and outstanding managerial skills. As I go forward with the application process, I am very excited and looking forward to Aspire At 610 being my new home.

Just moved in about 2 months ago, and things have been great! The community is nice, the staff is amazing and we have a WONDERFUL Property Manager who really cares about our seat and is very creative with getting the residents together to interact! Came here to look at the property and was blown away by it beauty and, customer service. Tracey is PHENOMENAL! Customer service I a BIG deal to me, it tells a lot about what the property values. From my experience, I can tell they care about making their clients happy. Coming from a property who changed their management like you change your underwear, I hope the dynamic duo of ladies does not change.

Don’t not waste y’all time moving in here the it’s really not worth it they charging 1407 for a one bedroom and everything in my apartment is broken when I first moved in my washer and dryer is broken sink was leaking sink still is leaking a month ago 2 car got left on bricks and I walked in on them in the act of stealing and I informed the new manager and she looks as is she could care less about what could have happened the worst mistake of my life !!!!! Don’t move here!
I absolutely love their customer service. That is exactly what brought us here. Farida and Dennis do a great job at communicating with us and so far we havent had any issues. The complex is very beautiful, aesthetically pleasing, clean and secure which is the most important part. I am pleased!
The grounds are unkept. There is trash in the hallways and garage. Cars are broken into, tires are taken and left on bricks, catalytic converters are being stolen. There is no security! The security guard is only securing his car that hes sleeping in! Anyone can come into the garage, including the Air BNB guests that trashes the community. Guest that are registered to park in the garage, are coming back to smashed windows or cars completely taken! The new management took over and the most important task were installing charging stations and not cameras or updated security. Dont make the same mistake I did! I cant wait until my lease is over!
All I can say is WOW, talk about luxury!! We love the Aspire. The name alone speaks volumes. The staff here is so warm and dedicated to making your rental experience the very best it can be. Terry, our leasing agent, went above and beyond to get us into our new home and we couldnt be more pleased.

I will be moving to Houston in the coming months. I have called around to different locations and Aspire @ 610 has by far had the friendliest staff. I was looking for a location close to the medical center and comparable prices. Ms. Leger was very helpful and answered all my questions as well as provided me needed information about the facility. I will be visiting Houston soon before finalizing my decision. I look forward to meeting with Ms. Leger in person and getting a tour of the facility. Based on the type of customer service I have received, I am definitely leaning toward Aspire @610 as my new home.
Very unpleasant experience with the agent Jordan James I arrived for my tour and had to wait 30 minutes for the leasing agent because he didnt have my tour on the schedule. During the tour, I was not shown the apartment I wanted to see because he didnt have the keys so he showed one I had no interest in. I was shown NONE of the amenities and when I asked about them he responded with oh its closed or oh its down the hall STILL not showing me what would be offered. Now, I actually like the apartments (no thanks to the staff) and want to potentially move there but there has to be a change with to the customer service!
My underlying association from the time I walked through the door was bewildering. Tracy was as an exceptional rep, she was direct, and she sold me on the amazing things to come here at The Aspire. Up until this point, I am captivated with my new habitation. How it is new was a monstrous expansion for me in picking the perfect spot for me. I can tell the staff here really puts wholeheartedly in guaranteeing their tenants are 100% fulfilled by a need or accomplishing a target. I envision my stay here to be of PEACE and SERENITY.

Would highly recommend Aspire at 610! The staff is so friendly and very helpful. The apartments are brand new and beautifully done. You cannot beat their amenities, top notch gym and very clean pool with a lot of lounging options. Overall a very nice community and the best you will find at its value and location.

First of all, the management team is fantastic! Tracey was very accommodating (pun intended)! Second, I love that the hallways are air conditioned and they have windows, and all parking for residents is covered! I also love the high ceilings!! Loving this place so far!

I went with the intentions of touring the place as a potential place of living, but ended up falling in love with it immediately. Both Dennis and Darrian were very helpful and hospitable. Darrian was attentive to my requests and showed me the possible units that would be my future home. The amenities were nice and the environment of Aspire seemed clean, quiet, and safe - everything I want in a future home!
Beverly was great! She was friendly, thorough and fought hard to get my name on that lease! This community is really nice and my neighbors are friendly as well. The amenities are A1 and Im happy to be moving in!

I would definitely recommend that you guys check out this property. The location is wonderful. I also would suggest that you go to the location in person because its breathtaking. I had the pleasure of initially speaking with Darian, and then the manager Kalesia. My application process was very fast and convenient. You can apply in person or online. Once i submitted my application, I went in to actually see the property in person. I was given a tour of the property by Dennis, who definitely aspired me. i cant wait to move into the property on Sept. !, 2019. I am super excited and I know you will be more than pleased to live at such a beautiful place. From the time I applied to the present moment, this property and those beautiful people i mention earlier has went over and beyond to make my experience a luxury experience, they definitely treat you like royalty. So dont hesitate yall, come and get the same experience I received and call this place your new home because i definitely will.

