Rockridge Springs Apartments

This apartment complex is by far the worst place to live in Houston! I spent a year there, and the management team doesn’t care about the tenants’ issues or needs. It is not about providing good services but money. They would not do a simple repair unless you are persistent. The place is filled with roaches, the windows do not open, and the area is loaded with trash. Stray dogs and cats are everywhere. Dont even think about good appliances; the fridge, washing machine, and dryer are so used they look beaten.Martha - an assistant manager there - is one of the worst individuals to deal with. She treated me so badly despite I was very kind to her. If you try to leave, everyone there will give you a different story whenever you need to coordinate your moving out since they don’t communicate with each other.Lastly, the Rockridge Apartment must be avoided if you seek to live in peace. Most tenants are nasty and loud, and the area is not safe. Gunshots are the norm there almost every night. Do yourself a favor; stay away from this place!

I consistently experienced the best apartment support at Rockridge Commons. The staff was always aware, friendly and helpful…The property upkeep was excellent. The maintenance cleans trash off property every morning & they are very well groomed on a tight schedule. New gates, new trash dumpster area, painted parking spots, new a/c units and lawn care are all done when I was there. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response literally 24-48hours. Whether it was adding lighting in the parking area, replacing my dryer and dishwasher, or servicing the plumbing maintenance was always quick! I intended to continue renting from Rockridge but I was able to buy a home. I strongly recommend this property for new renters in the area, smaller families with children or elderly looking for a safer quieter property in that area. Security was visible all night hours. Property management can make or break your living experience and the ladies in the office especially the manager Sophia made sure they made my 2 years enjoyable and stress free!

Very simply put DO NOT MOVE HERE.Not only is there a rat and mouse infestation but it’s a dangerous complex lots of armed robberies while we lived there and when we moved out immediately sent a BS charge to collections for $2200 of repairs. We always paid our rent and left the apartment clean.I could have took a baseball bat to every inch of the apartment and it wouldn’t have been $2200 worth of repairs.

Absolutely disgusting,they have a mice problem and wont fix it ,ever since me and my family moved in,we had a roach problem which made us look like we dont clean our apartment. Apartment holes got sealed,but too late,there has been SEVERAL apartment complex with mouse infestation which is absolutely unacceptable since they carry diseases and make holes in walls and staff will blame it on us.They know how dangerous Greenspoint is,and still have the audacity to leave the gate open at NIGHT.Do not come here.

I cant sing Lauras praises loudly enough! As the apartment assistant manager, Laura has truly redefined excellence. Rockridge springs is a great place to live. The office staff are very nice and respectful and help with any questions you may have and maintenance handles any issues that you have in your apartment within a day or two of work order and its complex and its normally very quiet. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me!!

I love living here it’s so peaceful. Sophia has been the best property manager that has worked here. She really cares about her people

Just moved to Houston and was looking around. Went to four locations and they had the best rates and overall best looking apartments to match the price. The office agents are super friendly and welcoming. Mrs. Ashley helped me with an application . She took her time to explain and helped me understand the process of leasing. She showed me around the complex and I thought the place was pretty nice.

Very good apartments to live in if you want peace and quick quality maintenance request and understanding and willing to work with you manager.

Worse apartment ever to stay I been here 1yr and some months they don’t send out notice for anything I smell paint in my apartment 3 times notice or nothing was sent out I been in the hospital from paint fumes worse apartment ever and they lie ever time u called about things ready to move

Ive lived here and love it! Managment always helpful and keeps ontop of everything. Ashley and Lucero are amazing but all the office staff is gratis!

Been living here for two years. Probably the best apartments in the area (which is why I’m giving it two stars) but the management will still try to screw you over. I moved in and had a dog, but when he passed away, they continued charging me for him, after I told them, for a whole year because I never noticed the fee continuing to show up on my rent payments. When I finally went in and talked to someone, apparently the person that I talked to had quit shortly after and never made a note about it, so now they’re fighting me on giving me credit towards my rent. It’s been two months since I’ve brought this to their attention, and I can tell they really just don’t care. I was supposed to receive the credit for this month’s rent, but they canceled it, because I was told they thought I had another dog because my friend would bring her dog with her whenever she came over. Why they couldn’t have just asked me about it, versus screwing me over? I have no idea. Be careful when having pets here and make sure everything is documented properly with the office!

