Ive been here for about three in half years. Its been great! Amanda and team are very friendly and it safe and the area of Spring Branch and Memorial area has a good vibe. Its a great place for a family and if you are starting out. We recently had a community meeting on things around the apartment and the owners and property management were super friendly answering questions and good conversations. The property maintenance is super friendly and fast. Ive been living here for about 12 years and its wonderful, the management/workers are sweet and awesome!!! Theyre quick to answer and any questions you have or if maintenance needs to be done theyll send workers asap! My a.c needed to be repaired and while they were working on it they brought me a window unit to use until it was fixed! Which only took 2 days!!! The other tenants are also very nice and chill!! Ive never had to make any kind of complaint about them or anyone else. Management is also very active with the community, theyll have events for the seasons, or more recently check on tenants during the harsh cold front we had last month! And while I live an older apartment I do know that they have renovated ones as well, with new flooring and redone kitchen!

Weve been living here for over a year and the experience has been great. Its nice to live at a place where your opinion matters. Recently they had a meeting with breakfast to hear out the residents. The meeting was awesome.The owner Jack is a nice man and was at the meeting with the rest of the staff and they wanted to hear out if there were any concerns. If you have any questions the ladies in the office are Amanda, Andrea, & Christina and they are super friendly. I have been living here around 7 months, when we came to this place to look around, the first thing that I saw was a clean property, that gives a good impression, the ladies at the front office they were so friendly and nice they are doing a pretty good job.Is a pretty good safe property.Last Sunday I was so glad to have a meeting with the supervisor of this property and some good neighbors too. We love that he came over to meet us and he listened our proposals, I hope he will continue with this meetings.

Westview Forest apartments is by far one of the most safe and secure apartments Ive ever lived at.The front office and guard shack workers are very friendly and make this place feel like a community.The buildings are old so they dont look too fancy from the outside, but they stay on top of keeping the interior up to date.if you are looking for an affordable and safe apartment, I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Just from the pretty outside looks of it, I was impressed to see a guard box at the gate where it’s only one way in and out and someone checking IDs. I thought I had to live in a rich neighborhood to get something like that but this place is definitely in my budget. And there’s always security walking outside every night even during the cold that’s coming up. All the residents and staff know each other and were so friendly like it’s a family village community. Plus, it has one of the most beautiful dog park areas I’ve ever seen in an apartment complex with real literal palm trees inside and a literal nail clipping and dog bath station! The no monthly pet rent is amazing!

The owner had a meeting recently and it came with breakfast tacos, coffee, and juice. The meeting was about the owner asking what he could do better for the residents. WHAT!? This is the first time Ive been asked that. I couldnt stay long because I had to go to church. Anytime I need anything I put in a work order and its handled. The office staff, guards and the maintenance are helpful and awesome!

We have lived at Westview Forest for just shy of a year now and we love it. The staff here are always so kinda and willing to help with whatever we have needed. My son loves the ladies in the front office and they are always so happy to see him. We chose these apartments because of the pet policy, no breed or weight restrictions, and we are so happy we did. Our girls love going to the on site dog park and running around.

I am visiting my sister from out of state she told me they had a fully furnished studio my wife could stay in for the week. We have a wedding to attend . The studio is great we were really surprised to see how nice it really is . Own parking space security, wifi , everything thing you could need . Even a coffee grinder , that was my favorite feature. Everything is new queen size bed .way less than staying in a moderatly priced hotel. At first I was a little hesitant was not sure it would have all these amenities that we needed, we are in the wedding party so we needed a place where we could prepare for the wedding and be comfortable and close to our family members as well. Not to mention we did not have to make our nephew sleep on the sofa and give up his room. We could of stayed at the holiday Inn, but this is so much nicer and way less expensive. I love you sis. Very convenient to Katy freeway, mall, restaurants. I recommend the furnished apartment, very upscale for a very great price .

I enjoy living here its clean,safe, quite. I see everyone doing their part in keeping the property presentable. Safety is awesome. The place is gated there is a guard house up front security walks around at night no one gets out of hand. Families have birthday parties bounce houses you see a bunch of kids playing parents around supervising

Im going on one month of living here. Needed to escape my old apartments for our health. The hurricane and derecho left us living with mold and mushrooms. Infested with fleas and bed bugs. It was super affordable, but management doesnt care about the people living there. Came to Westview Forest because a coworker drives for Uber eat told me it looks like safe place well lit, clean and they have a gaurd on duty. Plus, its surrounded by stores, restaurants, and the freeways are really easy to get to. So far Im liking it here and the neighbors seem pretty nice. Hopefully everything works out here and we dont have to pick up and leave again.

Ive been living here for a little over a year and my experience has been great. We recently had a town hall meeting with the owner of the property where breakfast was provided and residents were able to voice any concerns they had about the complex. The owner was very open to listening and extremely detailed in his responses to every resident who shared an opinion. I cant say enough about how great the front office staff is (especially Christina and Amanda 🙂), and also how awesome the maintenance staff is whenever I have any issues with my apartment. I definitely recommend anyone looking for an affordable, peaceful, and cooperative community to live in, to consider Westview Forest.

I’ve been living here for 5 months now. The staff is friendly. It’s safe for my son and I, and they take all breeds of dogs which was the selling factor for me. The units are updated and definitely work well for the price.

I recently stayed at Westview forest apartments.I dont live there but my sister does . They actually have an all furnished apartments that the residents can rent if family members visit. Well during the Derecho and hurricane Beryl the lights were off at my house for over a week and a half I really needed a place to stayed due to the lights being out at my place for over a week. The apartments had electricity.Its a beautiful studio apartment fully furnished with everything you need even your own reserved parking space . For a very low price we were able to stay in a very secure environment. They gave their own security and a guard house with an attendant in duty 24/7 365.The apartment is beautiful it is fully furnished with TV internet, your own reserved parking spot. Oh I cant forget the appliances in the apartment. They are stainless steel. They even furnished a coffee bean grinder, air fryer, coffee maker , dishes .It was a blessing to have such a wonderful place to stay especially when we all were going through so much .One last thing I have to give credit to all the employees the office personal, so kind so caring like they really were so concerned for our well being. Even the people in the guardhouse, security. I cant say enough good things about Westview forest apartments. I recommend them to everyone.

I thankfully, I am not a resident. I am simply someone who DoorDashes on the side who happen to have an order at 4 am delivering to this address however. From what I could see this place is a disaster & looks filthy. Each apartment complex is different so exits obviously operate differently based on the set up however if you are not familiar with the layout and its fairly dark it can be a bit of a maze and confusing. The area just feels very unsafe. That is not my issue, my issue is after not being able to find the exit due to the entire complex corners having gates that are chained together, I kept running into wrong way signs randomly so I decided to call this complex. It was 4 Am but the ONLY reason I called is because there was a worker in the front and I assumed he may have access to the apartment cellphone. Someone answered the line like they just woke out the bed and answering me lost and confused which was a bit odd to me because I thought this was just the apartment number, I guess its a personal cell aswell. I explain my situation to the lady on the line, she acts pretty confused and begins to tell me the building numbers Im looking at and describing to her does not exist. I hear a man complaining in the back (a lot of attitude) saying things then I just ask if she can just reroute me to the exit. She asked me if I was calling about the right apt which I was, I have a Florida number but I live in Houston so I know I was at the right place (I mean obviously if I delivered the order). I hear the man in the back sarcastically say so no one is dead then the phone is disconnected on me... I could care less of the look of this place but management has to do better this was extremely rude and unprofessional. Im literally in my 20s I dont care to leave a review but this was actually insane to experience from calling a COMPANY NUMBER!! beware of this management I am actually disgusted I was treated like this. If I couldnt be assisted Id rather her just tell me to go walk to the guard but the man in the back being disrespectful and her unwillingness to even hear me out and help me was completely mind blowing, Ive never felt so uncomfortable somewhere.I also see in all your review rebuttals you mention having high rating on reviews so you blame the tenants or person complaining… smart tactic, unfortunately I work for companies where they focus on reviews as well and it’s pretty easy getting “good reviews”. Do better! Then maybe you won’t have to take time to make the person who had a bad experience out to be the bad guy when it was your doing or your offices! You have a fantastic holiday! Let’s set some better goals to improve this place for the new year!!

