I cannot say enough great things about Remington Park Apartments! From the moment I walked into the office, Sylvia and Martin went above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns were addressed with professionalism and care. They are truly the heart of this community—always friendly, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are happy.Maintenance is equally amazing! Any time I’ve had an issue, it was handled quickly and efficiently. The team here takes pride in keeping the property in top shape, and it really shows.Living here has been an absolute pleasure. If you’re looking for a place where management genuinely cares, maintenance is on point, and the overall experience is top-tier, look no further than Remington Park Apartments! Highly recommend!
I LOVE living in here. I’m about to make 3 years in this nice apartments and trust me, I can not even think in moving to somewhere else. Everybody who works here it’s very very nice, the manager Sylvia, also Martin, Maria, Elizabeth, the maintenance guys, Lee, Felix, Juan, George, Delmy, Jose, they all are always so happy to help you and they show it. I won’t say it’s a perfect place, because even if the office tries their best, everything can not be just on them, I had the experience with some neighbors that are really rude or they just don’t want to follow the rules, but trust me, always that you complain or that you let the office know what’s going on, they’re always there to help you with their best energy. I love so bad the management, all the facilities, THE GREEN AREAS, the peace and the location of the apartments. I really enjoy living here and feeling in home.
I just moved in and I am very happy with the complex. Safety is very important to me and I will say this place seems very secure with the key card system. It was hard finding a complex in Houston with good reviews, the minute I called Remington Park, Maria answered. She was very professional and genuine. She made the moving process so easy and was available for all my questions. She is the main reason I moved here. I look forward to the memories in this new home. Go to the office and ask for Maria, she’s awesome.
I am completing the application process and have been absolutely delighted in my experience! Maria is phenomenal, kind and truly the best! Jennifer gave me a tour of the property when I visited and she was extremely sweet and did such a good job of showing me the actual unit I would be renting! Maria and Jennifer make a great team & I truly cant say enough good things about how wonderful Maria has been during the application process! I hope to make my home there very soon!
Very helpful and informative. Maria and Jenny took care of me when I went to check out some apartment units and ultimately ended up getting the one I wanted. They stayed late as well to give me time to fill up the application and also saved me a months worth of rent. I will leave another review once I live here for a year. Very excited to start moving in.
Remington Park Apartments are amazing! They communicate well with tenants, they call back the same day, the maintenance team is speedy and efficient! If I’ve had an issue or work order it’s done within 24 hours and if it’s emergent they have a fast response time no matter what time of the day! Everyone of the office staff to the maintenance team is welcoming and personable
Maria made the application process super easy and efficient. Within 24 hours we were able to move into our apartment and everything is going smoothly . The facilities are perfect for our needs and Maria is always there to take our call our assists us in immediately. Thank you Maria for making us feel at home
Very acceptable apartment for the price. My main gripe is the air conditioner is extremely loud (it sits above the entryway in the greenbriar units with no sound insulation). Makes it difficult to watch TV. Nowhere is perfect, but thats the one thing I would fix if I could.I have to pour $10 of Drain-O down the drains once every 2 months. Roaches were an issue before I figured that out. Havent seen once in a year since. The complex usually stays very tidy. Occasionally the valet trash forgets to pick up, but an email to the front office always resolves it. Maintenance requests have always been addressed the same day I submitted it. The one time the air conditioner broke, they had a portable unit for my bedroom the night of, and had it fixed the next day. Maintenance guys are all super nice.
I found this apartments just driving around, since the first time we when inside, Maria was amazing. She was really helpful on everything. We are so exited to move here, hopefully everything works well for us.
Hey guys, so far My experience has been great with Elizabeth at Remington. She responds in a timely manner. She’s direct and thorough with her communication. I’ll be moving in next month and the extent Elizabeth has gone through to make sure I’m aware of all cost and fees as well as operations is amazing. I want to say Thank You. You guys are doing an amazing job.
I was in a moving crisis and I was able to apply on a Tuesday, I had a approval by Wednesday and they had me in by Friday. The process was smoothed, quick, seamless. The apartment is amazing the video and pictures did it no justice. Elizabeth, Silvia & Maria was extremely helpful. Even after receiving my keys the entire staff has been extremely helpful. The property is amazing, the residence are friendly, the pool area is nice (love the 2 separate pools & grill. Nice courtyard especially when it gets colder here! Thank you for the moving experience!
Maintenance Man Mr.Lee Guzman is my go to person if I need any repairs done on my unit . He takes his time to make sure everything is up and running. Please whatever you do keep him here at the property forever because he is the Best😇Update: Remington Place has the best Maintenance crew Lee, Felix , Raul, Jorge. Remington Park Apartment is the best Apartment complex I feel safe living here.
UPDATE :Sylvia is hell on wheels! She’s very disrespectful and I am so happy I no longer live at this property! They are negligent when it comes to repairs or other issues but forceful when rent is due! I am so happy I’ve found a place that treats their tenants with respect at all times!!! Please note units are old! Flooding is bad. Management is rude when they do not understand your circumstances, and they are simply MONEY HUNGRY.I moved into a 2bed 2 bath at Remington Park last Wednesday! My process was very smooth, Juana my leasing agent was very accommodating and communicative, I appreciate her working with my family and getting us approved and moved in when we we were crunched for time! I’m grateful for all the staff who made my move a breeze! We love it here, we feel safe! Community is clean, quiet and has wonderful amenities!
I am moving in now and everything is going very well. I had one tiny issue that has already been fixed. The entire application and move in has been very smoth and easyThe staff is very efficient and helpfulI love the floor plan and my pet lawn/privete garden. Pretty property.
Ms.Elizabeth was the best for my move-in experience! I drove from New York and was just over the apartment search and process. Ms. Elizabeth from start to finish she was very helpful and knowledgeable! I was on crunch time to get an apartment and she got me approved in 3 days!! Thank you so much Ms.Elizabeth you were awesome! She even helped me get lights for my apartment she’s the real deal!!
Maria was very patient and helpful. The property looks fantastic and it has close proximity to many areas in Houston, along with easy access to Highway 59.
Remington is home! Its very calm and peaceful here and its in the middle of everything. Accessible to Sams, Walmart, HEB, even the ER. It has a compound area that residents can use for jogging or walking the dog safely. One of the things I want to brag about is their fast MAINTENANCE service! Never had a problem with maintenance. Our concerns had always been solved the next day, unless they need to order parts. Hard to find this elsewhere. The management team are very polite and listen to your feedback and concerns. They also try to organize events for residents during festivals. The rental price for that location for us is quite reasonable. Some of the concerns are pest control. Residents pay for pest control, but not much has been done. We had to purchase our own pesticides and clear it ourself. Small cockroaches infestation was crazy.Trash valet - Most of the time, its no problem but sometimes the guy wont pick it up eventho its still considered light and was packed with 3 layers of plastic. Secondly was some inconsiderate neighbors who will let their trash leak, and stain the walkway.Noise - Management need to take action on certain residents who likes to blast their music out loud. In this case, there was only 1 resident, yet nothing was done. We tried to be considerate and patient, but blasting music till late night is unacceptable. This is one of the reason we are moving out. 1 bad apple, spoils the entire barrel.Non residents using the amenities especially the gym and gym restrooms.Residents issue - Smoking grass not only stinks the staircase and walkway but also it would seeps into your closet and restroom.Lastly is the security in the parking. Every night is a concern as there have been theft / broken windows / tires stolen cases before. CCTV installation and more lights should be available in the parking area.We should surely recommend Remington to people of Houston, but some of these small issues needs to be taken care of.
Martin was very helpful in the whole process of applying for the apartment. He is very courteous, friendly. Love the apartment I am moving into!
We had a great experience with the apartment application process. It was smooth and straightforward, thanks to Maria, who was incredibly helpful and guided us every step of the way. We also love the apartment itself spacious, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. It’s easily accessible from most places in Houston, which has been super convenient for us.
Elizabeth was Amazing! She processed our application and had us approved within a couple of days. The process was smooth and she explained everything to us so we knew exactly what to expect and followed up whenever we needed something. This was the best move in experience Ive had anywhere..Thanks Elizabeth!
I was looking around the area for apartments and could not find anything for the price or cleanliness that I wanted. However, my last stop in the day was Remington and I was able to find very affordable apartments in a much nicer area than the other apartments nearby. Martin helped me greatly in touring the apartments, giving me all the information I needed and getting me signed with an apartment within the day and approval very quickly!
Great environment but Im surprised they havent noticed that Im disabled and I have to be on the 1st floor. My bathroom tile was cracked and they just drilled in a couple of screws and covered it with a woodstyle temporary fix. Its now coming up and Im a little upset. There are a few confusing rules and the trash can get you a fine. Im a bit disappointed but the Site manager is Amazing. Its why I stay. Shes definitely worth working with. Actually, I could say that for her and the staff and maintenance especially.... As long as you work with them, everything will be fine!
I went to visit the apartments on Saturday and Maria helped me finding the perfect fit not just for my budget but also for my preferences! I love this apartments, the area is really really nice and central, the staff is the best and the facilities are awesome! Thank you Maria for being so professional and helpful today!
Sylvia and Elizabeth have made a great impression and helped my brother & I feel welcomed and safe. Especially Elizabeth for being patient with me in this time of need and working over time to help in any way possible. It’s so important to feel secure in your living environment. I hope my new home brings comfort and happiness!
The application process was excellent, the front office was very prompt when giving information and helping me through the process. They worked their hardest to solve any issues that may arise. If you are looking for a great community I highly suggest this apartment!
We were just approved friday! super fast and detailed process! we felt welcomed all of our questions were answered from touring to the application process! they also have security cameras/systems which is a plus for us! we’re super excited!
Sylvia and Maria was an amazing leasing agent! They was very knowledgeable and helpful while on tour. This was my first time touring apartments so I had a ton of questions. Sylvia answered them all, and I was comfortable and understood the application process and everything in between! I am very excited to live here and my apartment is amazing 🤩
Maria was an amazing leasing agent! She was very knowledgeable and helpful while on tour. This was my first time touring apartments so I had a ton of questions. Maria answered them all, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood the application process and everything in between! I am super excited to be moving in soon. For anybody looking into apartments , stop by and ask for Maria!!
Lived here for years. Left for 2 years and now Im moving back! Had a bit of an emergency and had to move quickly. Inquired on Friday and was just told on Monday im approved! Everyone in the offive is nice and helpful but Elizabeth in the leasing office was amazing! Went above and beyond!