I’d give negative stars if I could. This place is absolutely disgusting and they refuse to do anything about it. They didn’t even bother cleaning the place before we moved in. Whatever, fine. I don’t mind cleaning. I clean everything before moving in to a new place anyways. After getting a closer look at everything, there’s holes in the walls and floors behind appliances and they’re full of cockroaches. I have had to keep all of my things packed up in their boxes to keep it from getting infested while waiting for them to do their job. They refuse to hire someone to clean this place, and they won’t replace the appliances that have cockroaches making nests inside of them. We’ve thrown out hundreds of dollars of food that became infested with roaches, and now we have to pay for a storage unit to get our things out of here before they get ruined by their negligence. They won’t fix the apartment as they’re required to by Texas law. And they won’t allow us to break the lease and give us our money back. I guess it’s time to lawyer up.

Ive been living here almost a year and the staff in office are awesome they are like family love them.

Out of my 2years there management and maintenance havent done there job i moved into the place there were inconsistencies with the refrigerator,cabinets A/C , and more. I reported all issues to management and they said they would fix it but they never did. They were often rude and dismissive and maintenence would only half do the job. We had fire hazards for outlets and leaky roof that started to mold . We reported and even after a year nothing was done. As our lease came to end they gave us so much trouble also refused to cooperate with our new place due to said policies . When giving our 30 day notice they lied about the day that we could give it and told us we can only do it on one specific day not before or the day after again due to said policy. The lady couldnt even show me these policies stating she could not remember but she knows its policy.Then charged us petty fees of things that was broken and stained when we moved in. Everytime i went to the office i was given attitude and excuses and they definitely had favortism for their Hispanic tenants. I lived there quietly for 2 years with rent paid 2 weeks early every time. Horrible experience. RUN AWAY FROM HERE. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. THEY SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN.

I’m very impressed with the service and their leasing agents. Samantha and Laura. Samantha was my leasing agent but Laura was awesome and kind all the time. She speaks both lenguajes English and Spanish. When Samantha were out the office Laura always took care of every doubt and question. very efficient with our application. The process was very smooth. The first day when i drive there to see the unit Samantha weren’t there. So a young Hispanic lady showed me the unit, but the worst service with her, she was talked to me so rude, to be honest I don’t know why this company still have her there. I was about to just go and look for apartment somewhere else. But when got back to the office there was Laura, she helped me out with my copies very kind, with her excellent customer service skills. Samantha helped me out with all the process, the unit that I choose is so cozy and beautiful, everything are working properly and also I found my apartment clean and with a little welcome present 🎁. They have a nice pool, unfortunately can’t uses at the moment because the health contingency. All the staff there are so awesome except that lady that I was talking about. Very quiet property maintenance is great.Most of all the property manager Sophia is amazing as well as the staff.

This place is horrible and the office staff doesn’t help and the maintenance is no better , honestly there are units with roaches /rats etc which should be deemed as uninhabitable since the office does next to nothing to improve these conditions yet they expect you to pay rent without any issue . DO NOT RENT HERE …you might me better off at an extended stay .. it’s really difficult to RENT a place and it’s dirty and falling apart and the office acts as if they do not care … just don’t do it ….