Just moved in to our new for ever home. Friendly management to deal with when I was going through the process. The booth was very nice and showed me the way to the office. Was surprised how clean this property is. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to relocate.

I recently went thru wild storms across Texas which forced me to stay in a AIR BNB. Found these apartments and couldn’t have been anymore happier. The stay is very pleasant due to Safety Booth security and Security staff roaming the perimeter of the apartments. In my opinion, one of the best and safest places to stay or LIVE. Most importantly…GREAT MANAGEMENT!

Just recently moved into the apartments and so far so good! The front office staff is amazing! Made the process of applying a breeze! Definitely will recommend to people who need a place. Im a busy man and the studio I have is perfect for me. And I love the security process they have to enter the apartment as well. New tenant in the 800 building

I have lived here over a year now and the reason i moved here was for safety and peace of mind. I was robbed of my only car from old place in April of 2023 due to lack of security and no fences or gates or anything. I was robbed at 6 pm, during the day. That left me traumatized. I called many apartments and they all said NO! did not even care, Westview cared tho, they said I could rent from them and Ive been here a year and half now. I love knowing that its gated and there is security. I have had no problems, no one bothers me and the neighbors are good people. Amanda, Christina and Andrea are good managers and have responded to me every time I had an issue. and Have been professional. When Hurricane Beryl went thro, we lost power and one of our huge pine trees fell onto the neighbors apartment, praise God, no one was hurt. They re-located the neighbors and the maintenance went right to work to fix the issues as well cleaned up around the complex as they do daily. They are always fixing, repairing , and up-doing the complex. Sometimes, it is a little frustrating for me as I work from home but I do understand that things need to get done. I am still waiting for a small kitchen drawer to be fixed and for Comcast to finish dropping the cable line. The girls are actually good to me, They have allowed me to charge my phone when i had no way to do so, and use their business phone recently when Verizon shut everything off on me. They have worked with me on my payments as it is difficult for me to pay in full at one time as they do for many residents.I honestly dont know of any other apartment complex that does what they do and I honestly dont know any other apartment managers that would allow tenants to stay when they run into financial difficulties.I also enjoy the fact that i am housed with residents my age and to myself. it makes it very comfortable and quiet.I would say the only on going issues I have is;The constant battle of Mosquitoes and cockroaches.and the other big issue with me, I wish they would adapt to allowing us to pay our rent electronically, as having to run and get money orders is too much on me as i dont have a car.and uber and lyft are expensive.other than that, Im very thankful for westview and I would reccomend them.

I moved in a week ago today and I am very happy to be here. The Office Staff, Maintenance & Security are 5 Star. Here, let me give you a couple of for instances: Amanda (office) will, ( in my case, lead you by the hand ) applying for application, ( me being puter/smartphone illiterate ) and, will call you quickly. She does a great tour too, showing you about. Now, second of the couple, an access hallway and a chirping smoke alarm, (low battery) I told a Maintenance Supervisor who I saw doing a Discrepancy Inspection. As I said, in passing. A little while later, when I passed, it wasnt chirping. He had called and had it serviced immediately.Now, Security. A 24 hour everyday and all night, one car gate and one walk thru, manned, to buzz you/guests in. They take notes and profile. On camera, both.Security has a list , so, put your guests/family, on it or they dont get in. Roving at night, Ive counted, how many, roving? Keep guessing, theyre strake.Ambiance, thats everything. Its QUIET, the grounds and apartments are CLEAN, old but lovingly maintained. Residents make eye contact, good neighbors, real people.

Amanda, Christina , and manager Andrea really helped me out to move in. my old place they wanted my dogs out and Westview Forest was able to accept my both furry babies I have been here for 8 months and no problems and quiet

Great value, safe place to live these past 6 months. The employees are flexible, understanding, and do a good job clearing out any litter and branches. Maintenance requests get handled on time. The property does not flood.I lost power twice from the tornado storm and Hurricane Beryl and got power back the same day or next day both times, but my friend in north Spring Branch waited 5+ days both times.

I just recently moved to Westview Forest I have kids and this is a perfect place for them they have a guard house with 24-hour attendant in the guard house they have security I love the apartment have washer and dryer connections stainless steel appliances its very nice and updated for Halloween the office put on a little event for the kids play gave out so much candy cupcakes treats for the kids they even gave out prizes for them the communities always full of life its quiet at night I recommend even if you dont have kids to move here the community is clean very secure

Avoid at all costs!! If its too good to be true, IT IS!!They claim to be an airbnb but not affiliated with them and they made me pay extra when wasnt stated in the contract⁠The apartment SMELLED like smoke and made all my belonging smelly AND HUMID. They wanted me to pay a different rate than stated in my contract to get to keep my deposit and instilling fear by saying you signed a contract but I asked for a copy of my contract and told them how it wasnt there and how the contract stated a certain rate and rules. They never answered my email and were rude in person. And always trying to instill fear with their poorly made contract. They were rude and recorded me and also recorded my calls without my consent when i tried asking why they were trying to charge me extra.⁠They claimed it was an airbnb-like and bills were included (also stated in contract) and also furnished but they took $88 dollars from my deposit for “water/gas”⁠They take advantage of you being New to town and they all are rude and lure you in by pretending to be a “community” and being super nice and helpful.They ended up keeping my money anywayBeware!! They and also they make you sign a waiver that you cant sue them or make any claims at all towards them or their staff so if they steal from you, you cant do anything about it.They claim to give you your application fee back but they don’t they said that was only for regular apartments not furnished short rentals however it also states in their flyers and ads for their short furnished rentals that no application fee, extra fees, or deposits are needed in them. So they robbed me by keeping my deposit, charging me bills, and charging me extra for an application fee of a short term rental. And taking advantage that they know I’m a student doing an internship ALONE in town by intimidating me with their recording and poorly made contract!!I forgot to add this excludes Amanda, she was always nice and helpful!! Unfortunately the day they were rude (both ladies with glasses) she was not there or Im sure it would have had a different turnout.

Ive only lived here for about a month since I am new to Houston after making an international move. I was very glad to have come across Westview Forest Apartments. The Management Team (Amanda, Christina and Andrea) were all very helpful and accommodating, they really helped make my move into the unit easy. Affordability, safety and location were all the factors that influenced my decision to move here. The cost of rent is reasonable and affordable. The studio unit has what I need for a comfortable stay. I feel safe living here and have had no concerns. I wanted to be within close proximity to a mosque, and turns out the apartments are located within 5 mins walking distance to one of the most well established mosques in all of Houston which serves a diverse Muslim population! Finally, if you’re looking for a “community” feel then you’ve found the right place since folks are really friendly around here. I feel confident in recommending Westview Forest Apartments to anyone looking for a place to move!

