Ashford Crescent Oaks Apartments

I’ve been living in this leasing for about 7 years, but thank god not anymore. The stuff never here are very rude, they expect respect from us, but they don’t show us respect, not even one percent respect nor manners. You can’t even go there to complain about a problem they will directly charge you just for simply going there to share a problem with them to fix it. They don’t fix anything for you. During this 7 years, with every apartment that I was living in had more than enough problems one by one. When I would go to the office to tell them they would tell me they will send someone in just few minutes, but that few minutes would turn into days of not seeing anyone come to fix it. This recent apartment that I was in, my kitchen ceiling near the light was leaking, my sinks would load every time, my bathroom ceiling was leaking, and my bedroom wall was horribly leaking which damaged it really bad. I literally told them more than a thousand times and even would show them the pictures and videos of it, but guess what they didn’t fix it till today. When I left now, they charged me $700! For what?? For that bedroom wall that was leaking, they said they had to re-paint the room due to the damage that it caused. Honestly, was this my problem? Did I not told them about it? What do this has to do with them charging me for it? Don’t get fool by the pictures they shows online nor the comments that they leave for you online, trust me they’re very rude and impolite. It’s not like I didn’t cleaned the house when I was leaving. I cleaned the whole house I did what I could do. I took video of the whole house and showed it to them in the office before leashing, but only to find out they charged me $700 now. This also count as scamming. They scam people by fooling them by the online pictures and comments. Don’t be fool think wise before coming here and ruining your living.

Do not rent from this place. I moved out after just two months due to serious issues. They charged me extra for damages I didn’t cause and initially told me they would return my security deposit. Now, after months of waiting, they’ve suddenly told me they don’t owe me anything. The biggest issue was the mice – there were two separate incidents with mice in the apartment within just two months, making it an unbearable and unsafe living situation. On top of all this, the staff was sloppy, rude, and unprofessional, showing no regard for tenants’ concerns. This has been a frustrating and exhausting experience, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid renting here

I had some paper work related to leasing office and they told me they will do the paperwork only that time when I give them five stars in google review but they are not worth itI told them more than 20 times for this problem but no action

If you make urgent maintenance requests they dont care in holiday season they just wanted to leave at 3pm to enjoy their holiday eve. they dont bother if your kitchen sink is clogged you have to sit in their office to make sure they are sending someone to fix your problem.

I wouldnt give them even one star if I could. Please dont live here if you want your respect and live in a good place then there is no place for you at all. There is not even a single person of theirs who speaks politely, they are here only to rob people and they are not here to do anything, so please save your money. The biggest problem here is that there is no good manager here. If there is a good manager, then there will be good staff. When there is no good manager, the manager is so rude and dirty, so what can you expect from her staff. Its been a year since I came to America and Ive been living here ever since I came here, which was the biggest mistake of my life. Now I am uploading a picture in front of you which shows how much haram money these people take from us along with rent. Even after paying so much money, we dont even get a parking space here And they say that if you want parking without any problem, first give us money for it, there is so much rent in one place, pay so much money from above and then give them parking money separately. If you go to wash clothes, there are only two machines running. Thanks to God my leasing end in June. All the best guysI made a pest control complaint and now I am sitting in my house waiting for them and all of a sudden I receive an email saying that the person has left even after working on your house. He did not come home. When I went to the leasing office to tell this, these people were rude to me and told me to give me the key of your house. I pay them five dollars a month for pest control that is of no use to me

Im not one to leave reviews but its worth saying, Thank you Joseline for being the first to resolve our complaints and difficulties we have in our apartment, you are very charismatic and respectful in responding to us and you pay attention to our complaints, not like the previous ones who have been here and only care about their rent payment and did not pay attention to us, I want to thank you because you are quick to solve problems when we talk to you, I thought a long time ago about leaving here because they did not pay attention to our complaints but since you arrived you bring a different harmony and your charisma and how quick you are in giving us an answer and resolving our complaints gave me the security to stay. Nice Apartments complex in love with the environment around. Whelvin is without a doubt one of the best maintenance guys in the team, very polite and he always greeted us with a smile on his face, he always explain to us what is the problem and once is fixed he is sure that won’t happen again.