Sylvia was fantastic. She has helped me with the whole process, from touring the property to signing the lease. The process was very quick I toured Monday and move in at the end of the week. This is my first apartment after graduating college so this is all very new to me and Sylvia has made me feel very comfortable with being able to ask questions during each process. THANK YOU THANK YOU! She is very personable and can tell she cares about her property!
My mom and I moved to Houston Feb/2023 from Harlingen. We met Elizabeth at Remington Apartments and we are super excited about our move in in a couple of months!! Elizabeth really made us feel welcome and she answered all of our questions. Looking forward to making this place a home for us.
Been here for a year and its been swell overall. I do have issues with other residents not following rules that impact me, such as leaving trash out in the hall all day and bringing in flies. The gate keeps being broken into and the pedestrian door has been unlocked for months now, so the communiylty is not as secure. Even when the gate doors and community pool/gym has a working lock, residents leave the door ajar. Also have issues with noise. A neighbor upstairs plays loud music throughout the day. I tried to tolerate it, but for several weeks now they play loud music from 8 pm to 5 am.They do have a courtesy office and the security will deap with any issues when called. But they wont always be available. Even as I type this the neighbors are still playing loud music with a speaker in the patio. The apartment complex has a lot of great services. I really enjoyed the first 8 months of moving here because the community was peaceful and people followed the rules. But as of late its been a bit unpleasant with the constant noise from neighbors and the gate/community doors not being secure. That said, i do see the apartment office try to enforce the rules and I do appreciate that.P.S. If you want to get some sleep, I would advise against renting by building #6. It sounds like a disco and youll hear the same songs constantly.
Martin is the beyond the best!!! Super helpful, kind, friendly, always has an answer or knows who has one. This is a great place! We are very excited to move here! Excellent customer service.
I am extremely impressed with the management and maintenance services here. Sylvia, the manager, is absolutely amazing! She is always attentive, friendly, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. The maintenance team is equally impressive The head maintenance Lee, always provides excellent service and does his job with professionalism – they respond to requests promptly and efficiently, always resolving issues quickly. This level of service has made my experience here exceptional. Highly recommended!
After a 3.5-year residency at Remington Park, I am compelled to share my candid evaluation. Prospective residents are urged to conduct diligent research before committing to a lease, as the communitys advertised allure does not align with reality. Positive aspects include convenient freeway access and a quiet environment. Conversely, significant drawbacks include recurring summer air conditioning malfunctions, despite maintenance attempts, and necessary pest control measures to combat roaches. Hallway upkeep is also inadequate. A primary concern, however, is the communitys pronounced lack of security, including absent hallway surveillance and an unstaffed community officer position. A recent, disturbing safety breach involving unauthorized lock changes was met with leasing staffs troubling nonchalance. Frequent staff turnover often yields unqualified personnel handling resident issues. While convenience and affordability may appeal, I strongly advise potential residents, especially solo female occupants, to explore alternatives and inquire about the community app for vital information.
Maria was very kind and helpful in assiting me through the applicant proccess. I look forward to living here.Update 1: Still been pretty great, we found some damage, they fixed it asap, and were quite timely.Update 2: Still 5 stars, our two cats have escaped, we believe around Monday, we had a cat sitter who may of left the gate open. If anyone sees these cats in the area please grab them for us!Update 3: We found our cats, Maria spent most of her xmas and xmas eve looking calling for them, and kept us up to date while we were away was a big help. Seriously never had an apartment employee go through such lengths, she is a kind hearted individual and deserves more praise then I can give. Thank you Maria!
Sylvia and Martin are AMAZING at the Remington Park Leasing Office and Management!I suffered severe damages at a different property, and they were not only kind, compassionate, and caring, they helped me find an apartment within the week!I am so grateful to both of them.Highly recommend! Good customer care and service are rare these day.
I went to take a look of the apartments and good a really good impression. Plus I have to highlight their costumer service. Maria was upstanding, very kind, patience and friendly.
Recently toured Remington Park with my partner. We were referred by a long time resident of theirs and friend of ours. We fell in love with the property and the amenities. Big thank you to Martin for filling us in on the available floor plans and for Maria for taking the time to show us multiple units that best fit our needs. It was a great experience and would recommend it to others. We look forward to hearing back soon and to joining the community.
Amazing customer service, I have not dealt with an apartment complex that will take their time to find an apartment that has everything I have asked for. Mrs. Sylvia has been so awesome at ensuring she finds me the perfect home that meets both my pets and my needs.
Maria is such a good helper, she made my day, and she is such a wonderful person. Maria is a sweeetheart 🥰 I love the apartments and I cant wait to move in next week, im definitely recommending my family and friends to come here !! xoxo 🥰🥰🥰
I really looked forward to making this my new home. making my dreams come true .. investing $250 on a application fee .. to go through an ordeal. I know its not their fault.. cuz there was unfortunately a unresolved situation, that through this situation ;came to light. & got resolved gracefully.. but the way i got finessed wasnt even cool. After i rectified the situation, invested time & effort. Provided evidence & proof.. i was thrown away & discarded.. given the high hopes on if i fixed the problem we could stick to the original arrangement. Next thing i receive is , besides of getting it fixed , if I wanted to try again i would have to submit a new app.. and talk to the manager to get considered. I understand the process... but dont play with ppls feelings & give them the false hope.. i understand your business, money over everything. but dont play with ppl & their hard own money. The moment i considered yall, i chose yall.. without even researching. But never thought i would be finessed.. i really believed when they said they were here for me & will help me til the end. No follow up or care. & then they beg for a great review to get your 1st month off. Lol kudos ... theres only 1 or 2 good ppl in that office , according to REAL REVIEWS .👏👏👌
Ive been here like almost a couple years and they really treat me well. If anything happens maintenance wise they take care of it. Office management works with clients to make their experience great. No problems with any other residents. Everyone is nice. Apartments are clean and updated. Very good place to live.
Recently toured and decided this was our next home all in the same day! Maria and Martin were great and made the process simple. We were brought to tour by a long time resident of the complex and loved it. Thank you for the whole team for making it easy for us.
Maria has been such a big help on getting me applied. If you have any questions at all, the lovely leasing office can definitely help. Everyone is so nice and helpful.
It was a fast and easy process application. The manager and Maria Help me a lot to get approved on my application. I recommend this This community
Jennifer Ramirez was super kind and super helpful! she made our experience a 10/10!
Was told my application was denied due to criminal background, when asked for the criteria and the search results Maria immediately switched to an eviction in my GF history… just seems like they didn’t want us in there🤷🏼♂️
I’m so sad to leave this place, I have been here almost 6 years!! Sylvia and Martin have been so kind and helpful all these beautiful years in this community. Big shoutout to the maintenance team for always being quick and informative whenever there was an issue in my home. Love you guys 😁
Apartments are located in a very central area, I like their structure. For the another hand there is a sweet leasing consultant called Valentina that was helping my friends with all questions in regards to the application process.
Vanessa, Martin and Angie Have been great from the start. Any Questions I have they quickly answer. They are always there If I need anything. They made moving so much easier and are very understanding. Sylvia is strict but she is just making sure that everyone is comfortable and enjoying where they live. This Apartments’s are very nice , if you have a problem in your apartment you put a ticket in and they come and fix it at a very quick and efficient time.
I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I love how friendly the residents are in the office, Sylvia and Martin make sure that my issues are resolved if there are any, they work with making sure you’re comfortable with where you are living and Try to communicate with keeping you updated as much as they can. these apartments is near everything Walmart, Sam’s, canes, Starbucks, Jack N the box, Chick-fil-A… very convenient.
Looks so nice and clear. The place is so incredible :DMaria brings a very nice experience to us, the people who wants to know about it, She use the two basic languaje to help the people and offer a good service.
I Have To Say Marie Is Amazing n Willing To Help...Sylvia Is Phenomenal n Welcoming....As Long As These Ladies Are Here I am Staying....THANK YALL FOR EVERYTHING....
Sylvia is amazing! She is very kind and made moving in easy. Her team has also been very helpful with any questions I have had so far. The complex is beautiful and feels safe. I’m happy I chose to move here!
Very quick and simple application process! Martin was very helpful with everything and made the process run smooth. The site is very clean and inviting. Also in a great location!
Sylvia, Martin and now Luz have been so great since day one!! Choosing Remington Park has been one of my best choices in apartments ever!! I’ve lived in Houston going on 3 years and all of them have been at Remington Park. Don’t plan on living anywhere else!! They have been so attentive! I love it here!!
I lived here for over 2 years. I am glad to be moved out. I recommend this place if you are okay with your car or home being broken into, waking up to your car on blocks, and living without A/C for almost two weeks in the hot summer. Management very dismissive and rude. Apartments are old and need renovations but they will try to bill you for that themselves after you move out to cover their own responsibility of upkeep.
Living at Remington Park Apartments has been an absolute pleasure. From the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed by the attention to detail and the commitment to providing a comfortable living environment. The location is fantastic, with easy access to amenities and major roads, yet still nestled in a peaceful and well-maintained neighborhood. One aspect that truly sets Remington Park apart is the management team. They are friendly, responsive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction.Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to call Remington Park home. It’s a place where I feel safe, comfortable, and welcomed, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic apartment living experience.
I just moved in on March 1st and I have to say this was the most smoothest move possible! Angie and Vanessa are truly the best ever, helped me and guide me thru the whole process and they were always welcoming and willing to answer all of my questions. Not to mention the apartments, excellent conditions super spacious and extremely clean !
I’m not sure why people complain, but I haven’t had any issues with maintenance or any type of service. Everyone is very responsive and friendly. Especially the maintenance people they are very helpful. One time at night I left my keys and my key card in the gym and i walked out and I wasn’t able to get back in. I called maintenance and left a voicemail. Few minutes later, they call me and they were able to open the gym door for me and get my keys.
