I Lived here a whole year and never had any issues. The manager Marilyn is doing a great job here. Actually never had to visit the office to complain. Maintenance is same day for real. Neighbors are cool. Night patrol security , no car or apartment break ins and affordable. Highly recommended. By far the best complex in Greens Rd you will notice

Ive had an exceptional experience living at Rockridge Station apartments for the past 2 years! The community is peaceful and quiet, with respectful neighbors who mind their own business.The maintenance team is top-notch, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues quickly. Ive never had any problems with anyone, which is a testament to the complexs warm and considerate atmosphere.Management is understanding and accommodating, particularly when it comes to rent payments. Theyre willing to work with you if you need extra time, which is a huge relief.Plus, the location is super convenient! Theres a great bus line nearby, making it easy to get around without a car. And, with plenty of job opportunities in the surrounding area, you cant go wrong.As my lease approaches renewal, Im excited to stay on and hopefully move to a downstairs unit IF POSSIBLE. The management team is truly awesome, and I feel grateful to call this place home.If youre looking for a comfortable, hassle-free living experience with great transportation options at and job opportunities nearby, I highly recommend Rockridge Station apartments.

The apartment complex is very quiet and peaceful. When I have a problem they fix it quickly and timely manner. I got fired from my job and let the property manager know what’s going on and he was very understanding. She gives me time to have my rent in before doing eviction. Long as you let the people in the office know your situation they will do they very best to help keep a roof over you and family heads. I been living her for going on 2 years and plan on living for a long time. The people here are nice and they stay to themselves. No cops or shooting at all. The property manager and her staff is doing a great job. Keep it up you guys.

I moved to Rockridge Station with the help of Chastity Bruno. She helped me throughout the entire application process and was very accommodating. The apartments are quiet and pleasant. Parking is easy to manage especially because Rockridge offers an app where you can register your car and your guests. The office has always helped me anytime I needed help with anything, maintenance responds in a timely manner and there’s also pest control services. Overall living here has been awesome and I would definitely recommend living here!

When I say Ms Marlyn and Ms Angie are the best at both properties.they get the job done I love staying here and you will to also (fyi) I work for apartments as well and they are so awesome at there job .i love it here .and I’m leasing agent that’s saying this. Manager Marilynn Vasquez makes living at Rockridge station tolerable. I have a complaint she does her best to resolve it. Maintenance is also prompt with requests. 5 stars can be achievable if property owners made real repairs and enforced rules.

Really enjoy living here it’s quite and peaceful my friends that come over are like this is “Gunspoint” but it not bad at all in complex neighbors are really nice smile and say hi. The staff in the office always available to answer my questions. And so far when I made an work order they had been really quick to fix the issues. They have pest control weekly. Hopefully they start an airport employee discount to get more over my coworkers in here like they offer in humble.

Maintenance always comes as soon as they possibly can and are respectful and clean. The office staff is very helpful and nice. So far it has been a pleasure to live here.

Ive been living at this property for about 5 years now. I think that the Office Manager Ms. Marilynn is doing an excellent job with the complex, she listens and will answer your concerns and provide solutions to fix problems. The maintenance crew is on point when needed.Im also adding the disdain for the rude and most unprofessional office employee Ive ever encountered..saying and doin the most and none helpful, made a complaints and others as well but she remains...Is their UPPER MANAGEMENT TO REPORT HER TO???!!! if there is plz post more than ready to let them know!

I’ve renewed my lease here several times living here . The Management and the leasing office staff has been great to me . When there is changes or updates on the property we get a notice right away . Maintenance is fast at fixing things and respectful .

Rockridge apartments is a nice place and very convenient for anyone… I would highly recommend this place for everyone…the staffs are great and amazing..they were so nice,welcoming,friendly and helpful…especially Angelica,she was such a great person..she has a great personality a with a very positive vibes..she is also one of a kind…you won’t regret working with her because she will produce a successful results and help u out with all you need, to get a very comfortable and relaxing apartment..I love my apartment and I’m super excited that at Rockridge..Angelica deserves a 5 ⭐️ The rooms are extra clean and fresh with every basic amenities and well functioning..Im really enjoying the place..💯

I love my apartment but I just can’t take smelling weed coming through my vents all of the time.It’s peaceful and you can not go swimming in the pool.And it’s to many animals running around the apartment..

