Really rude workers especially Yolanda she doesn’t know how to have a civil discussion loves to talk over folks and always with an attitude

We just recently got our apartments renovated and they are very nice now Ms. Jeniffer whos over seeing the operation is so sweet and attentive making sure we have everything we need and if we dont have it she will get it in a timely manner when it came to the movers they were as well very sweet/ nice friendly and quick they have taken the furniture apart and reassembled it once we moved back I said Id do it but he insisted he could do it for me and got it done less than 5 min loved the 3 men movers the workers that are doing the renavations have done an excellent job overall good experience 1000 out of 10 everything is so much better the kids are able to play outside with no problem they have a new little park to entertain them selves I love it here now vs when I moved in 2 years ago new everything keep up the good work......!

I lived here for 5years before I had to move because Ms.Kendra the office lady was stealing rent and started harassing everyone long story short I never got a chance to take legal action against her and do not give her your rent money because she will steal your money and report you did not pay your rent she did this to me and many other s before I decided to move there was this one day every one got red letters on there door and the neighbors started speculating she is stealing rent because why did so many ppl wake up and just decide no to pay rent. A lot of us weren’t keeping up with our rent receipts so she was able to falsely accuse us of not paying rent and I was willing to fight back I moved to a better and bigger place it’s like a prison over there and very small units no pool no gym nothing just two small kiddie parks and since Ms Kendra came in there have been tons of more rules she is rude unprofessional and ghetto she will harras you and make up allegations against you to make herself feel more powerful she is a theif and very unprofessional nothing got better after new management came in they fixed the apartments up but my apartment was still damaged in certain areas you can tell the apartments were thrown together it was not worth paying a dime it’s literally nothing to do over there no attractions nothing that makes the apartments feel like home

The move to my hotel unit was very easy and the movers were awesome helping us move. Jennifer was very professional and helped with every concern we had. Im very happy to have her address and answer our questions. She has the best customer service by far. Im excited to see the renovations in my apartment.

Our apartments are going under rehab my unit was one of the first ones to be rehabbed, they moved us to another unit the moving company 3 men movers did a great job moving my items.Jennifer the renovation coordinator was great she organized everything for both my moves. I just moved back today and I love my kitchen my room new paint everything I am in love with the lighting and fixtures.Daiqen D

OMG!!! I love Ms.Jennifer. She was a great person to be working with. Speak everyday and make sure what ever you needed you got. And the mover she go was wonderful they move my things with in 30mins. Didn’t break anything and set it up even when they wasn’t suppose to. Love the experience 😍😍😍😍😍

Movers were very quick did not damage anything my favorite part about the apartment is flooring and my kitchen Jennifer is excellent good communication nice and professional.

1. Love the new cabinets and flooring & the light fixtures ceiling fans in every room, 3 men movers Jose and his crew was very quick and careful with our items and as for Jenny is cool polite and like how she talks she even offered me chicken she was on Lunch and still attended to me 🙂

I absolutely love these apartments and the staff here are AWESOME! Everytime I e had any issue they were already aware of it and fixing it by the time I called to inform them. The surrounding neighborhood is pretty rough but I feel 100% safe here. Cameras everywhere and all neighbors are friendly and quiet. And I cant Express enough how great the staff is. Love it! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a affordable, safe place.

I love my new apartments Miss Jennifer is so awesome I love her and the movers that move my belongings me and my son are living better been here for seven years and this is one of the best years ever the kids can play outside now our apartment so clean and so homie I love it here now and I cannot get enough of Miss Jennifer she is the best shes always helpful if anything that she can do for you 🙏🏾😇💯

3 men movers was sooooo fast I love them my apartment feels so good the smell of fresh paint and Jennifer our renovation person was great listened to ALL our needs and a sweet person ❤️

Today we moved to our hotel unit the movers were very professional Jennifer is the renovation coordinator and she’s the best and respectful In every way I highly recommend her and she always check the apartments and checks on her residents can’t wait to see my new apartment after it’s done being fixed up I’ll definitely be doing another review when I see my new apartment -gabryel Garza

My child and I have been without a ac unit after six months of the ac has been out and I went to the office to ask for a ac unit that they were passing out on Friday and I was told that since I now have a window unit that I dont get one and they passed out fliers to everyone on Monday last week and I asked about that and I was told that the maintenance person had passed them out and the flier was to go and stay in a hotel for a night. And I was also told that they walked the property last week and no one had a window unit in their window but that wasnt true .so my child and I have to live here in this heated unit without any support for the management office. Correction I was not notified and I didnt receive any letters. Thank you