Martin made moving into the apartment smooth. We havent had any issues beside some roaches, BUT they offer pesticide services every Thursday by request, which has been a huge help in combating that issue. The community itself is very quiet and the most you hear is the occasional dog bark as its a big dog community. 🙂
I just wanna leave another review because this roach issue is THAT BAD. I am SO uncomfortable in what’s supposed to be my home. I left town for about a week and a half. I thought maybe it would improve since an exterminator sprayed my unit down a week before I left.Surprise, it’s three times worse. I’ve never seen so many roaches in any place I’ve ever lived. I hate it here. I want out of my lease. I submitted a form for a deep extermination treatment today and they told me I have to wait because they’re booked for a week. He said the earliest they can do is Wednesday. I’m not sure if that’s this Wednesday or next. Either way it can’t come soon enough. Also I submitted ANOTHER service request to replace my fridge since my food has been contaminated by bugs AGAIN. I’m beginning to feel convinced that they won’t replace it until I die from tuberculosis or something. If you’re an aspiring entomologist , you’ll love it here. Being in my apartment is depressing. And I work from home. 0 out of 10 stars.Edit - of course the roaches don’t just hang out in broad daylight. They come out at night. They didn’t acknowledge the fact that they SAW the roaches in my fridge during the walk through. I don’t like to be nasty but don’t make me out to sound like a liar. As I previously stated, I didn’t do the clean out since I JUST had en exterminator come and I was going out of town. I didn’t have time to move ALL of my things for an exterminator to do something they should have had done before I moved in anyway. I signed that form several days before the walk-through.Edit edit - I forgot to add photos of the roaches in my fridge. Yes, that’s roach feces in my cupboards. Yes that’s a roach in my cup because they were falling out of my ice maker. Yes management saw this, that’s what prompted the walk-through where they determined there was “no infestation.” I suppose this is an acceptable amount of roaches :). My photos are all time and location stamped so please do not play with me. Be safe everybody. Document everything.Still the worst management I’ve ever experienced. Bumping my review so home seekers beware.
Had a great experience with Sylvia, she is human, honest and humble and keeps it real! Lol thank you for a great experience looking forward to our new home!
Leasing was quick and painless. When we toured the apartment was very nice and homey! I’m incredibly excited to move in!
Great costumer service by Jackie and Sylvia. The whole application process was smooth. If we had any questions it was answered in minutes. Took us less than 2 weeks for everything to be processed. Even with a hurricane!!
I had an exceptional experience with Angie and Vanessa at Remington Park Apartments. Their professionalism, extensive knowledge, and dedication made the leasing process seamless. Their friendly demeanor and prompt communication truly set them apart. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking a smooth and enjoyable leasing experience.
The Remington office staff is always welcoming and professional. Positive about addressing any concerns residents may have and friendly with new, prospective residents. All in all a great place to live. Have called Maintenance a couple times and issues are promptly dealt with and resolved timely.
Im exited for moving here Elizabeth has been super helpful shes so kind fast and makes the process super smooth thanks Elizabeth!!!
Customer service here is excellent. Elizabeth was very helpful and thorough, she made the leasing process a breeze.
First of all, I really dont understand all these crazy complaints about flooding. I was worried about that during last rains, but didnt see ANY issues at Remington Park! I know what Im talking about. I had flooded driveways, etc. while living in Greenway Plaza and Montrose areas, but here nothing happened at all.Leasing office, gym, complex area - are great!Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cant say anything bad. I appreciate sms and email notifications, package reminders, etc. This is very nice!I love my big, spacious, light apartment. You wont find better options for this price, quality and location. Location is just perfect and close to 59, 610, Westpark Tollway, Galleria/West University/Greenway Plaza areas. Sams club and Walmart are just around the corner.I hesitated to move in here due to negative reviews, but Im happy I did it anyway!Dont forget that bad neighbors and other things can happen anywhere. It doesnt mean anything wrong about apartment complex. Im sure staff reacts to all complaints and reports to make our living here better.
Maria and Sylvia have been incredibly helpful with finding me a unit with a yard. I move in mid October.
Living here has been a dream come true, 1st starting w/ the office staff how helpful they are. 2nd, management has been so kind and helpful on applying. 3 maintenance team is crazy fast and they update you if they happen to take long on a ticket.
I love living at Remington Park. The office staff is awesome! Sylvia and Martin always make time to talk to me. I often just sit in the lobby and have a cup of coffee. As for repairs, they are done quickly and efficiently. The grounds are kept up with making the place look beautiful.
I just want to say from the property manager to the maintenance and office staff. Thank you so much for working diligently and fast on this water issue. I witnessed yesterday, as I was leaving the office a resident was acting very aggressive with the ladies. they handled the situation very professionally despite facing unhappy residents. Thank you remington park for taking care of your residents.
Been living here for more than 5 years. I am very pleased with the office staff and maintenance. Always keeps the grounds clean and make sure that their residents are well taken care of. Highly recommend
Martin in the leasing office has been super helpful from day one! Thank you for your fast response to any issue or concern.
Remington park is my forever home anytime I move to Houston. It isn’t a bad place, it just needs a few updates in certain units but those units are normally cheaper. Prices are decent and competitive at times but that’s the market in general. The property does a good job at keeping the area and hallways clean by power washing, at least every 2-3 months. The trash company doesn’t pick up the trash as regularly as they should within their hours but you can just call and report it to their company number provided by the complex.Patio rules seem a little unusual and unnecessary as the customization of your apartment stops at your balcony door, (no hanging decor, privacy screens, minimum of 5 plants..etc) but that’s due to the property’s insurance company. Personally, I think the privacy screens should be provided by Remington if uniformity is the issue.Mrs. Sylvia in the front office (property manager) is amazing. She gets things done in a timely fashion as well as the other guy in the office who sits on the right, I think his name is Martin. If you put in maintenance request and/or complaint, it will be handled but stay on them for follow up. My service requests were usually handled 2-3 days after, if I put in one on the weekend, they came Monday. The gate was open a lot but that was due to the new system that was put in place. It’s technology so sometimes it just doesn’t work. They always have different resident/community engagement events in the front office (National jelly donut day, buttermilk biscuit day, Christmas gift wrapping stations, etc.). They are also very good with communication via text and email about the gate, amenities, crime, packages, repairs or anything else that you should be notified about. I personally had no problems with crime but crime happens everywhere where there are a lot of people.Noise isn’t a big problem, I was close to the pool and hardly heard anything. I usually only heard my neighbors above when something drops or their tiny humans were running. I rarely used the pool or gym area but when I did, it was clean, so no complaints there. This is my second time living here (2016-2017 & 2021-2023) and I have had no real issues with anything. No bugs, except mosquitos and no plumbing issues. I will say that the power will go out if the weather is bad and usually takes about 5 to 30 minutes to come on depending on how bad the storm is. I hate my job is relocating me because otherwise I would still be here. The area is GREAT! It’s close to major highways, fast food/restaurants, grocery stores, the galleria mall, and nightlife.
This is a great place to live! The amenities are top notch, the location is very convenient, and the leasing office staff goes above and beyond to assist residents, specifically Berenice and Sylvia. The only problem I have with this apartment is the flooding that sometimes occurs in the parking lot after heavy rain, but if you park your car along the fence youll be fine. Theres always plenty of parking spots available, the community is friendly, there are no bug problems, everything is great.
I really like living here! Been here for a year and havent had many problems. The management is very cooperative and communicative. Happy to say I will be renewing my lease!
I like the apartments, Maria was really helpful, she answered all the questions that I had, and she was really nice!! Thank you!
Thank you guys for the five-star service. Remington Park is the best place I have ever lived in Houston. Thank you once again guys🙏This place is highly recommended. Clean, secure, quick maintenance service, great staff management.
Toured with Jose last week, although he was filling in - he did such a great job at answering all of my questions. I was very impressed with the tour and as a fellow Community Manager I would hire Jose myself! I am still indecisive as to where I’ll be living, but Remington Park is on my top 3.
I had an excellent tour experience with angie and vanessa. they answered my questions & even went out of their way to show me multiple floor plans. the community is beautiful. i will be submitting my application today.
Fantastic customer service, Martin was extremely helpful in helping us find the exact unit that was beneficial to us. Amazing facilities. Welcoming community!
Will be renewing my contract. Love the staff always helpful whenever I need something done. Angie, Sylvia, Martin and Vanessa are super helpful and nice. I recommend moving here!
This complex is in prime location with everything you could ever need just down the street. Spent 3 years here and I’m very proud of what the management team has accomplished here. Sylvia has built a wonderful staff that is reliable and efficient in addressing all concerns. Something that was greatly lacking under the previous managing staff. The staff is always willing to assist where they can. Bernice is wonderful and the other ladies (Jackie / Miriam) are also. There was some street flooding during heavy hurricane season but the complexe is usually safe from the flooding. My maintenance requests were always addressed in a timely manner and even in the occasions where we had to wait, the tram always communicated with me.The property is well kept. Some residents neglect their part in maintaining the property but management is good about enforcing the rules and always send reminders. Amenities are good as well.Your experience here is going to be as good as you make it. Personally, I believe building a relationship of trust and respect with the staff goes a long way.I enjoyed my time here and absolutely recommend this property if you’re looking for a place to call home.
This complex has some beautiful apartments and some ugly. The maintenance always come several days and sometimes weeks late, i lived 3 years until now and every time we want to swim they say they are working on cleaning, we never swim on the swimming pool in 3 years, the office people are ver Rude even in their emails!! Gate always open, a lot of crimes happened in the property including burglary and they didn’t do anything about, no security cameras, no security at the gate, and only one poor security guy for the whole property. They don’t do any renovations no matter how long you lived there, the paint is very cheap and gets stained easily even by wet clean hands!!
UPDATE: If I could give Remington Park more stars than 5, I would. Silvia is tremendous in working with us. Even after letting Remington and its staff aware that we are leaving, they graciously accepted us back when things didnt work out for my move to a house. Silvia did an amazing job making us feel like family and working with us to not only stay but find a better fit for our family after they had rented out our old apartment. Again, our fault, but what a wonderful staff and apartments to go above and beyond helping out our family feel welcomed and helped make it a painless process when not knowing where we would be again. This is a wonderful apartment complex with awesome amenities. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!
I have lived here for two years and will (more than likely) be renewing my lease for the second time in a few months. The apartments are an excellent bargain.I have not had any issues with pests, other than the occasional possum I see creeping around at night. The apartments have regularly scheduled pest control and will come to treat your apartment if you request it (I have never had to request it).My major sticking points go back to when I first moved it. My apartment was quite literally thrown together. I had to clean out left behind construction materials and I was picking random nails out of my carpet for about a month. The management has changed since then and the community has improved tremendously.I dont know her name, but the new complex manager (petite lady with black hair) does her job very well. There are nuisances: namely the flooding and frequent mailbox break-ins. I quickly learned to park my car across the street when heavy rain is in the forecast and I havent had any problems as a result. The leasing office has placed cameras in the mail area and there is a patrolman who monitors the property at night, so mailbox break-ins have decreased. The things the management controls are maintained well. The things they cant control are mitigated as best as they can be.