Seeking an apt for my mom and Chastity has been the best! From the moment we began touring the apartment, she was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail and question we had.

Since I’ve stayed in these apartments no one in that office has helped me overcome my hardship moments in life more than Chastity Bruno honestly this lady helped moved in and since then I’ve always came directly to her for help if I knew I wouldn’t have the rent on time or if I didn’t have it at all she gave me number to call organizations that could help me she goes out her way to help me as a young mother to understand to keep calm there others ways don’t give up yet try this or that… I’ve been a resident here for 2 year and never fell short just that month any other time Im paying on time the lady filled for eviction Chastity Bruno spoke with me and helped me until I got back on my feet and she still stops by to make sure me and my son are doing good I really do appreciate Chastity being the person that she is great at her job and is a wonderful people person I just really appreciate and respect her… you can tell she actually loves her job and what she does I don’t think she takes a lunch break she is always available

The apartments are decent and clean they fix what you need asap but the office people are so rude and its like they change them often thank goodness theyve done online payments so I dont have to go into the office everytime I renew my lease its a hassle

The lady that sits in the front when you first enter is very rude and have no people or communication skills. I went in the office to get a understanding of my rent and the first thing she said was don’t come in here hostile it’s too early In the morning, plus she kept over talking me and trying to explain things to me I already had an understanding about. I wasn’t speaking on the past I was trying to understand what was happening now with my rent and she kept saying I had an aggressive attitude when in actuality she was aggressive and just didn’t won’t to do her job as helping a resident…. I eventually end up talking to the property manager who was very sweet and understanding and actually took the time to see what the problem was. As a apartment complex I feel the residents is always right unless they are verbally being disrespectful. Thanks to the property manager for helping and solving the issue in no time !!!!

The leasing agent had the worst attitude.Lady, YOU APPLIED for this job.Imagine walking in on a teenager, while shes on the phone. Thats the attitude I got.Sad to say but SHE IS BB. Black & BitterWould not wish 12 months of HER on anybody.

If youre looking for a place to stay this is a must!! The managers Marilyn & Cristina are awesome theyll go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as it can get! Very very professional!!. Also omg!!! The maintenance team is the BEST! As soon as you have a maintenance request theyll prioritize and get the job done the SAME DAY!! Again if yall are looking for a place here it is you wont regret it.

People smoking marijuana outside every night, loud domestic fights in neighboring apartments, rats underneath the building (can hear them under the concrete floor in the bathroom at night), etc.Never get a package delivered because it WILL get stolen.Monthly fee for pest control but they dont even come spray every month.Worst complex Ive ever lived in.Affordable price though. If youre on a really tight budget, will recommend. But my experience was really bad.

Amazing managers that are wonderful and understanding. Maintenence is always fast and on the job. Had a broken ac that was fixed before the end of the day and has been working perfectly since.They are very great about enforcing the rules to keep everyone comfortable.They also hold small community events that are beneficial to the tenants and the children.Keep up the wonderful work.

I don’t live here. I was a visitor of the property. I have never been to the property so upon leaving out I didn’t know that the exit gate was way on the other side. I pulled up to the opposite side of the entrance gate and the gate opens inward so I backed up a little thinking I was too close. Once it stopped I pulled out the gate and something immediately bust my tire and it went flat. I looked around like what happened. I go into the leasing office trying to get some understanding of why and how my tire went flat if that was an exit gate. The black girl with Blonde braid’s immediately got defensive and brushed me off and told me I went out the wrong gate. So I asked if it was wrong then why did it open? She told me that I was lying and that I got out of my car and physically pushed the gate open! I’m telling her no I didn’t what sense does that make etc.. we walked out and I’m explaining and then her co-worker a Hispanic who got out of a red Honda came up to us asking what was going on!? Both of them teamed up against me and I told the Hispanic chic I didn’t want to talk to her because she was high! Her eyes were blood shot red. Then the black girl said she had allergies etc. I said I know high when I see it. So the Hispanic lady grabbed her basket of clothes and proceeded to walk away because she wasn’t doing anything about it and I needed to get over it because it was my fault! Now while we were standing there the maintenance man came and put a lock on the gate. So that’s why it opened in the first place. It wasn’t locked as they had previously stated. Anyway the Hispanic lady heard me say She can go away I don’t want to deal with her. She turns around drops her basket of clothes and ask me “What did you say” like she wanted an altercation. I walked up to her and told her to her face YOU ARE HIGH AT WORK and I don’t want to talk to you! She states SO WHAT IF I AM? The black lady got between us thinking we were about to fight. She then tells me to leave I will cash app or Zelle you because if you are broke then say that! I told her yes I was I didn’t think coming here would cost me a tire! Then she says I have pissed her off and she wasn’t giving me anything. Told me to leave the property. Anyway they went in and called security Officer Flores who was very nice and understanding but he served me with trespassing and took my picture holding the paper. Long story short me being called a liar to my face pissed me off. Those two ghetto females in that leasing office were very unprofessional and high on the job. They acted like they wanted to jump me. They both need to be drug tested and held accountable for their actions. I will proceed to find corporate numbers and file a complaint against them. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live their because they indulge in the neighborhood drugs and they are both bullies!