The 2 bedroom apartments are very large. As far as Im concerned and I needed an apartment fairly quick and they were very helpful and very friendly. For people who know this neighborhood Or really dont know this neighborhood and think they would not be safe.Here,.The security is very good And the people that live here have been very friendly. That was maybe one of my concerns. You see, I gave it 4. Stars, that means this is a real review. Ive worked as a waiter before. And when we need to lift up are stars. The boss told me to give somebody a coupon and get him to write us a good review. A couple of things that I dont like nothings perfect though. Only one I could think of i would like to have a wash machine but but there are plenty of laundry facilities in the neighborhood and plenty of washing machines and dryers here on the property. Oh and pet friendly

I went apartment hunting at 5 locations on one day. Westview Forest staff made me feel like I was home before I even signed a lease. Everyone was friendly and helpful in the process. The pricing and location is a HUGE bonus! It was so easy for me to choose this place as my first place to rent. 24/7 security also gives me peace and comfort in why I chose to live here. Couldnt ask for anything more for a place to call home.

Parking lot is a maze with annoying high speed bumps! Better ask directions on how to get out of this rats maze. No exit signs and one way sign confuses the heck out of you. It’s a mess driving inside this horrible experience. Even hd to roll up window to keep the weed smell out.

If I could put 0 stars I would I reported the problem the office staff give me an attitude my ac has moles there’s water coming out of the ac I pay my rent on time . The office is telling me it’s not urgent the office staff needs to be fired immediately. I called them couple time I want to the office give me an attitude . 0 stars . Don’t live here !. I been here for 4 years no problem until you need something done you have to wait weeks . The office lied to me they never said a guy would come out on Monday they just said we don’t know . Westview is such a nice place to live. I feel comforted by the security of the gates and 24/7 guards and I enjoy the pleasant community/family atmosphere the Westview admin have fostered. It was easy as an out of towner, new to the area to get established in the new apartment. The grounds are well kept and free parking is available. They are also very quick with trash pickup and the pool is nice and clear. I am still new to the apartment but overall I have been very pleased with the admin staff and my greater experiences thus far.

Westview forest apartments is the best apartment complex Ive lived at so far. They have 24/7 people at the gate, so they call and let me know who trying to visit me at my apartment before hand so no unexpected guest visits. And security walking property. The staff in the office explain my lease well and showed me different apartments they have that fix well in my budget. They have 2 laundry mats, 2 pool as well as a dog park they showed. I dont have to worry about parking because they allow me to pay for a reserve parking close to my apartment with my apartment number .

I have been a resident at Westview Forest apartments for over 2 years now, and I have enjoy living here. We like the security that they provide 24/7, it gives our family some sort of protection. Management has been great with our needs any time we have needed them. Over all we have loved the experience at the apartments.

I have been a resident here for almost two years. So far my experience here has been great. The reason I have given Westview Forrest apartments a 5 star rating in my opinion is because they deserve it.( Set aside only a couple issues, which were addressed almost immediately after I communicated the problem to the staff.) My relationship with the staff and management has always been positive.The atmosphere here is a little different than most apartment complexes, feels a little more personal and tolerant. I love the fact that they are pet friendly and have no size restrictions. Currently they are make major efforts to upgrade aesthetics of the property and modernize their infrastructure.The complex is a big. so there are times when there is a disconnect with the communication between the staff. And its not to say that this place is free from issues but they are few and far between. All in all Im happy and content.

I have been here since July and absolutely love it! The office staff are incredible. Amanda, Christina and Andrea are the bomb and will definitely get you taken care of. Very friendly, polite, they work hard and fast. The Maintence team is amazing as well. They’re very sweet and also work hard and fast without cutting corners. The community really is like a family, everyone knows each other and are friendly. It’s very quiet, I feel safe here with the security gates and having someone monitor the cars coming in and out. The apartment is perfect for me and my 3 dogs. I have all stainless steel appliances that are energy efficient and new, and everything works fine. The wood floors are beautiful and bedroom and closest space are huge. They have also been updating the complex with new paint.

Everything was straightforward, and the staff here rules. I love this place.*Update because the owner (who responded immediately) mentioned (rightly so) that my review was short. There is 24 hour security, and I feel very safe here, especially considering the price. Every inch of counter space in my apartment is granite. Parking is ample. If I ever have any complaints, Ill update this review again, but as it stands, Im happy.*Update: its been a couple of months. The neighbors are friendly, and the walls in this complex seem to be fairly thick. Utilities are cheap! My units proximity to the street means there is some street noise, but its not overbearing.

I really like these apts. I like the security in the front is 24/7, the apts in general are nice, and I like the dog park. But overall the number one reason why I am leaving this review is the Manager Andrea. She is amazing, goes above and beyond for her residents, always available when I’ve needed to reach her. She’s a hard worker and because of her, I do consider moving to Westview Forest. A manager like her is one in a million. She deserves a raise! Thank you for the great customer service and for being a light in the community!

BEWARE: ROACHES AND NO PEST CONTROL.Been living here for 2.5 years:Multiple tenants at the meeting mentioned in other reviews complained about roach issues.The tenant below me has a full blown roach infestation. Despite my using professional grade pesticides, the infestation in my neighbors apartment has escalated since THE APARTMENT COMPLEX REFUSES TO PROVIDE PEST CONTROL AND PREVENTION (violating city health code). It has affected the habitability of the apartment. The staff does their best, but they are heavily limited by the owner, who is cheap and delusional.After telling them Ive seen roaches crawl between the plug and plug face plate, his solution was to seal the apartments from one another AGAIN and toss down some boric acid. THIS IS HIS ONLY SOLUTION TO A ROACH INFESTATION.Disgusting.Been living here for one year. Reasons for edit:1. The dumpster service is inconsistent. The dumpsters are overflowing all the time, and residents are forced into stacking their trash next to the dumpster. I can expect the dumpsters to be overflowing for at least two days before they are emptied.2. No pest control; you are responsible for your own. (Theyre not super up front about this until you ask directly.) You will get a german roach infestation if you dont shell out for the industrial grade pesticide, especially with the dumpster situation. The owner is delusional about his roach program and how pests work.3. Dont rent here if you have a dog. They are ripping up grass and replacing it with gravel or mulch.4. Money orders only, no electronic payment method. They dont have it despite the existence of free methods for providing it.5. Both the cold and the hot water have significant iron deposits. Dont drink from the tap. My dog was getting sick when I was giving her tap water (like i had always done before moving to this apartment).6. The hot water isnt hot, the pressure is a drizzle, and its brown. When you ask the office about it, they tell you its just like that and to run it for a while, so itll clear up. Youll need to clear your faucets every time you use them. Theyll do nothing to fix it. Big ick.7. The sidewalks flood anytime it rains. Itd be fine if they drained quickly, but the water stagnates there, making it difficult to walk your dog. This is getting worse since they are removing plants that would drink the stagnating water.8. Monthly limit on overnight guests in the form of overnight permits. They wont issue them until after 9 pm, even if you know the guest is staying. My guest received a ticket while we were out for a company Christmas party, which we left for at 6 pm and arrived back with a ticket at 2am. I never paid it or brought it to their attention bc wtf? (Theyre not very up front about this little caveat, either.) The 7 passes = second tenant argument doesnt hold water.9. Theres random inexplicable shards of glass everywhere.10. They never paid my realtor.Its an okay starter spot to live. The neighborhood is friendly. Lots of kids and families. Price and location are great.Its one of the only reasonably price places without dog breed restrictions (big selling point they bring up often), but actively discourage dog presence with their property improvements. Not a great place if you like your dog.Its safe-ish. They have a 24-hour gate attendant and lots of lighting, which works most of the time.The pools are nice, clean, and open often. The dog park is okay. Its all wood chips, which is uncomfortable for the dogs. My dog wont use it.