Overall it is a very nice place to live. I received a lot of compliments on the complex & my apartment from friends and family when they came to visit. It is most definitely a convenient location. The amenities are nice. I liked and utilized the BBQ areas the most. It is relatively quiet and I never had real issues other than my wreath being stolen from my door. When it rains, water collects at the front of the complex. Where I lived, I was always high and dry! Any maintenance issues were resolved quickly. If you need ANYTHING done that involves the office Toni is the one to contact. She is the most friendly and efficient person there! She always follows through to make sure your needs were addressed.
I lived her for the past year and it was a good place to live. The dog park was super convenient and large, the apartments themselves were super nice! Staff is very friendly
Everyone in the leasing office has been amazing and helpful; especially Berenice, she has gone absolutely above and beyond for us! We moved in during the widespread power outages after the snow storm. Despite the city-wide chaos and confusion, Berenice kept us updated and in the loop at all times. She went out of her way to ensure that our move-in was smooth and easy! Everything about this has completely exceeded our expectations. I could rave about them for hours, and thats just the leasing office! The apartment itself and the overall community are both fantastic! Our apartment is so much nicer than we could have hoped for, and all of our neighbors have been friendly and welcoming. Not to mention, the complex is safe, were in a prime location, and theres plenty of parking. Living here has gone beyond every one of my expectations. I cannot recommend this place enough!
We are very happy with the attention provided, especially by Silvia Hall, who gave us all her unconditional support and Martín was very responsible and respectful. Thank you very much for welcoming us into your family.
The apartments are nice and are worth what you pay in rent. But the reason Im giving 5 stars is because management was very accommodating to us.When we first moved in we had problems with our upstairs neighbors constantly banging and stomping all day and night. Complaints werent doing much, but when we reached out to the property manager to see if we could switch apartments, she was incredibly nice and helpful and made the process of switching very easy.Highly recommend.
As a resident, I want to say how helpful the office staff has been to me.The apartment is a very well located with many stores and restaurants near by. The Galleria is especially close. Within the complex, the gym and pool are great. The pool is well kept and clean. The staff has been wonderful in getting me settled. They have made my stay pleasant and easy.Daniel has been helpful to me, and I want specially thank him.I can recommend these apartments and the staff to everyone. You will be very well treated here, and happy.
This is going on my second year here! I just want to say that I love it here! The maintenance staff is great, Silva is wonderful and she do a great job with getting things done! Keep up the great work everyone !!!
Okay so my experience has been decent so far. The only big things I would complain about is the positioning of the dog waste stations, and the flooding oh and the pool noise. Before I moved in I asked about the pool noise considering I work from home and they said it doesn’t get loud (I’m next to the pool) it’s been every weekend so loud I can hear conversations from 10am to 10pm every night from Friday-Sunday. I have clients ask if I’m at festivals all the time. It’s been hard to work my business and have actually had to step out and ask them to turn down music because they’re so loud. Also, the flooding. I asked about it prior to moving in and if your in the buildings in the front move your car if it’s going to rain heavy. The rain isn’t a joke. It floods super bad I have a regular size sedan car and if I don’t move it within 10 mins my car is flooded out. I’ve talked to older residents and they said this complex has the highest claim rates due to cars being totaled. I’ve been here since November. I’ve heard horror stories of the management in the past and so far I haven’t had issues with them, maintenance is friendly but on work orders they’re very disorganized and I had water filter out that I ended up going to buy myself. They reimbursed us for purchasing it which I had no issue with. I haven’t had issues with the unit, which is great! Besides the noise and flooding when it rains hasn’t been bad. I’m a small town girl from Indiana and the street noise for me is a bit much but if you work galleria or downtown it’s not a bad commute to places. Traffic isn’t bad if you avoid times from 3-6 pm for rush hour. Getting out of the complex during those times is a nightmare but with planning isn’t bad. Other than this it’s decent.
Super nice staff and very helpful maintenance. The property is always clean and has awesome amenities. You cant beat the indoor basketball court.
1. Get a good look of the entire apartment complex. You’ll notice how nasty the walls/grounds are when walking into an apartment.2. Walls are super thin and upstairs neighbors can be the absolute worst if they have any children. Please keep that in mind.3. I’ve had an incident with someone getting into my car during the holidays due to the lack of security.4. The apartment itself seem very outdated and needs an upgrade. Many of electrical sockets does not work in my living room. Bathroom are very 2000’s.5. No roaches though.6. Nice basketball court.7. Decent pool.8. Canes and Chick Fila within walking distance.Overall, Remington is livable. Circumstances can be way worse in a worse area. But definitely weigh ALL options when looking for housing.
INCREDIBLE!!! From the first tour, to working with our budget, to the way they handled COVID safety, to moving in and working with our crazy time frame and fixing any tiny issues with the unit, Sylvia and her team have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Berenice especially! She has helped us with absolutely everything we needed and answered all the questions we had. This complex is perfect for us and it’s extremely convenient with two nice major shopping plazas right next to us. Neighborhood is quiet and everyone we’ve met has been super friendly. We can’t thank y’all enough. It’s rare to find people and management who really care about their tenants / employees and property but we could tell from the start that we were in good hands. Sylvia and her team revived our first experience of living in Houston.
I have lived at Remington for four years and starting with the manager Sylvia and her entire staff they are doing a great job and extremely helpful. When I had a major maintenance issue in my home, I went to the office to the discuss the issue and was greeted there by Sylvia who is the property manager. When I spoke with her about the issue I was having in my home, she assured me that the repairs would be made that afternoon.I was doubtful due to the prior managers were never nice or professional like Sylvia..That afternoon when I got home the repairs were completed and I even received a follow up call from Sylvia to make sure I was satisfied with the maintenance repairs. Let me tell you, Sylvia and her team of professionals are a top notch group.
This place floods, and my truck was stolen from here twice. The only cameras and lighting are for the office and they dont work at night. It looks pretty when you visit but see if you can spot the puddles from where the property doesnt drain. If you see a current resident ask them about the crime notice emails they send out once a month.
I moved to Remington Park Apartment back in February of 2020 from one of their sister properties and from the beginning they have been nothing but honest, helpful and nice. I want to personally thank Sylvia, Berenice and Martin who I’ve interacted with on the regular. They’re such amazing team I wish them nothing but the best!! 👍🏼
Best service, most professional team I have ever seen. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. All of my issues have been resolved timely and accurately.
Moved in recently couldn’t be happier! The office staff took care of all my needs and wants. They were polite and made me feel at home. I looked at several different apartment complexes but this one had everything I was looking for! They have monthly giveaways and lunches which is awesome. Sandy took very good care of me and my needs. Mrs. Hall the maneger came out and made sure I was being taken care of. Overall it was an amazing experience and I’m happy to be apart of the Remington Family!
Great management! Martin was the best at helping us find what we needed, him and Ms.Sylvia went above and beyond :)
I love these apartments so much Im renewing my lease and moving to bigger apartment because their very attentive when it comes to issue in your apartment and Sylvia and Martin they work with you no matter what... love this place
Everyone in the leasing office is very nice and quick to answer any questions I had .. highly recommend
Staff was amazing and very accommodating to me. Very helpful with answering any questions I had. I would definitely recommend. Property was very clean
I had a smooth experience moving into the property. Vanessa was amazing and made the move in process easy. I would definitely recommend her.
An honest review from someone that has lived here for 2 years and is moving away.- I love Remington Park. The leasing staff is nice and attentive to your needs.1) at the beginning of our first year at Remington Park, maintenance wasn’t doing a great job fixing some issues, but after we communicated with the leasing office they made sure we were taken care of.2) the neighbors downstairs complained about my dog running around at night and Bernice gave me a call to let me know of their complaints but was super gentle and nice about it. I made some changes to be cognizant of my neighbors downstairs and would have wished they reach out to me directly haha but I get it some people are shy and would rather tell on you.3) only bad thing is that they have a few annoying policies but it’s for the betterment of the whole community so I can’t even be too mad about it.-The maintenance team (Team ARI) is always working and the grounds are super well-kept. Best maintenance team I’ve ever dealt with honestly.1) besides the minor hiccups with maintenance at the beginning of our lease, the maintenance team always comes through and replaces anything that needs to be replaced if they can’t fix it. Best of all they are super quick about it! Expect your issue to be resolved in less than 48 hours (although it’s typically next day and I always submit my maintenance requests at night)2) the grass, plants and other greenery is always super beautiful! My dog loves peeing on it lol. Although it is every tenant’s responsibility to clean up after their dog (like I do) for people that “forget” or don’t want to deal with it, they even have one of the maintenance guys that goes around to scoop it. That job must suck especially since it literally shouldn’t be part of his job, but they do it to keep the grounds presentable.3) As someone that’s lived in roach-infested places before, I haven’t seen ONE roach on the entire property during my time here. I don’t know how they manage that but it’s incredible. Pest issues are not a thing here.-The amenities are nice and it’s centrally located.1) who wouldn’t want to live next to a Raising Canes, Starbucks, Jack in the Box, Chic-Fil-a or Pollo Campero?! You literally cross the street and walk 3 minutes to access any of these. Walmart is across the street and H‑E‑B is only a 4 minute drive.2) they have cool amenities although their pool/billiards equipment does need an update in the clubhouse. My dog loves the bark park and the second little gated green area at the back of the property. The nearest big community dog park is only a 5 minute drive.3) it’s really accessible to 59, westpark tollway, and 610 so you can get anywhere in 15 minutes or less without traffic. Some cons/drawbacks:1) people have reported car break-ins and whatnot but I’ve seen them install cameras and hire more patrol officers to try to address it. It’s Houston and we just came out of a pandemic that left so many people broke and struggling. As someone that was looking for an apartment elsewhere, I didn’t encounter ONE spot that didn’t experience break-ins. It happens, you just have to make sure you take care of your stuff and leave valuables out of site.2) one annoying thing is the flooding. During heavy rain, tropical storms or hurricanes, the south side of the property floods badly. One of the tropical storms flooded my car in 2020 and my car wasn’t the only one. If you move here and you don’t have flood insurance for your vehicle, you should get it lol. Also, there’s a parking garage behind micro center owned by Houston Metro and they let you leave your car there up to 4 days and they won’t tow. I started doing this whenever they announce tropical storms/hurricanes.3) not really Remington parks fault but they have a lot of kids that mess with the gym and pool equipment. I love kids but parents need to supervise them.4) being so close to everything in the inner loop comes with a cost. Traffic sucks. Lol but only during rush hour. I barely leave my house so it works out for me.