I was looking for an affordable apartment to move into at the end of this month (9/2020) and searched Houston top to bottom. I found Rockridge Station Apartments online a few months ago and decided in August to start the application process. Lesley, the Leasing Specialist has been amazing and very patient with me and my million questions. I used to live not to far from Rockridge Station and am ready to move back to the area. I move into my apartment in a little over two weeks and can’t wait. I highly recommend this place.UPDATE: I’ve been here almost three weeks now. I have had two maintenance requests since moving in that I filled out after office hours. The very next day there was someone here to fix the issue. I’ve never had such quick responses for maintenance requests when I lived in apartments before. When I’m inside my apartment I really can’t hear anyone’s music or anything. It’s so nice here and I’m very glad I moved in. 😊

I was a previous resident and I moved back to the property yesterday. This place has changed for the better. The new manager Sophia has cleaned up the property so much. This place is so much better. The assistant manager Marilynn leased me the apartment and I lover her customer service so much. She is still the best. She was here when I first lived here

I was evicted like 7 years ago cause I was late in my rent I tried to pay in full but the owner didnt want to take my money and I ended being evicted .They didnt care about me .They added more to what I owed and now is in my debt collection .Shame on you ,you aint never gonna see a cent from me ,goodluck with that .You should of been nice and taken the full amount when you could but you were greedy and decided to evict me and charge me more now u wont see a cent from me.Also they called cps on me cause one day they came to my apts and knocked and unfortunately I had no lights thatday ,we dont let anyone in our apts so I know it was them cause we did answer them the door and they found out I had no lights .and they were worried that the fridge would go bad on us ,but I paid my lights that day but they decided to call cps on me cause I was late on rent and saw I had a kid.If you think your eviction was gonna cause me harm it didnt 😂 I was still able to enjoy being in apartments but you you never got your money for greedy .

This place is HORRIBLE! There is almost NEVER anyone in the office when I try to call to speak with someone. The management and staff is unprofessional and not on the same page as far as policies are concerned. For starters, this place makes you pay an application fee which I expected to pay along with an administrative fee. However, it was not an administrative fee I was required to pay. It was a full blown deposit that was requested prior to me bei amy application being processed. I was told that my deposit could be refunded under certain circumstances. So, I put in an application for an apartment. That application was later cancelled due to not providing the necessary documentation. Although, I made the staff aware of my being out of town for a family death and that I did not have access to the documents they were requesting. I was informed of my applications being canceled a few days later and that my deposit was not going to be refunded to me. When I called the office to speak with the MANAGER, I got the assistant manager instead who was EXTENDED rude, spoke over me, and did NOT listen to my concerns. The assistant manager informed me that I electronically signed an agreement stating the I then asked to speak to the manager and was left on hold for over 30 minutes. When I finally spoke to the manager she herself was rude and unhelpful. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RENT FROM THIS PLACE! It’s not worth the headache at all

Great place to live. The staff is amazing. Ms Marilynn Vasquez should get employee of the year. She always has a great attitude and communication skills is second to non. She makes sure things gets fixed at a timely manner makes it worth it to stay there.

