I am blessed to have the opportunity to come and fellowship with everyone that comes out and learn from Mrs Cynthia. I am learning more coming out to be around everybody that comes out to learn like me. This is a great place for me to be rather than sitting in the and doing nothing.

My experience here for 4 years were greatAll maintenance staff was very helpful and fast. Im satisfied with this property after a month. Blanca and the staff were helpful and followed up on any issues. My unit is perfect, and the maintenance team resolved the few initial issues effectively.

I would like to think Blanca for working hard get my new apartment took time .But she keep me posted.im grateful for her work .Now can be close to my granddaughter God bless you all for making it happen 🙏❣️

Premier on woodfair apartments is a good place to live Ive been living here going on 10 years for most part management keeps the complex clean they responds to work orders the current gate system sucks sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt especially when you are in a hurry to go to work also now the apartment has a roach problem my last issue is management shouldnt be raising rent every year a lot like that times are hard should be reasonable thanks

I went to this apartment complex to look for a one bedroom apartment that I could move inOn getting here, Raguel or whatever her name is was the one that handled my application. She asked me for my paystub, $20 processing fee, and $200 deposit of which I sent in everything.Before I went to this complex, my friend that use to live here had told me how racist and rude they can be to other race at the leasing office most especially when you ask them questions about anything that you need clearrification on, I still tried it anyways because I was trying to cut down and yes they didn’t disappoint .When I was at the leasing office, there was a Hispanic family that was also interested in the same apartment unit I was interested in, despite the fact that I was there before this family walked in and I had already applied for the same apartment unit before the Hispanic family came in, as soon as they walked in and asked for the same unit their attitude changed towards me. But anyway, at the end of the day, they told me the story that I didn’t make enough money to move into the apartment, and that was really funny to me.OK, I accepted and asked them to refund me my $200 deposit, I was told it would take 3 to 5 Business days to return back to my bank account. It’s almost 2 weeks I’ve not received my money yet, and each time I call to ask them about it, they will have attitude with me to the last call Raguel or whatever her name is hung up on me because I was asking her questions when she told me I wasn’t going to be getting back my $200 but they will refund me $145. This is unfair. I really didn’t like how I was treated. I don’t know why they let her work there still, but it’s OK, karma is real.

They put me out because I had another account in someone name to pay my rent. Thats really rude I was never late on my rent.God sees all i was paying my rent every month. They will get theirs

So i’ve been living here for about a year now i’ve had minor problems from time to time but today I had a concern that I needed to speak with someone in person about and i’m soooo glad I did! at first the office lady couldn’t do anything for me but then I met and was helped for the first time by the new property manager Mariah Edwards . she didn’t make me feel small or like my situation didn’t matter there was no picking and choosing who to help and what she didn’t want to do like the old property manager cleo and her team use to do. No she listened and gave me good personal helpful feedback and got on the phone right then to help me out ! I really believe she’s here for the people not just here for a paycheck and I hope she rubs off on the other ladies in the office too. maintenance team has been good quick and efficient anytime I needed as well

So far ..Property responds well to maintenance issues and takes great care of the looks of the complexes. However the mailboxes are consistently being broken into and not properly fixed or monitored. Also calling the main office forwards you to their call center where they take messages but its been 1 week and 2 days since and nothings been done regarding the mail break-in issue.

Blanca was perfect, great customer service, apt responses, made sure I felt welcomed . Also the whole staff is very cool. Good enviroment!!!

It is a very beautiful place to live in, Bianca is very sweet and always look out like a sister, however my stay is coming to an end due to some misunderstandings but I am respectful and the staff has been respectful to me I enjoy and love this place.

The agents in the office are rude and lack integrity. Theyll play games like theyre missing documents to complete the move in process. Then when they receive the documents its another story. When does it takes 7 to 10 business days for an application to get approved? They treat you better when youre Hispanic which is not right at all. My race, gender or beliefs shouldnt be the determining factor in an application process. And before the owner try to do damage control by saying they dont discriminate, I highly encourage the powers that be to send a mystery applicant in the leasing office to walk through the process to understand that though themselves as the owner dont discriminate, the agents do. Something needs to be done and personal needs to be changed. Racism is laim and should have no place in 2022.

Just renewed our lease here in my opinion this facility works for me very close to my job and management has done a wonderful job of keeping the property clean and safe with ensuring a well-light property. Ive had hundreds of Amazon purchases delivered to my door without a single item going missing. my advice to future residents is if you have your family stuff together stop by for a visit ( if you are high drama people )*** please go look somewhere else cause this wont work

I have been a resident @ Premier since 2012, the apartment is more secured, neat and clean, engaged the residents with more family-valued-programs than in the past. This set of leasing officials are the best, prompt response to complaints, they approach residents with enthusiasm, eager to help. Thank you Claudia, Alexis and the rest of the team for your sacrifices to make us happy.