Staff is super nice to your face but take responsibility for nothing. My car has been broken into TWICE. The first time, I paid for it myself but this time I am not. Bernice was dismissive and absolutely unhelpful. We are in a pandemic and this business has showed no empathy for problems they are creating. No one has the extra money to keep fixing windows when the security and staff is insubordinate. The staff are only polite when you’re paying and paying on time. The crime is not our problem and you guys need to pay for my window. And for anyone else that’s thinking of moving here? Literally anywhere else would be better…
Honestly this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The staff is super friendly and professional. Anytime I’ve had an issue (rarely); it’s been resolved in that same day. It’s nice and quiet and a convenient spot in the city. Thank you Remington Park for the amazing experience!
The maintenance team is awesome, put it in a work order and Lee took care of it right away. No mess left behind, very professional. Thank you Lee for taking care of the issue right away. ✅️
Took a brief tour of the complex and everything seems great. the amenities are awesome. ( 24/7 indoor basketball court, Pool table, Swimming pool, swimming lap pool, gym, and a dog park) Ive considered to move here because of the cool amenities, and because the inside of the apartments are very detailed with hard-wood floors and soft carpet in the bedrooms. the washer+dryer in the apartment also saves money from having to do laundry in a complex laundry facility, and is conveniently stored by the entrance of the apartment. I really also like how the guest room and master bedroom are not connected at all. So you can use the restroom (thats connected to your bedroom) without leaving your room. All in All I think the only people who wrote bad reviews about this place dont know what theyre talking about and should reconsider this awesome apartment complex.
My son lived in this apartment complex for two years and paid the rent on time during those two years. He moved out on November 30, 2021 with proper notice. I thought everything was fine since I had not heard or received anything from the apartment management. I checked the portal where I pay my bill and nothing was owed. Monday, February 14, 2022. I received a collection notice for $1800.60 from National Credit Audit Corporation. I called the NCAC to disputed the charges that I never received. I called the apartment manager and she said she emailed the final bill on 1/5/2022. I asked, “did you send it read receipt?”Answer, “yes”. I responded then you know I did not received it. In my job I received a lot of emailed a day. I searched my emails received on 1/5/2022 and beyond that date and no email. I have a screen shot of emails from Remington received. I requested an itemized invoice from the manager and it was emailed to me. The invoice equaled $ 1,082.70. I made a security deposit of $100.00 and later paid for a pet deposit ($350) after my son got a pet. The additional amount owed, that doubled the amount owed is the collection fee. I have been a customer for two years with a good payment history. Why would I ignore a final bill! My past rental history shows how I would respond. I going to write a letter to the owners to see if they agreed with this decision.
Its an okay place to live. When I first moved here 2 years ago, it was actually pretty nice. It feels as if the property itself has gone downhill. Be aware that if there are heavy rains the complex floods. In my two years of being here, the property manager has changed 4 times. I think that speaks for itself. The office started closing on Sundays a few months back, which is an inconvenience. With the construction on S. Rice Ave, it make getting out of the complex a pain in the morning. I typically use the back exit. The complex was bought out by another management company and it has taken some time for their systems to switch over. Anytime I make a service request, it looks like it goes to the old system, so Im never sure that it hits the queue to be worked. I usually have to either email or stop by the office and they dont have a record of my request. Also, Ive had an issue with packages. Their logging and tracking system for packages could be better. The rent isnt bad for the location. The worst part is the construction around the complex and constant change in property manager.
I stayed these apartment complex for 1 year, overall good location, apartment was good as per price. However, management changed multiple times in 12 months time. Staff is very rude and inconsiderate. They were unable to solve issues regarding noise and floor. As apartment floor noise protection and guarding is very poor. Regarding cleanliness, property management was unable to apply cleanliness regarding pets and their waste.it was always an issue that there had been feces and waste in the ground around walking area.Property management is not clear in their notifications. However all, not a great experience.
Great place to live, awesome services and good places to relax! Pets friendly and good spot to park your car!
Love love these apartments i first started here with a 1 bed, my family grew and i got a 2 bed, now I transfer to a bigger apartment. This is a great place to grow
Went under another management a few months ago, and it has drastically changed the way I view the residence. The management team is not near has helpful or friendly as previous management and has implemented a bunch of new policies and procedures that are a bit hard to swallow for many of the tenants. Ive had difficulty with their new mailing system which charges the tenants $5/day for packages left within their storage drop off after 72 hours. Ive had mail left in less than 72 hours and was charged anyway. When requesting information to several management team what would be done to rectify it, they all seem to not understand how it happened or what to do about it. I was told that someone would get back with me to correct the problem. That was over 2 months ago. Needless to say, Ive decided to no longer followup after my second attempt.Weve also asked that the kitchen light be removed due to a failed ballast. Their maintenance staff has come twice now to replace the bulbs instead. This is a quick fix for a ongoing problem. The bad ballasts eventually burn the bulbs out quicker, leaving you to have to flip the switch 3-4 times to turn on a kitchen light. Totally unacceptable. Wont go into the number of times my car or garage have been broken into. Several of my neighbors have already expressed that they will be relocating in the near future. It has become a place I can no longer recommend.
This leasing office is the by far the most difficult I have ever worked with. Im so sad about it too because this place really felt like home for me and I was so excited to stay here for years and years to come. But unfortunately I wont be renewing my lease due to the run around Ive been given. Ive talked to so many different people and somehow the problem is still not fixed. My account is all kinds of messed up and Ive basically paid around $400 more than I should have since I moved in. I have diligently tried and tried and called and called. One call was met with the lady basically telling me its all my fault and that I should pay my rent. She clearly I had no idea what she was talking about. Then when I talked to someone else that saw the discrepancies and understood and apologized. All I want is for my account to reflect the amount that I actually owe with the credit they owe me on my account. They have said for over a month now they would fix this and today I called to get the credit put on before I paid this months rent. Daniel assured me it would be taken care of and call me when its done. It is now nearly 9 PM, no phone call, no credit on the account, and rents due at 11 PM. I paid what I thought the balance should be if the credit was on it. But I guarantee Ill still come home to notes and eviction notices on my door for non payment. I have a 700 credit score... Ive never not paid something in my life. This is just beyond ridiculous and if their mistakes effect my credit score they will not hear the end of it from me. Ive paid more than I shouldve, but am somehow getting eviction notices. Makes absolutely no sense. So utterly disappointed and sad. I absolutely LOVE this complex and this apartment. Ive never been happier with the quality of an apartment, but this payment situation has me stressed beyond belief.
STAY AWAY PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE, I visited two friends that lives here & omg their apts were ROACH INFESTED! I was scared to put my belongings down.. And my friends are definitely clean and they keep clean houses! They are definitely not renewing their leases!! Move here if you love roaches and poor management communication Smh !*EDITED:To respond they have reached out numerous TIMES YALL DO NOT RESPOND BACK I HAVE SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES! Do better y’all customer skills are lacking in a major way
Renewed my lease here in March. Really quiet & decently priced for the area. They’ve done a bunch of remodeling since & the construction outside of the apartment looks like it is finally wrapping up. The new management is always super helpful! Can’t wait to see other improvements from new management.
Amazing staff !Vanessa is the best. Love her customer service. Always welcoming and very professional. Highly recommend to lease with her.
The staff at Remington Park has always been so helpful and accommodating. On our move-in date we arrived just shortly after the office had closed. Luckily someone was still in the office though and let us move-in despite already being off the clock. We were so grateful! If there are ever any issues in our apartment or the community, they are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
I just moved in to Remington Park in building 22. The apartment was not only like what I expected, but it exceeded expectation. Joining the property felt like moving into a home and the staff made me feel very welcomed. Pretty property with excellent management and a leasing staff that is always smiling and willing to help is what I was looking for and I found here at Remington Park. Five stars for sure.
PRO : Though I can say the complex is fairly clean, the classes they offer in the gym are really great and fun. The front of office staff is nice compared to other complexes Ive lived in Houston. Its right off the 59 and 610 and next to Sams Club, so great location minus the homeless guy that lives in the corner. I never have issues getting to the store down the street or work.CON:PARKING IS SOMETIMES HARD TO FIND AT THE COMPLEX. & there are not close covered parking spots in the back for you to pay for one. & As I moved in, I did not receive a welcome packet when I first arrived. My apartment was somewhat ready to be moved in. Their website did not update in time for me pay my rent before hand and we had issues. Their gate was broken for the first month I was there and security leaves at 1am? & the community calender is rarely updated on their residents login page.If you are living in the front of the complex, beware of flooding driveway entrance and area when it pours/rains really hard
Loved working with Angie! She showed me around the area and gave me a tour plus answered all my questions! Gorgeous community by the way..definitely gonna apply here
I have lived here for quite a while now! And let me say this, this place is beautiful I love the staff that work there. The apt is really pretty I enjoy having my family over they enjoy being in the pool. I 100% recommend someone moving here. Overall the environment is wonderful, enough parking spaces which is good.
Very unorganized! Filed a false claim against me to the credit bureau for outstanding charges that had been paid (and I verified because I got mail saying the chargers were still outstanding) they informed me not to worry about it cause the charge was paid in full. Then the credit bureau informs me that I have a claim against me from Remington park. Then when I contact them, they proceeded to tell me that the issue would be fixed.. after contacting them at least 5 times and my credit dropping 50 points they informed me I would have to contact the credit bureau on my own and get them to fix it for me.Very unprofessional.
Just moved in April 12th and I love it! Sylvia, Daniel, Sandy and Toni are awesome! My entire move in experience went so smoothly thanks to these guys! The property is beautiful! My pup loves the Bark Park! The inside of my apartment is pure luxury. The location is perfect for Galleria and NRG. Im so glad I choose this complex and the rent is very reasonably priced for the location and the amenities. Thank you guys for everything! Paula B.