I love my new place! The area is always clean, the residents are quiet, and the agents in thw office make you feel like family. Samantha is SUPER attentive to whatever you need, and she made the whole paperwork process simple and quick! I can tell Im gonna be here for a LONG time!

I am very happy here, My husband and I have been here over five years . I was not very happy with the previous manager, she was not a nice person. But Villa Serena staff Carla, Stephanie and Fernanda are always helpful and nice. Any issue that I have they have been on top of it. My partner and I were looking for a new apartment in the city and we spent days looking at various locations. However when we came to Rockridge Station on Greens Road, we were greeted by a wonderful staff and Fernanda the Leasing Agent was so sweet and informative we knew we found our home. I was worried about my credit & background check but Fernanda told us that they specialized in second chance leasing and I was so happy when they approved our application. The property is a wonderful place, and its quiet and I feel safe when I come home from work. I recommend this property to anyone looking and Im referring my sister to come look here when she & her husband move back to the city!

Best apartments in the greenspoint area hands down!! Sophia is a amazing property manager that has cleaned up the place and she has meetings with the community and police so you can address any concerns about anything going on. So youll feel real safe here! Marilynn is the best assistant manager ive ever dealt with as well! All around everyone just makes you feel lk they genuinely care! So if youre ever thinking about moving to this area i would definitely recommend Rockridge Station as a first choice.

This is the worst place to live in, it’s been only 3 nights for me here and on the third night my car is broken in from the window and my all stuff was stolen. I have never experienced such thing before but I have heard a lot of those happening here, PLEASE do not come live in this community. I requested the manager to cancel my lease since it’s been only 3 days but they denied any help and wants me to pay full next months rent with 30 day written notice and the termination fees which all comes to about 1200$. I am not sure if the cameras here are working and it is easy for people to jump the fence and easily enter the community. People who come from other places won’t be aware of the areas and it is very necessary to know the safety of the area first. I moved in from the other state and I was told it is completely safe to live here due to patrol services but if someone gets into such circumstances, it is office responsibility to help tenant out in every way possible. Since I was moving my stuff by car, I had stuff in my car and I thought it was safe to leave it in there. There are other things like pests and roaches that I noticed on the first day, but I still inform them and work it out. But breakthroughs are so common here, and if something like this would happen, office is not going to help you out in any way. I always had renters insurance previously which would have saved me as it would have covered my loss, but this office people told me I don’t need insurance and now that everything is gone and my car is broken, I have to pay everything from my pocket. So please I strongly suggest to keep away from this community.

Ms Marilyn is the best Assistant manager you may ask for . I recommend them because they are very well understanding,comes with w/d unit,clean complex, etc. I love my place ...been here for a few months & the staff is incredible. Ms . First of all, I never leave reviews but I had to for many reasons.I went to see the apartments today and i must say, I was very impressed at how the property is maintained and how spacious the apartments are.But, the shining star for me was Zamir. From the initial phone call, to meeting her today, i received nothing but stellar service.I could tell that she really takes pride in what she does and she’s darn good at it.I’m coming from a house so this is a big adjustment for me but i can finally rest from apartment searching now, mainly because of Zamir.

Office is very welcoming and helpful . Samantha was very helpful in the process of me getting my own apartment. Manager very respectful , and came out to shake our hands ! One of the best experience I ever had on getting my first apartment.

The apartments are good for the most part. Nobody ever messed with anything of mine. The new office staff Raven and Jerry are awesome!! I was there for 3 years and they just came about the last 3-4 months of my lease but they really made a difference. They started having resident parties and really cared about what was going on and any issues they got right on. For the greenspoint area they are good apartments, the only thing I did not like about them was the water bill is outrageous!! Almost $80 a month for water, trash, gas for a 2 bedroom. Other than the water bill they are cool. I will miss them!