Enjoyed living here - from the time me and my kids moved her its been nothing but helpful and friendly staff. Never had an issues with the staff. My kids loved the pool. The Playground was kinda unsafe due to the side gate being open- homeless people or random people would come and change their phones. I can stay Ive seen police control area-meaning they acknowledged the problems which is good. Anytime i need assisting with something with my apartment they have been on it. One thing i didnt like are my upstairs neighbor.I can say the apartment stared on them to keep the noise down - unfortunately they didnt listen. Overall i would recommend this community - its a income based complex. Very nice and helpful.

Horrible staff! Very racist! They feel as if theyre doing you a favor by working there! I wouldnt recommend these apartments to anyone! Every last person in that office should be fired! Starting with Cleo! And of course youre going to say my comments have been noted but everyone under this thread has been saying the same thing and nothing has been changed! What are you going to do to change the poor treat of people in your complex? Especially people of color.

To be honest I’ve stayed here For 2 years my lease is up this month . I didn’t have problems the whole time , my refrigerator went out a few days ago they replaced it the next day. I read the reviews before moving here I was a little iffy, but me & my 2 boys enjoyed our stay over here & the staff was always kool. Thank y’all too.

Ever since I’ve moved in these apartments 2 years ago the people have been nothing but great to me. Any problem I have with apartment which is hardly ever the come immediately. There very lenient they work with u. They keep apartments very clean. Most definitely I will continue to renew my lease every where because this is a place I consider home.

The apartments are nice but its not worth living here when the staff is rude and racist to EVERYONE. I lived here from 2017-2018. I always maintained my apartment cleaned even the porch and yet they didnt give me my deposit back when I left. During the time Ive been living here, the staff has been treating everyone in a rude way and sometimes they would ignore you if you had a problem with something in your apartment. One of the worst one was Cleo Ramirez (I think thats her name) and she was very racist, rude and wouldnt stop glaring at you as if you were her worst enemy, she was very rude that she would yell at her clients. The day I went to ask why I didnt get my deposit she yelled at me and told me to get the f**k out of her office and told me to eat sh*t when I was being nice and I asked her nicely but I did defend myself after the way she talked to me. Many of my neighbours also had this experience after they left and none of the staff did something to stop her, in fact they were trying so hard at not to laugh while Cleo was embarrasing her clients, not only me, and she would do it front of other clients too. There are better places to live in and this apartment isnt one of them, it may be calm and nice but like I said before, its not worth living here when they dont want to change the staff for a better one, even the staff doesnt care about the condition of the apartment.

Ive been living at the complex for 9 years. Today the premier apartments had a back to school drive for the children. They provided backpacks and all the tools that the children need .they also provided a bouncy house with snow cones and snack. my apartment complex is the bests

It was nice living there. But they will steal your deposit. I was only there 6 months. They charged me for a pet treatment and the apartment didn’t even have carpet anywhere. I cleaned the oven and stove and actually left it cleaner than when I got there and they charged me for it. I didn’t even use the oven at all! Failure to try and communicate with me they will nickel and dime you when they can. Don’t live here

I have lived in this complex for about 5 years and these yrs here have not been pleasant. Manager Cleo and staff are trained to give you the run around when you have a complaint against flooding, vandalism, and appliances on the premises not properly functioning.Premier is very quick to charge you for anything and everything. I have dates, pictures times and call times of complaints. Owner does not care eitherHe can care less either way, he will not even respondto your call or emails.. Maybe once legal action is taken and petitions are signed from current tenants changes will take place. Report to HUD as well.

Ive been trying to lease from them for almost a month now and Ive been dealing with a lady name Claudia who says she is going to call me back but never does I always end up calling her back and like now I spoke with today and she said she needed to talk to some guy bc they had to re-run my credit check and she said she was going to get with him last week Friday to see if he was going to approve me.. There not open on Sunday so I gave them Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday fast forward I spoke with her on today and she said he was right there and she was going to have him look over my file right now Id even think she knows who I am to be honest.... Ive given these people 370.00 dollars of my money and Im still not getting any results on top of that they close everyday @ 5:00pm everyday when it clearly says on the recording 5:30pm I have made a report with HAA who told me to go retrieve my deposit on tomorrow and if I have any problems to contact them ASAP AND NOT TO LEAVE THE OFFICE W/O MY MONEY IN HAND! I also reported the Claudia lady who I hope they deal with immediately Im going to continue to press the issue until the matter is resolved this is a nice property but the hassle and the pointless calls and not getting any answers or phones calls returned is not worth it the people in the office starting with Claudia need to be fired ASAP! DONT DO IT LOOK ELSE WHERE! AND NOT TO MENTION THE PROSTITUTES AND CRACKHEADS THAT WALK AROUND AT NIGHT! THIS PROCESS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!