Kudos to our new manager, Jessica Wardell! She has gone above and beyond to make our transition to the new staff such a great experience. She has also made so many much needed updates to the property and says there are still many more updates to come. We have lived here for over 5 years now and had plans to move if things did not shape up. We are so pleased to announce we have decided to stay! Thank you for all you and your staff do for your residents! Sincerely, Mary P.
Marium, Silvia and Daniel are really awesome!! They make it a priority to handle maintenance orders and have unexpected treats they provide for residents! From free pizza to breakfast in the morning, your efforts are appreciated! Ive lived here 3 years with my family and we love the prime location cant be beat!
It’s my favorite place ever, if you move in here you’re not going to regret 😍
Coming from out of state, the staff communicated clearly and provided ease of access for moving in. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. there were some technical issues with the website and application, but the employees themselves were fantastic.
I would give 10 stars if I could! Silvia and the team are the bomb! Lee who is one of the leads in maintenance is also so kind and works hella hard! My family and I have lived here for over 3 years and are only moving because we want to purchase a home. The valet trash is a nice perk and overall is a quite complex in a fantastic location!
Im a new resident here and Im so happy with my new apartment the staff is amazing 👏
The location is great with easy access to 59, 610, and westpark tollway. The staff has been great when Ive had to interact with them for the most part and maintenance issues have been resolved quickly. No issues with the actual rental unit I reside in but the main problem is parking. There are not enough spots for the residents so if you come in after a certain hour (which seems to be 10pm on a weeknight or midnight on a weekend) then youll have to drive in circles or park really far from your apartment.
We are very happy to be able to move to this apartment complex. Juana attended me, I recommend her 100% and the manager Silvia is very friendly and with a joy that is contagious, I hope my stay is pleasant.
I have lived here for two years and regret renewing my lease. The new management is just as bad as the old that they have replaced. Careless, and do not keep up with informing residents about what is going on with the complex in a timely manner as well as do not keep up with the apartment complex itself. The breezeways are filthy and they have no intention of cleaning them. They try and fine residents for their trash being left out but maintenance leaves rolled up carpet and trash in the breezeways for weeks. The best thing about this complex is the surrounding area but its a hell hole trying to get in and out from South Rice. The flooding is terrible and will continue to be.Expect to move your car or it will be ruined it only takes a few hours for there to be standing water just imagine a full day of heavy rain. And there is still standing water and mud all over the parking lot from the last time water got extremely high .My neighbors new car was towed due to one of the employees at the front giving them someone elses car port. And dont expect help from maintenance it will take a week for urgent request to be aknowledged. This is only a few points to touch on. Truth is you get what you pay for which prices are somewhat reasonable (but are increasing)for the area but, even when a apartment complex and their management main focus is to be accommodating to their customers dont expect that.
This used to be a really good apartment complex. Now, I cant wait for my lease to be over. The exhaust pipe was stolen (carved out) from my car about a month ago. It happened right under my apt windows 🤦🏻♀️ so much for patrol...Besides, if you care for environment, living there will be a torture for you. They LL cut your plants (even when they agreed not to), and you LL be constantly seeing steel traps for cats 😱Not to mention that they stopped picking up recycling trash, now you LL have to drive it to Recycle yourself.Packages and mail get stolen too.So the place has a lot of issues now. Do not recommend.
I have been living here for years . I love the location and the price points are amazing for the area. The leasing office staff is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for something close to the galleria.
Nice property. Staff is friendly. But there’s a serious problem with roaches in my unit. I’ve complained and they’ve sent exterminators 3x now in the past year. Less than a week after the exterminator has left I’m still finding them. I’m finding them EVERYWHERE on a daily basis. I’ve even had food be contaminated by them and I don’t know what else to do. I’ve grown so accustomed to seeing them that I flinch when I see dust on the floor. I don’t even want to invite company over because it’s embarrassing. I don’t eat or drink leftovers that unless they’re air sealed. Even from my fridge (yes, I’ve found them in my fridge too). It’s unsanitary. I pay far too much for what I thought was meant to be luxurious to deal with this. I hate to leave this review, but it’s true.
I have finally moved out of this miserable place. Unfortunately some time in September 2017, ARI (American Realty Investors) took over the property and this place has gone downhill ever since. Years ago when I moved in, this complex was amazing. Very well kept, great residents, a great front office crew, wonderful maintenance group, the grounds were kept up nicely, and the area was wonderful. Fast forward to today, none of that is the case. The front office group is TERRIBLE. They are not professional in any way shape or form. You have a manager (Jessica) with tattoos all over, long sparkly nails, and shes very argumentative from the moment you approach her. If you have something to discuss she does not return phone calls and if you make time to visit the front office to meet with her in person, shes unpleasant to deal with the minute you walk in. She cuts you off and doesnt even listen to anything you have to say. This woman is definitely not trying to resolve issues that arise with the tenants. I am now hiring an attorney to help with my final invoice because they tried to say they were not told about my moving out. The problem is that they have had so many different people in and out of this front office because of stealing and work not being handled in a timely manner, and things just not being done in general...they are now trying to say that I never gave notice because the guy that did have my notification was fired and while he was there, he did not leave information on file (supposedly). I asked to see my file and she refused to let me see anything. I have numerous emails to the office from September 2017 letting them know that I was in the process of building a home and it would not be ready until February or March. I gave them the letter that I provided to the front office and let them know that the guy that worked in the office suggested that I leave the date open and once I knew when the home would be finished and I had a closing date on my home I could put the date in and he would sign off on the letter. I did as he told me, but now theyre saying that he didnt leave any notification in my file about the letter. Even sending to them, they still did not accept this as proof. Of course they would say that he didnt leave anything in my file and I do actually believe that to be the case because he never did anything he said he was going to do. Thats why hes no longer working there in addition to the rest of the staff that was stealing money from tenants. When I tried explaining all of this to the manager, she cut me off and didnt even ask to see the emails or any details. She just kept telling me I have no proof that I gave notice. I continually let her know that I have emails and she would not even listen, and she just kept saying....Im ending this conversation. There was no conversation because she was arguing with me from the moment I sat down to speak to her. In addition to the notification, Im not even on a lease with this complex...I am on a month to month arrangement so Im not sure why theyre even trying to charge me a fee over $1,000.00. Clearly theyre just trying to make up for the money that was being stolen at this front office and charging good tenants for their mistake in hiring unprofessional individuals to work in the leasing office. And here they are again hiring more unprofessional individuals for the office.
First of all let me start by saying the Apartment’s are beautiful ! The staff are very nice and very loving. The maintenance is perfect. If you are looking for the perfect apartment I 100% recommend them. I will be staying here for a long time .
Enjoying all the upgrades the new management company is making! Also, I love the fact that the gym and the basketball court are opened 24/7. And the Boot Camp instructor is a major plussss!!! So far I am enjoying my stay here, and haven’t had any problems with the transition of the new management company.
Everything has been great from the initial tour to moving in. They kept me updated as my application was processed and were always available to answer my questions on the lease. The initial work orders were completed in a timely order.I look forward to living here!
Worst apartment complex EVER. The management changed about three times while i lived there and they still couldnt get it right. The parking lot floods with heavy rain, my apartments had mice and ants even though it was kept clean and no food was ever left out. My refrigerator wasnt working properly and wasnt fixed promptly either(that one took about a month to fix as well), I had hundreds of dollars in groceries go bad on me and had to be thrown out. My smoke detectors where not working for about a month and no urgency to complete the work order, it wasnt till i went to the front office and refused to leave till they fixed it that they did something about it and was fixed same day. The hallways are always dirty, and the rent is absolutely overpriced. I moved out January 22, 2019, and it wasnt till a week ago that i got back my pet deposit. I had to fight them for it too, and they refuse to give me back my ACTUAL deposit saying I didnt pay one. I got a copy of their ledger and nothing was logged in properly, theres Late payments that dont match the date on the checks I wrote to them. PLEASE read your lease THOROUGHLY because all these people care about is screwing people out of their money.
Update ; if you’re young don’t move here ! I’m telling you now! If you do have a mom or dad talk or a lawyer ! They don’t appreciate you! They don’t care! If I worked I would treat everything like if I lived here. THEY DONT. 1400 rent n can’t get them to get me a new refrigerator an updated one at that! Painted on tub! And all I asked was for a new refrigerator but they rather cause he’ll. But I’ll be paying for a lawyer. I keep documents for a reason. Since I moved here June 2021. DO NOT MOVE HERE
The best experience in care facilities, thank you María for your attention
I absolutely love our apartment here. So far the only problem that I have had here is the flooding that occurs when it rains. Like everything else around the area, the streets around the apartment complex flood as well. And the front entrance and parking lot flood pretty bad too. I understand that this isnt really something that can be easily fixed because Im sure they would have done so already. Besides this, its a wonderful apartment complex.
Just wanted to Thank Sylvia,Lee and the entire staff for taking the care of the water issues as quickly as they did.Went to the office the second day the water was off and encounter resident yelling at the staff and I could not understand why he was doing that when it was not their fault that a pipe broke under the ground due to the weather.Once again really appreciate all you and your staff.William
I really enjoy staying at Remington Park apartments. The staff is very helpful, my apartment itself is nice and clean (no bugs!), the gym and pool are great, and there is not really an issue with parking - though be mindful when it rains to park in the back half or at Sams which the apartment staff allow you to do (and remind you via email).
Comparatively this place is ok for the price. The one complaint I have is the ceilings are so thin I can hear every foot step of the person above me. I don’t know if an Elk lives upstairs but it is the one reason I will move unless something can be done about that. Spray foam insulation could help. But for $1300 I don’t want to hear feet dragging ever.
I love this apartment; the location has the most access to major highways in the city. The staff is always responsive; and the environment is always clean. Parking is a breeze; Walmart, Starbucks, chic-fil-A, Sams Club are 2 minutes walk away. This is the choicest location I have ever lived.
I have lived here for more than 5 years and it has been great. Management stays on top of all requests from beginning to end. The Maintenance department works extremely hard to ensure that all maintenance requests are resolved.