Flooring and cabinets are good waiting for our new door excited ceiling fans are very nice movers were hella cool Jennifer is very nice and respectful

The apartment community looks more vibrant the cabinets in my new renovated apartment looks great and goes good with the appliances and Jennifer listens to our needs and staff are great construction crew has done a great job

If I could post with no stars, then they would have just that no stars. Im a resident at Rainey Property (Scott Plaza) to be exact. We have been without A/C since the middle of April 2022, management for Scott Plaza (Kendy Guzman) hasnt been in office since the middle or end of April as well. The residents at 4100 Barberry Dr, never received a notice as to what was going on with our air conditioning towers; up until residents started complaining and calling the city. Then on June 15th, 2022 after i had done purchased a window unit for $154.00 ($166.71 with tax), the manager from Kings Row (another Rainey Property) printed up a letter stating that they Once again apologize to the residents for not having air conditioning in our units. They stated that a Special part was ordered 2 weeks ago prior to June 15th when they sent out a noticed to all residents. They sent out multiple letters to keep track of what they told us, because before June 15th we NEVER received any notices pertaining to the AC tower being broke. I left a review once, however it was taking down Im pretty sure I know why. All and all, I speak for the residents here at Scott Plaza Apartment Homes, we are suffering. Although portable units were ONLY PROVIDED to resident whom didnt go out and purchase window units, only one part of the residents apartments is cooling off. You basically have to choose between upstairs of downstairs, in order to keep your unit cool. Not only the air conditioning being a problem, management for Scott Plaza is an issue as well. We have no one actually working in office for Scott Plaza residents, we havent received a noticed pertaining to whether or not we will have someone new. When we try to pay rent, request paperwork or have any questions pertaining to our lease (per some residents Ive talked too, including myself) we are placed on hold, the line goes to voicemail or the office doors are locked. The office has been either closing early or not open to the public and residents have grown frustrated at the current situation not knowing what to do or whom to call. People have called CORPORATE, the City of Houston has came out on several occasions. Im not looking to gain nothing more from this but communication or assist with moving to other properties we have applied to (such as myself is on the waitlist for 2 public housing apartments). Im sure this will get taking down as well like my previous post, but just know Ill post if I have to.Best Regards.

I been without hot water for 2 days and informed the property. Its Saturday and their not open on the weekends. Cant even have my kids take a shower

These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in it didn’t get like this until we receive a new owner.. we’ve been without air for months I had to purchase my own a/c unit no one provided me with one maintenance doesn’t come when you call roaches are everywhere because of the heat we are confined to one room due to The a/c problem I haven’t received any letters or notes saying when the air will be fixed dont move here

These apartments or very bad the maintenance man dont do they right the people in the office or very disrespectful in rude and they take people money in tell them who can visit who cant visit on the people in the office dont do they job the assistant manager is very rude she will have you wanting to beat her but thats how rude she is and wen you dont speak to her she will put you off the purposes and say your trespass just because she have personal problems with you but most of all the Aparments or good they just need new people that work in the office thats. It. I stayed there a year in the Aparments is its just the people in the office

It might be under new management, but its still bad over here in so many ways. Now if you need something done in your unit they will fix it in a timely manner. They have HPD working over here, but they are only here sometimes. At least I can say that the new manager is way better than the last one they had.

Everywhere you go you make your own experience. I lived here for several years. You cant control the actions of the people that make poor choices but if you stay out their way you can control your outcome. You can most definitely stay here and live. The negative reviews on here are dramatically inaccurate. The dont even have roach and rodent issues.

Very friendly staff ms Francis and candice very concerned about their residents return calls very quickly and also matience requests are attended to in a descent time limit truly grateful for my apartment as well as the professionalism and compassion from the staff

Ive been having mold problems since Ive moved here! The property is funded and they wait until the week of to fix things. The were funded to fix the gates to keep crime out and its still not done!

Its okay if you stay too yourself! But as long as you start being messy is when you see all the b.s my advice is too stay to yourself by yourself in take care of your child you half to crawl before you walk👌🏻

This is a very dangerous area. Shootings are a weekly if not daily occurrence. Be careful and lock all vehicles upon exit. Watch your surroundings as you move from place to place.

My apartment is a OK management and Jennifer are great

They don’t fix anything but want to inspect the apartment for what if your not fixing anything PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE

There cool some 3/4 bedrooms 1 restroom

Been without air for 6 months cant wait to move but expect people to pay rent

The apartments are infested with large rats and management ignores the tenants complaints. Maintenance is sorry as well.