This is the worst place to live. I moved in when they were brand new. They were fabulous until the prostitutes come out at night and start hollering down the street and pulling into the parking lot and screwing people and leaving used condoms on your porch. The front office manager Claudia will not help with bug issues and if she does she blames them on you and not her property then will have you evicted with your children for no reason. She also never gets back to you about anything. The cameras they have are not recording they are only live feed, how do I know this because i was robbed and chased after the guys and a cop saw this. They asked for the cameras to they could see the guys faces and catch them because they ran into the apartments. The apartments have a bad bed bug problem huge bed bugs and theybso nothing about them and when they do it doesnt work and blames it on the tenant even though they are there when you moved in. Run away as far away as you can, yes they are a good price but the problems with everything isnt worth it.

Amazing place to live. Very quiet peaceful and friendly neigboours one can have. Safe n always super neat. I love premier apt........ office staffs friendly and attends to your needs so fast. Good maintenance .....

They’re very discriminatory, I wanted to rent a 2 bedroom apartment with washer and dryer connections and I couldn’t just because my husband doesn’t have a Social even though I do! The girl said all people that live there has to have one. I’ve seen many reviews on how racist they are. Very wrong

Very unprofessional staff I got denied because the color of my skin that’s very racist they have drug dealers living in the apartments in I got denied for the color of my skin they need to be removed from the office at this point because it’s not making no sense they never process my application in lying like they called my supervisor to verify I called my supervisor and asked her and she said she never got a call from them something needs to be done literally then they called the police on me n my sister because they said they don’t won’t us on their property cause we know our rights and that’s not a reason to deny anyone for a apartment we have kids but apparently they don’t care police officers told us we can sue them for civil rights and that’s exactly what I’m going to do….

The worst management and complex, ever! There are drug dealers and street walkers both inside and out of the complex! The manager only manage to avoid all residents. Did I mentioned the apartments are slowly sinking, due to the foundation. Also, that you cant even get to the mailbox without stepping over a begging ass crackhead! So, glad that my lease has came to an end. Thank you Jesus! I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to live here!

Worst management ever. I currently live here and cant wait for my lease to end so I can go somewhere else. I call today to see if I they could check the cameras because somebody hit my vehicle and they answers my question like they didnt care. And told me that the cameras dont record nothing. What the hell!! so why they have some many cameras in every corner if they are useless. I swear these people dont care at all about there residents.

I called this place to request information, and the person who answered was rude and arrogant. I would recommend saving your time and energy.

Be aware that the woodfair Apartment have been in the local news 1/24/2018 for the amount of robberies being committed on the property. I would think when this started the manager would have gotten security, but still today they dont have any security. If you love life dont move there.

I have been here since Premier had reopened and I have to say there has been nothing but,decline! The manager Cleo Rodriquez has managed to avoid all duties of being a property manager. Also,your on time rent payment comes up missing or placed on another teneats ledger.The drug dealers and street walkers have taken over! Please,go somewhere else. I did.

Id like to tell you all that Cleo Martinez and alexis are ractists against black people. They would use false allegations and accusations to have you evicted, especially if youre African Anerican. Every since Premier hired cleo its been a total disaster. They truly need to fire those heathens in the office and get non racist and professional people inside of their office. Theyll move blacks out without a cause and move others in who gets drunk, dont rent at all or on time and causes big trouble. Im so serious Cleo most definitely need to be terminated for racism alone. Theres much danger on their property, no one is safe and your at risk every single day because Cleo doesnt care about nothing at all but chewing at her desk & collecting rent payments. Cleo is PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!

OMGOODNESS!!!! Im not the only one who has noticed that Ms. Cleo is very one sided, racist, disrespectful, the outrageous prostitution, weed smoking and robbery on the property severely. The place isnt fit for animals to live.

My cousin been trying to rent here for 2 months and the woman in front is always lying saying she needs more stuff and always forgets to do his application.I really think they are rasist.

The condominium is very nice and clean, the apartments are in very good condition but they remain with a lot of marijuana smell. The office staff has a very bad attitude when it comes to dealing with the people we live with and does not resolve any disturbing situation, especially the main manager. I am very dissatisfied with the office staff.