Ive been living here a really long time over 7 years. We had no power after the storm but I came to the office and they had a generator out there they opened the office I was so surprised because they let us charge our phones. Then after each storm we were one of the first ones in the city to get the power back on and we have power back on that same day at 7 p.m. we are a big community here and we help each other especially during the storms were here for each other .

I visit my sister there all the time. I love how the guard house is always staffed and you just cant come onto the property. The guard staff is always so nice. The property is clean which I love. Everyone I have met there is super nice.

This place is overall amazing. The staff is friendly and they were helping with the entire process and will work with you. There is a guard house making it feel safe and the maintenance is awesome especially during the storms.

I’ve lived here for about 6 months and it has been incredible!Price/Quality: The rates are very affordable and there are quite a few floor plans to pick. Most of the apartments have been remodeled and it’s not your run of the mill “landlord special” but a true remodel with new appliances, updated counters, windows, blinds, and toilets, and even a special new set up with Xfinity wifi that provides faster internet access. Water and electricity bills are extremely low here. Probably the lowest in Houston. The walls are well insulated and the roofs are all white which helps with the electricity bill. The water heaters do run on a loop so some of the apartments further from the boiler rooms may take a bit longer to warm up. There is a team of people who walk through the complex multiple times a day cleaning up any trash that may be out and about.Amenities: There are 3 pools total on site. One large one by the office, one mid sized one and one child sized one on the other side of the complex. The pools are always cleaned, aren’t over chlorinated, and have plenty of seating around the sides. The complex is super pet friendly! There’s a dog park on site and it is always well maintained. It has mulch as the ground cover making picking up waste a much easier task. Dog waste bags and trash cans are posted at both ends of the park. There is a fur trimming station and a dog wash station. There is a small water fountain but it hasn’t worked while I’ve been here. There are two small laundry rooms here. You can get a reloadable money card from the office to use in the rooms. If you’re more of a quarters for laundry kind of person, there is a laundromat across the street. There are also washer/dryer hook ups in some of the apartments.Safety: While the area directly surrounding the apartments isn’t the absolute best, Westview definitely takes security seriously. There is a 24/7 occupied gatehouse at the only entrance to the apartments. As a residence they are great about remembering who you are and what apartment you live in. If you are not a resident they do their due diligence by getting name, ID, license plate, and who you are visiting. They rotate who is in the guardhouse throughout the day and night. The security team all live on site and they do walk throughs of the complex as well. There is only one way in and one way out. The walk through gate is also controlled by the gatehouse workers. There are many many high definition security cameras all over the complex that are constantly monitored both in the gatehouse and the office.Parking: Parking is pretty accessible considering how long these apartments have been around. Back then not every family had 2+ cars. You can pay to have a reserved spot, but for the most part that’s unnecessary. You’ll need a sticker for any vehicles on your lease (up to 2). Any other cars that are going to be here past midnight will need a visitor pass on the dashboard and park in a non reserved spot. There are even a few dedicated motorcycle parking spots.Community: Everyone I have met here has been amazing. People still wave and say hi here unlike other places where people glare at you for even looking at them. If you need anything from maintenance they usually come same day and they make sure they understand what the issue is and fix it before leaving. Everyone who works here, lives here so there is a special vested interest in keeping the complex clean and safe. Lots of families live here and the kids are always outside playing. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores in the area, namely Memorial City Mall. There is a high level hospital less than 5 minutes away (Memorial Hermann), a fire station just across the street (but don’t worry the noise is hardly ever noticeable), and access to I-10 and beltway 8 are both under 5-10 minutes.Overall this is one of the best apartment complexes and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to move!

Westview Forest Apartments are amazing! From the moment I went to view my floor pla to now that I’m now a resident. Super quite & I love the fact we have security and cameras! Pools are super clean & if you have issues there is no 2-3 weeks they take care of you as fast they can. Management is amazing. I picked the right place for my family.

Been living here for the past 2 years and and over this past years I have been very satisfied with all this staff working on this apartment complex, very friendly as well as understanding also love the fact that they accept all kind of dog breeds! now a days is hard for someone like me that owns a pit Bull race dog to get an apartment anywhere, very nice dog park big enough for dogs to play around and not to mention they also have a shower hose for the dogs saves me the trouble of trying to wash my dog inside the apartment! So helpful!! Guardhouse is always active and never have I seen it left alone makes me feel comfortable knowing they keep track of who comes in and out the apartment complex!!!

There were some problems the first day… but the way they were solved is what mattered! I grew up in the apartment business, and I understand things can happen… but when the problems were not only immediately addressed (by the supervisor of the complex!) but rectified quickly, it gave me a whole lot of confidence in management. Any complex can fix up a model apartment and show a pretty façade… but when the AC goes out will they repair it quickly? If the fridge stops cooling will you run the risk of spoiled food due to a days-long wait for repair? How a complex (or a person, really) responds to a problem is what informs you of their quality… and the response I received showed me I chose a quality complex.They handled the big issue well, but the little things are nice too: for instance, my August-September electricity bill (during that streak of obscene heat!) was only $64 (and I work from home: the AC never shut off that month!). They advertise the extra roof insulation and well-maintained AC units, and my electricity bill reflected it! The only ancillary charge added to the bill is for water/gas (hot water is supplied by boilers that feed multiple buildings, hence the gas): for both it’s only about $29/month for a single person.This complex is quiet, safe and very well-maintained: you won’t find a better all-around value anywhere else in Houston. I highly recommend Westview Forest!

I just toured a renovated one bedroom with Amanda. While Amanda was awesome I cant say the same about the unit for the rate they are charging. For a renovated one bedroom they are charging 1140+40 for the washer and dryer. Why would I pay 1180 when entry level luxury apartments are 1200-1300 including appliances, amenities such as a fitness center, Business center and would provide a parking garage for covered parking. The apartment is decently renovated but still has the low budget apartments smell and the rate should reflect that. My intent is not to bash the complex but hopefully someone will see this and review the rates. Based off what I saw the unit shouldnt be more than 1k including appliances!Response to business reply: there is an advantage to having a guarded gate that cant be denied outside of that you are comparing your property to those of a higher level. The type of class C/D properties that compare well to your property dont charge the fees. You want to brag about new paving on Westview but not about the bad parking lot and walkways on your property. The renovations are cheap and your apartments have a bad smell. Plus you are failing to mention how you use the guard gate log to punish residents who have too many/too frequent visitors (so Ive heard)

Moved in about three months ago . Would recommend to anyone finally able to have parking instead fighting for a spot like other apartments. Pools are always clean . It is quiet, no drama around the neighborhood and security is always walking around at night. Office staff is so friendly and nice .

I have lived here 6 years and since I moved in the property has gotten better and better. They have been upgrading the property . They have a guard house there is always someone in there as a matter fact they check and I D everyone Who comes in. Everyone are great neighbors who actually look out for you . And the kids. Its organic you will not find another community like this one .