I thought this was a nice, friendly apartment despite the horrible reviews of roaches and bad management. I went there, did a tour and (same day) did an application for a potential 12 month stay.I was denied for reasons they could not explain to me other than “addresses don’t match up” even after asking for specific clarification on multiple occasions with two separate leasing agents regarding what addresses didn’t match up.When I asked further questions for clarification regarding the denial of my rental application, I was told that my paystubs looked sketchy. I offered to get a notarized letter from my place of employment and present my offer letter (I’ve been working here for over ten months and received a new promotion within the company in the last month). I was then told that they didn’t want to “do business” with me.Okay understood, but I still didn’t have my refunded deposit yet. It took 5+ more phone calls with the multiple leasing agents. They refused to help, were short, argumentative and completely frustrating to communicate with. When I asked to speak with a manager for clarification, I was told (of course) that they werent available and wouldn’t be available for me to express my concerns. Ive called multiple times specifically for manager and wrote emails to the address I have listed from my application, (with no response) frankly, I think the entire office is avoiding my calls because I can never get a call to go through now. Horrible business etiquette. I will be avoiding this apartment complex and EVERY complex they are associated with.Update as of 8/31/22. Office has still not gotten back to me. The “owner” who responded to my review neglected to respond to an email I sent them as well. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! ITS NOT WORTH IT!!

Cause for Being Aware…Gonna try to make this short.I moved in Apt. 105 on November 9th, 2019 @ Rockridge Springs. Many issues with the apartment. Apartment was stated as Apartment Ready. It was not. Many roaches where present in the stove, in the back of the fridge, and behind the dishwasher. I contacted property management at the time and they did nothing. Just claimed that it was a few and that they would spray/bait. I asked to be relocated or some other resolution. Denied my request. So I stayed at this location so long due to work needs as long as I did and could have. There maintenance team is ridiculous as they do not replace any equipment to better suit the tenant or the property unit value. They will keep putting band aids on things and just say fixed.They charge you for a monthly service of Pest Control. But due to me having camera’s I have only seen on several occasions this person come and do anything.I submitted my 30 Day Vacate Notice via official communications by email on February 5th 2023 to be moved out March 5th 2023. Next day February 6th 2023 the Property Manager emailed back stating that they have received my notice. And stated to contact me with the final invoice after I have moved out.I moved out by March 5th, 2023.For awhile I never heard from the property management on any final invoice so on March 14th, 2023 I emailed the property manager and stated that I haven’t been communicated about the final invoice. Property manager stated that she did not know I moved out due to the fact I didn’t not present them “ Keys “ to confirm / verify for them that I officially moved. Property Manger stated to my 30 Day Vacate Notice being received - “ Yes, that is correct. You gave notice but you failed to turn in the keys on the 5th. We did not find out the apartment was vacant until 3/14/2023. Therefore you were charged rent up until that date. “I stated “ As in lease agreement/s Per 27. Surrender and Abandonment. You have surrendered the apartment when: (A) the move-out date has passed and no one is living in the apartment in our reasonable judgment; or B) apartment keys and access devices listed in Par. 2.1 have been turned in to us--whichever happens first. “I asked several of times for the property manager to please provide me any documentation that I am required within the lease or by law that I am “ required “ to let a property manager or its entity know via providing them official keys notifying them that I have moved out. Or please provide me a signed document that states I was to bring the keys back after move out when a tenant is to vacate after their 30 Days Vacate Notice.At this current time they have not.The property manager goes on and states “ Please remit payment to us ASAP. Collections will place this on your credit report if payment is not received by April 14th, 2023. Property Manager stated “ Just because you gave a notice does not guarantee any move out. I will not be replying to any further emails. Again, have a nice day. Please be careful of this property and it’s sneakiness.Make sure when you have your walk thru of your apartment that you move appliances and check them for any pests rodents.* pictures are from day 1 of move in.

I lived very happy here my kids grew up here. Connie is very sweet excellent manager. She helped me a lot when the hurricane came. The office ladies have excellent customer service. The maintenance crew are super efficient.

My move in experience was smooth and easy processing even with not the best renters history my Leasing Agent Ms. Marcasia Day was there with me every step of the way making sure I had all my questions and concerns we answered. I even had a chance to go ahead view walk-through and even check everything in my apartment versus the normal routine apartments just give you the keys and then you off on your own trying to go find your own apartment and also figure out what it looks like. I will go ahead and recommend this place to my friends ,buddy or even co worker that is looking for affordable quiet nice living this would be called home .Thanks again Ms.Marcasia Day

I’ve been here for 4 months now and honestly it’s not that bad. The only issue I had or I’d advise is to check that everything works before you sign a lease. That includes light switches, ceiling fans, of the heater worksBasic things because they do take a while to fix them unless you bother the office until they fix thingsOther than thatI was a bit skeptical about the area since I hear people calling it “guns point” but so far everyone minds their own business.So I haven’t had any problems as far as safety.

