Catalon Apartments

Amazing Apartment Complex, Maintenance is very kind and attentive. Its a safe area. My children and I have been living at these complex for almost three years. I enjoy the community, its very diverse. They keep the apartments very tidy. The gym is nice and the pool is nice too!

My sister applied for this apartment. And she has an excellent rental history. She was told that she wasn’t approved in lest then 24 hrs after applying and paying the application fee. I don’t think they even did her application. She applied for a luxury apartment after they denied her and she was approved with no problem. I feel they just took her money order and never sent the application over. These are not the best apartments. She really would’ve been settling. But God knew what was best. It’s just sad they did this. She never got a receipt for the money order showing it was filled out in the apartments name. Jasmine helped her and she was very nice but the manager told my sister it wasn’t approved and couldn’t tell her why. Beware before you give your money to this place

We have been here for almost 2 years now and have had nothing but good experiences. The Catalon Apartments is always well tended to, the office staff is very friendly, and we have always had prompt response on our service requests. They put on at least 2 events every month. Its a great way to get out and meet the neighbors.I never had no complaints about anything and for my experience living here about 2 yrs I can actually say it’s a safe environment and really friendly neighbors and front desk people are amazing and management team takes care of everything really fast and lovely people. Thank you !

I’ve been on the list for over 4 years. There have been people moving in and out over the years. Delivered here a couple of times so I’ve seen movers. Im sure if I had a different last name I would’ve been called by now.

What is not to like about this place! Ive been here a little over a year. They are willing to take in packages at the office if you are not home, so deliveries dont have to be left at your doorstep. Laundry room are clean and well lit at night. Great location! Close to highway 6, gas stations, walmart, target and even pet smart. Friendly staff, they always help you out and welcome you with joy. Nothing to complain about. Every area of the complex is well maintained and cleaned. Awesome pool and great modern apartments, best of all, affordable.

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. And the pool was closed for the entire summer they claimed it was broken but I think they didnt want to clean it bc it looked fine water was clear. But the ROACHES own this .

Unhappy.I really like these apartments but those people are nothing profecinal not understand how they can have that kind of persons in front of the office people are very racist and particularly nasty brunettes. do not even know how to speak, completely unprofecionalsOnly they help their race and they ignored me and would not help me very bad experience. ( 0 ) stars for themI pass by the property previously and was a very friendly (white) lady and thought she was still there. But Not She is not. that kind of person is the one should have, friendly and willing to work Like her.

I have lived at catalon apartments for two years and I am very happy with my apartment and with the people that live around me. We have a sense of community and love for one another at catalon and I am truly grateful for that. Miss. Tori, Miss. Susan, Mr. Frank, and Mr. Emilio from the office are all very professional, very prompt, and they go above and beyond to address any and all issues. This is a wonderful place for my children and I to call home!!!!

After dealing with a tragedy we saw a perfect opportunity to make a move to the newly built Catalon Apartments. We worked on living at this property from February 2016 before they finished building to now July 2016. Each and every month I watched the complex fill up as they finished building even helped a friend move in. The first lady that worked there Natasha was said to be untrustworthy and never handling business properly so they let her go. Which lead to them bringing in the most incompetent unprofessional team member Jessica. She can tend to be very forgetful and negligent when dealing with your paperwork like not sending everything in to be reviewed. She will blame every mishap on the people in office before her, she will call you days later after giving you promises that everything is good saying nothing else is needed then asking you for more. Dont try calling this property they rarely answer but when they do they put you on hold for extended periods of time and they are not shy to hang up in your face. They treat you as if youre bothersome like this is not their job to provide outstanding customer service, they have no problem bashing other clients in your face. If you want to get ahold of corporate which is Capstone call Cambria thats if she will answer or return your phone call, you are better off calling the Austins headquarters. Towards the end Tori who was a great help started handling our paperwork even acknowledging someones inattentive work with our application process. I decided to take a little stroll through the property visiting a friend the same day they placed us on a waiting list due to them no longer being able to hold the apartment because our application was expiring for a second time (let Jessica tell it) and what do you know the apartment we reserved was already occupied. I believe at this point Jessica was trying to save face realizing her careless mistake and the others in the office were not trying to go down with her. If you give her a little time off or get her out of the office Im sure things would run properly with less complaints. I am a big believer in karma any known wrong doings she or any one of them has committed will definitely come back tenfold because whats done in the dark will come to light. At the end of the day they need to treat people the way they would like to be treated, this whole process has been a nightmare. Bottom line on the customer service end they were going to get a negative review regardless of the outcome. Overall there is nothing wrong with the property its a great location, affordable and brand new with nice finishes.

This is a s**** apartment complex. Twice now Ive experienced theft. I wouldnt recommend anyone to live here. The stairwells and common areas are always dirty. Police is here far too often, starting to feel unsafe living here. They dont even deserve 1 star. Cant wait for my lease to be up and leave!!

The property is very well kept, the management team is very easy to work with and any issues that may arise are handled in a timely manner. The Catalon is a great property with great onsite amenities and a wonderful place to live!

First of all : Frank the maintenance guy sucks and always having the attitude when it comes to fixing something from your apartment , he thinks he knows all but he really doesnt.Second of all : its been a few weeks that they havent clean up the pool i been trying to go but it always seems to be dirty.Last but not least : i dont know why they have the old man working here he can berly catch up , they need to bring the other young guy to work here .

My only problem is the ppl in the office act careless to resolve issues related to residency. For a month now we been goin back and forth about a issue and all she can say is i dont know . Frustrating becaz this is important but if she dont care then I will become careless as well. And i will go to corporate if necessary becaz they are notarious for takin care of business at last min. And if it require me to spend money or extra money then it need not b last minute. Smh.

I have visited the property and it is nice, however I can never get anyone to answer the phone. I am uncertain If this is any indication of their reliability.Still waiting, the uncertainties are becoming more clear!

They are very nice apartments. Im praying we could move over there my kids attend school at Tipps Elem School and it will be soo nice...

Ive been reaching out for almost a month in regards to an application. They dont respond to emails or messages. The website doesnt have a link to apply online. 😕

I love the apartments everything was great until naesha was transferred to another location everything is starting too fall apart trash is looking nasty now seriously they need too bring naesha back she was on top of everything shes strict with the property the white lady thats in their now I dont know her name but shes lazy she dont do anything she just sit their and tell you she doesnt know anything, if you guys dont bring naesha back Im moving out because its ridiculousBRING NAESHA BACK PLEASE

Housing is great and the staff is amazing! The complex is very well maintained and the staff is always very kind, attentive, and helpful!

Love the community, the pricing is great! The only thing is that there is a waiting list. Friendly staff, very helpful with all my questions.

They always come in a timely matter with my maintenance issues I’ve had no problems with I love it here

This apartment s**** trash everywhere the people in the office is rude , maintenance guy s**** , There breaking into vehicles and they be towing them . Lights in hallways are out and it just doesnt look good and safe .

Nice common area by the pool. People stare a lot, makes you uncomfortable. Nice apartments though.

Unsatisfied & their customer service is very unprofessional and just sad how they run business. On to the next apartments.

The prices online are not accurate AT ALL. So if you plan on moving in 2-3 years, get on that waitlist now.

This is the second time they break in into my cars two of the gates are not working so anyone can go into the property I have leave here for a year and is no safe for a family to leave here I go to the office and the manager tells me is not their fault come on !!!