As a twenty-something person who was really just looking for my own space, I can comfortably recommend Westview for someone on a tight budget.Price and Quality - The rates are affordable and the floor plan options various. Also, my first electric bill surprised me as it was less than half of what I was prepared and expecting to pay. The apartments are mostly clean, neatly laid out, and range from cheap and practical to a bit nicer inside. Small pest problem on the ground floor.Safety - Safety is definitely a concern in this area. Westview puts a lot of effort into to making sure their residents and vehicles are safe. All of the staff members I’ve met are also residents who keep a keen eye out for anything or anyone out of place. The staff who man the guard post know my face, my car, and my regular visitors’ cars. They also change regularly, so there’s always a fresh set of eyes up front and watching the security cameras. The compound is always well lit at night to boot.The surrounding area may not necessarily be the safest, but Westview compound definitely feels like a haven amidst that.Parking - Only major Con is that parking is fairly limited, and one time passes are a hassle... Youll never have a problem parking your own car there as long as you have a sticker, but company cars and visitors Will be an issue.I received a fine for parking my company car in my Paid For and Reserved parking spot on a night when I was away from home between 9pm - midnight (only hours when you can get a limited availability parking pass). I explained to the bookkeeper that my personal car was at a mechanic and that I had been away from home with friends. They were mostly unsympathetic…Community - I enjoyed chatting with and getting to know the other tenants and the staff (especially the always kind and helpful problem solver, Amanda). I often got caught up in conversation with someone or the other when I’m going to the office to pay my rent or sort out some issue. Generally great people here.Obviously having Memorial mall and many nice places to eat nearby is great.TLDR - All around decent place to live for anyone on a tight budget. Safe, affordable and friendly. Parking is an issue… but otherwise a good apartment complex.

So I have been pretty happy since I have moved here. Most of my Concerns are taken pretty fast and fixed.The ladies are pretty awesome when it comes to smiling and welcoming you in the office. I like security here especially the guard house. I most definitely will be renewing my lease.

I don’t live at Westview forest but I am an Amazon driver and have been delivering packages for over a year and a half it’s really great here there is a guard on duty all the time we can deliver the packages to the office and the residents can rest assured your packages are safe and secure with the great ladies in the office the only thing I did not like was the rock pike in the back but they took care of it the only reason I didn’t come to live here is I own a condo. By the way they have done a lot of remodeling all around the property.

Very quite apartments I was really impressed of how quite and not seeing people drinking outside on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day and more cool there were someone in the GH all day and all night feeling really safe . I also like that we have security here and a guard house 🏡 24/7 and that make me feel safe for my family 👪 I. I love my upgrade unit that I live in.,it it has wood floors and a beautiful new cabinets and stainless steel stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator.The only negative side for my apartment is it only has one and a half bath 🛀. I wish it had 2 full bath All the rooms have ceiling fans and a huge walk in closet. The room are a great size. I really recommend this property they make me feel comfortable and at home

I moved in about a month ago. Its really quiet here. There is always someone in the guard house to greet you no matter what time it is . I really love my apartment is extremely spacious and it has huge walk-in closets . They dont charge an application fee or an administration fee here. Which I thought was so different from everywhere I had been and they take big dogs its a totally friendly pet Community I love it here I totally recommend moving to Westview forest.

The dog park is fantastic! The complex is welcoming to all dog sizes and breeds and dont charge pet rent, my dog is on the large size and I wouldnt compromise on poor treatment for dog owners when I was looking for a new place to call home! The park itself is fairly new, it has a nice double gate and the area inside is very large. The ground is covered in wood chips which make cleaning up after your dog easy and keeps the park from getting swampy after a hard rain. It has a thoughtful little self filling water bowl and a paved dog wash area. They planted some handsome palm trees and have great benches to get off your feet and let the dogs run around. Westview Forest Apartments is truly a home for my dog and me!

I have lived at westview forest for about a year and a half. Overall, it’s been pretty chill, no issues with other tenants. The rules here are soooo weird though. my roommate and I are in our 20’s and we both work full time and like to have our friends over in the evenings. I cant even tell you how many fines I’ve received for their cars being parked even 5 minutes after 10 or midnight. not to mention they only allow 7 visitors passes a month between the two of us. once you run out of passes, you just can’t have people over anymore. doesn’t make sense to me considering I literally pay rent to live here, I should be able to have my friends over whenever I want to. also, there is black mold EVERYWHERE. i have been sick for months. I’ve had ant infestations, roach infestations, and the office doesn’t do anything about it. there was one time a neighbor came over to help with the roaches out of the kindness of his heart. I love the community here, everyone was so willing to help me look for my cat when he got lost. Amanda and Andrea are very nice ladies who have helped me a lot. I just wish it was cleaner in here. most of the time I cant even stand to be in my own apartment because my allergies get so bad. the community laundry is very expensive, and the machines are not great. the machines to load money onto your laundry card also never work. I also was very upset with my new lease, I tried to time it all right to where I can move out in june, but the process of transferring apartments took WAY longer than they had promised, now I am stuck here for an extra month. overall decent place to live if you can’t find something better.

The whole experience has been amazing. From the second I drove up to check out the property to now. The stsff is super friendly and informative. They definitely go above and beyond for their tenants. Only wish the pool would open earlier before the sun gets so intense. 10 outta 10 would recommend.

My name is Selena and I have lived in Westview Forest Apartments for many years almost all my childhood. I have seen all the improvements they have done here, especially in the past year . They put in a guardhouse last year which has made me feel so safe in this property , especially since the guardhouse operates 24/7 , plus all the camera around the apartments is great. The apartments complex is really nice and updated with many amenities I was unhappy because the pools were closed this summer, but they explain that this was because the city of Houston told them to keep them close d due to COVID so I can understand that. The location is so great close to a lot of stores , restaurants and it’s really nice. There’s good management in the office and the maintenance is great too . I really recommend coming to lease here I don’t plan on moving anytime soon they work with you any circumstances.

This apartments did great during the hurricane. We did not flood and we did not loose power or water. The location is perfect your close to I-10 and beltway 8, 290 & 610 close to downtown and 45. Its the place to be!The manager and staff are friendly and very helpful. The owner keeps improving the property and Im loving it! Very excited to see the outcome of all the hard work everyone is doing.

I myself work as security and guard house attendant. My duties for security is walking around the property, check the laundry rooms, make sure our property is safe. My guard house attendant duty is checking who comes into property to make sure our apartments are secure and safe for our family. The ladies in the management office are awesome, they help me in any problem I have and work with me. When this pandemics I lost hours at work and they helped me cover my rent during these hard times. By doing security and guardhouse attendant, I get half my rent paid. Im very grateful for having a place to live for my family and myself during this hard time. I really recommend to come lease at Westview Forest Apartments.

I just move to these apartments this month, and I only good things to talk about. The apartment 306 that I just moved in was in great condition when they gave me the keys. Everything remodeled and the installation are good as well. Also the 3 ladys who talk spanish who work at the front office have been really nice and kind to me. They have treated me with great respect and I would recommend friends and people I know to come and move here. Security is top notch here and the camaras that are installed for our safety get every corner of the complex. Im very happy and pleased with my decision of moving into these apartments.

I’ve lived in GSD for about a year now and I’ve had a great experience overall, I love the apartment I live in it’s just great for myself and would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice living environment and experience. Their currently working on a dog park which I’m very excited about, it’s great for our community and shows the care they have for our pets to have a place of their own to get to run around. 5 star apartments for sure!

