Let me start by addressing that office staff is rude and unprofessional. My mom stayed in this dirty apartment for 10 years,. In the 10 years they never came to fix the apartment until we got a freeze and I had to call 311 for the city to come look at the apartments because the people in the office wouldnt even pick up the phone. This past month Dora has threatened my mom with police coming to get her and her 10 year old child to be put in the street. To make matters worse she calls my mom and tells her if plan you to move somewhere else I will tell them that you didnt pay, when my mom has been there for 10 years. she provided her a $3000 money order and told she had TO pay another 1060, instead of waiting she threatened MY fragile mom to get her out the apartment. She might read this and laugh because she does not care, but what type of person does this. no court date no judge ,she making all this unlawfully things .You really need to self-reflect and have a heart. Dont ever call someone and tell them hey I see this apartments wants some information Im going to tell the the truth, you couldve kept that phone call to yourself almost gave my mother a panic attack .God works wonders you have everything today and loose everything tomorrow, dont forget that Dora you need attitude check. The property mangers is never available , overall dont move here, unless you a white Hispanic there office is racist.

I can’t recommend this apartment complex enough! It’s in a great location, with great staff, in a safe neighborhood. They’re very efficient with maintenance orders, things get fixed fast. I’m grateful for the costumer service they provide.

I’m not one for giving bad reviews but I’m fed up with them. There’s overflowing trash everywhere, they never fix anything my family and I have been making complaints about a water pipe bursting and the water is overflowing into one of the bed room and they won’t fix the pipe. We have made this complaints multiple times now and now all the carpet in one of the bed rooms has overflowed to the point where things are now being damaged. The worst part is they have no employees phone number and when we try calling the main number and it doesn’t work. I do not recommend staying here. They don’t even deserve 1 star

I have worked with Monica the property Manager at this site for the repair of the units that were damaged during the Christmas Eve because of the frost. As a BLUSKY Project Manager.I was a pleasure working with her team at the Aspen Park office, and their maintenance crew.They were very professional and organized, it was a pleasure working with Monica and her staff.

NO MAINTENANCE SERVICE AT ALL! I have a MOLD ISSUE AND THEIR ANSWER is “you know”. We are having respiratorias issues and not answer from them. I will sue them regarding this.

Not a good place but reasonable, one thing I did notice is the guy with the broom walking around looking into cars kind of weird. My neighbors are in a 2 bedroom with no less than 10 people staying there so expect it to be no parking. They have picked up on the trash because I havent seen any on the ground in a few weeks 😂 or maybe its because school has started back

Resided there, July 2017-18 and I can only speak on my personal experience. Plenty of space (3 bdrm), new appliances and no roach issues. My A/C unit went out, they replaced it with a new one immediately. Toward the end of my lease, I had some issues that were beyond my control, but they worked with me and I paid it off to avoid an eviction/broken lease. Ms. Shanice and Ms. Dora were great. I have not one complaint and I appreciate all they did for me.

Never fix anything, dumpster always overflowing and ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING after work

The office staff is always so helpful. I have been here 1 year and hope to stay here more. I like the way they make me feel at home all the time

Great realtors who know the city well, they can steer you to the right neighborhood if you’re not familiar with Houston. They’re so professional and we love to work with them ! I highly recommend Aspen Park Appointments

I have lived at aspen park for 4 years in a 3 bedroom 2 bath and everything has been excellent! The office ladies were very helpful and nice !! Love it !!

My mom leaves here and very nice place to stay. Staff is great in always helping g her out even when its not a maintenance issue

Worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in my whole entire life. Maintenance sucks, managers unhelpful, too many rules for them to be as ghetto as they are. Roaches, black mold, water leaking from upstairs apartment that still hasn’t been fixed. I’ve been here going on a year now and I still have the same problems I’ve had since moving in. Not to mention at least 3 people have died here. Shootings majority of the nights. Car being vandalized with no help from office because they don’t have cameras. Instead of actually doing things to make apartments better they make more rules about parking, no visitor parking. If I could give these apartments negative 100 stars I would.

Ive been living here going on 5 years now and Im about to renew. I live all the way in the back so I dont see much action other than what my dramatic neighbors provide at 3am and parking has never been an issue. There is a slight bug problem but if you clean your kitchen every day then you will be alright. I had mice when I first moved in but they sealed up all the holes and I havent had a problem since. You just have to tell them where theyre coming from 😉 I havent talked to any of the new ladies in the office but I can tell you that Dora is the real deal. Treat her with respect and youll get that in return. I only give it 3 stars because I live on the 2nd floor. My floor is horribly uneven and my carpet was already in poor condition when I moved in. Pieces of the floor poked up through the carpet and cut our feet sometimes. Ive asked to have it fixed but it cant be done until we moved out (go figure) and a transfer to another unit just cant be done. But all in all I am paying way below market value for a very spacious 2 family apt (meaning 2 master bedrooms each with a full bathroom and walk in closet) so I suppose I cant complain too much. Also we have a huge bat problem. Pretty to look at when the suns going down but kind of disturbing when you think about where they go during the day. You can see them crawling up the walls at night. Also not too found of the floor plan. Cant do anything with it. If youre fine with a few imperfections at a low price, Id recommend Aspen Park. You get what you paid for. In an area like this, I think made the right choice. Ive been living in Alief all my life so I know it could be worse.