Dirtiest Dangerous unsecured and any time you can robbed or your car can stolen easy place for any kind of felony several cars has been stolen even if you go to the leasing office they says sorry we didn’t find video or out of the our camera coverage area.Rudest unprofessional leasing office ever I saw in my life time

I have been moved out from here then the manager charge me a lot of money for small smalll issues like 724 dollars and took my 400 dollars deposit after that I spoke to the manager about the charges then she made an appointment to visit the supervisor the lady she told me we can’t give you the deposit but I will reduce the charges after that it is have been long time she doesn’t remove the charges and not answer my email that is very bad as a supervisor doing such a thing.

I would like to comment on the maintenance team.. They are at great help always..Mr.WELVIN came to repair the window which was completely broken down..I thank him as it was very difficult to go through this harsh weather with a broken window glass and he just repaired and put a new one in just 5 minutes..Thanks again..

This not worth living, starting from management, service, environment, security you name it.Everything is only one star.The reason most people move here is near by masjid.That is it!!Trash everywhere*Because of old property too much plumbing problems *Stealing wheels and stuff from vehicles is a normal thing*The main gate is most of the time broken*The fence near main gate is broken for a long time now well it is tight by a shopping bag plastic as shown in picture below *The security team is not helpful at all*Not safe for kids as drivers drive in inappropriate speed but no rules for it.*Oh man I can write all day long.Not recommend

On Friday, October 11, 2023, I sent a request to repair the ceiling of the bedroom, which is Leaking water.A second time, on Monday 13/11/2023, I sent a request to repair the same roof that leaks water, but the repair was not completed. never fixed it and also they never ever answer the calls and doesn’t matter how many times you request for maintenance they won’t do anything and they just know how to raise the rent and other chargesToday, Tuesday 11/29/2023, and after 19 days, no one has come to repair the bedroom ceiling, which is leaking water. not only that ,I have received an e-mail that said the issue is solved !!!!!Are you waiting for the roof to collapse in the heavy rain while we sleep?We hold you fully responsible for any harm that occurs as a result of your negligence in repairing the apartment’s ceiling, which leaks water.I advise you to read:Texas Law:Section 92.052 of the Texas Property Code, This section goes over a landlords duty to repair or remedy.Section 92.056 of the Texas Property Code, This section of the Texas Property Code discusses landlord liability and tenant remedies, as well as the procedure for requesting repairs.

I have been living at Ashford Crescent Oaks Apartments for 5 months, and my experience has been consistently disappointing.Firstly, my car was towed from my own reserved parking spot. Despite management promising to compensate me for this inconvenience, it has been over two weeks, and I have yet to see any reimbursement or action taken.Maintenance is another nightmare. Requests are either ignored or take an unreasonable amount of time to be addressed. When they do show up, the work is often subpar and requires multiple follow-ups.The management is the worst part of living here. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They make promises they don’t keep and seem to have no regard for their residents’ concerns or well-being. The staff in the leasing office lack basic courtesy and have no idea how to communicate respectfully with residents. The leasing office manager is always unavailable and never has time to address our concerns. Their attitude is extremely rude. If rent is delayed by even a day, they impose a hefty 10% penalty per day. However, when it comes to maintenance issues, residents are left helpless with no recourse if the work isnt completed on time.I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. The stress and frustration are not worth it.

Never seem to clean resident trash disposal sites. Bedbugs, bedbugs, bedbugs.They took my car only because I did not had a sticker. Dont even think about renting here..If you go to leasing office with a complain they just write in a paper and forget afterwards, they dont put complains in their database properly. Thats why complains are never found or solved at the time of need. Poor management and weak communication merely based on more talk and less action.

Old and terrible, gross apartments and if you put maintenance request they will come after you go to office 6 or 7 times and after 7 or or 8 days. If you want to live in misery you would live here! Plus Don’t live here.

This is the wost place you can ever live in. It trash everywhere and so many crime and police,firetruck,ambulance are here all the time. They wait 2 weeks to fix you problem and the maintain is really bad. They turn off hot water every week for no reason, and they also treat their customer and tenants really bad. Management is really disrespectful and does not cooperate well. The dumpsters are always full and NEVER emptied out. Very poor build quality and roaches and rats everywhere. We even called pest control still roches. They gave us 10 false eviction notices in 1 week. And they dont even let you put charis or even a small plant infront of your home. This apartment is horrible and I would not recommend this apartment to anybody.There is a 5 mph rule and there are people going 60 mph. There was a 5 year old girl whos leg got ran over by a guy going 60 mph. There used to be security but now there is no security and its a really bad apartment. There are better apartments around this area. there also no pets allowed. DO NOT move here.

The worst place to live and no customer service at all, the leasing manager knows nothing about her job and all 5 stars reviews are fake or in returns of the service that they need to do as their job but not asking to give 5 starts reviews first and then will do the service.