Since Ive Moved In I Get Assistance With Maintenance When Something Is Wrong All The Staff Is Very Very Nice Always Smiling Willing To Help .My 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Is Really Big My Kids Love Their Space. Pools In The Apartments For My Kids To Go To For The Summer ,Closed Gate Community Very Quiet All Times Of The Day. Nobody Hanging Out Like In My Other Apartments I Moved From So I Really Love It At This Point

Do not move to this place- my girlfriend just moved in and there was a break in to her car and the stuff was stolen from car. While they say they have a good patrol system and security, we do not feel those are helpful. This place does not seem safe with people wandering around for no reason and lots of cases of car break ins and car parts stolen. If I could give it a negative -10 star review I would

This place has gotten so much better since the management change. Sophia has cleaned up this place so much. Back in the day there was people rooming the property who didnt even live here. Now that Sophia is here you never see that. She throws some of the best resident events that we didnt have before

Been living here for while now and the neighbors are the only thing i can say are loud, violent,and disruptive. some have been very stalkerish and are not friendly. dont move here if you like to keep your peace of mind. possible mold in the apartments.

Management changes so often that they never know whats going on or what mess the last management left you in. Trying to talk the actual manager is like trying to talk to the president of the United States (almost near impossible). The actual apartments look ok inside HOWEVER that doesnt really make you feel better when hear the gunshots and police sirens at night outside. But dont worry when you lease ends management will hunt you down to tell you that your rent will be increasing some outrageous amount ($50+). When you see these apartments keep driving. (You welcome).

These are affordable apartments where washer and dryer is included inside the unit. The office people are amazing to work with, especially samantha and marilyn. The female maintenance crew work hard and keep the property clean and actually listen to the issues you would have. Instead of the Male maintenance crew.***Update Review 2021***Rockridge Station still has my 5 🌟 review! Been living here for 2 yrs so far and still like these apartments. There is constant updates and renovations go make them better and better. The maintenance and office crew go far and beyond to make sure everything is accordingly and acceptable. Although this is STILL Greenspoint/ Gunspoint, these apartments are pretty quiet.***Update Review 2022***They still have a 5 🌟 with me.

By far one of the best places I have lived in. Over a year now and they still help and work with me any way they can. I have never been treated bad. All the workers are sweet people. Maintenance is always there to help you in any way.. I reccomend this place for you to live in.

Rock Ridge Station..a nice quiet place to call home Marilyn and Sam..are super nice and friendly. Do what they can to please the tenant. Quick response on maintenance .I have been here close to a year no major problems. Few disruptive outside disturbances with loud music...other than that Im very comfortable in my place

This is one of the best, affordable and well secured apt complexes in greenspoint area. Ms Marilynn Vasquez is a great manager likewise Ms Sophia Lawson. They go out of their comfort zones to help and assist you. I will recommend this place for people who are looking for a nice, secured apartment complex around greenspoint area.

I went in today to look for a 3 bedroom apartment and was greeted by an awesome leasing agent named Yami. Yami and the Assistant Manager Marilynn were so nice and very respectful to me and my family. They greeted us with a smile and professionalism you dont find in many places.They dont carry 3 bedrooms but they referred me to one of their sister properties.

So I was in need really quick of an apartment and I just happened to stop in just to see what options they had. From the second I walked in the door it was just a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. Fernanda and Pansy were who were helping me and they exceeded my expectations! They got me approved for WAAAAAAY less than I was expecting because of issues on my credit . They got me ALL the discounts! Ive never had this kind of experience with an apartment complex and ive been doing this for a while. This is an honest review because i know sometimes companies lie, but i literally sat down and took the time to write this because it was that amazing. I now have a beautiful spacious 2 bedroom with washer and dryer. Its not the best area but the gate is always closed with a security guard and its actually really quiet! I love my new 2 bedroom and ill be renewing my lease here! Im referring all of my friends and my best friend is actually moving here too. Thank you again Fernanda & Pansy & Stepanie!!!!!Love Neena