I would not recommend, there is always trash in the garage, the hallways, and elevator. The carpet in the hallways is stained. There property has defintley gone down hill since i moved here two years ago. My Lease is up in february 2022 and i will wont be resigning. Monday I had a package delivered by amazon at 11:15 am, and less than 20 mins later the company that the aspire subcontracts to pick up trash walked by, picked up the package that was unopened threw it in the trash and then smiled at the camera. The manager called the company and they came to the property and was on the elevator with my brother laughing about it.
I happened to be in the gym on New Years Day and saw Jordan moving a new couple into the complex. He even gave them another tour and introduced us when he showed them the gym. In my opinion, thats commendable! Hes definitely a ray of positivity to the office.
They charge you for issues without prior notice. Due to Covid-19, I couldn’t afford renters insurance until the next pay period (2 weeks) and it lapsed, without notice they charged me a month later. They truly don’t care if you can afford charges or not. Communication skills are horrible. Always maintenance issues or residents leaving pet waste everywhere. Not worth living here.
I’ve lived here for about 2 months now and I love it! My favorite thing I love about living here is the security. No one can enter the building if they aren’t a resident unless they speak with the workers of the leasing office. Also it’s so comforting to know that when there’s a flood your car is safe because of the parking garage we have!!!!

One of the main reasons I, as an HPD Courtesy Officer, chose to live at and work for the Aspire at 610 apartment complex, is because they have the most professional, upbeat, as well as vibrant staff in place whose main priority is CUSTOMER SERVICE as well as providing a SAFE home to their residents.The complex is brand new and offers many luxurious perks for their residents as well as their pets! The community is super welcoming, friendly, and immediately makes one feel like they are already at home!!!Not only does the Aspire at 610 offer a beautiful, peaceful, as well as pet friendly environment, but they are also very big on security. The Property Manager and I constantly ensure that all the cameras as well as the gates are functioning. Security is enforced at all times and the property is walked by HPD Officers throughout the day.Who wouldn’t want to live here? It’s safe, peaceful, beautiful, and it’s close to the Medical Center, Downtown Houston, The University of Houston, NRG (rodeo season!!!), as well as many other locations.Love it here!!!
There has been multiple car break in’s. Now they are breaking into peoples apartment. This happened to a friend of mine. I also heard the front office won’t lift a hand or foot to assist you. They will only repair the door frame. Don’t move here. Not worth the price they are charging for their units. Also, there is no transparency with the front office. Warning. Don’t move here.
I would give it 0 stars if I could, and I am not a harsh critic. Tires are being stolen, catalytic converters are being stolen, windows are being busted in and the front office is not doing anything to help or making residents aware. Security guards sleep on the job and you can barely get an apology from the front office.
I’ve been here since May 2019. I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The staff has gone above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. The apartments are beautiful. . My unit is beautiful and spacious. I really couldn’t ask for more. Thank you for everything Aspire staff!!!!

Wow, I finally got a chace to tour Aspire at 610 today. The ladies were really cool and just plain down to earth. Kalisia the Manager was very cheerful AND willing to answer all my questions. I had really good experience touring the place. Kelesia was very sweet and professional. Kelesia took the time to make sure that all my needs would be meet . The amenity in this apartment is phenomenal, one of the best if not the best in Houston.
I spent well over a month futilely searching for a new place to live in or around the 610 loop. Everything had frustrating compromises, but then I found Aspire. No other place had this level of luxury at this price point, especially with the specials they have going on. Seriously, I dare you to find something better. On top of that, you really could not ask for a friendlier staff. Everyone is INCREDIBLY helpful and professional. If youre looking for a new place in the area, you really should schedule a tour as soon as you can. I know I had made my decision before I even left.
Update:The place has only been open for a couple of months and we have already experienced car break ins. This is typical for Houston but security isn’t great here.Signed a lease here and was told that the complex is full of professionals “nurses, doctors, and teachers that work in the medical center”. Now that it’s time for my actual move in, i see This was a lie. The place is ghetto. Loud music and guys riding hover boards through the parking garage. Loud people standing around in the street in the middle of the night. The prices are not that cheap so not sure how these people are affording to live here, but at least be honest when you’re touring people.

Any apartment office that has a phone number that never leads to an actual person working in the office is always a sign of bad customer service after you’ve been forgotten about three months into your lease JS. Never lived here, cant speak to anyone

For a luxury apartment the packaging system is terrible I haven’t been able to access some packages. At first at least the office could assist with packages and now I was just told the office couldn’t even access lockers for packages. So now your really short out of luck!