I lived in this apartment complex a few years back.First the good:Now the bad, I rented out two covered parking spots at $50 each....Someone was always parked in them. I would come home between 1am -3am never parking anywhere. When it rained, it flooded....BAD. Even thou Sams parking lot was was not flooded, in the complex, peoples cars were underwater. On several occasions. On one particular occasion, the insurance totaled my Jaguar out, between water damage and my car moving around hitting other objects. The valet trash service. Their rules for trash pick up or the times to have trash outside the door didnt work for me because of my work schedule. I left it out early one time and I received a lease violation. AND, it was a mandatory $75?, I believe, wether I used the service or not.The straw that broke the camels back for me one day was.... I was renewing my lease, mind you the location was perfect for my work so it was hard to pack and leave. I was asked by the new property manager to get my renters insurance signed by my insurance agent. I spoke to them and after several conversation back and forth, I asked the property manager if she could just talk to my insurance because I felt maybe I wasnt being clear about what I need to hand them. The property managers response was its not my job to get this done, if you want to continue living here make sure its in your application before renewing. Both myself and my insurance agent agreed that we didnt understand what she needed. I asked her if I could not get the issued resolved what would happen, she camly explained that I would be in violation on my lease agreement and I would be rejected for renewal. This was with less than two weeks left in my current contract. I was getting reject on my renewal and I didnt have a place to move too.I was essentially forced to go month to month which made me pay $1800 per month. I put my stuff in storage meanwhile. When I moved out, I hired professional people to clean the apartment out. I inspected the apartment with the same sheet given to me on the lease agreement before returning my key. I asked them to please schedule me to do a walk through....Guess what?, They claimed they called me to schedule the walk through, but they didnt get a response. I asked them for the number they failed and they could not produce it. So, when they gave me the final, I was charged with lint trap missing from dryer $250, carpet replacement, and professional cleaning of the apartment $500This all happened when they changed management. The previous property manager was easier to talk to too. Wish I could remember either ones name. What I do remember thou is the property management group....GRAYSTAR. Not worth it. Turn away.
Everything was okay in the beginning. Their appliances break very easily and frequently. Ive never had to call maintenance so many times. Towards the end of the lease, they decide to renovate the whole complex! Initially they said it was because of a leak but that leak was only in one building. Not to mention there was a fire, and they started remodeling on the building only to stop, leave it there and start on the rest of the complex period!! This left an eye sore and was tacky. They refused to reimburse anyone for any inconvenience. The noise was unbearable and the repairs caused water outages and power!!! Glad we left before the supercenter is completed. Traffic nightmare! Ms. Chang in the office could really care less.
The perfect tour with kind lady MariaEverything great
This place FLOODS like a swimming pool when it rain the slightest bit. I stayed one year and moved ASAP my lease was up a few months ago. During the floods, a majority of the complex lost their cars and this is not an exaggeration! The tenants leave trash bags outside their doors past or before the set times for pick up, so it stinks and the concrete is stained from trash juice. Rice Ave is like a highway so if you are a light sleeper and in a unit by the main road you hear all the road noise of traffic at all hours of the night. I had to buy a fan to drown out some of the noise. Our A/C went out in the summer last year and they took a long time to fix it, the water is always being shut off with little or no notice, and can be off indefinitely. We had to stay in hotels several times just to have basic air and water! Racked up hotel bills for no reason at all. When it rained our ceilings leaked in 4 different place, my sisters closet leaked and clothes were damaged and displaced for a long time until they decided to just come and paint right over the damages. So its probably molding now. They reimbursed us a little bit for each stay, so that was nice of them to do when we asked for help. But after a while, the Greystar regional rep would totally ignore us when we were not being answered by the property management, so all you could do was feel trapped in your lease with little to no help. There is a new property manager there now named Lana, and she does a pretty good job at least. They have some good rates, but please read reviews and take them seriously. I have learned that now.
I moved into this complex in early 2012 and will move out in early 2016. I did not spend weekends at this place but just basically used it as a place to keep my things and sleep during the week while working in Houston. In general it is a spacious apartment and that is about the only thing going for this complex. Let start with the pros:Pros:located close to galleriareasonably pricednice pool - nothing specialDog park - awesomeCons:Apartments are outdated - carpet is worn. Kitchen and bathrooms basic and barely functional. There were/are some renovations ongoing so things may have improved in some units.Parking lots floods - yes they REALLY flood with up to a foot of water if it rains hard.Noisy Air Conditioning - I had a 3rd floor apartment and the AC/Heat unit is very noisy. When it kicks on you cant hear the tv. Condensate drips on the desk in the office and ruined my printer and some paperwork. AC unit sometimes does not work. I had multiple trouble calls in - at one point I had to rent a hotel room because the apartment was so hot in the summer.Maintenance - they take a long time to respond and do not cleanup after themselves. I can always tell when they were in the apartment because I have to cleanup after them.Valet waste - this was a big mistake. Instead of curb side pickup they switched to valet waste - not the passage ways are trashed and nasty from residents leaving leaky trash bags and putting trash outside their doors without using the little containers they provided. All this for $27 per month added to the bill - without your consent.Lease Terms - If you have to move out suddenly because of life situations you will get no sympathy from this management company. Typically in Houston - one would pay a months rent and move on - but not at this property. READ everything carefully if you intend to rent here.My suggestion - keep on looking.
Ive been living here for over a year and a half and it has been the worst experience I called last month to get an exterminator out they said theyd have them out he never came I had to call the next day for them to tell me that I called a week prior being that I did not call prior they came out on the seventh of last month the guy sprayed or whatever and I thought that I was going to be able to put my food and you know save at least what was left of it but I was wrong I guess he just came in and left because there still ants and roaches everywhere I cant have food on the table for very long or they will start crawling up I cant leave anything inside the cabinets or else theyre going to be filled with roaches Ive had to throw most of all the stuff that I buy most of all my food away for the same fact that they just cannot do anything about it this is the worst place and I regret living here for such a long time Im ready to just move out by the end of December and by the way this is just about the exterminator dont even get me started with the maintenance. Avoid these apartments its best for you to look elsewhere and do your deep digging before renting in a place you just wont be comfortable in. Hope this helps.
This place they lie to move you in. They told us the stairs would be powered washed. They were not when you walk the hallway it looks so dirty! They also have no compassion for the renters going through covid. There main focus is money and not the fact youve been a good tenant. Take my advice this place over priced.
Wonderful location, close to galleria and easy access to 610/59Great security guards - I feel extremely safe living here !Nice interiors with some updates, and beautiful pool! My dog loves socializing at the dog runLana and her staff will definitely take care of you!!
As a transplant to Houston and going on my second year at Remington Park, I can confidently say that the Pros Definitely out way the cons.Yes, flooding is an issue. Yes, the management has changed multiple times. Yes, the construction on Rice is atrocious -- but so is construction everywhere in this immediate area, I mean honestly.I have had multiple issues with the current property manager (Jessica) and not being able to reach or receive a return call or message on countless occasions. There are however, several leasing agents (Marq, Anthony, & Karen) who truly respect the residents and believe in helping in whatever way they can. I also acknowledge the changes the new management is making is solely in effort to improve the property and I commend them for their efforts.I think its important for PM Companies to keep in mind their current residents and what it takes to keep those that arent causing any issues for your community, pay on time and follow community rules. With all that being said, I cant find another place in this immediate area with similar amenities at a comparable price, trust, Ive looked. Remington Park has ample parking space for residents and their guests, they have a dog park for your pets, ample green space as well -- all the bells and whistles when it comes to community spaces (i.e. workout gym, basketball court, clubhouse, coffee, business center, wifi access). The convenience is unparalleled as well. When searching for similar properties in the galleria area, I welcome anyone to find something quite as nice at this price point.
So we got a pretty good deal when we were looking into these apartments, they offered us the fully upgraded version of our favorite Floorplan for lower than the price of the non upgraded one. The only problem was that it opened up at the start of the month and our previous lease ended at the end of the month. We went into the office and the leasing lady told us it would be no problem, and that she would hold it for us till we were ready to move. This is where things start to go downhill, the leasing lady tells us both to submit applications but only sets my girlfriend up with an account. They told us that they would waive the application fee and instead it would go to our first months rent, they also required us to pay a security deposite on the place before accepting her application. We paid up everything and got accepted pretty much instantly but when we got our contract we noticed that only our first months rent was discounted to the lower price, then we also noticed that our move in date was still set for the start of the month. We went into the leasing office twice more trying to get answers but were told that we would just have to trust them to get it all sorted out after we signed our lease. Needless to say we kept looking in the area and found a way better deal on a privatly owned condo that doesnt deal with chronic flooding issues. They kept our security deposit and the supposed waived application fee but in my eyes 400 dollars is a pretty cheap lesson on what thieves apartment complex can be.
Great apartment complex. The apartments are very nice and spacious. Parking can be messy at night. Location is very convenient since there are plenty of stores around the area. My only complaint is they need to upgrade the gym area, not enough equipment.
Lived in Remington park apts 2011--2017location is Excellent in 5 min to 10 radius find grocery store , banks, fast foods and sams wholesale store next to the apts.Extreamly amazing leasing staff Lisa, Jeffery and Esther always helpful and friendly.Early this year Kelli the new manager came and improved the property 100%.She took care landscaping, guard andFlood problem she solved it.No more flood. She is very helpful, friendly, good listener, cooperative, positive, courteousprofessionalism, good communicationAnd I notice she always like feedback.Maintainece manager Carlos and his team also very helpful and friendly.Neighbors are wonderful.I give Kelli and her team 100 stars.
Just moved out and Im glad I did. The inattentive staffs (except for Jeffrey) are the worst, make sure you make time when you go to the office to pick up your package because you could be waiting up to 2 hours in the lobby watching the staffs, yes, two of them, talking to one single future resident while having a room full of people waiting on them. Calls were never answered, felt like I was calling an ex every time I tried to get a piece of information out of them, yes they send the call directly to voicemail half the time or youre on hold for 45 minutes. Packages get lost, missing, or just never delivered. The place floods, but sure its Houston. Cars get break-in, twice especially for me, but its okay, quoting from their email, everybody is responsible for their own safety, not the community where they lived in. When I first moved in they forgot about my garage rental, and set me up with a garage 3 buildings away. Its a bad place with terrible management, but aside from that, the maintenance team are the nicest kind of people, they will help you as soon as you ask.So yes, move in at your own risk.
I really enjoyed living in my apartment here. I never had any issues with maintenance, management or neighbors. It was pretty quite. I love the pool area. The cabanas are awesome!!!