By pictures it seems like a third world slum, but actually It’s a performance of building administration of Ashford Crescent Oaks United States of America where almost every complaint made by users is often ignored or sometimes it fixed cosmetically & closed.It’s not for only me but, many others have such similar problems which are still unsolved despite repeated complaints. The situation is dire & causing health hazards. I never wanted to post this over here. Constant negligence forced me to use this plate form. I’ve come to know after having two years residence that concrete work could never be their priority but earn money.I’ve much more pictorial & video proofs of building administration’s negligence which I’ll definitely share if needed.

Alexa is so sweet and very helpful! But let’s get to the point because we all know staff comes and goes. Place is neat, comfortable, accesible to freeway, close to many food and shopping places. Overall maintenance is quick, no issues so far!

The most poor and rude management ever in my life! I have put service request for my damaged floor and leaking ceiling more than ten times for the past six months and no action being taken. When you go to the office, the staff behave in a disrespectful manner and they think they are in the office to enjoy eating. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are the most rudest people ever. They never care about their customers and tenants. Please avoid this place and go to another property to live. You will regret if you come to this property!

Its not that great of a place but the location is really good. Note that this complex participates with refugee housing thus you can see lots of newcomer families and their kids. If you have kids then this place is ideal, they can easily make friends, have other peers to interact and play with. If you are looking for a quiet place though, this place is not it.3 charter schools: YES Prep, KIPP, & Etoile Academy are within walking distance so you have choices for enrolling your kids to better schools. 4 Metro bus lines within walking distance as well.I do not feel that crime is much an issue here, many parents are very observant and I commonly see them walking around the complex like patrols. It is a tight knit community for sure.However, these apartments are managed poorly, the owners do the bare minimum to make it not look like a slum and they clearly cut corners. The market rent is kindof a ripoff as well for the quality you are receiving. I regularly see trash (which is usually left behind by entitled kids) and massive roaches as well.

They make you pay 1200 rent and then say we will fine you if you hang clothes outside but they don’t even fix their washing machines. Where do they expect us to clean our clothes and put then?

Managment at 6718 de moss dr are very rude and dishonest. Including the manager, assistant managers. Feel like it its not the office in USA . They fraud you by providing miss represent information what they say and what they write in the leasing documents.They fraud you with your offers of rent and other discounts. They leave that part with no information.When you visit office regarding your offers they makes excuse and simply tell you, oh its not written in the contract and old managment is changed and they does not know about any deal.Please before you sign the contract make sure you verify your rent, offers and discount at the time of electronic signatures.Miss representing means dishonesty means they can steal your personal information as well and could be miss used.Let other people aware if this fact and be act as a good citizen of United States 🇺🇸.

I never posted a review but this is a scam apartment are dirty, rat infestation!!!(this issue is not due to dirty home i try to clean and prevent any rats but the apartments are dirty and high populated with rats) unbearable to walk around the smell too foul. ONLY reason people move here is because of the mosque. been waiting for toilet to be installed for over a month, manager asked if we wanted another toilet from someone else’s apartment… this is disgusting, if u think about coming here don’t.

Although these are one of the best apartments, the maintenence is not really good when you report something like a clogged sink they say that the workers are going to come in 3 days but it takes over 1 month. Also more and more afghans are coming every single day and make the apartments look like a dumpster. I currently dont live there now.

Well today I m changing the review from 5 to 1 star, because it has been almost 3 weeks that my apartment number 134 is not working almost 3 weeks. The maintenance person came only once and said that your AC is working perfectly and there is no issue. My husband put requests and an email but no avail for our suffering. Our compressor is running continuously regardless the thermostat we put on. In the afternoon there is no cool air coming from the AC, but still the leasing office tells us it is okay and their maintenance person is saying that he cannot fix the air pressure for which the resident wants. Anyhow still surviving, and hope someday they will listen to our plea. I think as a mother the management thinks that the all the residents are liars and they take thing for granted.Also the orders are too close to clear it takes almost 3 to 5 days to clear the service request.Loved this because of the near to everything. New Management trying to improve the things.

Terrible apartments. Theres a issue every week and they take 2-3 days to come fix it and never fix it properly. The office also doesnt pay attention to your words and just try to get you out of there asap. Worst apartments in Houston they dont care about tenants at all. An unclean place that causes diseases. The service is very bad and they do not care about customer requests. I do not recommend it. They involve customers in extra money that can reach double and false services. There is no kind of service that we pay for except very little.