The front office staff is very helpful, the complex it is always clean and quiet

I have live on property for the last year and I moved here to a one bedroom I knew my light bill was high at the other apartment 120.00 for a one bedroom here at westview forest it’s a bigger apartment even it’s only 62.75 I even pay less for water here it’s less money and much better living here. The property has a guard house and there always someone in it to make sure the only people who come on to the property are the one from the list that you give them when you move in.

Good management staff, maintenance, and security. However, boiler is frequently broken therefore only cold or warm water is sometimes available. Would be great if the boiler was fixed permanently or replaced so we could always enjoy the benefit of hot water.

Very pleased with the time I have been living here. Everything is to our acomadation, their leasing staff is very professional and their prices come very affordable. I am living in a fully renovated apartment and is even equipped with the latest washers and dryers. My husband and I have our life made so much easier here at this apartment complex, a peaceful community, and all their extra perks, new pools, new patio, they even have a new gym coming soon. To all those who need just peace and quiet this is the place at an economic great price!

Im very happy to be living in Westview forest I fill very safe living here.i really like the security that they have they have a very good staff and security.u have never had my vehicle mess with no problem what so ever. Im really happy to be a resident at Westview forest. The apts recently put in a dog park. I have two small dogs the park is perfect for them it has beautiful palm trees it has a an automatic water dish and you can even clip your dogs hair out there ir has an outlet to trim. And theres beautiful benches out there that I couldnt believe my eyes theyre made out of real tree trunks . They always keep it clean and always filled with baggies so you can pick up after your pet its a great place they love all dogs here.

Loving this place more & more everyday! Kind & friendly staff, courtesy officers throughout the night, guardhouse with an actual person in there; I actually feel safe. I can walk to my car in the middle of the night w/o worry. Someone is always watching! Not to mention the 2 sparkling pools & upcoming dog park. My Cocoa cant wait!

If I could give these apartments 1 star I would. I signed a one year lease and it was the single biggest mistake of my life. At least one day a month I have had no water for an entire day, due to the terrible and cheap plumbing. I had a brand new car when I moved here. In 6 months, I had my car keyed, had my taillight busted out and hit on two separate occasions while it was parked in the parking lot. They say they have cameras but the cameras on property do not work. If you are white, prepared to be discriminated against. Most of the apts have all types of stuff out front but if you have anything at all, they will fine you for it. The people in the office are nice enough but are extremely incompetent. The apartments are dangerous and have very high criminal activity, in the time I lived there, two people were robbed at gunpoint. The apartments are also extremely loud. Its been a year of constant construction. They also dont enforce their noise regulations on non-white people. I have never been racially discriminated against before, but I have talked to a high number of the white residents and every one has concurred the discrimination that exists here. Extremely sketchy groups of men are constantly drinking outside and sexually harassing women who walk by. I have many female friends and every one of them has had disgusting things said to the point where I no longer let women walk around the apartments alone. The parking is horrible. They say they tow but they do not. There are always cars without permits taking most of the parking. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.

Honestly, for the area that these apartments are in and the quality of the renovated apartments, the price is very economical.Maintenance is always on time for me and i have never had a rude office experience. Office staff is very understanding and have even accommodated me after hours.Neighbors and kids are tolerable, everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Theres two pools close to each side of the large complex. Parking is improving, but honestly, there is parking literally everywhere. Ive parked my car in front, side, back, and never had a problem.If you want parking in front of your place, Get a house. TENANTS are the actual Night security, which in my opinion, is better than hiring a contractor. These people live on the premises and actually care, even if its for their own welfare.Take it from someone who has been renting for 13 years all over Houston, do your research and go do walk thrus, dont always listen to bad reviews.This place had me sold on my first walk thru, and Im hoping to resign and upgrade once my lease it up!

I have lived in the area for as long as I can remember. And I’ve also been a resident at Westview Forest for a very long time and I am very satisfied with the services provided by the staff. Very friendly people who work hard to provide the residents with what they need. A perfect example would be when the snow storm happened, management did their best to ensure that residents had what they needed until things were able to go back to place. Overall my family and I appreciate everything management does and are very satisfied.

I been living here 6 months Im very happy being a resident here in Westview forest apartments.The manager is extremely nice so are the other ladies working in the office they are very helpful.i am in a remodeled apartment they call it GSDMy apt has hardwood floors,stainless stove,dishwasher and a refrigerator are gorgeous as te ceiling fans.The walk in closets are big and have plenty room.Also washer and dryer are already included thats a plus for me I can do laundry and stay home.One bad thing is that we have to pay $30 if we want our own assigned parking spot.Maintenance requests are taken care of as soon as we call the office almost always the same day. Guardhouse is 24/7 Im always feeling safe knowing we have security on duty and they make sure they check who comes into property.I really recommend to lease at Westview Forest

Hurricane Harvey was the first hurricane that I experienced in Houston.While everyone was panicking and acting hostile, the staff of Westview forest were a tremendous support. They prepared even before the hurricane hit, cleaning out the sewers and I even seen them on the roof making sure they fixed as much as possible . The staff in the office kept everyone at ease answering calls even during the storm! I love the support from the Westview forest staff!!

As a new Resident of Westview Forest Apartments I am happy to say that this is the best apartments and community I would have been giving access to be a part of. Just from getting a tour of the Apartments I felt the vibes of the place as a comfortable place that I can call home from the people already living there to the staff.

I lived there almost 2 years and at first it was nice to live there then all of a sudden i started hsving issues with my hot water probably every 2 to 3 weeks for no reason. Then they let this guy move in next door to me and he had little kids that were not even on the lease that would be outside screaming at all times of the early morning and talking to him did no good. Then we noticed a bullet hole outside our apartment that really scared us. The light and water bill went up over 100 dollars even though we were told it wouldnt be over about 50 dollars. Then my husband lost his job and the owner got mad at us because we had to move even though they wouldnt give us a new lease after our first years lease. They do that so they can kick people out easier. The only thing i can say good about this place is the lady in the office named Amanda was always willing to work with us.

As a renter needing a 3rd chance at leasing, the office staff made it possible! Ive been living on the property for 1 week now and the only complaint I have is with parking, gotta get it early or youll have to park, walk and pray your car is safe, but other than that, the location is perfect, I have a view of Memorial City Hospital from my patio which is beautifully lit in the evening. I have lived here 2 months roughly now, and I have to say I feel so much at home! My husband and I both needed second chance leasing and Liz took care of us! We were down to no more hope and westview forest said come home!Not all of the units are upgraded but as people are moving out it looks as if they are remodeling each one. I chose a non upgraded unit due to timing, and in all honestly Im not disappointed!This is a older complex so it shouldnt be expected for the interior and out to look like a any complex built after 2015 in perfect condition (in my opinion) ... but their doing their best and honestly a real good job in my opinion.Progress takes time... .the plants all over the complex, from trees to rose bushes etc. Give it so much more of a homey touch. 5 stars on landscaping!I cannot stress on home much I love the size of both my walk in closets and Im only in a one bedroom!There is no washer and dryer connections, no disposal nor dishwasher in my unit, and thats what I would change if I could. But, rent is affordable I have NO issues with neighbors, they are all SO nice or at least mind their business. Also any issues reported to the office get handled in a timely manner, and thats one thing you hardly ever see in a older complex with a small management company.. That alone makes up for not having anything extra in my unit!Liz and iris are great! If you go in speak to them !Parking is a headache especially with all the machinery taking up spaces over night, so you may park far if you come in later in the evening. You will ALWAYS find a spot though! Also, you can reserve 1 spot so we made sure to do that asap.Another awesome thing I think is great, is if you call after hours it goes directly to one of the office staff! No middle man.I really reccomend westview forest!