I live here please don’t move here the roaches are bad, the water gets shut off every week, the apartments aren’t safe. You literally have a curfew! Everything breaks down and the office people are rude and lazy. It is hard as heck to get out of your lease they literally make it impossible they want you to stay here just to collect money. I can’t wait to move this experience has been a total nightmare. People only live here because it’s affordable but I’ve found a nicer 3 bedroom apartment for $940 a month and I get stainless steel appliances I get a microwave and washer and dryer and it is a gated community with security sitting at the gate and security is patrolling the property as well. Literally no bugs no rodents just peace of mind! Keep looking DO NOT settle here! Find somewhere else to live ASAP! (And before the office says i can’t find your name well I’m using a alias) oh and if you have children definitely don’t move here cause the roaches will bite your kids and the spiders as well these apartments are the WORSE this is literally HELL!

All I’m going to say is that they be nice to you saying you been approved then call back a day later saying you were denied and it was sent to the fraud department! Because they couldn’t verify my income if I giving the info that you asked for what’s the problem I waited a week even came up there to see what’s going on with my application when I’m tryna rent a studio for $610 that I don’t understand what’s the big communication I was told oh you will hear back at this time but never did they placed games with me for a while I will never go through them again. They have attitudes when you call them back. worse experience. Took my money.

Worst kind of complex I have ever dealt with. First of all I work offshore so I mde sure I set appointments within a time schedule I had available. I showed up and was immediately hit with I cannot show you the apartment when the leasing agent isnt available and has the keys. After me calling previous times to be sure we have the appointment schedule for the time I selected. Honestly its not that big of a deal uncalled surrounding Apartments and leased a 3 bedroom for 1250 and was able to close on it the same day. Your loss not mine seeing as I paymy lease in full due to offshore drilling and times I come home being an issue with payment. You guys literally lost out in 13 plus thousand due to your negligence.Have a great dayKirby

I moved here in October 2017 & my apartment wasnt ready but to compensate me they gave me $250 off my first months rent!!!! I havent had any problems here if i need something fixed they come in a timely fashion usual a day two at the most. The maintenance guys are professional & nice as well as Marissa & office staff. I dont have any problems with rodents or pests if you have roaches its because you brought them. Parking could be better but my rent is reasonable & it NEVER CHANGES one flat rate which was talked about before i signed my lease overall i would recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to live somewhere where you will feel comfortable & safe come to Rockridge Springs!!!!!!

I been here 3 years. They always take care of me and they always make me feel like Im home. The ladies at the office are very professional and tentative. Outside staff is amazing, they always get my work orders done in a timely manner.

I did not end up renting at Rockridge Springs,however,my showing was very positive!! I really enjoyed Samantha and how professional she was.She made me want to rent at these apartments!!If all employees are like Samantha..I am sure this is a great place to be a resident at!! I had a Rat in my kitchen that came in from the walls. I see that rodents are a frequent problem based on the reviews. I have a 5 month old daughter and having a rat in my apartment is unacceptable. The staff had to be told numerous of times before they did something about it. I ended up having to purchase my own glue traps which caught the rat. Now I’m asking how much would it be to Buy out my lease and they are telling me I can’t. I know my rights and i know i can buy out my lease. This apartment complex is cheap and doesn’t care about their tenants and I’m getting away from them and never looking back.