As an industry professional I would not recommend bringing ANY clients to this place. My client moved into his apartment on June 15th. It is currently July 21st and I still have not been paid my commission. It took me at least 5 calls and voicemails over a two-week time period to even get in touch with someone. When I FINALLY got in touch with someone in the office, the lady told me that I don’t get paid my commission until 4 months after my client has been in his apartment. This information sounded very suspicious, so I called the following week. I left multiple messages for Jessica and she did not return any of my calls or emails. I sent her my commission invoice and she swore she did not get it when I finally talked to her on the phone. On July 10th I sent her my invoice once again and she told me they pay commissions every Thursday and that I would receive my commission by July 19th. I emailed her July 20th because I still had not received my commission check. She has yet to respond to my email. Overall, I have been completely dissatisfied with this companies lack of communication, professionalism, and organization.
I have been living at this property since 2017 and I’m very pleased with the apartment, location, maintenance, and staff starting with Sylvia the great property manager and Maryam and Jacky the best leasing consultants that are always smiling.I was going through a hard time and they helped me get through it and were patient with me paying rent, all have assisted me and Daniel ( Danny ) the assistant manger
***Will be updating my review once I leave this place. This is my second year living here but I no longer want to make it my home because of the inconsistency and constant new management. The new management will slap a tow sticker on any resident’s car if the resident has an expired vehicle registration sticker, even if the resident has had it renewed. The management did not bother to send out any notice of this new policy, so now I and many other residents on site have that annoying orange tow stickers on our car threatening to tow our cars on April 09 (sticker given 3/30). This is a rude way of notifying residents when it should have been given a friendly flyer on everyone’s door.Like I said, I will be updating my review once my lease ends and write on very detailed review on the changes I have seen since 2016.
Wow! I am over the moon right now.Melissa at Remington Park worked very diligently to get my refundable deposit returned to me. I moved out of Remington Park in October of 2017, and the former staff was extremely irresponsible, unprofessional and was incapable of following through with their commitment to get me my money back.I called back this past month, and Melissa took care of my deposit refund right away. She exemplifies everything that a manager should be!Wish she had been there during my stay.
Very easy process and maria was very helpful and tremendous
Office staff is beyond professional and very accommodating. Sadly I had to move bought a home. But if I was going to be renting. It would be here.
I have lived at Remington Park Apartments for Last 3 years, I like the convenience to getting on the Frwy 59 and West Park toll way, Very conveniently located to all the shoppings, and all other facilities. Very fast and responsive to the Service Calls, Very Clean and gated community with Security at the gate. I can highly recommend anyone to Remington Park Apartments!
Do not live here! Its not worth it. It gets sketchy at night and management will try and take you for everything when you leave. Remington Park never gave my security deposit back and tried to claim I lived there a month after my lease when really, I moved out a month early - they sent fake staged photos and tried to bill me for rent. It was frustrating and extremely corrupt behavior from the management and admin there. Save yourself the hassle- its not worth living here.
It was a pleasure meeting Sylvia and her office staff. My husband and I moved in last week, and we leased our new home online without being able to see it beforehand. When we picked up our keys and saw our home for the first time, it was everything they promised it would be. Thank you for everything.
Great location, amazing staff, … from Cassandra Martin to Sylvia ..I live in the third floor so it’s some exercise climbing the stairs ..but other than that it’s perfect for myself and my family I can go further but I I’ll just say the amenities are wonderful
Angie is so sweet and helpful! She has helped me with everything I have needed help with- way better than other places I have been in the past!
Was looking for a new place but after reading how the employees are responding to what seem like legitimate concerns, I’ll pass. Not trying to jump from one roach infested dump to another. Especially if the leasing people are only going to condescend to me and insinuate I’m exaggerating problems.
Very professional and friendly leasing agents, especially Miriam. So far my stay here has been great. Not 5 stars due to really load neighbors in several apartments next to mine.
Fantastic service , Martin helped me with every concern and questions I had. Fast and easy process.
I love living here! The new manager Jessica Wardell And her staff are amazing! They are always very friendly and helpful! They always help me with any of my concerns and I have just recently renewed my lease!
Remington is by far the best apartments in Rice area. 15 mins away from rice university, 10 mins from Galleria, Sams and Walmart next door. Apartments look amazing from inside out. They have an enormous pool, huge basketball court inside, a gym and provide boot camp for residents twice a week. I spoke to Carly, the trainer and she is amazing. I cancel my gym membership so Im also saving money. I love my apartment, the amenities, the staff is super professional. Jessica Wardell, is turning this property around in a heart beat. The apartments and what they offer is seriously super inexpensive considering being next to Galleria. Thank you Remington staff for always taking care of me and for making me feel at home.
Luz and the office staff are great and I love the apartment layout that I’m in which is the post oak so come check it out you won’t be disappointed
I have lived here for 4 years, and the lease office staff are amazing to work with. They throw fun events for residents. I recommend this place also because it is very close by the Galleria.
This complex looks really nice but far from luxury apartments it FLOODS almost every time it rains and the have cock roaches BAD and I saw rats often around the pool area when I lived there. The walls are very thin. You can hear a whole conversation from someone next door to you! Quality is not that great.
I love living here. Angie, Vanessa, Luz, Martin, and Sylvia are very accommodating and nice people
The apartment floods every year. I have had to buy two new cars. They said they where working on drianage but instead they fixed the facade to get more rent or they had mold. My water dispenser has been broken for two years. The maintenance told me the line freezes so I should leave my fridge open when it got too cold lol! Horrible roaches more then usual. The garages have been torn up for over a year. You will not be able to find parking if you come home past 7:00 pm.
First of all to Javiers comment.....Worst.Review.Ever. LOL! Anyway Ive lived here for over a year and just renewed my lease. Lets make this short shall we.ProsClose to everything. freeways, Galleria area/mall, downtown, heights, etc. All main areas of attraction are less than 30 mins away.Close to Sams like, literally right next door. They have great pizza and hot dogs and cheap gas. You should try them all. They have a half basketball court. It is very popular.Zoned to Bellaire High School for all of you parents out there. Crowded yes but still a pretty decent school for HISD.Staff is pretty friendly and maintenance requests are handled pretty quicklyThey offer townhomes (I live in one) and they are nice, but pricey. Get a roommate. Now the bad stuff. Floods near the front. If we get a REALLY bad storm the water can reach the bumpers. I have not experienced this yet living here for a year. UPDATE. During the Memorial Day Floods, the front got hit REALLY bad. Lots of cars were totaled. Tip. If you plan on moving here and it rains pretty badly, park your car at the Sams (with permission of course) or go to one of the garages in the area. The Hyatt House down the street will let you park there for 12 bucks a night and its within walking distance from the complex. No Wi-Fi in the gym, pool area. Most luxury apartments offer this feature. I have NO idea why they dont. That needs to change. The walls are SUPER thin. Now some may say thats just how apartments are. Ive lived in lots of apartments and their walls are BY FAR the thinnest Ive experienced. I can hear my neighbors phone on vibrate in his bedroom. I live in a Town Home BTW and our bedrooms share walls. Dumb idea architects....dumb idea. They have rats. There is a field/empty space across the street and next to the property so that may account for the rodents. Inside the apartment....none that Ive experienced...well alive. Around the complex, yes you may see one every now and then. Dont be too alarmed....its not a Michael Jackson Ben situation. UPDATE. That empty field is no more. Currently Microcenter is there along with a Walmart that is just about done with construction and a Starbucks, Jack in the Box and Chick Fil A being built.Parking for those who dont have an assigned space or garages WILL be an issue especially after 10pm.When I moved in, my floors were and still are cracked pretty bad to the point where pieces of the floor are coming up and there was a dead rat under the fridge on a sticky. I dont think I will ever get new floors but hey....as long as they get their rent on time...who cares about my floors right? - Update, they fixed the floors. They look great now.Thats it. Its okay. I would rate higher if they would do something about the thinning wall issue, the cracked floors in my unit and the lack of Wi-Fi. Right now they are doing lipstick renovations around the place. Nothing to be too excited about. Hope this helps someone. Peace!
Terrible !! PLEASE Listen to the bad reviews!!! There is nooo parking , you will walk far /drive in circles from 6pm on. The lot floods faster than any other place in Houston , we have had to cancel work /events since we couldnt get in or out. At first when moving in the staff is super sweet- then as soon as you move in they treat you terrible! They talk about you amongst each other , god forbid you go in to ask a question they act like you just crashed a VIP party . The apts leak water, have old appliances, and are now getting a facelift. If you happen to be a lucky resident you get to be surrounded with loads of construction workers gawking at you . There is hammering, drilling, sawing from 7 am - 6 pm.... my windows have been covered for a while with a tarp = no sunlight at all....My car gets covered with dust , as well as myself walking to my car. The greenery around is nice from far but upclose covered in poop and pieces of construction siding, nails, trash. Also at move in there was a coffee machine, computers with printers, fax - all gone !!! Also they charge you a pesticide fee every month eventhough I have had to wrestle with the roachs myself...And dont forgot the admin fee every month . So if you like like being treated like dirt by staff and enjoy looking for parking and walking through a construction zone then by all means move on in !!!!
These apartment complex get really flooded and has cause alot of cars to get flooded just by being park in the parking lot. They have bad drains and havent done anything to fix the issue.if you live in this complex you got to be alert everytime it rains and move your cars by Sams or at&t before your car is flooded or youll end up trapped in the apartment complex. Is rare to find a side of the apartment that does get flooded. And the only good thing about the complex is that its quiet .I think they need to let people know before moving to the apartments that it gets really really flooded all in the complex. But they dont even tell you that.they need to do a up the floor high garage with different levels 1,2,3 like other apartments have. Because their little garages dont protect anyone car from getting flooded.
I have enjoyed living here for three years, the area is super convenient and the staff is always welcoming and I have received first class service!!!
Remington park is a great place to live. The front office staff is very kind and helpful. I work with Martin and he was resourceful and willing to help me with whatever I needed.
This is the worst apartment youll ever find, the manager is a white racist lady that never resolves no ones problem. I tried living there i applied and paid the $295 fee and was denied, than when i wanted my refund you call no one picks up the phone, its crazy because until this day im waiting for my refund and nothing. Another lady that works there called Ester this African lady was the one that helped/scammed me and when you try calling her back no response, so much unprofessionalism. I dont advice you to live in the racist smelly Community. (THIEFS)