Horrible place to live, waters either completely cold or not on. If you file a complaint then they tell you they’re working on it to be fixed a couple days later. When I lived here there was a baby possum in our kitchen pantry, there’s roaches everywhere in the kitchen, restroom, living room. There’s always a unneeded amount of trash all over the complex. If a window is broken of your apartment they will make you pay for it even if you were not the one to do it, they will not show you any type of surveillance footage unless you already have the police involved. This complex it filled with a bunch of afghanis always looking for a fight not to be offensive to anybody but every single one of these afghanis smell like they haven’t taken a shower in months. Worst place to live in houston.

Do Not move to this Apartment Do Not refer anyone. 1: they reported me to the debt collection with any notice.2: I referred two families to for leasing but I never got my reward despite being promised. I have lived here for over 6 years now. There are too many good things here that outweigh a few issues present. The feeling of community is so great at this place, one does not want to move elsewhere. These are not new buildings and needs maintenance, and the maintenance has improved a lot over the years. The people at the office are very professional and caring. Unfortunately there are some residents who are littering the complex making it hard for the cleaning crew to keep it clean. Recently I have seen a lot of efforts by the management to keep the place nice and clean. I hope all my neighbors cooperate and we want to be proud of Crescent Oaks.

This leasing property is very old and management doesnt want to spend on maintenance. Your emergency service request will take two weeks to repair anything you need. The current office manager Sharon Terry has not skills how to work and behave with residents . Luckily i recently moved from it

The weak security measures in place were glaringly evident when my car, parked within the complex premises, became a target for thieves. Despite assurances of a safe living environment, someone managed to break into my vehicle, stealing personal belongings.The lack of adequate lighting in the parking areas and a seemingly non-existent surveillance system only exacerbated the issue. Attempts to address these concerns with the management were met with indifference, reflecting a blatant disregard for the safety and security of residents.Living with the constant fear of criminal activity has taken a toll on my peace of mind. I strongly caution anyone considering Ashford Crescent Oaks Apartmentsto think twice about the subpar security measures in place. This complex falls far short of providing the safe and secure living environment that tenants deserve. Look elsewhere for a residence where your safety is a top priority.

Its been a month since I moved in here. I like living here, the staff is polite and always tries to solve my problems. It is clean and quite quiet here, and greenery on the territory is also pleasing. I also sometimes use the swimming pool. Few weeks ago I had a problem with the air conditioning in the room, but I called the manager and they fixed it for me during the day.

I have been living here for 4 years, the maintaince before was excellent but a few days ago,management was changed and they changed the maintaince people and now they dont show up to work, its been 2 months with a problem of electricity and they always send me an email telling me that the problem has been solved but in reality its a lie because they come and dont fix anything, and if i could i would put no stars. No recomiendo para nada este lugar !

Crescent Oaks Apartments one of the most advantage Apartments due to the larger Afghan community living here. As the charging you for every single things as water,Gas,insurance, Trash other utilities but unfortunately zero Maintenance service. On top of that late payment cost you almost 30$ per day there is no excuse.And it funny I had a parking spot which was costing me 20$ but since 3 months due to some construction going on I don’t have any parking spot but it is still charging me. I went to the office the Manager says there is no credit back I am not the only one there is many residents charging same way. Kind of legal Corrupt apartment.So sadly to see these kind of services. Just an advantage of these Afghan communities.

The apartment there is trash management problem, you can see the trash everywhere. And I summit my house problems online and went to the office told them in person, however nobody come to fix the house , but we need to pay the fixing fee every month.

Absolute trash service and community. Apartments are never cleaned, there are too many insects and the management NEVER listens when u file complaints. The rent is sky high as if theyre providing facilities which they arent. the laundry rooms machines never work, the apartments are never clean, they have given houses to single bachelor men in areas where families live who are always watching whenever some one leaves and enters houses, our kids who are home alone are basically at risk because of this. over all 0 management skills, would not recommend anyone to live here

If anyone is thinking to move to this complex please don’t you will regret so much…… too many extra charges they will be nice before you sign the lease but good luck after signing it……… your emergency work will be done in months and good luck dealing with rats ,roaches , fires , broken pipes everyday new problems ,ac so much more …… example if your ac is not working in burning hot weather expect 1 month to be fixed if you remind them everyday otherwise they will not fix it at all ……this is small example