Overal the cheapest apartments near my job. Saw like 2 roaches a month until may/June now it’s everyday. At least they’re not HUGE but still sucks. Also security barely exists. Had a guy with 2 15”subs and was woken up or prevented from going to sleep for the first 3 months. Don’t try to get anything from the leasing office. They either won’t or can’t help with MOST things. Crime is what you expect it’s Greenspoint. Solid apartment. Mediocre leasing office employees. Either lights or hot water go out ATLEAST once a month. Whether for a moment or hours.Also not sure what they do to rooms when people move out but I doubt they clean ANYTHING. Looks like they just paint over everything. EVEN THE TUB

They have horrible reviews for a reason, the reviews are accurate sadly.Save yourself and don’t move here.I should have listened to the reviews, can’t wait for my lease to be up so I can leave.They’ll lie and say anything just to have you sign the lease and once you do you’re on your own because they don’t care about you or the Apartments issues, they only care about making money.Update: I did reach out to the office as well as corporate in the past multiple times about the same issues multiple times however nothing has been done.There’s still trash and dog poop all over the property, strangers on the property because the gates don’t actually lock so they just walk through, loose animals everywhere, cockroaches in the apartments, no water/hot water when you need it, people yelling/being loud and even fighting outside on the property.Not to mention the property isn’t being maintained so certain areas are a safety risk, my best advice for anyone looking to move anywhere look at the reviews and see if there’s a trend that the residents complain about.Also talk to real residents on the property without letting management see you so they won’t give you a poster child to talk to.

Move in was a bit rocky but after that weve had nothing but a great experience with this complex the town home apartments are pretty great spacious love here thinking of re-signing for another year office manager and staff are always kind and fast at communicating

5 stars for Rockridge Springs, 100 stars for leasing agent Samantha Tealer!! I was calling different apartments in the area and speaking with her gave me confidence in this community. She will do whatever she has to in order to fulfill all your needs. She even offered to stay overtime to assist me. I was like what? Lol. Im all happy in my apartment now and its all thanks to her. The community is pretty chill. Amiable neighbors it seems. People like speaking and smiling. Close to major bus routes. And a nice park close by if you enjoy walking or running. I would highly recommend. When you call the number ask for Samantha Tealer and I guarantee you will be overjoyed with her excellence customer service skills. Love and Peace!

Although being in a bad location I actually enjoyed being at my apartment until I was charged over $600 for not giving a notice of me moving I felt that was overboard given that I always paid & didn’t break my lease other than that not a bad place to stay at all if you stay to yourself you’ll be fine.

Worst place to stay. If you can get anything better do it. This apartment complex is under new management but nothing has changed. Maintenance takes forever, water randomly is off, when I first moved in it was infested and they said they couldnt do anything so I spent most of my own money getting rid of the insects.They offer you to pay rent online and if the system is messing up they will not notify you they will just add multiple layers fees to your rent.

Just by reading the responses to these reviews should tell you how bad they treat their residents. Every response blames the tenant. I don’t think anyone should have to pay over $1200 to live where there’s no roaches or consistent water. If there’s mold on the ceiling it’s probably a bad pipe and they keep ignoring that with white paint. That’s disgusting. Thought about moving here but never mind, I’ll keep looking. No wonder these apartments are empty.

It just made me upset when I seen the comments above cause they are so far from the truth. When Maria was here she was the sweetest thing ever. They have been switching out a lot of people I just really hope Connie and Ms Stephanie are here to stay. When I first met Connie I knew by the look in her face that she was a veteran at being an apartment manager and I told her all my problems and she handled them immediately. Her and Stephanie together like a Dynamic duo they are beast at when they do, I hope they dont leave anytime soon. When they leave I will follow behind them. I finally have apartment managers I can trust.

Laura was a leasing agent at the complex for several years before her promotion.Ive always enjoyed working with Laura who is even-tempered, knowledgeable, helpful and a really nice/decent person. Laura is always professional and her promotion is well-deserved.Rockridge Springs is fortunate to have her.

The staff in office r very knowledgeable a very pleasant ! Very affordable complex maintenance response very quickly ! My overall experience has been absolutely wonderful I recommend this property 💯

Ms. Samantha is like a breath of fresh air... she was extremely helpful as well as professional. I felt comfortable from our first phone conversation. The community seems cool havent had any issues yet.