Where do I begin? First off you do not live alone. Roaches live with you! Dont bother killing them because 20 more will appear 30 minutes after you kill the last batch! Keep raid ! Make it apart of your life there because you will need it. This was possibly the worse apartment experience in my life. They will scam you with the late fees so be careful. Nobody in the office have high school diplomas. They are just as normal as the cashier at your local gas store. Uneducated...liars. They will only be nice during process but once you have the keys. Your pretty much on your own. There is a illegal day care for Mexican kids. The office know about it because they leave there kids in a crowded 2 bed room apartment with other kids while they work. The entire year of leasing I had issues with water pressure...Bad paint job..paint would literally fall off ceiling and walls..ROACHES!!ROACHES!! You do not live alone. Do not leave food on stove even after cooking. Keep house cold because bugs are usually flying around you all day. The apartment was poorly cleaned with a bad paint job upon moving in. The rent should be 400$ for that type of treatment. It continued to rise pass 700$. Dont waste your time or money even if your poor and desperate. There are better places. Keep looking. Dont stop. Ignore anything positive on this review list. They are lieing through there teeth.

We moved here in 1978 when I was a kid, place was a ghetto back then, rent was $110 for a 2 bedroom unit on the 2nd floor. Funny to see the prices are so high now and the place modernized. Bravo! good job guys. The area had grass fields back then, Westview was only 1 lane, Houston police wore blue uniforms and Earl Campbell was a rookie. That was 1978 WOW!!

Very good choice for my budget, easy access to highways. Mrs. Amanda was the best ever showed me all the different units and took a lot of time to explain pros n cons. Hard to beat the value here. Helps a ton to speak spanish in this neighborhood.

The most peaceful community. Someone is always in the office eager to help. Security on-site . The apartments are spacious. I’m very impressed

I just moved to westview forest. It feels like home. The community is big but its s small town feel. My apt has stainless Steel appliances real granite countertops. They have a gaurdhouse noone gets in unless you live here. The People here are great neighboors . I reccomend Westview forest

The tricky part of reviews is that people only post them during a negative encounter. Most will never give a good review but are quick to post bad ones. Well Im giving WF apts a 5 star not only because I live there but because they did an excellent job in assuring the property and its residents were safe before, during and after Hurricane Harvey. At WF we did not experience any flooding or damages or electric outages. My recommendation to any person seeking info about this property is to go visit and see the beautiful renovated apts and the warm welcoming from the office staff. THEN youll be eager to move into the property!

Whatever this apartment complex writes about the renovations the buildings on the exterior appear to be barely holding on. The guard shack has a asian girl playing on her phone who looks up only when you drive up not sure how this stops crime in any way.Im asian I can use the word asian. And I said I was there to look at the property and after seeing the dilapidated buildings I just needed a way to turn around. You never addressed the problem about the buildings looking about to fall over.

I been living here for 4 years now, and I love this place. Our new management team is awesome!! And maintenance is great too. Always willing to help when something is wrong.My experience with the previous managment wasnt good. Always rude. Now is different, a lot of things r changing for the best 😊

I love the community and the people around.. Never any parking, noise or insect issues.. There is 24 hour security, so I never have to worry about my property, and the office staff is very friendly

I moved into the apartments about 2/3 months ago and I am currently loving the dog park for my 2 fur babies .Love that it’s always clean , poop bag are provided just incase I forget mine at home and also the dog cleaning station . Loooveeee !Thank you

These Apts have really changed I feel so safe living here with all the new updates to the security. If you need something fixed they cone that same day. The management is great they help you with what you need! They property is always clean! Great place to live!!!

UPDATE: since they closed the apartments across the street for having bad living conditions they raised the rent on the other side be aware of that its still ghetto and Everyone that put 5 stars in the last month either works or got ask to do it for a small discount on their rent its still the same horrible experiences staying in these apartments been in construction for over 10 years. dont get anything fix, and jesus acting like its a 5 star appartments when i cant even have guest over with out someone taking the license plate and id. if it was a nice place i would understand but its ghetto

Hi Ive been living in West view forest for 5 years I really love this place especially because I have a really big German Shepherd and they just built a great dog park it is so clean big has palm trees even the benches are made out of tree trunks very raw and organic they have a clipping station they have a watering bowl the dogs love it out there its always clean always has baggies full for you to dispose of the doggy waste its wonderful I love living here they do not discriminate against my large breed Westview Forest is a great place to own an animal especially a big dog

WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY AT WESTVIEW FOREST APARTMENTS. THE SECURITY GUARDS AND SECURITY GATE MAKES US FEEL SAFE AT ALL TIMES. ALSO THE APARTMENTS ARE AMAZING. MAINTENANCE PERSONAL FIX ANYTHING ASAP. THE OFFICE PERSONAL ARE VERY HARD WORKERS ALWAYS ON THE BALL FOR THE PROPERTY TO KEEP RUNNING SMOOTHLY.

I m so glad I’m moving to westview forestMy car has been broken into where I used to live. Here we have guardhouse and will feel more protected. The office staff are very helpful and they take there time to explain everything and answer any questions you might have .

The worst place to live, plague of roaches bed bugs and rats the 5 stars here have been given by the employees of the office with false profiles, they are incompetent they do not know how to speak they do not even have high school all the time lying about the fees that increase per month , nobody can visit you because they fine you, in the parking lots they steal car parts the cameras do not work, they look after illegal Mexican children, they sell drugs in that place that I have a video filmed, I will report them to houston city with the recordings they fine them, the roofs are fixing them and they do not care that the people who work at dawn have to sleep all day the noise is horrible. do not move here is a scam are thieves

When you get fined by these luxury apartments.... keep in mind my apartment does not have a washer and dryer hook up nor a dishwasher or even a disposal but yet these are luxury apartments... okay enough with the luxury part.... I recieved a fine today stating I owe $150 bucks because and I quote walking your dog with out a plastic bag in hand & leaving your dogs droppings on ground without picking them up. So theres a trash can on my patio that is literally full of his droppings and pee pads.... right next to the door... clearly the guy that dropped the letter off saw the box of pee pads.... if not let me explain.... pee pads are for dogs who go potty inside the house.... my dog does not get walked to go potty. This by far is the WORST apartment I have ever lived in. Starting to feel like Im being targeted? How about yall come fix the holes in my ceiling and walls before you try to make fines up? *update they fixed the holes but now theres a leak, they charge fines for everything still and apparently a crack head lives near me.... great! Still no dishwasher or washer and dryer hookups.... blah

Ive lived here for almost three years and so far Ive almost been mugged twice by the bums on the corner, I was followed and almost attacked by thugs in the part near Conrad sauer due to my skin color, the prices went up for some reason and the apartments are very old trashy falling apart maintenance is slow, leaky ceiling during storms, potholes, lots of construction that has been going on for years, but worst off is that there were two break ins by robbers since Ive lived here near my apartment. You can get a better apartment for around if not cheaper than this place. Other than that the plus is its near a lot of shopping and your halfway between Walmart and HEB.