This apartments is trash, dont move here if you dont have too. The parking for visitors and residents are terrible, maintenance are not good either they come and run and do a fast but terrible trash. Could be a lot better, prices are reasonable. but towing company loves their share.

Was very interested in Aspen Park for my new home. Grounds look nice and rent reasonable until it come to pet deposits. I have 2 small dogs and a cat. I would have to pay $350 deposit for each one. That is an insane amount in my opinion. My dogs stay in and my cat never goes out either. I always lay down pads for my dogs and my cat has her litter box so damage would not happen. Disappointed but, will keep looking.

Definitely wouldnt recommend this apartment. Roach infested, ghetto, and loud. Ghetto children run around unsupervised literally all day. Entrance gates are always open so anybody can enter the complex. Parking is horrible and trash is all over the property. The pool is nasty as well. The only time they care about the appearance of the property is during annual inspection. My neighbors and daughters window was shot at with a BB gun and of course I have to pay to have it fixed. I cant think of one positive thing to say, please do not move here you will regret it.

I have stayed at aspen park for 4 years in a 2 bedroom apartment and I personally havent had a bad experience the managers and people working at the office are nice and easy to communicate with.

Unprofessional Manager, Roach infested! Racist, you name it! My mom was living here, before she passed away and they treated her like a dog on the street. She applied several times for a handicap parking in front of her apartment but instead they gave it to a Hispanic who could get around pretty well from what Ive seen. After she passed away, they lost paperwork showing that my dad was on the lease so they served an eviction notice about 2 weeks before her lease was initially up! Everything fell back on me bc I use my income to help my mom move here so I had to go to court so the eviction wouldnt be on my credit but lo and behold, these mfs said she owed about $1082 worth of rent when she was NEVER LATE ON RENT! They would never fix anything! MOLD WAS GROWING IN THE APT, they wouldnt even fix that and that was a threat towards her health being that she was on Dialysis at home! I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO LIVE HERE THEY NEED TO RENOVATE QUICK!!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 It took everything in me not to act my color towards them in the front office! THEY ARE SOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! PARKING IS TERRIBLE !! TOWING IS RIDICULOUS!!!

I have been living there for 2 1/2 years I gave the leasing office assistant manager a written letter to clean my carpet and she told me that they not cleaning any carpet now and she can give me number of other carpet cleaning company to call and pay out of my pocket if I want my carpet clean really Aspen Park that is not the way to treat your resident after living there so long and you have a good tenant I’m still waiting and this is since I last resign my yearly leasing my stove burners kept popping out when I put my pots on it to cook and the maintenance keep tightening the screws and it not holding the office again refuse to change the stove I have to hit the burners and use what ever I can to hold the burners in place if I want my food to cook I’m frustrated of all this I thought this place was one of the best place but I was wrong

The only reason they received one star is because 1/2 a star was not an option. linda the property manager was so unprofessional i thought i was getting punked making statements like i dont have time being very condescending telling me trust you have no idea what being a manager is like. I lived at the property for five years and the manager are very nice people and they keep up the property very nice. I love living here.

No stars if I could!!!! roaches ever where, I havent seen a pest control but once and that was when I moved in. they dont answer nor fix anything and I mean nothing is fix they half way fix it. I have water stain from the rain on the ceiling. dumb people who was sent out to fix that didnt see any water stain, get some real maintenance people to do the job and I have cracks on the wall and they werent there before

My stay here was wonderful I was lived n the property for over 6 years it is a nice welcoming place to live the manager staff is amazing

Ive been a resident for over 3 years & never encountered any problem. The staff are very helpful, for this ive made the complex a home of choice.

Horrible apts please dont move here unless you absolutely have to.. Apartments are in terrible condition roach infested and in a state of disrepair...They never fix anything and dont notify you when city shuts down water but God forbid youre five cents short on the bill theyll threaten you with eviction...cant wait till my lease is up this place is garbage

Mgr & leasing agent seems genuine but the lady in the second office seems a little aggressive & rude.I think shes the assistant mgr.....

The people that work in the leasing office is very rude they dont fix nothing and they let the people that stay above you flood your down stair apartment

Parking is a nightmare my mom stays here and my car have be towed twice and I have a handicap sticker for my mom and because I dont have there resident stick that is grounds for my car to be towed.

The property is always well cleaned. I lived here for 4 years and finally bought my house. But I highly recommend them 😊

It is the most inhumane treatment that exists. When I signed the contract I only had one vehicle and now I have two in total, and because I am the only person who lives in the apartment I do not have the right to obtain another parking sticker for my car, they argue, this will be the reason for moving to another site and never recommend this property... And I cant add anyone else to the contract either.

Good service. Dora takes good care of the tenants. I have been living here for 3 years. The only thing that needs more parking spaces for visitors is that the neighbors sometimes park in the yard when they have parties.
