Amherst Apartments

Living in Amherst Apartments has been a great experience. This is the second time I have leased a place here. The apartments are huge, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops in bathrooms and kitchen, beautiful floors and great maintenance. The leasing staff treat clients like family in my experience. There is a sense of community in this complex maybe because there are a lot of families living here. Some people live here for more than 20 years. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent and affordable place.

It is the best apartment weve rented. We would have not relocated if it werent for work in another state. (1) apartment management and staff are the best: kind, friendly, considerate like family (2) the wood laminate flooring is new and updated, granite counter top, bathroom tiles, and cabinets are all new and updated, nice friendly neighbors, and very safe with multiple closed circuit cameras, single entry/exit point gated apartment. And the water utilities are very reasonable and based on your consumption. It was hard parting from the such a nice place. And we did recommend it to our church friends.

This is a really good apartment, Ive lived here 3 years! Its quite everyone minds there own business ! Its not to many kids around very quiet place to stay ! The office staff is helpful and friendly ! Everything is good but the small parking spots !!! I really wish they had bigger spots for us people that drive pickup trucks. Other than that I love it here.

I grew up in Amherst and once I got married I rented an apartment there as well. The apartments are so spacious. Any time I needed something done or had a problem or issue the front office was quick to send someone out to fix it or help. The maintenance crew are so nice and go the extra mile to make this a great place to live. The apartments have been around a long time and the management is also very nice and helpful. They get to know their residents. The only reason I moved was because we got a house. I recommend this place!

Management is very kind, and have been responsive to any request.The actual apartment is ample and nice for the price.I really like these apartments, they are quiet, but every now and then someone does have their music a bit too loud, honestly that noise bit is the only complaint, but I wouldnt say its so bad it brings it down a star.

Many many crooks and robbers in this area, very low security. The front gate of the complex is always open or broken. The whole complex is INFESTED with cockroaches no matter how much you clean your apartment, they are everywhere. Maintenance is good. But would definitely not recommend this apartment to a family. (Doesn’t feel safe)

These apartments are better than their neighbor apartment complex. They do take a while to get maintenance to repair things. Theres also a lot of cats! However the apartment itself is spacious for the price of the rent.

I have been living there over 10 years and apparently I love it. It feels like home and the leasing managers are awesome!

These were the best apartments I have ever lived In. The staff is wonderful and they go above and beyond for their residence. The complex is extremely quiet and everyone keeps to themself.

Theres only 5 spots visitors parking for the entire complex and its always full, street outside also full, so if you are thinking to become a resident here, do not invite someone, what a joke!

Love this place! Liz was so kind and professional, a pleasure to work with. I am very pleased with my experience at Amherst apartments, I highly recommend moving here.

My grandmother has been living here 20+ years. They charge you $300 for pet deposit and give you a chance on your rent of course with a fee.

The apartment neighborhood is very quite and friendly, I liked my stay here.

Very dirty apartments. Its in a nook and cranny along the Beltway. A wonderful spot for crooks.

I had my truck towed from this freaking appts, but there wasnt anywhere else to park... Theyll call a tow truck in a heart beat but an appliance complain take weeks....SMH...

Didnt live here just visiting friends. Place seems a little run down but it was quiet.

Hello. I currently live here but lately I cant stand the smell of cigarettes and marijuana apart from the scandal that a group of men and women are making, exposing a bb that they meet to drink in front of the apartment and also meet on the steps for the second level . It makes sense to them and they make fun of me when I told them to please speak more slowly because I have my family sleeping and they make more noise and they even played their music in the car. I ask the office to please prohibit drinking and smoking in places where they affect others. That group of people leave cans and broken bottles on the sidewalk and one passes by with children. Thank you.

I currently live in Belmont place, I am having a bad experience, I have only been living there for a month!! I would like to know if you have 3 bedroom apartments