This was my first time renting an apartment and Ms. Sam has gave me the best experience EVER she listen to me with what i needed and made just that happen. She was very professional and worked fast and hard to get me what i needed she made this whole process amazing as long as she is in the fromt office i will continue to live there she this so easy for me

Me and my girlfriend have lived here for a while. We were here when Cindy(OLD MANAGER) was here I honestly couldnt wait until she quit or got fired. She was always so rude and disrespectful as if she owned the apartments on the other hand MS. CONNIE AND MS STEPHANIE ARE EXACTLY WHAT THIS PLACE NEEDS THEY ARE KIND. RESPECTFUL AND THEY MAKE U FEEL COMFORTABLE AND THAT THEY ARE HERE FOR YOUR EVERY NEED. THEY WORK WITH YOU IF YOU NEED. THEY ARE THE ONLY REASON WE HAVENT MOVED. Great place i love my apartment ! since ms Connie came she is always on top of everything,,, the new assistant manager i believe her name is Stephanie she fixed the mess on my acct (because Krissy never knew what she was doing) The maintenance staff is awesome.

SCAM ALERT! They will take your money for an application and deny you. I have tried to get in contact with the office to find out why and they refuse to respond. They need $125 for a background check and an administrative fee but then they will deny you without cause. I am currently in the process of reporting them to the state. They list their run down apartment complex as cheap and then scam you with that fee. They wont accept a personal check or a charge because they dont want you to have the opportunity to dispute the charge after they deny you and ignore your calls/emails.

Been in my Apt for a couple of years never had an issue with my apartment. Office staff always help me Maintenance always on point

Ive lived here and there is too many little kids banging on my door and running off and some messing around with BB guns and shooting some people and the problem with roaches and the neighbors sometimes a loud I dont recommend.

I don’t live here but this staff had no issue taking by money and denying me approval two years ago over a misdemeanor I had on my record let u remind u that was also dismissed from 2011. Lucky they haven’t got sued for violating statue of limitation to renters and stealing there deposit money pathetic excuse for a area that isn’t so greAt !!!! Funny u do strict back ground checks then u would realize my issue was dismissed it’s pathetic I live in a luxury apartment in the woodlands And they had. No issue realizing it was dismissed what’s urs for such a high crime area ! Take ur money else wear these people are clearly thieves and don’t know the laws to renters rights !!

They put me in an apartment that had empty apartments on both sides of me and they wouldnt lock the doors even when i told them i could hear people in them at night. It was just me and my baby and i was scared to be there alone at night. When my refrigerator went out and i lost all my food, they said theyd take the money i had llost off of my rent then still charged me late fees because they said iwas late when i didnt pay the full amount. My friends apartment was broken into 3 times in a month. and the office dgaf about ANYTHING except gettin you to sign a lease and getting rent every month.

I came and toured the property here a couple of weeks ago. The property was clean and the office people was very nice and professional! I decided this was too far from my job but I would love to rent here in the future!!!

The community is very nice and kid friendly Cheyenne is amazing tour guide of the property great costumer service convenience me to rent my amazing new apartment thank u so much the rest of the team just like her highly recommend these apartments.

These apartments are disgusting they have rats coming in and out these holes in my boyfriend apartment they making it seem like he is a dirty person but he cleans his apartment everyday the maintenance people think pasting the holes up work but they don’t the rats are eating through the stuff

Do Not Move Here Got Robbed At Gun Point They Took My Car Only Got It Back Because Of My Stolen Phone. Beware The Gate is Always Open Secuirty Is Trash They Will Tow Your Car They Demand Regulations That Do Not Benefit In Any Way As They Are Not In Any Level A Maintained Complex. Dirty Palletes Are Laying In The Parking Lot Stacked Up To The Point That They Are Dangerous. For A Complete Month A Big Tree Branch Was Blocking Proper Acess To The Gate.

Very helpful leasing ladies & very welcoming & respectful Ms.shiyanne even helped me with my luggage first move in date, Apt have plenty space & was well furnished, pretty chill so far 👍🏽 👌🏽 Maintenance came right away aswell to fix Ac & tip porch light

Good place to move if you’re looking for the best deals on renting, leasing women very friendly & welcoming, when I first moved in apt was awesome lots of space & floors were nicely cleaned & furnished, ms.shiyann who works in the office even helped me bring in luggage 👍🏽 Ac went out & top porch light went out & maintenance did come to fix right away 👍🏽

My son recently got an apartment there and it’s full of fleas and roaches I have made serval attempts to them report it but they keep saying that they will send exterminator. They will be reported to HUD ASAP!!