The reason is that they know their job very well and have control over their work, that is why every client come to see them for their problems, they are easily helping them out and resolve their issue quickly. Very impressed with the community, one it is a great location right across the street from some of the best schools. We can walk to any type of services you need (health, social and groceries). The office staff were very caring and sensitive to my needs. The most important of all, the apartments are spacious and clean. I like the fact that there is only one entrance and exit in front. The access gates look like they are respected and enforced, which is a plus for my family. I would recommend this property if you are wanting to live in SW Houston. Thank you for taking the time to show me around and that you also implemented CDC guidelines for the pandemic we are in. Many companies don’t care to enforce the rules but I know you’ll care. Few days ago the ceiling of the bathroom started to get moldy on the AC vent and also the ceiling above the bathtub started to fill up with water..we then told the worker about it 2 days after. Today they came this afternoon and did nothing about it. Now tonight what happened at the bathroom was the water from the ceiling literally started dripping alot like a shower of rain. All water got on the floor, the bathroom rug, our towel, and even the bathroom sink. The water was from the ceiling of where the light is, even the ceiling above the bathtub. I have the video of it but it wouldnt let me load it here for some reason. However if we complain to Ashford members about this by Monday and show the video to them..they would maybe laugh, or they might not care, or they would say okay well send a worker and sometimes worker would never come or sometimes would, even if the worker comes they do no work anyways. The worker would just say Ill be back and they just leave and never came back. Other people who lives in this complex would agree with me as well. I aint alone going through this issue when others are going through the same issue of the ashford crecent oak poor services. They dont care about our safety needs. Do better Ashford crecent oak!

I just want to share my experience since i am living in crescent oaks almost 9years i never have any kind of issue. The management is very caring and taking care of all residents. Service is very prompt and recently we had some problem with our car parking and manager and supervisor came into this and resolve our problem promptly. We are really great full to them and I highly recommended.

Customer service is really really bad , please don’t rent in here ,,A very bad place to live in

The staff in the apartments are really unprofessional. As a loyal renter my apartment has flooded 4 times in 2 months, the neighborhoods kids throw trash at our apartment and one of the apartment staff said “just get a ring camera to see who does it” the neighborhood has a lot of break ins and a crack hotel nearby. Plus there has been 4 muggings in the apartments, yet the apartment staff worries about having work related items on the front of our apartment and calling it “trash”. The office ladies are unprofessional and my family has been harassed by a group of men in these apartments for hugging. Don’t come here unless want to live in a nightmare of both staff and neighbors. It also has no pet friendly at all my cat ended up getting fleas in this apartment due to how dirty it is.

Beware of the leasing office trick. When you want to move to another location they charge you a lot money even report a faults report to collection agency. I think the leasing office manager takes that money and put it on his or her own account.

It has been four days that the burner has been burningI already put online requesting on 03/11/2024 around 5 amEvery day I go to the office that our burner has burned and please fix it, but no one has come in the four days to fixed it.they are told me that is not emergencyThe employees of this office have a bad attitude towards you, they say that we dont care about that , you should ask for food from the restaurant.

Literally the worst management staff. Rotations every few months to an year. Manager is never available. Staff changes lease terms upon renewal without consent. Customer always ends up losing or paying more than anticipated. Buildings burned down recently. No fire sprinklers installed. Outside lights have not been working throughout August and even now. Pitch dark and dangerous in some areas. Young adults smoking pot everywhere in the complex. Idiots with loud exhausts showing no respect to residents. Filthy complex!

The people who are meant to help you at the office are extremely biased when talking to tenants. They are disrespectful and not to mention how disgusting public places around the apartments are, there’s dumpsters littered with overflowing trash and the office people blame the tenants although it’s their responsibility to provide for people who pay their rent. Besides this, they are very biased again and just flat out rude to people who pay their rents.

The worse property in Houston. AC/ Heaters don’t work. It take maintenance 3 days till a week to make repairs and broken the next day.The air conditioner unit will be out more days than working through out the year.

The service is good when we wanted to change the apt. After finishing the contract then we moved to a new one with a new policies and weve been dealing all the time with mr. Manish shah and he was a very good and active associateHe was all the time listing to us with open mind and solving all problems and issues for us and many time went with us to the apt to check our needs. Nice place to live in.Thank you mr.manish and all staff inside the office and the maintenance staff

Read the contract very carefully, you can rent an apartment very easily, but it will not be easy to leave, my brother faced this. They demand a lot of money just so that I can move out earlier than the term of the contract. The neighbors are also noisy, there is a garbage can nearby and it stinks, but Alhamdulillah is mostly around Muslims. The only plus. I will delete my review after ur fixing this problem!