July 15, 2017 11amThere has been no water since 9pm last night! The answering service cant reach the emergency maintenance or the office manager at all. I have 2 children who live with me.UPDATE: JULY 14, 2017, DONT MOVE HERE! THIS PLACE IS A HEALTH HAZARD! They havent fixed any of the downstairs apartments since the flood. BLACK MOLD ALL IN THE WALLS! They put a notice on my door this morning at 11am stating the water will be turned off after lunch due to a underground water pipe bursted, water didnt get turned off til 9pm! They havent cleaned out the dryer vents in the walls The motor in my ac in my apartment went out while i was getting ready for work, i called they said they would be by to check it. I asked if they would give me a call if they couldnt fix it tonight. They didnt call me, when i had gotten off work it was over 85 degrees in my apartment It was hot! I took a shower too cool down, the water was burning hot! I went the the office the next morning, they said the maintenance guys dont speak english and they didnt even come check the ac. When they finally said they could fix it, it wouldnt be until 4pm.Thats 24 hours without ac in the 96 degree weather outside!The maintenance sucks first of all! I have lived here for 2 years. The office staff changes monthly it seems. I can never get a call back from any one. I complained and they gave me a 30 notice to move out 2 days before christmas. They said they wouldnt renew because i complain TOO muchSo if i complain TOO much then common sense would say you arent doing your jobs. The soap dish in my bathroom fell it took them 4 days to come fix it. They came at 4 pm, left a note saying dont use the tub til the next morning. By the time i got into bed i heard a crash. The dish had fallen again! I called the next morning, the lady said i would b charged with them coming back out to fix it. I confronted her about it and she told me that was not what she said. Around the 15th of Dec 2016 the management placed notices on the doors saying towing was inforced. The letter also stated they informed us back in Sept 2016 that we should have got parking permits but i didnt receive such letter. But ive paid rent since then and they didnt ask if i got my parking permit. Back to dec 15th, my car was towed.Not only was it towed but the ladys in the office didnt care nor ask about if i had a permit. 300 to get my car! My soap dish still isnt fixed. Mydishwasher still leaks, my dryer doesnt dry my laundry. I have to run the cycle twice. Dont expect to get any type of civil attitude from the staff in this office. I still get other peoples mail from who lived there before me. The water it out every tuesday or wednesday due to pipes bursting. The pools are never cleaned nor opened. About 2 months before the flood that happened this year 2016 there was a bed bug problem in 4 apartment near the officeBEDBUGS! they can travel from apartment to apartment! Find another place to live! It is going on a year since the flood, yes these apartments were in the flood. Every single down stairs apartment had damage. They are still not fixed. They are still pulling walls cabinets and floors out of them. Along with frigs washers n dishwashers! Please dont move here! There is mold in the walls. If u want ur health dont move here!i went to the office explain i can hear a scratching in the walls. they sent their maintenance with rat traps. I said its in the wall not in my apartment. I kept hearing it for about a month. I feared a rat was going to eat through the wall n jump on my bed while i slept. I explained them them the rat was in the wall.So them bring rat traps for my apartment,i have no holes in my walls! The apartment below me and every apartment on the first floor was in the flood and has no sheet rock.The people in the office dont care! I repeat if u want to b happy n stay smiling or wanna live DONT MOVE HERE!

I’m a retired veteran originally from Cali. I served 10 yrs & relocated to Houston. I was not familiar with Greenspoint but once I said I was moving into the area I found out the place was actually called GUNPOINT. I pulled up a list on google for TOP 10 most dangerous neighborhoods in Houston this was 2nd & on another site it was 4th. Do not move into this area. I have 2 deployments & when they say veteran friendly don’t believe it. It’s all promotional BS. To anyone with kids, I have a 1 year old daughter & I took that into consideration as well. I wouldn’t want my daughter in this area. Look up the murder that took place at the mall. In all fairness I didn’t move into the apartment after I put my deposit down. But I also didn’t get a refund which is in the paperwork but I thought I asked anyway. So at your own risk.

Theres tons of negative reviews on here, but i havent had a single issue with anybody! The office staff or even neighbors, everyones really nice! Its an apartment complex you cant expect 5 star quality from one, no matter where you are!Edit: after about 10 months there, the place has gone down hill went from a 4 star to a 0, Cant get no one to call me back about my check not being cashed about 15 days after the due date, apartments gif flooded, had an asthma attack and still wont let me out of the lese! Read the ratings and find somewhere else please, spend the extra money, in the long run your wallet and headaches will thank you

I just moved in on 07/17/2020 and was super impressed with the Assistant Manager Marilynn who leased me the apartment. She was very professional and has awesome customer service. Marilynn takes pride in her work

If you are a student at tulsa and you want to move here to be closer to the school. Dont! The staff is terrible they wont call you back and if you call back and have any questions good luck because they will hang up in your face.

