This building is infested with roaches, and gnats. The locals smoke in the building so soon as you get upstairs theres a harsh smell from the vents and hallways. Theyll have have the a/c on outside the rooms which is very weird. My room is way too hot and Im not even comfortable living here anymore. My room is a hot box (feels like Im sitting outside). If youre trying to get on your feet try it out. Mostly everyone here still has an addiction and hangs out outside in they front and parking lot. But other than that .... you have your own space, theres a laundry room, soda machine, bike rack, BBQ pit, caseworkers, recreation activities on Wednesdays, and a TV room.

This is an apartment building I live in apartment 108, I have lived there for 2yrs the apartments are small the rent is kinda of high, but its convenient its walking distance to the metro train and several bus routes its also close to the bike trail

Been here 4.5yrs. really good place to live when your getting back on your feet.Unlike most places you are not just a apartment number, if you have a problem they will listen to you and do there best to correct it