Apartments are horrible they have rats outside on the ground the work system sucks I ask them to fixit and they told me I had to wait for the city to fix it. They charge outrageous late fees even know they apartments it’s up to code this is the worst place to ever wanna move you’ll be better living out your car this is my first apartment and ROCKRIDGE SPRINGS WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN AFTER MY LEASE IS UP...!!!!!

I lived here for 15yrs and the office staff are really nice and helpful. The maintenance staff are very hard working they fix my problems right away.

I see im not the only one who made a mistake moving here....pregnant and cant walk outside without guys harassing me. and they take forever to fix stuff. three ppl killed over here in the past few months and all they do is pass out a flyer saying get insurance and lock your doors wtf.....

My son just moved there would be great place for him to start in but I went to bedroom area and almost fell threw roof he said he ask to be move and they denied him his safety I told him to make a video and report it to the bbb and research his rights as a tenant

My parents have lived at rockridge springs for 2 years now and i lived there for a few months with them we never had issues with office or complex i come home late at 3 am from work and i have no issues with walking to my apartment as well and any maintenance gets fixed asap only thing i dont like is the neighbors cant seem to throw their trash inside the dumpster

I’m not happy in this placeI find it ridiculous that the water bill is shared with the entire building. Some use more water than others, thats why this place is becoming empty. There are residents and no one is doing anything to solve the problem. I live alone and Im paying $120 just for water. Its ridiculous.

The 2025 administration is rubbish, they treat you well until you sign the contract, after you sign they dont want to resolve anything, and they dont take responsibility for their own mistakes either, I dont recommend them!!

The area is bad, the place is dirty with dog feces everywhere, gunshots are heard, it is common to see police arresting someone inside, the smell of DRUGS is felt everywhere, the place is not at all like it is sold on the internet, believe me. . The irresponsibility when it comes to coming forward to respond to a problem is blatant. In my personal experience I rented for 3 months and paid in advance, when I arrived in the middle of the sweltering summer I found that the air conditioning was not working, I had two small children, so I requested that the cost be lowered for the inconvenience or that they change my apartment and the manager simply responded no! What we had to wait for, it gave us two small room airs that didnt get cold either. The problem was solved after a week (sleeping or being inside that apartment in those conditions was truly exasperating. The air continued to have problems throughout my stay. Sometimes they cut off the water due to problems with the pipes. When my contract ended, they did not give me a response for the return of the deposit after a month they finally told me that they would not return the deposit with the excuse of a water bill and alleged damage to a blind, so I demanded the bills for the give us we took photos and videos of the apartment, we know that what they say is not true, thats why we made the formal complaint. Cristal and two girls there, they are friendly. Laura, the managers assistant, told me what it was, I was surprised that she didnt have the manners to know how to deal with the problems and more so where she should know that the client is right. Honestly, look for other rental options in the area to avoid headaches, bad times, dangers, the school is TERRIBLE, avoid future regrets of having rented in this place. This truly, without exaggeration, has been the worst experience I have had renting since my arrival in the United States 10 years ago.

⚠️⚠️⚠️In all honesty, these apartments are a terrible place, the office never helps you to solve the problems in the apartment. I have always had problems with the air conditioning, and what they say is we will fix it when in reality I still have the same air problem.And check the contract carefully because then they want to charge you for other things, taking advantage of peoples humility. ⚠️

Terrible service from all the office workers, they always say lets do it and place your order and they never do anything and they always look bad, they already stole a car from me and it turned out that the camera doesnt work and you cant see it and they also towed another car because the The person in charge did not add my plates to the system and now I have to pay $300 for her mistake

I wouldnt even want to tell about the bitter experience. Cheap is expensive, the air doesnt cool, it floods and they are also very rude in the office, especially the manager, they have no control over their vile charges, you have to always be on hand and with receipts in hand. Please I recommend not moving to that place.