I Just Moved In My Apartment With My Husband And Two Small Children. It Was A Rat And My Apartment And They Did Not Do Anything About It. Before They Gave Us Our Keys They Didnt Check Anything Old Beer Cans In The Cabinet. The Dishwasher Dont Work.Its Been A Week Still Havent Fixed My Water In My Restroom

I wouldnt piss on the 1 star. WORST office personnel I have ever dealt with. Its like pulling teeth to get anything fixed and when it is they expect the renters to pay for it. I was locked out of my apartment at 1am because the lock just stopped working. Heaven forbid I broke a window to get in...I dont know, maybe because of the constant gun fire outside. Better to be safe than sorry. Their emergency afterhour maintenance told me NOT to inform office as he would come fix it. Never happened and now 4 days later I still have a broken window and am told they wont fix it until I pay for it...EVEN THOUGH I HAD TO BREAK INTO MY APARTMENT. And trying to explain the situation is damn near impossible as the girl interrupts every chance she gets.

The office smelled so good and it’s very clean on the property came looking for an apartment during my lunch break and they were there. Pansy and Marylin they are beyond amazing and the property is well kept up and I will be back to lease with them soon they was the best

Ms. Marilynn was very welcoming and warm hearted even though it was cold outside while showing me a tour of the property. Hopefully everything works out with my application and I can have my own spot again. Can’t wait to move in.

I have been renting here for a few years now. Pansey, Marilyn, and Sam and Yami are the best. A couple years ago I would have said avoid this place at all cost but now I actually feel comfortable recommending my family to move in over here. They are so helpful and understanding and will help you get what you need.

Recently I took my brother Xavier clay to these apartments everyone was really nice but one thing I didn’t like is the fact you had to keep calling up there to get information .. Zmair said everything was done for my brothers application and approved he just had to wait for Monday morning to get everything done by the manager he waited almost a week !! just for him to call and for them to tell him he was denied .. when zmair gave him the apartment number to cut the lights on Monday morning this is the worse customer service I ever had and it’s ridiculous

I was in the market for a new apartment and my friend who stays here said come check out my place, I then told her I dont know about living in Greenspoint but ill go in check it out and I must say Im very glad I did Zamir and, Ms. Pansy where very nice and helpful They both are great to have in office I had to rent here.. I moved in a couple of days ago and Im so in love with my apartment so much so I now have my sister getting ready to move in....

On my kids these are the best apartments in greenspoint they get the work orders done when needed It’s very quiet security is always on duty driving around or standing outside making sure no one is sitting in their car due to the 10pm just how I like the ppl in the office r family friendly on God I love here and never had not one bad complaints Kong’s as u paying your rent on time they will take good care of u 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I called to get information on a 1 bedroom. I immediately felt at home after speaking with zamir. I rode uber for 20 minutes and must say theride was worth it. I leased a home thanks zamir you are a blessing.. God BLESS your soul

Everything was great until the Lease was up In August fast forward to now trying to move into my new apartment and they will not send verification to my new Apartment stating that I have paid fees that I owed them upon moving out Paid the balance in full and they are the only reason why I haven’t moved into my new home

This apartment is so great for families with small children that they will even allow a current registered level 2 sex offender to live there. Wow talk about customer service and public trust!

The worst place ever. Racist management, there was a shooting here about a month ago, management lied to residents about what actually occurred. The office staff ignores you, especially if you are African American, do not live here.

The manager is the best manager you can have and anybody renting anytime some up give her a talk she works things out with you, it was a pleasure having her as a manager she was awesome.

The place is very good and they maintain it well the morning and the secretary treats you well, it is also a very good place.And I already knew Marilyn, she always helps us, she has never told me that she is not very good yesterday, I am not saying it because I live here, but because she is so very pretty.

The worst of the worst!!... we are under threat of flooding and the water is already about to enter our apartment. I have two small children and I asked them to please move my things to a second floor that is available and they completely refused, claiming that material things are not important and FERNANDA, the person I spoke to, specifically knows that last year I suffered from floods in these same apartments and lost everything... but my people, the sacrifice it costs us to get our things for these people is not important In the end they only care about their money

Everything is very nice and clean, I highly recommend it and the Christian staff is a very kind and gentle person and gives good attention to the residents.