Horrible place. Im assuming theyre kind of sneaky because they added extra late fees to my moms eviction notice. They assume you wont show up in court so they wont be put on blast for tagging on extra fees. They charged her two months rent plus $600 also and when she went to get a pledge they wouldnt send her the lease. Clearly prejudice because they wouldnt have done it to their own.. Moral of the story- DO NOT MOVE HERE. And the pictures arent up to date either

I’ve been living here for almost 6 months and since the day I stepped in the office I felt very welcomed by the staff they are very friendly and understanding.. this property have a guard house and makes me feel very safe and confortable... if I have any concerns which it’s very rare the office staff are always on top of things and resolve the issue immediately thanks you Westview forest i see myself living here and calling it a home for a very long time

What I like from this place the manager and the staff Are great if you have any problem they will try to find the solution to help you out I love that we have a dog park for the dog the only bad part is that we should have a kids play Ground to be able to take our kids to play. Incredible! Back to the basics with this complex. I was in a very tough situation from my last complex and Westview was able to help me out in a desperate situation. So very grateful for their help. They have a small town vide and very understanding. This place isn’t easy on the eye but it meets lots of my needs.

Horrible staff so called manager rents above us and her kids are always making noice. Jumping and steeping down to make noice down stairs. As well as the adults. My mom has knocked to ask nicely to tell her kids to keep it down so we could go back to sleep for the nect day attend work. She was very rude saying Its not mu kids & for it to be the last time we go knock.Not to long ago we had a family reunion and of course some music on on Sunday night around 7pm. She came down telling us to put the music down so we did. Monday we se a fee of $100.00 for it. Even though we had put it down. Honestly this is the worst place ever! They always want to charge fees over the smallest thing. They are so unprofessional.

Ive lived here at Westview forest for 5 years they have done a lot of upgrades to the property and I love the guard house theres someone there 24/7 I feel safe here I like living here the only thing that I wish they would start doing is renewing the leases I understand the rents have gone up and being the place is done a lot of upgrades which is wonderful but we just want our leases renewed

First and foremost. Being a resident here from 1978 I can officially say that this complex has been neglected. The apartment I was shown for lease had no look as to what your shown on the website. False advertising at its best folks. I would not recommend. EVER!!!!

Love this place moved in about 6 months ago and maintenance is very fast no complaints or concerns what so ever. I have even referred a lot of people to move here and received my referral credit which is AWESOME. The staff is great as well.

Westview Forest Apts are hands down one of the best apts i have lived in. My apt is beautiful, spacious and affordable. Office staff are great very understanding and helpful.

I would definitely not recomand anybody to move here. The staff at the office some are nice but most are rude and never does something to help out on what ever the problem you have. Manager is never there I mean NEVER!!! They charge for any stupid things. I had a pluming problem and it takes forever to come and fix it. I even had to miss work just to wait for them to come. Ugh dont move here

They always ensure maintenance in all areas. In general it is a good place to live and combining the location is what makes it better.- They have a good security system and I think its great that they always check if there are cars outside the property.-The only thing I could add is that they make water cuts to fix things but they still warn, and that it would be good if the parking lots were covered, in general everything is very good 😃

Eh I have been a resident for years and I can say that I love this property because the security is excellent here my family is very safe. They are doing many things to make the property look much better. We are just waiting for the pools to open so the children can have fun since it is hot. Best of all, there are 2 pools. The property is always clean and maintenance-free. As best they can tell, they always send someone to fix things the same day. I want to thank the entire WESTVIEW FOREST APARTMENTS team. I recommend that you come to rent, it is the best investment 😀

I have been living here for 3 months and after the storm the workers began to clean the entire property, the damage that was left, the office was open, although there was no electricity for 14 hours, we were able to charge cell phones and there was always security in the entrance booth and throughout the property. friends who still do not have electricity in several areas and in those 3 months that I have been here I have had very good service in my apartment I am very comfortable in the property

The only good thing about the place is the location. Otherwise they leave a lot to be desired.Under the new administration they have wanted to make improvements and changes (they paved part of the complex and put up a security fence), however, the customer service is not efficient, not all the girls are friendly or patient to attend to each case, they just say: pay or look elsewhere.They do not issue proof of rent payment, they make mistakes in the charges and they can raise your rent from one month to the next without warning. They have terrible communication with the tenants. The buildings are old and if you dont have hygiene they can be filled with cockroaches.

Where to start? The water. The stairs, the nerve or the office.The truth is I dont recommend them.Those who work in the office never know how to give you an answer. They are informal.Living there they began to repair in the middle of the apts. Excellent. Finally no more mud. But it was a nightmare. I almost fell pregnant because at the foot of the stairs they left a trail of mud mixed with I dont know what sticky stuff and on top of that I had to half jump to reach the stairs. This one was loose, it was only holding on to the top (miraculously it didnt fall) My husband called several times and they always gave him excuses.Another day, having just given birth, I manage to put my daughter to sleep (it was 7, maybe 8 a.m.) and they start hammering right in front of my door, on the balcony. I went out and asked the boy if he could wait until it was a little later and I explained to him that I had a little baby who had just fallen asleep and he replied that he couldnt. I called the office and explained the same thing. I asked them to please wait a little longer. First he told me no. After that yes. But 20 minutes later the boy hit the goal again in front of my door.Water: 2 or 3 times per week. If you call they tell you its not their fault. Than the city of Houston.When you go to the office they dont look at your face.They tell you that the cameras work and they dont. My car woke up open 3 times.With knocks on the doors. They are not responsible.They raised the rent blatantly. They charged me for water for a 6-month-old baby.The closet in my room, the wall near the ceiling was stained yellow. The carpet was stained after a few days of heavy rain and we told him it was leaking, as they fixed.Even so, they deducted money from our deposit when it was not our fault.Ahhh, the deposit. They are supposed to give us the deposit on the 30th and they have done nothing but give excuses.One of the worst apartments to live in.

In my thirteen years here I have never known apartments that give you a fine for having a family visit you for 3 days. They fined me 200 euros for a cousin who was there with me for three days. I wont go back there even by mistake.

If you are looking for an apartment please do not move here it was a big mistake I made but now I am out, to start with the office staff are disgusting, not at all friendly and they are lazy the only one who can be seen to work is Amanda, the apartments They give them very expensive and they are not in good condition, you can only have 2 cars and for the third you pay $150 even if you have a 2 apartment or town house, the water is very expensive since they charge it per building and not for what each resident spends, they closed the property for more security and there are still thefts, the only thing that helps these apartments is where it is located but it is preferable to live a little further away and better than nearby and live badly, so think twice. ..

This place steals too much, many cockroaches, there are no parking spaces, the entrances are in very poor condition, there is no security on this property.Now they increased the rent and without security.Personally, Im moving from here because Ive already been robbed 3 times..I dont recommend it. 💩💩💩💩💩

The truth is that these apartments are disgusting, first they should fix the parking lots that are all full of oyos with so many fines that they charge, the gates dont work, they dont work but they are good for collecting fines even because your child fell to the floor and I made him dirty by fucking his Mother, they shouldnt be like that, thats more. Im going to report them to the city so they can audit them because theyre full of cockroaches and mice. If they dont get fines themselves and for me I didnt give them one star I am very indignant with these apartments without a doubt the worst and certainly nothing like the photos they upload to the internet

I lived there for 3 years and the rules there are terrible, my children couldnt go out to play, you cant make a piñata because it bothers them, you cant turn on music, you cant be outside talking or grilling meat or singing inside or outside your room. apartment because they send you to the police out of nowhere, the apartments are disgusting and they still demand as if they were luxury, I dont recommend them at all and they steal cars a lot.