Looking for a new property is always a stressful time me and my wife who recently arrived in Texas in 2017 had not experience of renting apartment. We have visited many leasing offices to rent apartment, but every time we did not like the apartment or neither the stuff, after 2 weeks searching a close family refereed us to Ashford Crescent Oack apartments where we met the leasing Agent Miss.Nida in her office she she welcome us with great customer service, she explain all the steps very easy and comprehensive for us and rented our family an apartment she is really amazing, efficient and professional agent i have ever met.After living in 2 year had great experience, now our family expanded we decided to rent a 2 bedroom apartment, again requested Nida to shift us she has planed everything smoothly and professionally. Living there for a while our apartment had some issues, we requested leasing office they did it promptly all staff and services are amazing.

I highly recommend this property. Sister Nida is the best manager and an asset to a company. She quickly resolves anybodys problems. Community Manager Nida is always up to help you and will make us feel at home away from home. It is really sad that she is not working in this property anymore. Its my absolute delight to be a resident of Crescent Oaks, and the reason for being delighted is the great contributions by the great team that absolutely target for complete customer satisfaction. Its not an overstatement to say what I have said and to name of those contributors Brenda ,Mastodon and Alma.

Very nice place to live but some staffs are very rude. Especially the manager period. She is very very rude and gives lot of attitude and whenever we have problem regarding apartment the staff never come on time. Sometimes for 1/2 days they don’t fix problems, and office staff always keep begging to give good rating in google , when they cannot even fix a minor problem in an apartment.

This community is like no other in Houston that I have found! Neighbors are friendly and warm, management responds immediately and is very helpful, apartment is just the space I was looking for, complex is green and colorful with lots of community open areas with play areas for kids and gathering areas for adults, the area feels safe and because the community is close everyone looks out for one another! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I have lived off and on in this complex the last 18yrs. Before it was fairly nice, but after new owners took over it is a nightmare to live. If anything . breaks down you are forced to wait for days. Several times I was been forced to call the city to make them do their jobs. Thats the main issue nobody is reporting to the city what is going on so they can really force these people to stop abusing their tenants. The hot water goes for days being shut down while waiting for repairs, trash overflowing from the dumpsters, roaches all over. Unsupervised kids run all over the complex damaging property and nearly getting run over by cars. Noisy neighbors having loud parties with no consideration for anyone. Basically the owners are taking advantage of people because they know they want to live near the mosque. Which is a benefit of living here but its not worth the hassle and inconvenience that comes with it.

I want to give 0 star because it’s really really bad property from customer, so because the never care about the customer request and also they have a lot of issues in the property. I know very well about the property I live like three years ago and this property.

The worst apartments to live in. They stop the water without giving any notice to the residents. Where should I begin the maintenance problems these apartments have. It take 1-2 months for the maintenance to show up and fix the problem. Also there is mold in the vents which is very concerning and a huge health hazard. The management wants your money but doesnt want to fix any issues that you have.

I lived here from 2013 to 2015. Lets be honest. This complex is situated in an densely immigrant populated and low income area, but thats not a problem. There are several places in Houston like that and good people are everywhere.Where this place falls short is in management and customer service. Firstly, they honestly dont care if you move because the turnover is so high. Sometimes the rudeness is over the top and they will constantly lie to you just so they can be left alone. There are a few staff members who will try to help, but they hear so many (justified) complaints every day that they cant keep track.Secondly, there is very little improvement of the apartments or amenities. Youre stuck with what you have. The complex is full of potholes, trash, stray cats, and left over food which the residents will literally just dump over the side of the railing. The water is constantly being turned off for repairs, without any warning or notice. Yet they still increase the rent each cycle at even higher rates than more affluent areas.Crime isnt a big issue because they have a full time security guard but you should expect to deal with petty theft in the laundry facilities.When the management stops trying to scrimp on every penny and actually try to serve the residents this will be a good place to stay. Its centrally located near a masjid and grocery stores and there are several nearby opportunities for low income families, like the Neighborhood Center and the YES Prep school.

Unsafe place to live. It’s not gated community and there is no surveillance cameras. It easy to point a gun into your head day or night to steal from you. Last Friday a lady with her 3 years old son was blocked by a car inside the apartment complex and they point a gun into the head of the lady and steal her bag and wallet. No surveillance cameras or security can help to find them . One year ago same thing happened and no action has been taken. Stay away from this place
